Amazing experience. Highly suggest visiting this location in doctor Phillips. They take there time and love what they do. Deep tissue massage is 10/10!

My best friend and I went here for the 60 minute massage and 60 minute facial package. We have had many massages and facials together over the years and we both agree that this has been the absolute BEST massage and facial we have ever had in our 35 years of being friends. I was so relaxed I even feel asleep! I highly recommend their massage and facial package! I live in SC and am coming back in October to do this again with my friend!

Acqua Day Spa is amazing. I love the quiet environment. Jason totally relaxed & stretched my body. His massage was amazing. He also did my facial and afterwards my face felt so refreshed. Great job Jason😊 I will be returning definitely.

My wife and I had a couples massage for our anniversary and it was wonderful. The facility is in the Marketplace shopping center at Dr Phillips near Christini’s. It has an Asian flair with employees that communicated well. It was a clean relaxing environment and the employees were skilled and professional. My wife had a relaxation massage, and I had a deep tissue massage for one hour. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

We just enjoyed a couples massage with hot stones and it was unbelievable. It was wonderful. I highly recommend. It was the best massage we both have ever gotten. We will definitely be back.

Me and my mom went to get a massage this past Saturday and it was one of the best massages either of us have ever gotten! I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. My neck pain was completely gone and even my mom’s headache she went in with was gone as well. I highly recommend this spa to anyone thinking about going!!

Don’t let the location fool you this was an amazing and relaxing experience. So much so that I already booked my next appointment!

A friend gave me a Groupon to the Acqua Day Spa and it was my first time going. I had a hot stone massage. It was delightful and so relaxing. It’s a great atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this wonderful business.

Had an amazing couples massage with my husband! He had CoCo and I had Dina. She was amazing and was able to sense every part of my body that needed some TLC. We enjoyed ourselves so much and plan to visit again as soon as possible. The spa is also very cost effective.

My boyfriend got me a couples massage for my birthday and it was great! We upgraded from the hot stone to the deep tissue and it was well worth it! We felt very relaxed and refreshed afterwards. They even gave us a glass of wine to relax before our massage! They have a Groupon deal and are very reasonable so I highly recommend coming.

Been here twice.Massage is okay, they have gentle hands so if you’re looking for something deep, this isn’t the place for you.I didn’t ever receive my gift cards for spending over $100 as advertised outside.Second time I came, I initially was going to tip but had lunch reservations and the lady at the front was talking to new clients for a bit. I didn’t wanna wait because I had lunch reservations so I left. They followed me outside and demanded a tip and a 5 star review & said I could get a free gift. I told her it was okay that I had to leave and she grabbed my arm and forced me to go back inside.I was with mum and didn’t want to ruin the experience so I went in and did it but it left a bad taste in my mouth and the massage was not worth it for me to be coming back.

Great experience, the cupping session was held very straight forward and they knew exactly what they were doing.Got a full body massage afterwards and they are very allowing and comfortable with peoples body, very professional.1000/10 would always recommend

This was literally the best massage experience experience I have ever had! I did the 45 minute massage with hot stones and 45 minute facial. It was so amazing! My masseuse took her time and I didn’t feel like the massage was rushed at all. I actually felt like it was longer than 45 minutes! This was my first time ever getting a facial, and I loved it! So relaxing! On top of that, my masseuse stretched me out which is a first! I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated! I give this place 10 stars all the way through. It’s a shame that I dont live in Florida or I’d be here on the regular. They can definitely count me as a regular customer every time that I visit Florida.

I booked two spa packages- 1hr massage and 1hr facial for my cousin and I. The establishment is clean beautifully decorated. We were greeted by the staff with warmth and professionalism. After it was all said and done-we left feeling extremely relaxed and were even given two $10 gift certificates to come back. I had forgotten my jewelry that I took off for the massage and they held it for me the next day! I will be back! Thank you!

The place itself is very small, and not upscale but the massages themselves were great. We got there about 15-20 minutes prior to our service starting and the woman looked shocked that we were there so early and didn’t know what to do when they told us to get there a few minutes early. The massages started about 10 minutes late so those were the only downsides and it just not being as nice or spacious as I thought it would. Overall, if you want a good massage at a good price with no frills this is the place to go.

We booked a couples hot stone massage and it was the best massage we have ever had! The therapists we had were amazing and very professional. The place is very clean and tranquil. They were also very flexible with booking. We will be back!

This is the second time I’ve come for a massage and it was as wonderful as the first! Often I feel like a 1-hour massage is rushed and all my parts aren’t quite addressed. Not so here! I really recommend this spa.

Disappointing Experience at Aqua Day Spa in Dr. PhillipsMy experience at Aqua Day Spa in Dr. Phillips was extremely disappointing. From start to finish, it was clear that the service was subpar and not worth the money.Firstly, they falsely advertised that they had space for three people together, but upon arrival, they assumed we were a single person and a couple, separating us during the massage. This was not what we were told over the phone when making the booking.During the massage itself, it felt like the therapist was just spreading oils on us without any real technique or relief for our bodies. Instead of feeling relaxed, we left with red rashes and soreness.Whats worse is that after the massage, stepping out walking in the street, the staff followed us and demanded tips from each person, and forced us to go back, after long discussions, getting into our personal lives, although we Did pay as agreed for the service, even though I was treating my two friends for Mothers Day. They asked my friends for the tip. Embarrassed me that I am inviting them. Even people sitting on a bench outside in the street saw what was going on in public and questioned us. This was embarrassing and unprofessional.To add insult to our pain, the massageuse, who followed us in the streets, asked whether we are tourists or locals, asked intrusive questions about our cultural background and threatened that they will talk badly our culture if we didnt pay more tips for each person with a certain amount of tip. One of my friends, who had lived in Arizona her whole life, now living in Dr. Philips, was judged as a foreigner not as an American nor as locals.Furthermore, they falsely advertised special offers for Mothers Day on group coupons, but when we called to inquire, they denied having any such special deals nor promotion for such occasions.Overall, Aqua Day Spa in Dr. Phillips provided a terrible experience, with poor service, misleading advertising, and unprofessional behavior. Our visit turned to be a stressful experience instead of a relaxing one. I would strongly advise against visiting this place.

Edit: Just back to say we joined the massage membership club since my original review and we are coming every month now. We get amazing massages every time. Our favorites are Chuy, Ann, and Amity (we come as a family of three). Thank you, ladies!Original: We had our third massage here this evening. As always, it was great. We take our daughter with us and they do a fantastic massage on all three of us. We’ll definitely continue going to Acqua.

I took my mother for the couples massage for Mother’s Day and it was beyond amazing! I would definitely recommend. They stretched and massaged you as well as setting the mood with the music, temperature, and props.

OMG! This place is so relaxing, inviting and extremely pleasant. Dina did my facial, she’s super sweet and did an excellent job on my face, the mask was amazing. Coco did my massage, very professional, she stretched me, the stones were perfect temperature, the way she massaged me was amazing. Worst place ever! I do not recommend this place to anymore.I had a booking with them, I woke up very sick and I call to reschedule because I didn’t want to go and get other people sick.They say I need 24 hour in order to cancel or reschedule as their policy which i understand.But suddenly we don’t choose when we got sick I don’t know I might even got Covid and they didn’t care or have any type of empathy so they told me to send a friend to use my voucher! lol I was like what ?? And yes just like that I loose $90 dollars. Like i choose to woke up sick.

Cici and Quiyi did an amazing job working out our knots with some firm pressure but not painful like we’ve experienced in the past at other places. We walked out feeling relaxed, more limber, and my sciatic pain (that has been a nagging issue for years)virtually eliminated! Will definitely book every time we’re in Orlando.

I had a massage and facial here yesterday! Such a great value for the money. I arrived a bit early and the receptionist let me wait for my appointment in the spa room. She gave me fresh grapes, chocolate, and a delicious hot tea to drink while I waited. My therapist did a wonderful relaxing massage and facial for me. What a wonderful treat. The spa itself is very cute and has a nice homey vibe.

This place gave Me the worst massage Ive ever had. Honestly I wouldnt even call what I got a massage, I would consider it more of a rub. The woman that I got never used he thumbs or fingers to actually message me. she awkwardly used her forearm and palm to rub the whole time. I dont know if her hands were just tired, But to me it seemed as though she had no training or understanding on how to give and actual massage. They never had a pre massage chat or any type of communication about what type of massage I wanted. Upon arrival we were walked back to a room and told to undress. Typically with other massage places Ive been to youre walked back to the room and the massage therapist is waiting to have a conversation about what kind of massage you would like. Not here when the woman came in to the room all that was asked is if we wanted hard or soft. With in the first five minutes I could tell the woman was lacking understanding of basic massage techniques. I was also thrown off by the fact that my massage therapist completely removed the blanket well she was massaging me. In my past experiences they typically always keep the blanket covering your mid section. Not here well I was on my stomach she completely removed the blanket. My wife and I had were also very uncomfortable. about the amount of times our genitals were touched. I have never had my genitals touched during a massage, but that was not my experience here. My wife and I booth experienced a similar situation and were booth uncomfortable with the invasive touching. I would recommend not wasting youre money at this place, theres many other quality massages parlors in the area. My wife picked this place because of all the great reviews, but we were left confused. Maby it was an off day or there training new people, but my experience was for from 5 stars

Initially I was looking for a spa resort to celebrate an anniversary. Nothing seemed liked it was worth it. I’m so glad I found this place. I saw July’s name appear a lot on the reviews and she definitely lived up to those reviews. July and Anna were amazing!Nice ambiance. It was actually whole body massage and not focused on just my foot. We live in lake Nona but we will definitely be back!

I heard great things about this spa from my neighbors and decided to book a couples massage. Let me start off by saying that the massage was amazing! Both my girlfriend and I were so impressed with both our masseuses. I had some issues with my shoulder prior to arriving and the masseuse was able to really to help with that. My girlfriend is usually pretty stiff at her chiropractic appointments but following the message she said it was very easy for the doctor to do her adjustment. Overall I think its the best spa in the Sandlike Rd area.

Visited Acqua Day Spa yesterday with my sister and they did not disappoint. We both went for a deep cleansing facial and the service was on spot in addition to the relaxing environment. Cici, who took care of me was incredibly thorough the entire hour she was with me. All of the other staff were super friendly as well! I was a bit nervous since this was my first time going into a store for a facial service, but it went away after being welcomed by them. One point that I would like to mention is that the store is hard to find. I had to call them and the lady at the front desk came out to guide me. Other than that, 10/10 would recommend to others! Definitely coming back to this place next time!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Better than fantastic. My husband and I came from Maryland to Orlando for our wedding anniversary. We have been at the parks from rope drop to close every day and our bodies hurt. We got a couples massage and this was our experience. As soon as we arrived we were met by a delightful lady...I believe the owner. She offered us a variety of drinks (champagne, red or white wine, mimosa...ect) We met our massage therapists Evelyn and Coco. They were wonderful and extremely professional. The spa itself was very clean and extremely neat. Honestly, it was the very best massage we have ever had. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because they deserve it. When we were done the same delightful lady offered us another delicious drink of our choosing. If you live in Florida you should make it a point to go. When we come back I will absolutely, positively stop in to receive another massage. Thank you ladies.

I had been here couple weeks ago. I got Swedish massage with hot stones and after deep cleansing facial.. Everything was perfect l felt like princess and never wanna get out.. The price is fair than other places. They are really professional and nice.The owner Lady is so friendly and we have talked each other long time. We did the couples massage and wow! It was such a great massage. They used a combination of techniques that hit all of the right spots. Also the lotion they used smelled wonderful. Their customer service was also extremely wonderful, they were so nice and courteous.

This was a first-time getting a facial experience. Dimple ( yes like in your cheek), did an amazing job of facial, hands, and foot massage with some back massage as well. I thought my skin might look better, but I never expected to feel so relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated!! I thought they seemed very knowledgeable about skin care. The owner and staff were very welcoming and warm, and thoughtful as well. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it to anyone needed some self-care time! This was the worse massage I’ve ever had. It 3 full days for me to recover from the vertigo type issue I got immediately felt after the massage. It was so deep and hard my body is still trying to recover while on vacation. Today is day 4 and my entire lower back is all twisted. I need to get to my chiropractor in order to untangle the mess of a massage I got. Horrible. Worst ever and I have had so many massages in my life.

I had the traditional Chinese cupping done with Cici, and let me say it was awesome and so relaxing. She knew exactly where to place them to relieve the muscle tension. The fire induced suction had the right amount of pressure. Elvedina did my facial and it was so great. Coco did my deep tissue and it was good. I will definitely be back.

I found Acqua Day Spa 4+ years ago and am so happy I did. You are greeted at the door with professional, knowledgeable staff who take a sincere interest in making your visit special. The no pressure atmosphere is a welcome change from other spas I have been to. Yvonne is amazing. Dont let her small stature fool you. She gives one mean massage! After one of their facials my skin is totally refreshed. You cannot go wrong with any of their services. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I got a facial from Dimple and a massage from Coco. Both ladies were professional and did a wonderful job. Definitely the best facial and massage I have ever had. Aqua was able to get me a next day appointment which I really appreciated.The business was very clean and everyone I had interaction with was very courteous and nice. I highly recommend this establishment for any of the spa services.

Went to get a couples massage with my wife and the owner Hayette was very kind and welcoming. Coco and Yvonne did our massages and they were truly a one of a kind pairing. They did from head to toe and relaxed our muscles so well we were very sleepy coming out of the room!Highly recommend.

Hands down the best massage I’ve ever gotten!

They did a great job. I have a really tense back and they really worked out my tense muscles. I fell asleep. She also stretched me out where I needed it. Will be coming back.

I had a lovely experience. I was able to book a same day appointment for a massage while on vacation. I was greeted and offered a complimentary glass of champagne. My received a Swedish massage with hot stones by Coco. The service from beginning to end was perfect. I will definitely visit again while in Orlando.

Such an AMAZING spa day. My orginal spa had to unfortunately cancel my appointment the day of, and I was in a bind. I found Acqua Day Spa on a whim, and was so pleased with the customer service and spa services! Yvonne came in and gave me a beautiful massage and it maybe was one of the best massages Ive ever had. Then I had a facial with Dianne who was AMAZING. It felt like I was talking with a friend, and she was so helpful with my skin diagnosis to tighten my pores! These two ladies were wonderful, but whats better is it was affordable too! Its a family owned company, and they dont try to do any of that uncomfortable upselling with spa products you sometimes see in bigger spas. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing experience!

We just had a couples spa day! They were able to accommodate us for the same day and the massages were Ah-Maze-Ing! We walked about 50 miles in the last 2 days and they massaged the pain and tiredness right out of our bodies. We were almost too relaxed to drive home. 😃 it was great!

Was welcomed immediately, treated very well, offered an intro free 10 minute chair massage...delighted with the service I scheduled a facial...and definetly recommend. Fantastic prices for this Area! The eyelash extension that I received and the microblading service my mom received from Raquel is exceptional!! She truly takes the time to listen and address any concerns you may have before starting the process. Raquel, even takes the time to follow up with you after the procedure to ensure everything is okay. Numerous people were impressed with my eyelashes and thought they were my own... They couldnt believe how real the extensions looked on me. Raquel truly has a talent and I will continue recommending her to everyone I know!!

Lucy and her staff are exceptional! An inviting and relaxing facility makes for a great spa escape. Acqua has a staff of highly skilled massage therapists and estheticians! The Swedish massage is my favorite. Because I live an active lifestyle, my muscles feel rejuvenated after a massage at Acqua! My massage was first with Coco which was incredible and sooooo relaxing... she knew exactly what to do and her hands are truly magic... Then my facial with Dimple was also incredible... she was so caring and knowledgeable about my skin... she made it really hard for me to want to get up when she was finished... Dimple is also super talented with Eyebrow Threading and somehow my eyebrows look even fuller... It was truly an amazingly relaxing and satisfying experience so Ill definitely be returning regularly... I highly recommend them if you want to be treated like a Queen... Had such an amazing, relaxing experience here! I have been struggling with “maskne”(acne due to wearing a face mask LOL) for quite some time now and it was really wearing on me. So I finally decided to go get a facial. I opted for the Sesha Acne Facial with Yvonne. The whole experience was so relaxing and my face felt so revitalized both during and after the facial. There is a visible difference between my face now and how it looked prior to the facial which I find amazing - unfortunately I don’t have any before pictures.Yvonne made sure to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire facial and was so sweet! Will definitely be back to see her!Definitely recommend going here for any of your spa treatments. 😊

I had a full day of pampering. The facial was okay. The massage was horrible I kept asking to go harder and she didnt. Like Im 135 so its not like if she put some effort I wouldnt feel it. My mani-pedi was horrible. She asked my whole life but didnt scrub my heal, didnt ask if I wanted my nails cut. She messed up my gel polish 4times then said for me to come back. Really?!!

My wife Cindee gets her pink & white nails done here. Sheila Patel has a perfect technique for beautiful shape, and thin coverage, most like your own natural nail. They last and when you do have a break, she repairs them for free. Sheila is very kind, personable and always cheerful.The Aqua day Spa has lovely decor and very peaceful atmosphere.And its right behind Starbucks! What else could you ask for?

It was the worse experience Ive ever had in my life. If only I could give no stars.I went in to get gel nails with Kim Nguyen. I asked her before through the phone, if it was possible to make it look as natural as possible and she said yes and that it would cost me $30,00 dollars.When I arrived, everything was great until she started to do my nails. My gel had bubbles in it, my polish was full of nail dust in it. Just horrible. I asked her nicely to take everything off because I wasnt happy with it. She took the polish off and said she would not take the gel off, plus on top of that I would have to pay her $45,00 not $30,00 for something I did not like. She said in almost 20 years of work this never happened to her, and basically called me a scammer, that I didnt want to pay. Really rude. At the end she said I wont charge you but you have to leave now. NEVER been treated like this in my life. I started crying and she was basically laughing at my face like she was right about everything. NEVER AGAIN.
