I have shopped at Generation V at 78th and Dodge since I began vapping a few years ago. They are always very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and they always have what I need. It would be nice if they had a bit bigger variety of vapes on hand but they have always had a good one to pick along with a decent variety of juices to pick from.Sarah

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always clean. I love this place and will never shop for vapes or juice anywhere else. They also have a rewards system where you can earn points and discounts. 10/10 would recommend

Conner and Sky are great and very helpful. The best vape shop in town. These guys are always helpful. Fruit monster is my favorite juice they sell and all there equipment is cheaper than other shops. The customer rewards system is baller too.

Am and have been an active voter on Best of Omaha’s vape shop for Generation V. Tonight, I walked in and was disrespected by two employees who was working tonight (blonde dude, and longer hairs brunette female). Never seen them in the store before. I have been coming in for years and didn’t even receive any service. As the people that walked in before me was helped before me, and then happened again as the brunette female finally acknowledged me and said “she would help me after helping the two men who walked in after me”. I ended up walking out. Disrespectful staff.

Employees are friendly and helpful and this looks like a great place for those who want to hang out, talk mods and blow huge clouds.Popping in for a quick purchase has felt like an awkward intrusion due to groups taking seat/standing directly around the register and being inconsiderate in the direction of their clouds.Lowered for conflict of interest reviews.

The group of guys were amazing! I came in needing help after I broke the glass on my tank. They fixed me up right away, and helped we find some killer juice. Best vape shop in Omaha, hands down.

Jake and Kyle help with everything I need. Have tried other shops but always return to Generation V. This store has the best customer service available. Always try to make sure Jake and/or Kyle are there when I go, they know exactly what I want. Can guarantee that I will always be there longer because they always take the time to talk with you. This is by far my favorite shop to go for all of my vaping needs! Everytime I go in I end up staying at chatting because everyone is so fun! I love how friendly and easy talk to everyone is. Never have I been disappointed because they all go above and beyond.

Have always been very Happy with this place after having very bad experiences other places. Disappointed that I had a mod that the bottom metal wore out from switching batteries within 60 days and was told that is not covered for a return and can not be fixed. Guess vaping is only intended for people who can afford a new mod every couple months and thats not me. If you can afford that this is a great place to go. Always enjoyed doing business here.

Used to love coming here but as of late their customer service has gone way down. Several months ago I bought the flavor I always buy, bogaerts. As soon as I got home and tasted I knew something was off, it was really sour. It was never like this the next day I went back and the guy that was there said he couldnt do anything about it, I guess he was to busy hanging out with his girlfriend. For years this was my go to spot but being treated like I dont know what I was talking about was such a turn off I havent gone back and I just now choose to buy my vape supplies online.

The people that I have had the pleasure of during the first few times all have seemed to be very much knowledgeable about vaping on every level that a person is on!! Great atmosphere friendly employees with more patients with you than other stores and they also are hardcores on pushing for the SELL!!!! Great selection of mods and juices!!

That has to be the most friendly group of people to work with, when they cant figure out whats wrong with your vapor Bass they will sit with you and try to figure it out. I also recently had some problems and went through three of my wix trying to fix it, instead of saying oh well they gave me a free pack to replace the ones I lost theyre very fun people while doing their job.

Help from the Pros. Ive invested thousands of dollars into vaping. Ive bought from nearly every vape shop in the Omaha area. Gen V, is by far my favorite place. When I first started I went to Plumes for everything, because..well that was the name everyone kept saying. But whenever I would ask questions, I would get laughed at and belittled. So Gen V is where Ive gone, and stayed. Kyle or Ben are the guys in here to talk to.

Evidently it was social Saturday at generation V today. Where we stood around and heard a thrilling conversation about the Beatle juice song in the movie. As thrilling it was to those engaged in the conversation, including your employees, it wasnt a thrilling experience for us. I do want to point out, that there was one employee that actually knew what a job entails. Bec of that I gave you two stars.

This was my go to place for about a year as Im a travel worker this was the best place I have been too.. I have been to vape shops all around the country and none as friendly and awesome customer service as this one I forsure miss it!!!!!
