Had a wonderful day at the Spa. Everyone was amazing from the front desk to the massage therapist to the aesthetician for my facial to Michelle who asked if I needed help trying to fix my bathing suit. I would go back a thousand times… beautiful pool and great food. Thank you all for my 1st spa experience
All the staff performed amazingly on the services provided (massage, facials, pedicures). However it is the small intricacies that are neglected leading to 3 out of 5 stars. For instance, the spa only has 1 shower/locker room which is co-ed. The spas features isnt accommodating to men larger than average, for example I am 6 foot tall, size 12 shoe and thr robes were too short and they had no slippers that would fit. I had to walk around the spa all day in my socks! The tables used for massage and facials arent heated so my wife and I got cold during the services. The relaxation room is anything but that. It has cold plastic chairs and is right next to the front desk so you hear all the conversations so unable to relax. The hot tub is really just a small jacuzzi that is outside in the back of the spa. Definitely not the best spa but decent if youre on a budget.
My girlfriends and I had such a wonderful experience. EVERYONE at the spa was eager to ensure we were well taken care of. We came in to celebrate my birthday with deluxe pedicures and between the wine refills, the time in the hot tub and the extra care taken for our treatments, I definitely enjoyed a birthday to remember. Kathryn and Mary were incredible hosts. Ana, Mae and Sandra did an excellent job on our pedis.Thank you so much for all the kind attention! I can’t wait to come back
Came in for a pedicure last night and left extremely disappointed. From the moment I walked in, the technician seemed annoyed that I had booked a service and was extremely rude. I had prepaid for a 60 minute pedicure, but was rushed out in less than 35 minutes (a portion of which the technician completely disappeared without saying anything). The technician not only did a sloppy job, leaving polish all over my toes but also had the audacity to clean the bowl and her tools while I was still sitting in the chair, getting cleaning solution on me in the process. I would mention her by name so you knew who to avoid, but she didn’t even have the decency to introduce herself when I arrived.The receptionist was kind enough to put the credit for the service back on my account, but even with that I would strongly recommend going elsewhere if you want to receive a proper pedicure and be treated with kindness.
Service was excellent!! Every member of the staff that I interacted with was friendly, professional, and accommodating. I got a Dazzle Dry manicure and pedicure; Pilar did a very nice job. The color I initially selected was out, so one of the staff members brought me two similar Dazzle Dry options. And I ended up using both of them, lol! I would definitely come back for nail services, and I would also bring my swimsuit so I could make use of their hot tub.
I went in for a manicure and left feeling like a VIP! From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile, given a tour, and offered a beverage. The Spa itself is beautiful, clean, and tranquil. As I checked out, I happily signed up for the membership, and look forward to my regular visits!
I live in fort lauderdale yet still come here to get my nails done. Im a member and get dazzle dry. The membership is a great deal and it feels welcoming and cozy to return to the same place. The dazzle dry last me a really long time and doesnt damage my nails. Highly recommend. Theres some amazing nail artists so meet a few before you find the one you really like. Theyre all great tho.
First-time client at The Spa. I was greeted with a warm welcome and offered a beverage. The tour was pleasant and very clean facility. The staff who performed my manicure and pedicure was excellent. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Staff came by periodically to make sure I was ok and if I wanted more water. I will return to future services.
I found this wonderful place on Groupon and was not disappointed!!Everything was done in complete excellence.From the experience on the phone arranging a mother and daughter spa day.To having some nice complimentary wine and chai tea. Thank you for the exceptional experience. It was well worth the investment and any gratuity you may provide. Phil delivered an excellent massage, focusing on much-needed relief in my shoulders and neck. I feel rejuvenated and ready to return to work with renewed energy.I would like to suggest a thorough cleaning of the hot tub, as our group encountered a significant amount of sand in it. Additionally, please inspect the shower rod, as it fell on us. Lastly, consider adding insulation between the walls, as we were informed that our conversations were heard.
I decided to get a massage at “The Spa” for Mother’s Day. The best present I could’ve ever gotten. They always make sure your comfortable & the facility gives you access to so many other things the day of your massage. There a hot tub, a place where you can get mani & pedicures, etc. The facility was so clean. The entire staff was nice. I’ve gotten plenty of massages in my 31 years of living but this was by far the best.
My goodness, I was gifted a massage membership from my mother and sister-in-law, which was kind enough in and of itself, however, being 35 weeks pregnant is tough on the body. I just experienced world’s best massage at The Spa. Bryan L was my therapist, and I can promise you, he now has a client for life. I have been to many spas, and this was quite literally the best massage I’ve ever received.Thank you, Bryan! I cannot wait to return.
Anastasia was simply amazing. Her hands felt like a machine. I chose deep tissue and boy did she deliver. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating of our large party.
The spa offers a welcoming environment & the front desk staff go above and beyond. The nail technician wasn’t as amicable and the customer service from her behalf could be better. Overall my nail service met my expectations.
I love The Spa! I’m amazed by their new location, it’s so bright and beautiful. The staff here is always friendly and professional. They showed me around and I think I might book a pedi after my next massage. Their member package is an amazing deal and leaps and bounds better than chain massage places. And I cannot forget to mention Amanda, who does wonders for me. I have an old back injury, sit at a keyboard for a living and she gets all of the knots out. She’s really amazing and actually listens when you discuss what is hurting or tight. They offer you a beverage while you wait and I usually go for a white wine and a gossip mag in the lounge until my appointment time.
Such a great experience!! I cannot rave enough about this place. I went in because I had a Groupon but then became a member. Great staff, everyone is super friendly and it’s extremely clean and well kept. I always am super excited for my appointment.
I got an abrupt text saying “we regret to inform you your membership has been cancelled and we no longer will be providing services to you.” I have been going to the Spa for almost a year and got the monthly package and grandfather rate. Everything was going well, I paid on time and every visit I tipped my guy well who did phenomenal, then within the last few months I had a call for three reschedules because of double booking from the Spa. I was compensated and made it right. Last week, I spoke to the Manager this last time about being compensated since I was called 30 min prior to my appointment and on my way to get a massage. If I was late or missed my appointment they still would charge me. I was told by Bree the Director this was above her and the owner Andy needed to respond. I got no phone call but an automated TEXT message two days later saying my account is cancelled and the Spa no longer will be providing services. What? I can’t believe an owner of a company would treat a valuable ongoing customer this way and do it in an auto text rather than a phone call. I guess we live in a time when people cannot be accountable to their actions and would rather cancel a good customer than try to resolve and make it right. I wonder if it’s the grandfather rate I was getting and since prices have gone up they wanted to make more money. I wouldn’t know because I was cancelled in a TEXT! Sayonara The Spa. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Wonderful experience here and Pilar did a great job on my nails (spa mani and pedi). Everyone is friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. They offer a jacuzzi that can be used before or after your service and besides nails, they do massages and facials, as well (to try next time!) I appreciated that they only do natural nails, too, so it doesn’t smell like chemicals and isn’t dusty/dirty. It’s clean and the layout directs the flow of patrons in such a way as to prevent major disturbance to those already getting services. They offer free beverages and are very gracious hosts. I enjoyed an overall very relaxed “spa” vibe, as the name implies. I will be returning when I’m in Orlando❤️
My experience with this spa put a damper on my whole day. I bought a Groupon which was redeemed before using, so I got that fixed and made an appointment. They do hold your card info for the appointment. Went in, all was good, offered complimentary beverages so I thought ok, they should be experienced with nails… well come to find out you’ll be outcasted if you have acrylic on your nails, or made to feel like your the issue, not the guest. I told the tech if it was an issue I could get them done elsewhere. Pedicure was ok.. very basic. After acrylic was somewhat off we moved to the manicure chair. She buffed what she could from the acrylic and tried to shape my nails to a simple point. They all became uneven and different shapes that came to a rigged point. They were clearly uneven and lumpy but she proceeded to polish. I told her I was done, I did not want to polish. She apologized, for not being able to shape them.. I thanked her and left. I went to my normal nail ladies whom were underwhelmed by the outcome they’d have to fix.. told me I’d still be charged to get off what the previous lady couldn’t.. needless to say The Spa costed me an extra $60 just to fix what couldn’t be done by an upscale spa. Yes, I spoke with the lady at the front desk, she offered a complimentary service, I declined.
This was a great experience for me and my spouse. We both had the manicures/pedicures and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Both nail technicians were attentive, gentle, and thorough. We will definitely return when visiting Orlando again!
I received a Groupon as a gift. Coming in they are very welcoming and very hospitable. Amazing hot coffee. Lots of great and in trend color choices...I had a manicure and pedicure. Very informative and they have a great membership program. Alex was nice and very detailed when doing my manicure and pedicure. Definitely recommend for a luxury service.

I used a Groupon for a medi/pedi last minute on a Monday afternoon. The reception staff was more than accommodating. Sandra did a FABULOUS job on my nails. They even have complimentary juice/wine/water and an available jacuzzi to relax in after your appointment!!
Staff was all super nice. Used the dazzle dry because they said it was vegan and cruelty free. Went on like regular polish. It’s been a week and it still looks fresh. Excited to see how long it lasts. I hope they expand their vegan/cruelty free options to include gels.

I was on vacation with my family and needed a solid place to get a facial and couples massage. After a quick Google search I found that the Spa Orlando had both a high rating and an equally high number of reviews. Everything was spot on about this place. Complimentary drinks, hot tub, robes, great decor, and even better customer service. After our appointment my wife and I left both pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and quality of service. We were both extremely relaxed when all was said and done. My only regret is that I am not a local, and therefore, I cannot be a regular at this establishment.
Honestly The Spa was great. Found out about the place thru Groupon. Soon as I arrived I was given a tour and a glass of wine. Ana was my technician, and she was fantastic. Her attention to detail and gentle touch made the pedicure so relaxing. My feet look and feel great. Ana was also super friendly and made the whole experience even better.Included with the pedicure service are these Amazing massage chairs. They were so comfortable and had all kinds of settings to help me unwind completely. It was like getting a mini massage while having my pedicure done.The Spa offers unlimited beverages, which is a nice perk. My choice was white wine, and it was great. The staff kept my glass topped up, making me feel truly pampered.Unfortunately, I couldnt use the jacuzzi due to bad weather. Since it’s out on the patio, it wasn’t possible this time, but thats totally understandable. So be mindful of the weather during your visit if you wanna sit in the jacuzzi for a little after your service.Overall, my visit to The Spa was wonderful. Ana’s excellent pedicure service, the relaxing massage chairs, and the unlimited white wine made it a perfect pampering session. I definitely recommend The Spa for anyone looking to treat themselves!
I cant say enough how amazing Bryan is!!! 🙌🏻 My friend gifted me a massage session with him and it was my first ever! I truly dont know that anyone else could ever top what he did. The entire experience is super comfortable, hes very good at relaxing the entire body, and definitely knows his stuff. The way his hands flow smoothly into the exact muscle that needs attention is impressive! Trust the process and just melt because I promise, hes more than capable of guiding your body. Im about 56, 250 lbs., and he had no trouble lifting my heavy legs haha. We only conversated enough for him to get to know what my body goes through on a daily basis. He will make sure you know his every move and why hes working it. Ill definitely be getting another appointment on my next visit to Florida! 🤩

I love Suites at The Spa because I am able to meet with people per hour as needed. The facility and mind space rooms are beautiful and clean. I’m definitely going back❤️
My husband and I had a stressful travel day and The Spa completely turned that around. They accommodated us arriving late due to airport issues and still made us feel just as welcomed and relaxed. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. Wonderful massage and great pedicures!
Worst nail salon ever. First you have to pre-pay before you go in. I made an appointment over the telephone when I got there. They looked at my nails which had the dip on it and said sorry we don’t remove the dip you have to go to another salon to get it removed and then we can give you your manicure pedicure. I said I am not going to another salon and I would like a refund. They said no problem come up to the desk and we will issue you a refund. Five days later I checked on my credit card and I see that I did not get the refund. I called the salon and they said oh we don’t give refunds you can come in for the service again, but we don’t issue refunds because it’s considered cancellation less than 24 hours. I said I did not cancel you cannot do the service because I have a dip on and when I called to make the appointment I was not told that you do not, remove dips I cannot get my nails done there. I’m not going to another salon to have it removed and come back to you. Worst experience ever now I have to fight with the credit card company to try to get a refund for this place do not ever ever go to this place it is horrible .
The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff were so friendly. There was a waiting area where they literally offered a variety of refrigerated drinks to drink while you waited for your appointment. I got orange juice, it was great.Not to mention the massage itself. I got a wonderful hour-long medium pressure massage. I felt great afterward. Overall this was a lovely experience that I would recommend to anyone.
We were in town for a work conference and we decided we would grab a couples massages and pedicures. I had Brian for my massage and Haley for my Pedicure. They were AMAZING! Everyone was so nice and made sure we were comfortable and offered wine, water, etc. Both massage therapist asked if we had any “problem spots” or area of focus. I started to tell Brian my that I hold a lot of tension in me… “he said shoulders” he could tell right away. Since I had Brian, I’ll sing his praises just a little! He was determined to give me relief in my shoulders and upper back. I felt sooooo much better. Haley had a rough set of feet to work with, I’m ashamed to say it had been at least 8 months since I got a pedicure. She did an amazing job and my toes look and feel great. I wished we lived closer or could visit more. Definitely making sure we go back next time we visit.

LADIES LADIES LADIES…. And GENTLEMEN, that damn Phil is who you need to RUN 🏃🏾♀️ to. Phil will get your mind body and soul RIGHTTTTT!!!! I’m a barber and my body is in constant need of healing. Philllll has definitely done that for my body. And when it’s a full body massage Phil gives a FULL body massage. He massaged the lashes off my face 😩 (a good expression ). Overall he’s GREAT at what he does and is worthy of making you feel at your best. THANKS PHIL
When I first walked in, I was greeted by all of the staff left and right. Britni gave us a lovely tour and her hospitality was exceptional. Hailey was so sweet. She did an amazing job with my gel pedi! I appreciated the complimentary wine and that hot tub was so relaxing. We met a new member there and had so much fun!! I very much enjoyed my overall experience at The Spa. I ended up becoming a member myself. Can’t wait to be back!
After my first visit I became a member! It’s peaceful, everyone is so kind and thoughtful. I recommended everyone I know to come here and enjoy the beauty that is the spa!
I was very excited to come get a massage and mani and pedi and was incredibly disappointed. I will not be back to this spa. In my opinion it was dirty and not well kept. The “hot tub” was fillled with leaves and so were the chairs outside and just not kept up with. I entered the massage room to a wet face covering (which I had her changed), a wipe was stuck in between head rest and bed where my face was laying. The linens were old and didn’t have a fresh smell at all. Seemed to be a sheet or incredibly thin blanket so I felt like she could see me the whole time. I’ve NEVER had a massage where the lights were on, they were sconces but bright and not dimmed at all. I was supposed to get hot stones but when she put them on I jumped they were so hot (and I like hot) and she couldn’t figure out how to cool them so I asked her to not use them (pretty sure I was still charged by desk though). The therapist was pretty good at massaging and very sweet but it was not relaxing at all bc I couldn’t get past the dirtiness or bright lights, as well as hearing everything happening in the hall.I got a mani/pedi as well which I believe was an additional $90 and I have NEVER had a pedicure done so quickly in my life, even at cheap nail places. The girl was very sweet and tried to have conversation after , I believe it was the owner or manager, tried to ask me about a membership and I said I wasn’t interested and I had a bad experience. He asked if I wanted anything upgraded (pedicure was done) and then proceeded to tell me I couldn’t use the extra on my gift card to tip. I have NEVER heard that before and know people put extra money on gift cards so the tips don’t have to be paid. So I guess he banked that extra money. My nails and toes were painted nice but after getting in car are two different colors. Owner/manager came back and asked if I wanted another massage added to my account and I said no thanks. I do not have any desire to visit this location again. Thank goodness I didn’t pay the $265 myself, but feel bad for the people who bought the gift card.Front desk lady was a sweet heart and very attentive!

This is my go-to nail spot. If you’re looking for a clean, high quality mani-pedi, ask for Sandra. Her attention to detail is insane (in the absolutely best way). I’ve never experienced a service that was so worth the cost. The prices are great and the environment is inviting and relaxing. If you’re looking for a quality experience, look no further!
The new location is just as convenient as the old; in fact its just around the bend. The hot rock massage is the way to go. Scheduling the massage was easy. Overall the experience was no hassle, which is what you want from a massage! I recommend. 👍
Spectacularly not worth it. The place is overpriced, and did the worst mani pedi I’ve ever had. I didn’t see them use cleaning materials on their tools, they cut my husband.. it was a mess. The only nice thing I can say is they have “free drinks” with your experience and polite service.
Had a wonderful relaxing massage with Anastasia. Deep tissue pressure was great she listened to what I wanted and my problem spots. She also made sure the pressure worked for me. Fits well with the price, I had a morning massage so the room was a bit bright for full relaxation. I signed back up for the massage membership and will see how my next massage is.
Nathan the massage therapist was a fantastic listener. He immediately concentrated on my problem areas and Fixed everything. Would highly recommend.
I recently wanted to book an appointment at The Spa through a Groupon deal, which initially seemed like a fantastic offer. However, my experience took a downturn when I discovered that a deposit was required to secure my appointment, despite no mention of this requirement on the Groupon voucher.While I understand the necessity of ensuring appointment slots are honored, it’s highly misleading not to disclose this information upfront. The Groupon deal gave no indication that a deposit would be necessary, leaving customers like myself feeling blindsided upon booking.Moreover, the deposit requirement was framed as a precautionary measure for no-shows, which felt unreasonable considering I had already paid for the voucher upfront. It would have been more transparent and fair to outline the deposit policy alongside the Groupon deal terms.The Spa’s failure to communicate this essential detail resulted in a frustrating and disappointing experience. As a customer, transparency and honesty are paramount, and I hope The Spa addresses this issue to prevent future misunderstandings.I have since cancelled the Groupon and will be taking my business to a more honest company.
Booked a Groupon appt with The Spa for Pedi’s w/ a friend. Met at the door w/ a smile. Checked in and toured the facility, which was very nice, then offered something to drink. Pedi’s were relaxing w/ our Chi Tea’s. Would definitely recommend The Spa to anyone wanting a Pedi done!!

This was my first time going here and it was a fantastic experience! My mom and I came here for manis and pedis as a nice treat-yo self. Nan did my nails and she did a great job. My nails have not looked this good in a bit! The customer services was great! The staff was very attentive throughout our stay here. They also provided complimentary wine and soft drinks. All together I felt like I was in a mini vacation get away. I would definitely recommend this place and Nan ;)
Iv been coming here for about a little more then half a year now, I have a massage/facial membership, I never would have thought Id have one, but after the first session I was HOOKED, I love the diversity of options you have, the roll over credits, the affordability and comfort, I honestly feel like a star when I’m there! All the specialist are amazing, my favorite is Philip, very kind and comfortable, and just a top tier masseuse all around, my first ever reflexology session was with him, and I already have another booked! 1000% recommended!
Please turn your nail tables around to the other side . It doesn’t make sense that the thinnest part of the table is against the wall and we can’t fully pull our chairs in. The “party room” could use some more comfortable chairs, those plastic ones weren’t relaxing at all. Also, team there is not very receptive to feedback.
Always an amazing experience at The Spa. My massage therapist is Destiny. She is amazing, friendly, and welcoming. One of the main reasons why I keep coming back! The front desk is also great! Overall, a great experience and I recommend.If I were to have any negatives, it would be the parking is a little bit tight for my comfort. However, the experience is worth it!

Found through Groupon and was disappointed!EDIT: Two days after my gel manicure and Im chipping and peeling. Ive done nothing with my hands to cause this (Ive been on and am usually quite rough with no problems. I thought she didnt close the tips, but didnt say anything as I wasnt really paying attention (and telling someone how to do their job isnt mine) and thought maybe she just did clear. Definitely wrong assumption. So not worth it.Original: Recieved a really nice gel mani pedi. An actual spa with complementary beverages, lockers, robes, etc. They only use OPI polishes; are a little limited on the color rage, but still have a great selection. Staff was positively wonderful. Atmosphere is trendy but welcoming.
If you are looking for exceptional Staff, and friendly clean place just to spend money go ahead! Unfortunately if you are looking for a exceptional pedicure this is not the place.I went for a pedicure and it did not feel like a pedicure at all. The overall pedicure service feels more like a really good foot massage with cream and they will clean your toes and polish them. However in my case nothing was done to address the overall foot calluses or dead skin. I was excited after the tour because the customer service is exceptional and it makes you want to become a member. But dont be fooled if you are a client looking for a exceptional pedicure!

First time going there. Was greeted by a friendly Hi Rose! at the reception area. Very nice waiting area with comfortable seating and very clean. I was offered a drink and given a tour and explanation of the services The Spa offers. My nail technician was Sandra. She did an amazing job working on my nails. Everyone there were friendly. The place is very bright and clean. Decided to join the membership (great deal) and see how that goes.
Bryan did an amazing job on my massage and was very professional and kind. Highly recommended!
The people here are so nice and kind. My daughter took me to The Spa here in Orlando for Mother’s Day. The place was so clean and they played some very soothing music that helped me feel relaxed. The massage therapist Anastasia asked me several times during my full body massage, how was the pressure and was I okay. I loved my first experience so much that I had my daughter to get me a membership to The Spa! That way I can definitely get a good relaxing massage or even a nice facial on my off days from work. This place even have a jacuzzi! All you need is your bathing suit! Love it!
Ive been getting massages at this spa for the past several years. I love that they have a hot tub, locker area with towels and robes and a shower. Its clean and convenient and the staff is friendly. I recently had a massage with Phil and it was AMAZING! It was truly a therapeutic experience. Highly recommend.
I called to make an appointment for a pedicure and Mary was very nice and accommodating. It so happens that she checked me in the day of and Ana took care of me. She reccomended a color for the toes and it turned out perfect. Her work is great and very professional. We were talking the whole time and I felt very comfortable. Josh checked me out and he was very nice and informative. Overall I had an awesome experience and I will be back soon!

The Spa is absolutely wonderful. The staff is extremely polite and professional. Mae, listened to me and did my nails exactly like I requested. The price to join the membership club is perfect. Star treatment without the Star treatment price. No more searching for a great nail salon. I found mine!!!
I have been going to this Spa for years. Their new location is beautiful and relaxing. The staff is always friendly and offering you a beverage while you wait. If you want a massage ask for Destiny but be warned, she can be booked but she is worth the wait. So whatever service you choose go in, get a nice glass of wine and enjoy. Better yet, become a member so you feel like family.
Everyone was so nice but it’s definitely not for me. I could hear everything from the room so it was hard to relax, could barely feel the massage even after asking for more pressure, the jacuzzi was dirty so didn’t feel comfortable using it. My sister loved her massage so that was nice but she wouldn’t go back either especially for the hefty price.

Tried The Spa on Arthur Ave for first time and was very pleased - beginning with a friendly and professional greeting at the reception area, followed by a tour and explanation of the services The Spa offers.My nail technician, Brittany, fastidiously and patiently removed all remnants of my previous gel and then was very accommodating to my requests for length and shape of my nails. She was very friendly, chatting while she worked with meticulous precision to ensure my French Manicure white tips were uniform. Well done. Thank you.
Ive been going to The Spa for about 8/9 years and Im never disappointed. I have a massage membership and tall Brian (thats what I call him) is awesome! Ive tried so many different massage therapist and was never satisfied. I was so happy when Brian came back. The staff at The Spa is always so friendly and nice and call you by name.
Cute little looks like an up incoming place with good vibes. My manicure is a little rough but good enough for me to get by till my next one. Wish they offered more services really could have used a brow wax today without going to two places. Great Groupon deals available

RUN AWAY NOW! The most horrible front desk ever. I made an appointment at 6 pm on a Friday for a Saturday appointment at 1:45 pm. I did NOT give my credit card information and I was NOT informed of the cancellation policy over the phone when I made the appointment. I got stuck at work and I called around 12 pm on Saturday to cancel my appointment and I was told on the phone No Problem. After I hung up I found a charge for $55 for the pedicure service I cancelled. I called them back and was informed that this is their policy for cancellations and that they saved my card from previous visits. I did NOT give authorization to save my credit card info and I was not informed about the charge before it happened. The front office person left me on hold for more than 20 minutes and I had to hang up. This is absolutely terrible and I will never go there again. This is a scam and I will dispute the charge. Please be aware of the theft and the horrible customer service. On top of that I spoke with the director of the spa and she refused to help me or offer me a refund or even a different booking time to compensate for the horrible service I received. She simply said theres nothing I could do for you! I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service I received from this place.
Kim and Brian are amazing therapist and gave my husband and I an amazing couples massage. We will definitely be going back and their membership is well worth it. I love that they have a Jacuzzi it’s so nice that it’s outside. I just wish that they would make it hot and bubbly so you could truly enjoy it and relax and loosen up before Massage.
I went here with 10 additional girls to celebrate my bachelorette party. The girls got massages while we enjoyed the hot tub and drinks. Kathryn did an exceptional job at making my day special. however towards the end they came around and started picking up our robes (before our time was even finished there) & a few moments later I couldnt find my phone, all the staff helped look for it & I decided to check back the next day so I could enjoy the rest of my bachelorette party. (Here is where it takes a turn)I called the next day and spoke with Bri and asked if they found my phone and she said she would look and call back. she called back a few moments later and informed me that they put my phone in the washer and dryer. when I went to go pick up my phone the service that I received from Bri was mind boggling. saying things like I didnt have to tell you where we found your phone you need to put insurance on your phone my employees are not required to check the pockets of the robes. not once did she even apologize about the mistake made. I spent over $1000 on my bachelorette party there and once they got their money the whole tone changed and that was disappointing since we all mentioned looking for a home spa to get memberships. All in all, good customer service is important, you can pretend to care a little or show a bit of sympathy to putting my 2,000$ phone in the washer and dryer.
I have enjoyed massages for more than 30 years, prompted by a car accident in 1986. My body will never return to its healthy form from before the accident, but a good weekly massage certainly helps. The wonderful massage I received at The Spa ranks with the best that I’ve ever received. My therapist, Chris, was thorough, determinedly loosening back muscles that prefer to remain as tight as a drum. Thanks to Chris, I left The Spa feeling like a new man. Well, almost like a new man, which is all I hope for at this point. Thank you, Spa, and thank you, Chris, for the welcome relief you brought me.
We traveled from PA to visit friends and enjoy our anniversary. We went to The Spa for couples massage and the experience was wonderful. The staff was very professional and welcoming. Our masseuse were wonderful and knowledgeable! We had couples pedicures by Nicole and she was fantastic. Nicole made us feel relaxed and at home. I wouldnt recommend any other place or people! The place is great. Service too. I made the mistake of taking the membership. I had yo call a few times to receive the form to cancel the membership. They told me that I was going to be charged one more month and then they charged me TWO months. Now, I see in my credit card ANOTHER month (after the membership was cancelled)… and I see ANOTHER pending charge (of another month)… I have called a few times to fix this and they say “I’ll pass this information to the billing department” and it takes DAYS for them to reach you out… I think the whole concept of their membership is a scam. I recommend you to avoid it at all cost!
Me and my boyfriend had a fantastic time the spa ! They offer some great memberships for discounted rates, and we received the best mani and pedi combo EVER! We will definitely be coming back again! They also serve complimentary drinks, and wine. Very relaxed place to visit !
I just went to this place for the first time after getting a deal on Groupon. It was fantastic! I had a wonderful woman named Chanel give me a mani-pedi and she has a great attention to detail. They have this nail polish called Dazzle, its supposed to last 2 weeks and dry fast. It still chips like normal nail polish, which is fine, but it does completely dry super fast. They provide a few different drinks options while you get pampered. Everyone was so nice. They also offer other services I didnt try. I was so impressed that I immediately joined their monthly nail service (which is surprisingly very affordable). Honestly, I thought a place that looked this nice in that area would be more expensive, and I didnt think I was returning because I assumed it wasnt in my budget. I was pleasantly surprised how wrong I was.
The space is pretty, modern, and clean. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The woman who did my pedicure was efficient and kind. I did have to ask her, twice, to fix the polish on one toe but overall it looks really good. She put lotion in my legs but did not massage at all, which may not be included in the basic pedicure I got.
My girlfriend brought me here for a relaxing date together and this place is amazing! We were greeted by Brittany and she is very informative and friendly. For our couples massage, I had Destiny and omg let me tell you she worked wonders. She is very sweet and made sure I was comfortable. Perfect pressure and it literally felt like she was milking the stress out of my body lol. She did an amazing job on my massage! Sofia did my mani pedi and she is also super sweet and my nails look great! My pedicure is well done and she took her time to make sure it looked great. They also offer affordable monthly memberships for nails or massages which we definitely are going to take advantage of. Thanks so much for giving us a relaxing date!UPDATE: I’ll leave the 5 stars but I do not recommend the monthly nail service. My first experience went so well but the last few nail experiences were terrible. They techs act like they really don’t want to be there and treat you like it’s a drive thru nail service lol. It’s a good deal but would rather spend the money where I would receive nicer service from the techs and a better job done.
I have been coming to The Spa for three years now. When I moved to the area from New York, I was so happy to find a place that does great work and has great prices. I have the nail membership, and I highly recommend it! My husband also signed up for the massage membership, and the massages are helping to reduce stress and tension. The new location is beautiful as well, very relaxing and cozy. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. I have worked with a lot of the different nail technicians, and they are all great! Highly recommend!
Five star first visit! I visited The Spa to get a mani/pedi for my engagement photos, and Hailey did such a great job! The entire staff are friendly and welcome, gave me a tour and made sure I was comfortable. Hailey is super sweet and got my nails looking gorgeous. My tech did an amazing job. She did my nails and toes in a beautiful red for my birthday and I was absolutely amazed at how flawless it came out. This place is beautiful they give you a tour and provide you with a drink upon entry. I’m definitely coming back to get one of their memberships. The place is stunning inside!

Very positive experience! Easy to book through Groupon. The front desk staff was particularly great - they helped me pick colors to match outfits for a wedding Id be attending and encouraged me to try Dazzle Dry when I said my nails were brittle from gel overuse. Its been about two weeks and theyve held up quite well!
I absolutely loved this spa !!! The women’s lounge had everything from a steam room, to tea, water, lounging chairs with blankets, showers, bathrooms, a spectacular locker room and even bathrobe along with flip flops were provided. For using the spa you also have access to all amenities to the hotel which was awesome. My boyfriend and I bought a 50 min couples massage and we were both 💯 satisfied with our massages. We were very relaxed and happy with the services that were provided. After our massage we went to the pool, jacuzzi and even the lazy river. We were also entitled to a free drink at the pool bar and parking. Because we came in the mist of hurricane Dorian, the pool was not cluttered at all. Unfortunately the pool bar was closed due to the hurricane but we managed to speak to a manager whom redeemed our drinks at the David club inside which was very nice. Will definitely come here again.

Had a wonderful experience with this Spa. The entire staff was so welcoming. I even asked to squeeze in my two daughters last minute and they happily obliged. They made them feel special as well and we loved that. I had Cortney and she did a wonderful job on my nails! We will gladly be back!
Its okay place. The woman who did my nails kept sighing and it bothered me a lot because I couldnt relax while I keep hearing her sighing so much. I think either the girl was rushing or lack of experience while doing pedicure, i get my feet done every month and it wasnt the same as my normal nail salon. No nice relaxing music, it was plain quite. The guy who was at the time working at the desk kept pressuring me about joining the member ship when all i wanted to do was relax and couldnt wait until i was done with the spa treatment. The Messaging machine chair was so hard on my back, Ive had back pain that lasted two weeks. The Jacuzzi or hot tub was a bad experience and after I showered after the hot tub, the pole that holds up the bathroom curtain fell off and hit my face and my nose was bruisd for few days and the guy didnt do anything about it. What an experience 👏 at least the employees were friendly

I absolutely love The Spa Orlando!! I got a Swedish Massage which was amazing as their massage therapist are fantastic!!! I got a fabulous Mani Pedi and am now a monthly member!!! I’ve been a member for so many years, I’ve forgotten how long it’s been. So that should tell you that’s it’s been consistently such a good experience I keep coming back. They’re always super understanding when life things have come up. Makes you feel more like friends than a customer experience. All of the nail techs are amazing and I’ve never had a bad experience. The crew running the front is also amazing! Always very great at checking in and taking care of you well and quick. Can’t say enough good things! Definitely recommend the membership for the quality and experience as part of your routine.
All of the staff here are very friendly. This location compared to the old one is larger and has easier parking. I did have to wait about 15 minutes until after my appointment time to get started, but my nail tech did a great job on my manicure and pedicure. I would come back if I happened to be in the area!
Im Beside myself. I had a membership with this place for quite some time. And when I asked a cancel, they let me know that everything was canceled. All the 7 months later, I see them taking money out of my account again. At that time I notified them and they let me know. They will not return the money but that I have some services I can use so I decided to use them. And then when I went to book my last one with them, I had to cancel due to my toddler being in the emergency room. Visan told me that they will not. Let me use my last service because I had to cancel. I also told them that I have a reason for canceling and a paper for the hospital. And they told me, unfortunately, they were sorry, nothing they could do.... Im guessing the owner has no kids or no care for family living.
It was my niece birthday. I was looking for walk in massage. I called Spa Orlando spoke to Josh and he was super duper sweet. Though they were not able to give both of us massages, he found a away to accommodate. My niece had a blast. Her experience for having a massage for the first time was perfect! Coming back for sure, great service and impeccable customer service.

Josh says if you arrive early enough to your appt you can enjoy the jacuzzi! Love it!!The only reason I hesitate rating a 5 is because they do not work with acrylic or wax. Still worth becoming a member!

Membership scam. Don’t buy it. I paid upfront for all my services and only been twice(first time with Groupon, second time with first payment of membership) but yet I’m am being charged monies for new services that I do not want. When I tried to cancel the membership they are using language such as “past due” implying I did not pay them for services. When I did in fact pay upfront before ever receiving services.I explained that I didn’t like the services I received as the pedicurist weren’t skilled in foot scrubbing and massages even if I paid for it and asked for it too be done. It wasn’t. So I do not ever want service from here again but in order to cancel the membership I must pay the membership and then have “free services”that I will not use. Just cancel and leave me alone. I’m not paying extra for services I do not like.
Got the gel pedicure from a coupon. REGULAR Price said $65 so it sounded extra nice. It was a very basic pedicure for $40. I wasnt paying attention, and they used the wrong color polish. Whatever, the chair was uncomfortable so I wasnt going ask them to fix it.BUT...the worst was my right big toe was filed at an angle and it turned into an ingrown toenail overnight. And 1 week after this gel pedicure...I was in the shower and the left big toe has a nasty fungus which I found when the color just fell off.I didnt call or complain to the business, but since I now have to see a podiatrist for treatment....I need to warn people who think they are getting a deal. Just dont.
This is by far the best spa around! Customer service is phenomenal! Everyone treats you like family here! Jerrel is my absolute favorite masseuse, I leave the building completely at ease. I’m a mother of two who doesn’t get much time for herself so I look forward to coming here each and every time.Thank you to everyone who works here! I have never been pampered so graciously. From the moment you open the door, Josh always greets you with a smile. Ive now had 4 pedicures and all have been wonderful. However, the absolute very best is Mae. She is such a perfectionist. If I could afford it, I would go twice a month. Just love this place and all the staff.

The entire team was welcoming and professional. True rock stars!!! We absolutely loved our experiences. I was looking for a spa that my 7 year old could get monthly massages at, not only did we find the best place but my husband can get his massage while I get my manicure and pedicure as well. My husband and daughter loved their experience and I truly enjoyed mine as well. The prices are more than reasonable and the customer service was above and beyond. This place is a total rip off. They charge you $1 to make an appointment and then they continue to charge your account after you cancel their so called membership. Staff is pleasant in person, but rude on the phone and hangs up on you. Most techs are beginners and take hours to do a simple gel mani and reg pedi. I want my money refunded for months charged AFTER I cancelled the membership‼️
It’s hard to find a good massage these days. However, I had a great experience at The Spa in Orlando. From the moment I walked in I felt relaxed. Josh working the front desk was extremely kind and informative. The venue is clean, bright and warm feeling. And my massage therapist did an amazing job communicating with me to make sure I was happy with my service. I’ll be back for sure!

Excellent services! Very clean environment! From the front desk all the way to my nail tech, everyone was courteous and professional.As soon as I came in and register I was given a tour of the amenities of the facility by the front desk employee then show to a relaxation room until my pedicure tech came to take me to the nail salon area. My appointment was at 1230 and they were very punctual on how they managed my time. The tour and wait time was about 5 minutes.My gel pedicure was perfect, not messy or speedy, their nail equipments were clean and sterile.😌👌🏾👍🏾 The tech opened the packaging in front of me, I was very surprised and glad about that. Normally other places have the stuff just laying around and reuse without disinfecting them.I wish I remembered her name, my pedicure technician was very gentle and attentive. She asked about my preferences and always asked me to move my feet where/how she wants them instead of just grabbing and positioning them herself. Something I really dislike abt other places cause I dont like people touching me without warning. I will definitely go back to her and make sure to remember her name next time.Overall for my first visit to the place I was very impressed with The Spa Orlando and will continue going to them as my go to nail salon as of now.
Love their new location! They have a dedicated parking lot, which is nice compared to street parking. The new building is clean, chic and trendy.The staff is welcoming and friendly, as always. Toured the new space before going to my massage.Let’s talk about Andy. Andy is a gift and listens to where my tenseness is for that session. He applies the right amount of pressure and also asks if it’s okay depending on where he’s working. Honestly, he’s amazing.Change is hard but I’m pleased they moved into this new space. I will be back soon!

Before coming here I would only get my nails done for special occasions because a Mani Pedi can be pretty expensive. I was so lucky to come across The Spa Orlando and their amazing monthly club deal. I have been getting my nails done by them for over three years now and have always enjoyed my visits. I go for the gel Mani/ express Pedi with dazzle and they typically last about 6 weeks. They dont offer acrylic here but if you like gel or regular polish I highly recommend this spa.
One of Orlandos BEST KEPT SECRET! It all started as a Groupon for my first time visit over a year ago and I was so impressed that I signed up for their membership, and Ive been a patron since. I usually go for massages and the occasional mani/pedi. Serene, quiet, rejuvenating, friendly, courteous, professional and excellent service! Manager Amy and her team go above & beyond to make sure you have the BEST SPA EXPERIENCE EVER! They are very accommodating & understanding. I highly recommend!
Giving “The Spa” 1 star for now. Thinking about giving it one more try before revising my review and/ or cancelling.Overall, definitely not the spa experience I am used to. I understand that it’s a massage on a monthly membership discount, however quite subpar.I booked last minute in hope to find some relief for a prenatal massage, being 38 weeks pregnant.Arrived, and the location was a little off from anywhere I’d chose to go but I suppose that’s okay hat I get first off being new to The area from NYC.Walk in, front desk staff was okay & pleasant. I was shown around wasn’t impressed.The “relaxation rooms” are merely bright white rooms with tables, chairs and magazines where you “wait”.As for the massage room, it was bare, white walls, music extremely low, no essential oils burning and bright for a massage room. I figured they’d dim the room once the massage began but no, lights remained as the same brightness.My masseuse was nice but nice doesn’t make a great experience. She was VERY chatty when the message began and again towards the end when all I wanted to do was relax.Also, as far as the the massage, the pressure was okay, but she went over the same area for about 10-20 minutes straight instead of mixing it up. Which would also make the area just feel raw after awhile. Also, used a lot of forearms though the massage instead of the pals , but that part is my personal preference.The linens didn’t have a fresh clean scent like most spas do and the maternity cushion / pillow wasn’t sturdy (as I am used to) so I had to keep readjusting.Lastly, the room didn’t have robes.
I had an amazing experience at The Spa! It was my first ever massage and the services were SO good that I am now officially a member! I was very pleased with the employees and how genuinely nice they treated the guests. The hot tub is such a beautiful amenity and I can’t wait to test it out. I also loved the complimentary drinks! I will be returning every month :)
Loved it here! Everyone was amazing and although it had a classy element to it, but also didnt loose the comfortability of having a homely feeling. Nicole was amazing she was my nail tech, and she did my nails so great!

They were very professional! The tranquility room is very relaxing! I had two nail techs one for my feet and the other for my hand, they kept conversation going the entire time as if I was a customer that they see regularly. Even though it was my first time there. The facility is very nice and clean. I will definitely be back to get my nails done again and to try the massage portion of it!
Honestly, I have had so many massages in my life and nothing compares to the one I had today with Phil. I have extreme lower back issues and I still get massages and it usually aggravates that pain. Phil was incredible. My back feels less tight that it has in over a year. He has a chiropractic background and it shows. 20/10!! Highly recommend!!Truly the best massage I’ve ever gotten!
Love this Spa. I went with a Groupon and was greeted with warm and friendly upon my arrival. Was given a full tour of the amenities and was offered a complimentary beverage. I was introduced to Ashley who was very personable and professional and proceeded to give me a spectacular French gel manicure. Highly recommend.

Where do I begin. The Spa Orlando was a great experience. I celebrated my sisters bridal spa day here at the Spa Orlando and it was a great time. The staff were friendly from the moment we entered to the time we left the building. They provided us with a private room that was clean and spacious. The staff were also very attentive. The prenatal massage was wonderful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place for a day of relaxation.
I treated my son to a last minute spa day at “THE SPA” for his 21st birthday. From the moment that I called to book his appointment we were immediately accommodated by the receptionist he is amazing!. When we arrived we were greeted with VIP treatment and offered beverages of our choice. Within 2 minutes, Our masseuse and manicurist greeted us and provided great service. Even while I waited for my son to return to the team ensured that I was comfortable and well hydrated!
I was given a gift certificate over 2 years ago but forgot about it. The gift card states that it was good for one year. When I called to inquire they assured me that they’d honor it! My first mani-pedi unfortunately didn’t survive a week, the polish easily peeled off. I was surprised and took some pictures. I talked with them about it and they honored a redo. I’m just home from my redo and I’m so happy! Mae did a perfect mani-pedi. I offered to pay but was reassured that it wasn’t necessary. Top rate & 1st class.I’ll definitely be back for more services!Thank you The Spa!

A warm and cozy atmosphere welcomes you at this place for healthy relaxation. Massage, nails, facials, everything they do they do very well. I got such a kind greeting from a friendly fellow up front when I arrived, and he promptly brought me a glass of wine. Now that is classy!
Very unethical. Next to impossible to cancel your membership. You request to cancel they Freeze for 2 months and then start charging you again. I have tried to cancel my account not several times but keeps charging. Revolving door of massage therapist. None ever stay more than a couple of months.

Unfortunately I will not be returning due to the unprofessional manner in which my last service was handled. I was booked for a mani/pedi and was told (by Tatiana) that I would have Stephanie who didn’t even work that day and had another nail technician (Heather) who left me in the middle of my service! After barely taking off my gel manicure (due to having her next client arriving for a facial) and giving me a mediocre pedi (without a foot massage). Before she left she did say another person will have to finish my nails but left me there wondering who will actually finish. As I waited patiently for more than 10 mins. I was even told by the other clients to speak with Andy (the owner). And so I finally decided to use their restroom in the meantime, but told the front desk I am still waiting for someone to come back and finish my manicure. To my surprise they had no clue what I was talking about and had to inform them (Andy the owner and Madison his director) that Heather left me cause she said her next client had arrived and she wasn’t sure who will be finishing my service. Andy (the owner, who denied he was in fact the owner) snapped at me and said “Ohhhh, we are trying to figure this out!”. I was shocked but told him I’ll wait back in the mani/pedi room. While I patiently waited some more in the pedi chair so I can relax with the massage chair on. Then another 10 mins later Andy finally comes back and rushed me off the pedi chair, even though I asked him if the manicure can be done while I’m in the chair (since other places do in fact do that) but he just ignored me and said “Here she is” another nail technician Sandra, who didn’t even speak any English arrived to continue with my nails. At one point Sandra took out her phone so she can translate from Spanish to English and vice versa. It was such a disaster that I had to file my own nails (literally took the file and showed her what I wanted), due to her not understanding that I wanted a certain shape (for the first I got to grew out my nails to try a new almond shape instead of the square I had). Then when my nails were finally complete I thought the front desk would at least apologize but when I told the front desk that they really dropped the ball on this service I was given attitude and lack of empathy by both Madison and Andy (who really shouldn’t be running a business if he can’t even acknowledge the fact that he’s in fact the owner!). I’m appalled that he’s so deceiving and couldn’t even say “My apologies” or a simple sorry you had a terrible service today.They honestly ruined my whole day, I was again originally booked for 1 hour mani/pedi which turned into me spending well over 3 hours of my weekend there!! A total nightmare…word of advice spend your money elsewhere this place is a total joke, greatly disappointed!!!

Visiting The Spa is always such a treat! As a busy mom, I really need this me-time to recharge. Josh at the front desk is AMAZING! He always makes me smile and is extremely attentive. He is such a joy to be around. He greets me by name every time, even when I call he knows who I am, which is pretty impressive given the amount of people he sees everyday. Ana is the best nail tech I have ever had! She is very knowledgeable and gives great advice. The conversation is pleasant which you dont have the opportunity for in other places. She is also very attentive to detail making my mani/pedi flawless! All of the massage techs I have had are wonderful, especially Gigi and Amanda. They listen to what you need and deliver. Im so happy to have this little escape once a month where everyone is so welcoming and make me feel special!

The staff are wonderful. But the billing system is not easy.One person for two appointments with membership signup. Had to canceled. But was still charged of auto systems.Took a few tries and six reoccurring bills and a few more phone calls. Not sure if the problem is fixed yet. Ive been coming to this spa for about a year now & Im obsessed. The amenities, the atmosphere, the workers, it all adds to the wonderful time that I spend in here. I do a lot when working which leaves me feeling sore. I also have massive hip pain. This is the only time I get to fully relax. Each masseuse takes the time to know your body, and each truly care for your well being. Ecstasy did an outstanding job. She knew where each of my pressure points where and tackled them accordingly. Thank you to everyone for making me feel welcomed.

New management they say!!! Wow the customer service my husband and I received from the Director Bree and the manager Christina this morning was despicable. My husband overslept and missed his appointment, but was told he lost his credit because we are no longer members. Well let me explain why we are no longer members. 1. Your customer service is a 2. 2. You have lost so many good massage therapist that it is hard to make my schedule work. 3. Your management staff in the past was amazing with customer service, but today was horrible. The only way they would fix this is if we became members again. Are you serious?!?!? I wouldnt become a member again if this was the last spa in Orlando which thank goodness it isnt. I hope every other member at The Spa is happy with the new management because we are not and not only did you guys lose not 1 member, not 2 members, but 5, I will sit and wait until I hear your doors are closed for the horrible service you provide. I also am friends with therapist who are leaving because they said you guys were horrible, and now I know why. They cancelled my appointment, via text message, 5 hours prior to my scheduled time. I’ve had this appointment for weeks and am left with no other time to get in for the services. They do not abide by the standards they hold their paying clients to.
Wow, what an experience. The wonderful man who took my call and was so patient, hilarious, and kind. The onsite staff, receptionist, were so sweet and helpful. And the masseuse, I feel terrible I didnt get their names but they did amazing! My husband and I loved our 75 minute hot stone massage! Truly an amazing treat yoself experience! And yes I did end up with a monthly membership cause they were that amazing. Thank you!I would not recommend the membership, they will say it makes services cheaper and that you can cancel. But when I canceled within the cancellation period they still charge you an extra month. They say to cancel before the 21st I canceled before the 21st, And so I was charged a whole another month for two people. And when I talk to the staff they said that a manager would call me back on Wednesday and a manager never called me back on Wednesday so I spent 3 days trying to reach out to a manager. And they just kept dragging it along to still tell me no when they could have just told me that on Monday.
I’ve been a member of the spa for over 2 years. Not only has been so convenient, but it’s kept me accountable to self care. Every woman/momma deserves to walk into a place where someone knows her name and you feel welcomed and worthy of “me time” and that’s what I found here. I leave feeling like I have my life together (even if it is only my nails lol) and I always look forward to coming back thanks to the staff’s personal touch.
The new location is gorgeous. It has a cozy feel despite the luxurious aesthetic. Since it’s my first visit to the new location I was a little lost but so excited to explore the new setup. Service as always was great. Heather did my pedi and did an awesome job.
I do NOT recommend The Spa. This is NOT a spa. This is an old building in College Park that has 1 room for manicure and pedicures, multiple massage rooms, bathrooms, a tiny hot tub (never a mention of), and multiple “relaxation rooms” which have chairs and magazines and are bright AF. They must get their people from a local school because they did not know how to give a manicure and pedicure.We walked in for our apt and we were greeted and taken back to the relaxation area. A spot where there are chairs and you wait. The nail tech grabbed us and asked us our color choice to which we responded with where are the colors. Our manicure began and our techs got up and left us a bunch. All mine did was file, push cuticle back and pick at it. Slabbed some stuff on my hands and told me to wash. Put a clear coat on and I was done. It was awful! I was moved to a chair for my pedicure. The chair was ripped and the massage things were so hard I turned it off immediately. I noticed that a bow liner was NOT used at the end of my pedicure. I also watched the nail tech put the utensils in a cup with solution.. I’m sorry but that is so gross, they need to be more sterilized. My pedicure was so rough. She scrubbed my feet so hard that my entire body was moving. (I get my toes done every two weeks so my feet couldn’t have been that bad) She put lotion on my legs, a coat of polish and then a clear coat. That was it! No massage, nothing. The pedicure and manicure lasted maybe an hour to total. They’re were supposed to last 45min each. This led to us sitting in the “relaxation room” for 1hr and 10min waiting for our massage. We asked the receptionist how long until our massage after waiting 40min and she was so rude. She questioned me that we have really been waiting for 40min and then told me massages are typically 2:45-3:45. It was 2:30 and she promised we’d be back by 2:45. When I booked I was told we’d be done by 3:30. We booked two women for the massage when I called and make the appointment.. Sure enough, two men came out to get us. The massages were interesting. My mom said it was the worse she’s ever received. Mine wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good. When I checked us out I was asked about leaving gratuity to which I asked if anything was left on my gift card (I knew there was) and I was told it covered our services fully. Then she proceeded to say I needed to give her a card for gratuity. I questioned again if money was left over bc when I booked it I was told there would be money left over to give as gratuity. She asked the other receptionist who dug through a drawer to find my gift certificate. Sure enough $18 left over… This whole experience was rough from beginning to end. I have NO clue where all of these positive reviews come from.. Enter at your own risk is all I can say.

I asked for a facial and was taken to the room and before the facial was started the light over your face bulb blew out. There had no replacement bulb or lamp to replaced the blown one but the person doing the facial said oh I can see real good. I’m a woman of color in a dark room with no light over my face and well you all draw your own conclusions of just what kind of facial I payed for for $125. They even asked me if I wanted to get a membership. NOT!! You can’t even replace a light bulb I don’t think so. Will never go back. Winter Park you got to do better…..🫣
This spa has a variety of affordable monthly memberships. I chose the nail membership which specializes in natural nails. They also have online booking options, decent wine, good music, and a great staff. Ive been seeing Nicole for almost a year and Ana is good too.
Everyone here is very personable. Excellent service; they really make sure we’re taken of from the moment we checked in. My wife and I had couples massage, pedicures, and time in the hot tub. Each experience was amazing!! And you definitely get more than the “complimentary glass” of wine. More like “glasses”! We left the place feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! We will definitely be back!
I normally don’t write reviews but I am truly disappointed. I came here for the first time yesterday and got the gel mani/express pedicure which I bought on Groupon. I ended up getting white tips on my toes thinking that came with my Groupon deal but instead I had to pay an extra 12 dollars which was not worth it at all. You all should communicate this with your customers. Now the girl that did my service was really nice but the overall look of my toes and nails is horrible. I should have taken a good look at them before I left but while I was there I just trusted in her work which was a bad mistake on my part. For the amount of money I paid my toes and nails should not look like this!
Don’t ever give this company your card information for their monthly pedicure/ manicure treatments. They say you can cancel at anytime, but they’ll find excuses to not send the cancellation email. You can call them over and over again and nobody picks up the phone.Just horrible service overall. I wouldn’t even bother attending here to get your nails done. I definitely had better services without getting scammed at the same time.
I came in for a massage and I highly recommend! The space is very nice and clean and relaxing. Andy, who greeted me and gave me a tour, was very sweet. As for my massage, Brandon R was AMAZING!!! I got a hot stone massage and he was very communicative, asking if the temperature was comfortable, and is just all around a great person. I feel very relaxed afterwards. I could not be happier with my experience and will definitely come back/recommend friends and family for a massage and other services!

Very nice staff, I loved the complimentary snacks and beverages, juice, coffee, wine while I waited. I had the mani/pedicure in the tranquility room very nice ambience. I felt truly pampered in my own little oasis. My only issue was that I had to wait about 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before nail tech called me in for treatment but it was worth the wait. This is the only reason I cant give 5 stars. However i will definitely go back.
Amy May and Nicole were amazinggggg! They made the experience of a pedicure simply amazing! I would come all the way back to Florida just to get a pedicure and be in the presence of these three amazing women!
It is my first time visiting ORL and I wanted a really good spa day. The Spa did not disappoint! The employees were so nice and happy. From when I walked in to leaving, everyone was so kind. My facial, pedicure, and massage were amazing! The girls were so attentive and asking what I needed. (I had a bad sunburn and they made sure to make me feel comfortable) I wish I could give this spa more stars! If youre looking for a place with wonderful employees and great services, please go here. Neighborhood retreat! Friendly staff and nice accommodations. Comfortable massage tables. The music during the massage is sometimes a bit quirky but other than that, we enjoy it a ton!
My wife and I had a really rough experience here. The time was cut short for us on both massages and facials, and my wifes facial was terribly unprofessional and poorly done. We had pedicures scheduled and paid for but didnt even stay for them due to her frustration with how the day had gone to that point.I had left a very critical review. It took longer than anticipated, but Amy from The Spa (I believe shes the director there) eventually reached out to us to follow up on our negative experience. She was AMAZING, genuinely listening to the details of our experience and responding appropriately. Were scheduled to return to give them another chance in the near future.All businesses have bad moments, or even occasionally bad days. It happens. What matters when that inevitably happens is how your business responds to those down moments. I will update this review once we attend, but the steps that have been taken thus far to make up for our bad time have gone above and beyond. Thank you, Amy!

I absolutely LOVE The Spa! The monthly nail membership is such a great deal... an hour service plus a polish change for only $35. Ive even brought my daughters for a polish change and they are so sweet to them. The staff is friendly and Ive never had a bad experience. Definitely enjoy having a glass of wine while getting my nails done. Highly recommend!
The Spa Orlando was wonderful. My daughter who is 12 and I came here on fall break and got “the spa getaway” it’s an amazing value! The entire team was great, very accommodating. Easy to get to, clean, modern, lovely all around!
I have been a member for 6 years. The Spa has the best massage therapists in Orlando. Even when I was not able to book my favorite massage therapist, I was never disappointed. A regular massage at The Spa is key to keeping me at my best.
The receptionist was extremely rude and looked at us like we were less than her. Then we didnt even get the full spa manicure and pedicure because they said they didnt have time even though I had a reservation. On the phone when I made the reservation, I was told we should bring our bathing suits for the jacuzzi, but they rushed us out of there with no jacuzzi in sight. I was told that there was a reservation after us but no one else was there. Im pretty sure they just wanted to go home. They didnt even scrub my feet and my daughters nails look awful. Never go to this spa. It was an awful experience and it was supposed to be special for my daughters birthday.
Everyone here is so nice and this place is amazing. I got a manicure and a pedicure on vacation after two days at Disney. I have never felt more relaxed and it was a great end to my vacation. My nail technician is was Ania did a great job and was the highlight of my visit. I recommend the white wine with a little orange juice. Great place highly recommend.

I just had an awesome pedicure service with Michaela. I wasnt sure what to expect since I havent gotten a pedicure service before. She made the experience well worth it. I really enjoyed the massage on my feet and the hot water I soaked them in. I WILL be returning to The Spa for pedicures. Im also interested in trying a massage or a facial for next time. Thank you to Brittany and Stephanie at the front desk as well for making me feel welcome and at home!
Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Madison was able to squeeze me in to a 4 hour spa day on short notice. I was a lil disappointed there were no massage table warmers and requested a blanket, if not I would have given the 5 stars. 😊
I’ve been a member for over a year now. My membership is for nails although I’m considering upgrading it. I have never ever had a bad experience here. From the front desk to technicians that provide the services I have always been received with a warm welcome and a nearly perfect experience. Today was my first facial and it did not let down! Not only that but I learned for my birthday month I get %50 off on a service of my choice. It’s such a great being a part of this place. It’s my peaceful home away from home.

My massage was done by Marjorie. She did an incredible job on me. I walked away feeling like I had a massage. She was caring and thoughtful. The front desk experience was too much. I did not appreciate being taken on a full tour and overloaded with information about every room and what location was being opened, etc. Also, I was shown the restroom in the main hallway on the tour (I did not want), and had to leave the massage room to go all the way back to it before my service. I found out from Marjorie later, there was one on the massage room hallway. I had no idea as it was not labeled. Just a stream of all white unmarked doors. The front desk staff member sitting at the front desk, did not advise me when I saw them on my way back down the hall. I even peeked around the door leading to the reception area and announced: “I have to pee.” They just let me meander down the hall. Not cool or attentive. The jacuzzi is on an uncovered small patio. As it is in the elements there is debris inside. I’ll excuse that but, the chairs needed a wipe down which should be done before opening and throughout the day if need be for guests. Although the offer of a beverage and refills of them is nice, water should be offered in bigger cups than the same wine chalet.I felt the front desk missed the mark and for that, I won’t make a third trip back. I don’t know the reason of your move but I liked the location much better in College Park… and the front desk staff.Best wishes!
