No one does blonde like Beatriz Chamorro. She is my go-to whenever I want to go lighter in hair color. She is extremely knowledgeable about the science that goes into bleaching and coloring to achieve my desired look, without compromising the health of my hair.I also appreciate all of the other details that add to the experience- such as Beatriz’s hospitable and talented team, the clean and glam-decorated space, and the prices are set justly for the amount of detail and attention that goes into her service.

Beatriz is the best. She was honest and gave me the best escenario and what it was best for me. She did a plan to get me to where I want. She took care of me with empathy. I have been blonde for a while and my hair was very messed up. I told her all my ideas and wants, and I ended up loving my new haircut and future plans. She treated my hair with hydration treatment and it feels like I have new hair. I loved the experience and I found my stylist for now on!!

Beatriz is so wonderful with my mom. My mom is 88 yrs very ill and Beatriz is very gentle and sweet with my mom. She also does a great job with my mom’s hair.

This was my first time coming to Beatrizs salon, and I was not disappointed! I came in for a very big cut (I went from super long hair that was past my chest all the way to a short shaggy haircut that now sits above my shoulders) and Elizabeth did an amazing job! Even though I dont speak Spanish very well, Beatriz was also there to help and Elizabeth was very nice and made sure I liked the way my hair was cut exactly. It came out amazing and I definitely will be coming back because the service was top notch and I was very happy with the results. ♡

I went there to have a consult about my hair. Since the beginning I didnt like her high actitud and fake kindness but what was above to the maximum was when she told me she could do what I asked but she wouldnt be able to take pictures and upload to her social media...(lol)...I mean, who told this woman that I wanted to go any place just for taking pictures of their results on me! Of course I just got off of that place to never go back again. And I knew she is the owner cause she introduced herself like that.

While the stylist was lovely and great to talk to, I left the salon with tears in my eyes. I went in knowing what i wanted and was told I was going to get just that. Let start from the beginning I have curly/wavy hair. Going into the salon I wanted a bunch of short layers (for added volume) no length taken off (it takes so long to grow out) and I wanted face framing. I found out about this salon from my Friend who has gone here for a while now and her hair and color from them always looks so good. (Go for color but no the cut) I went in so excited to do this cut with them. I should add I am a beauty school dropout and know my way around the salon but I am the only one who typically touches my hair. So for me to trust someone with my hair means a lot. To start she reiterated what I had said to a t and I agreed with what she had said back to me. (I also showed up with clean hair with no product in it so they could see my wave/curl pattern) We then went and washed my hair, no problem there. We then went back to the chair and she got started. She started by parting my hair down the center, which I never do because I have a cowlick that causes it to side part naturally and I rather not fight it. I brought that up and she said it would be fine. She proceeded to cut three layers with blunt cut scissors meant to take of length. and she cut my bangs (I did not ask for bangs) Then she put heat protection in my hair and start diffusing it. She did not even dry it all the way (I think she could see how bad it looked and didnt want me to realize till I had already paid) My hair is a wreck and I have never been so self conscious about it. I now need to go to a different salon to try to get this fix before an event next Sunday.

Elizabeth and Beatriz are the best hairdressers in town. I have lived in different areas of Orlando and tried a few services. Nothing like them anywhere else. Great hair care advice and relaxed environment, you can feel the love for their craft in the way they work. Definitely recommend them.

I called to schedule.an appt.few dates before new years eve. Beatriz was very professional and courteous. She was able to accommodate a date and time for my hair cut and keratin (that was a miracle considering the time of the year) The setting is beautiful and a very friendly atmosphere. Would not recommend. The hair stylist did not know how to cut simple side swept bangs and owner was very unprofessional towards the end. Very limited experience and lack of effort in addressing client concerns.

I usually dont leave bad comments or complain and thats why I took time to decide whether to leave it or not.I found the salon online and decided to go try it because of the good comments it has.I arrived and specifically asked the owner to cut only the ends and as little as possible. When he asked me how I wanted the cut I told him how I had it, in long layers, because I only wanted a tip cut. She replied that she couldnt see how I had it, I explained to her that it was long layers. Another comment he made that made me insecure was that he told the lady who was teaching him techniques that his best cuts were on dry hair (while he cut me on wet hair).The point is that he ended up cutting half of my hair, I didnt say anything at the time because I couldnt realize how much he had cut. The lady who dried my hair told me she didnt cut much. She left you the same length, just the ends to me thats gaslighting. At the time I thought mmmm I think he cut too much but it doesnt look bad.The cut really isnt ugly but now that I see my hair and Ive had it for a few days I realize that he cut off half of my hair and Im very sad because its hard for me to grow. I will never return because it is disrespectful and unethical for me to ask for something and come out with the opposite.

From the moment I made the call, the treatment was excellent. They were very helpful and their own owner assisted me and introduced her services. I received trimming and blow drying and both were excellent. The cost of the services is fair and compared to other places in the area they are better. I had the opportunity to listen to recommendations from other clients and I liked to see that they go beyond doing a job, they seek to know the client and, more than anything, their hair. 😊 Without a doubt I can say that Beatriz Chamorro Salon is a very good beauty salon.
