We did the date night package celebrating my birthday! it was a great time. Definitely would recommend this place if you’re looking for a fun night out, girls night, date night or any celebration. Service was better than I could have expected. I will be a returning guest. The shots were even better!
Nice atmosphere, grown vibe, and a place to step away from the kids. Y’all stop by and see Lynn at the bar!! She’s the best!! Ladies try the Passion Fruit Fizz & Gents my husband recommended Gin on the rocks with the classic sliders. We decided to hang out at the regular spot. The ice section was ok from what we saw. But for this trip we wanted a simple date night type of experience. The StrawberryRush (in these photos) was really good The music was the latest .. it’s really a VIBE. Attire: sexy and casual at the same time. 💕
The Icebar has two rooms a fire room (free) regular club bar style, they play good music. The second room is the ice room (not free, overpriced) a small room kept at 18 degrees, no dance floor. It’s a nice experience to do once, I do feel it’s overpriced. My husband and I paid $42 combined to enter Ice room, in addition we upgraded to the fur coat $20 combined (I highly suggest upgrading to the fur coat as it looks great in pictures). We spend overall $62 that’s not counting drink expenses and the room itself it’s small, the lights were really bright, and you’re probably not in there for more than 20 min. Not what I had imagined it to be . It is cool to see everything made of ice, literally everything even your cups. I guess it’s pricey but if you want the experience and some nice pics it’s worth it.
Went for a birthday party and the staff were extremely friendly. Armani the Hostess made sure all our group got in and to the correct location. Ken and Caitlyn the Bartenders poured delicious drinks (that were well priced for it being I-Drive). Food was also very good. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back. Also, 100% recommend upgrading to the fur coats!
Took my friend from out of town to the ICEBAR in Orlando! Wow, is all I can say! The service was incredible! It was a truly an immersive experience. We ended up getting the tickets online a few days before we went - the tickets we purchased covered entry to both the Ice Bar, and Fire Lounge. We were also given two tokens each (you hand them to the bartenders and then select 1 signature cocktail in the Icebar , and 1 signature cocktail out in the fire lounge.) I decided to pay extra for the Coat upgrade because I really wanted the furry coat to keep extra warm + look cute while visiting the icebar. The music they played was 10/10, and the drinks were so delicious! I would say this place is definitely worth the time and I would reccomend it to everyone!!!
Booked the ICE Bar package with two drinks included, complimentary photo and the faux fur jacket upgrade- this was the best part of our vacation! We absolutely loved it! It is such a unique experience & we had so much fun! We will be back for sure - everything was wonderful & all the staff was super friendly. They made sure our experience was amazing!
My friend and I went this past weekend and we got the VIP experience, so we were able to go into the ice lounge and see what its like and be in the fire lounge. The ice lounge is really cute they have rugs to sit on since everything is made of ice including the cups. In the fire lounge our bartender Lynn was great she recommended her favorite drinks and help with food and it was a great experience and worth the price. We were able to go back in the ice lounge the whole night. Music was great would definitely go again!
We are local to Central Florida, however, I planned a little anniversary trip with my partner to Orlando which included a night at the ICEBAR. I decided to book the Date Night package for us which included an Ice bar and Fire Lounge drink for each of us, 2 appetizers, a dessert, and a fur coat upgrade. Unfortunately, we were too full from dinner when we got there and we really could not eat appetizers/desserts. The manager was super nice and allowed us to get a third drink in place of the food. Additionally, my husband is not a big wine or champagne drinker, therefore, they allowed us to get a fourth drink in place of the bottle. It was perfect for us to try unique and showy drinks (including a DELICIOUS dessert drink) while getting our moneys worth from the package and receiving high-quality service and experience in both bars.Unfortunately, the floor was very wet from drinks being delivered across the dance floor to the VIP tables. I slipped on the dance floor and ended up bruising my ankle and knee. Thankfully, our server rushed over and offered me an ice pack and medical assistance if we needed it. After I cleaned up in the restroom the manager and security guard both checked up on us and offered me additional ice packs if needed. If I could give feedback I would say the floors should be monitored to make sure they periodically are dry as the floor was already slippery but the condensation from the drinks being delivered definitely made it easier to slip. Just be careful for those who plan to dance or head to other areas of the bar as it can be slippery and that floor hit hard! (Without my partner guiding me to and from the floor I could have easily slipped again) I COMMEND the service and staff at this bar more than any bar I have visited! They were tentative, and concerned, and made sure my safety was a top priority. Our server was excellent and made sure we had an enjoyable experience all the way around. Overall, I would give this bar 5 stars and we DEFINITELY will be returning for another visit in the future. (I recommend the Coconut Dessert Martini a million times over thanks to our servers recommendation!)
Went for a friends birthday and it was wonderful.Bar: Ken (Fire bar) made killer cocktails Caitlyn (ice bar) was very patient with our enthusiastic group!Hostesses: Armani was also very welcoming.
My partner had arranged a date night here, we turned up to be told it was closed for a private function, they had tried to ring us but we didn’t have the phone on.Anyway we agreed to return an hour later so it wasn’t all bad news just disappointing. On return we were looked after had delicious food, champagne and cocktails
I recently visited the Ice Bar, it was an incredible experience. Emily was our server, and she was fantastic! She was friendly, attentive, and gave great recommendations for cocktails. Her service really enhanced our evening. If you visit the Ice Bar, I highly recommend asking for Emily!
We went to ice bar on June 9 and bought the date night package. It is 100% worth the value. Our server Emily was absolutely amazing! It was our first time there and she thoroughly explained the menu and gave personal recommendations for everything. She was extremely attentive and made our evening a wonderful experience!
My husband and I had a wonderful time! This was our date night and he purchased the date night package (I highly recommend). Our server, Angelise was superb!! We definitely will visit again!
I recently had the opportunity to visit Ice Bar Orlando and had a memorable experience, although there were a few drawbacks that prevented it from being a perfect outing. Despite the small and crowded space, the remarkable drinks and the genuinely kind and funny staff made up for it. However, the food left much to be desired, and the overall experience was not compelling enough for a return visit.Lets start with the positives—Ice Bar Orlando certainly knows how to serve fantastic drinks. From creative cocktails to ice-cold shots, the bars drink menu offers an impressive selection in an awesome cold glass made of ice. Each beverage I tried was expertly crafted, with unique flavors that satisfied my taste buds. The bar staff deserves special mention for their warmth, humor, and exceptional service. They went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and entertained, enhancing the overall experience.Unfortunately, the size of the ice bar was a letdown. The space felt cramped, especially when it was crowded but even when empty. Navigating through the icy chambers became a challenge, hindering the ability to fully enjoy the unique environment. Its worth noting that Ice Bar Orlando is more suited for a one-time visit. As for the food, it was merely average. The menu offered a decent variety, but the taste and quality did not match the excellence of the drinks. Additionally, the food service was slow, causing further delays and detracting from the overall enjoyment and I went way before peak hours. Its clear that the focus of the establishment is primarily on the ice experience rather than culinary excellence. In conclusion, Ice Bar Orlando offers a fun and cool first experience with its remarkable drinks, friendly service, and unique icy ambiance. While the small and crowded space can be a drawback, the excellent drinks and the humorous staff make up for it. However, the average food quality and slow service leave room for improvement. Its a place worth considering if you have someone to introduce to the ice bar concept, but not necessarily a venue to frequent multiple times.
Had a great great great time here while visiting Orlando! We did the Date Night Package and it was well worth the price. The customer service was excellent from each person we encountered and the DJ was amazing! We sampled a variety of things from the menu. I personally enjoyed the shrimp tacos best.
In town on vacation and having had a good experience a few nights ago we returned tonight. We had seen the packages online and just wanted the Ice Bar and the guy tried to charge over a hundred bucks for entry. Online much cheaper. He argued with us that was between 5-9pm which we knew it wasn’t. Decided to leave to go to Millers next door. Found the ticket online and he tried backtracking to say he was trying to offer that.I’d suggest going back to math classes because you clearly were not. Instead we won’t be back and will actively be telling people to avoid this place.Last time we had about 6-7 cocktails each and didn’t care about the cost. Maybe adjust your opportunistic cash grab on entry fees and the bar will make proper money.
This place is all hype!!! I asked for PATRON margarita and when I received my drink it’s wasn’t patron at all. I know the difference in liquor taste. Tastes as if they put cheap liquor inside the patron bottles and serves it to their customers. I advise anyone coming to this place to pay close attention to your drink!!!! The prices are ridiculous just an overrated bar. It’s plenty of bars around Orlando that charge less and drinks are BETTER!!! I don’t recommend Orlando Ice Bar to anyone!!
Don’t skip over Icebar Orlando just because you think it’s a tourist stop! It is not only so fun, but the perfect spot for folks who like their delicious cocktails, ambience and indulgent food!Pro tip: Grab your tickets online and do the date night package for two!! You’ll get a table, a full bottle of bubbly, appetizers and drinks!!!! It’s SOO worth it.The ICE side is COLD, but you get complimentary gloves and jacket. If it’s your first time, the date night will get you the jacket upgrade or you can pay extra and get the furry jacket upgrade. The FIRE side is where the DJ, main bar and dance floor are.We 10/10 recommend ICEBAR for your next night out!!
Had our first ice bar experience here. Didnt bow what to expect but hoped to see a more refined ice bar. Looked very industrial with shelving and storage showing. Felt quickly put together rather then a luxury spot.Fire lounge didnt have comfortable seating unless you buy a table.
Place was very small ; too congested - as we were here as part of MicroStrategy Conference 2023Big crowd and small space; long wait to see the ice bar inside due to itFood(pasta) was greatFire show was goodOverall good place for people who likes to have fun , drink , dance , spend something different unique experience of seeing ice sculptures
It was really nice inside ! The people were chill and fun. DJ was doing his thang! Good music choices. Took a long time to get a drink i almost walked out but glad I stayed. Spent the night dancing it helped me relax and unwind. I didnt go inside the ice bar part I stayed on the dance floor because honestly compared to other places I traveled to it just didnt seem worth the price. Its like $30-50 entrance fee. Its something to do but Ive seen bigger and better according to the pictures online I didnt go in. It was free to go into the dance floor/ bar area that was neat. The bartender when she did get to me made me a neat drink with a bubble on top and when I popped it, it turned into a cloud !!! I was charmed by that because it was my birthday weekend and Ive never seen anything like that before so it made me feel special lol. 😁😁
Attended a corporate event at ICEBAR and it was beyond expectations! The highlight of the evening was definitely the bartenders - not only were they professional and friendly, but one of them was blowing fireballs, adding an incredibly impressive and fun twist to the night. The cocktails were exceptional, each with its unique flair and taste that stood out. The atmosphere of ICEBAR, combined with the entertainment and quality drinks, made for an unforgettable evening. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable experience. Hats off to the team at ICEBAR!
Had such an amazing time at this place!! I definitely appreciated the service from Alisa. She made some of the best drinks and the best recommendations for us based off of things we liked. She was amazing and so was ice bar !! Definitely recommend coming here !!
We did the $30 ticket online from 5-9pm and got the coat, gloves, appetizer and drink. Was it cool being in the ice bar? Yes. The fact that everything around you is frozen is super cool but you don’t want to stay in there for more than 10 minutes. It started getting uncomfortable. The drink inside the cup of ice is cool. The appetizer is not worth it in my opinion. Everything is fried and it just wasn’t that good.
Enjoyed everything immensely in fire lounge, waitstaff apologized for order not packaged when requested. was disappointed with ice bar as the one bartender was overwhelmed it seemed, and I had heard about amazing drinks, but just plain drinks, no garnish even, got bumped into just reaching to grab drink and half spilt in front of her, she turned to help someone else. Went back to fire lounge to enjoy rest of our time. Would certainly come back and hope this was an off night.
Alisa was 10/10 personality goes CRAZY! If you needed a reason to come check this place out besides it being so chill, Alisa was definitely apart of our experience!! Overall the drinks were great and the food was so good, we spent most of our time in the ice bar because of how welcoming she was. Fire lounge was alright, just like a normal bar!
Very cool place to visit. We had both a red and blue chip to get a drink inside the ice and outside. They give you a coat and gloves to enter the ice area. If you choose to sit, you may get a little wet 💦🤣The drink I ordered was lit on fire inside a lemon, very cool 😎Staff is nice and courteous. The is security at the front door and you are required to show ID.Great visit!
I had an amazing experience at the Icebar and a huge part of that was thanks to our fire lounge bartender, Alisa, who was in training. Despite being new, she was fantastic- She recommended several food items, and we tried the buffalo chicken flatbread and the chicken eggrolls. Not many complaints about either. When it came to drinks, she suggested a strawberry Hennessey Cadillac, which was unique and satisfying. Her friendly and attentive service means she shouldn’t be in “training” much longer! I cant wait to come back to the Fire Lounge. Keep up the great work, Alisa!
19/20 ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️ICE BAR, ORLANDO, FL!!⚒️ YOU NAILED IT!! ⛏️This was definitely an experience to remember!🧊🧊🧊If you are a fan of truly cold, I double dare you to spend more than 20 minutes in this joint. I lasted 12 minutes the first time in and about 14.5 minutes the second round. I am from down south, and this was the coldest I have ever been. So that life-long thought of moving to Alaska went out the window and never to return in about five minutes.Below zero°... 🧊🧊🧊Everything from floor, door, bar, glasses, seats, tables, scluptures of course, walls, Everything was made of ice! I sat my drink down on my table, and it slid to the right. You are provided with gloves and a jacket, or you can upgrade to have a fur coat for 10 more bucks.. . Why not!The Icebar is actually a room inside the club. After you have frozen enough, you can exit into the actual club, and it is normal temperature. If you feel like returning to the ice dungeon after you thaw, you can. It was hard for me to enjoy a drink inside their and I dont know how the bartenders are able to bar tend in that atmosphere, BUT THEY PERFORMED AS IF THEY WERE POLAR BEARS!!!!THE CLUB ON THE OTHER HAND WAS VERY NICE AND GREAT MUSIC. GREAT DJ.THE FOOD ON THE OTHER HAND WAS OKAY. IT WAS NOT BAD, BUT I HAVE HAD BETTER. I AM NOT SURE IF IT WAS BECAUSE IT WAS LATE, BUT I EXPECTED BETTER. IT WAS BLAND AND A BIT DRY.THE DRINKS WERE JUST LIKE THE PHOTO ON🔥FIYAH🔥AND REALLY GOOD.I ENJOYED MYSELF AND HOPE THE PHOTOS HELP. CHECK OUT THEIR WEBSITE. I ORDERED A GIFTCARD ONLINE, PRESENTED MY PHONE, AND GOT MY CHIPS (LIKE POKER CHIPS) WHICH GAVE ME THE CREDIT OF MY GIFT CARD AND I SPENT LIKE I WANTED!I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND I HAVE NOT STOP TALKING ABOUT IT!I actually uploaded over 40 pics and videos, not sure whats happening. Ill keep trying
Ally served us all night with a smile on her face. Although she was the only server in the ice bar she kept us entertained and happy all night. The drinks were good and strong.
One of the most amazing experience I ever experienced…. Everyone from the front door to the bar back were amazing and enjoyable people… the bartenders Ken and Kaitlyn were also amazing and was the reason why we went two days in a row. If you haven’t experienced this place then you are missing out! And the food was amazing the chimichurri steak tacos…OMG! Top tier.
It’s a tourist trap. I wouldn’t recommend to locals. Tourists will have a great time. Ice bar was a cool concept but it was very lackluster. $180 wasted :( and p.s. you can’t keep the fur coats don’t upgrade.
IceBar Orlando was a blast!! Especially loved the below 20 degree IceBar and its drinks in an ice mug. Moving on to The Fire bar, we grabbed a table and enjoyed the music and atmosphere. Drinks here were just as fun!Do not miss the IceBar every time youre in Orlando.
Definitely a good experience. Having been to a pseudo ice bar with plastic igloos, this is a true ice bar. Has a club as well. It is 18 degrees in the actual ice bar. They serve you shots in there. Pay the extra $10 for a faux fur coat to be fun and take good pictures. Had to take away a star on the rating because of the dj. Was not good, Did not let any song play long enough.
Fun atmosphere and pretty cool (freezing) experience. Don’t expect a full drink in the ice bar- drinks are not your typical size smaller but the bar itself is cool. The fire lounge is much better when it comes to drinks. If Sam is there sit at the bar, she’s incredible bartender. Great service and knows her liquor with some great recommendation!!! Sam is the BEST!Sunday night DJ played some great music!
Great experience if you are into bars. The Ice Room is definitely a fun activity to check out with friends. The venue provides gloves and a jacket (fur is ≈$10 extra) but also has a fire lounge with a dance floor to defrost. Food and cocktails were great, but of course a bit pricey. If you are planning to drink I reccomend getting the Ice Experience which includes a cocktail at the Fire and Ice bar.
Fun spot to check out with friends or a date. The staff is extremely friendly and seem genuinely interested in making sure you have a good time.Icebar section:The regular jacket and gloves that you are given keep you warm just fine but the fur coats do give it a cool vibe. So if you are just trying to have fun with your friends and take fun pictures upgrade. I was just fine in the regular jacket. It is a freezer so yes it will be cold.My only complaint is that the ice cup they pour drinks in (yes its an actual giant cup made of ice) is a bit of a hustle. The top portion is regular sized so through the ice it looks like you got a full cup of liquor but after a few sips you can see that the inside is actually much smaller. Basically a regular cup size shrinks down to the size of a shot glass. So they definitely are cutting corners in here. The bartenders are good and give a generous pour so it kind of balances out. I got the package so the drink was included but I would be mad if I saw I was paying for a full cup and got shorted by an optical illusion mug. Some awesome spots to take photos with your friends or date in here.Firebar section:Nothing extravagant in here. Just a basic room with a bar and a raised DJ platform. Small dance floor.Again, bartenders here re really nice and pour a good drink.DJ plays some good music. No clue why he was just wearing a tank top shirt Djing but whatever dude had a dope mix. He can do whatever he wants. Plus he was clearly patient with random people coming up requesting songs which ll DJs hate. So props to him for also having good customer service.A bit loud if you are trying to have a date conversation but again still manageable. This place is nothing extravagant but the vibe is chill and fun. Customer service is on point.Didnt try the food so cant leave an honest review about it.Whether you are a tourist trying to do touristy stuff or a local trying to do something different this would be a cool reccomendation. My only complaint was the whole fake cup size in the ice section but they probably just dont want people getting smashed and possibly slip on the ice benches lol.Definitely worth giving it a shot one time. I would love to come back during a hot summer. That Ice bar will feel amazing .
Really ❄️~*cool*~❄️ experience! Very unique and I recommend it just for the adventure of it. It definitely gets cold in the ice part. The jacket was sufficient but the gloves 🧤 chilled quickly. The fire lounge was warm enough to thaw out from the ice. I only took a star off because they were out of beer and couldnt make the smoke or fuzz drinks. The drinks in the ice bar are good but small and the drinks in the fire lounge are strong!
What an awesome place! Alisa at the ice bar was arguably the best bar tender me and the guys have ever had. She surprised us with a drink she came up with herself and it was amazing! Will be back!
The ice bar atmosphere was pretty cool, and I dont mean just because its pretty cold in there. But speaking of cold, its like 18 degrees in the actual ice part, so if you want to hang out in it, you might want to wear pants. We had fun getting cold and sitting on fur covered ice blocks. The drinks are tiny in there, so dont expect to be knocked out by them. The fire bar, which is outside of the ice bar, has appetizers and fun drinks that bubble or light on fire, and prices arent too high for what you get. My advice is to get the happy hour special online if you can. It includes the admission to the ice bar, a signature drink, and an appetizer all for the price you would pay to just get into the ice bar. So plan ahead and check that out it makes the experience more worth it. Oh, and you can go in and out of the ice bar as many times as you like, so there is no need to freeze your tail off forever in there. We didnt do the fur coat upgrade, and we had just as much fun, and the coats are actually warmer.
Alisa is the ABSOLUTE BEST BARTENDER EVER. If you’re going to the ice bar ALISA 8: definitely the bartender to go to. She made our experience the best and the drinks were so good. I would come back to ice bar just for ALISA 🫶🏼
Incredibly fun and unique experience! With two lounges, this place has the means for a fun night out. The frozen section is so fun and great to spend time in to cool off when things get hotter on the dance floor outside! Drinks are incredibly expensive but the admission packages include drinks so its worth it!
My friends and I came to celebrate my fiance and best friends birthday. We had such an amazing time in the Ice and Fire bar. Both sides were extremely fun and the music was so good!! Our feet hurt from dancing so much. Our waitress was so helpful and friendly. And the food was ahmaaaazing!! The pizza sliders, the buffalo chicken dip was our favorite. We did the date night packages on the website which was such a great package to purchase! I definitely recommend coming here for good food, good drinks and a fun time!
Really cool and cold!! price outrageous, but get the groupon with promo code and you can get 2 appetizers, 2 drinks and 2 admission for 40 bucks. sign up with samsung pay and get 16 percent cash back making it 33 dollars. They give coat and gloves, but will try to get you to upgrade to fur coat for 10 dollars. The regular coat was plenty warm though. Appetizers were really good!
It’s a onetime experience. We had an event here so we had no cover charge. The ice room is pretty cool and great to get your picture but the drink prices are so high for weak drinks, it’s not a place you will frequent. Go experience it once, Buy an overpriced weak drink in the ICEBAR, take your picture then head over to a better priced bar to finish your night.
I highly reccomend the date night package if you want a fun and new experience with your significant other! We had bottle service, two meals, two drinks in the lounge, and two drinks in the ice bar. As well as the faux fur coat and gloves. We had such an excellent time and will look back with joy on this experience!
Went to two different happy hours here during a conference. Both were a lot of fun. The fire bar was a normal bar but the oce bar was incredible. We had the same bartender each night and you could tell she really enjoyed her job. Such a sweet and energetic person.
Great place to vosit whilst in orlando florida. I went to an ice bar in amsterdam but this one appears bigger and much better. For $25 each we got entry to the ice bar, coat and glove rentak and a complimentary drinka and appetiser. Food and drinks were lovely and the ice bar itself was so detailed.
Attended a private event here and had a terrific time! It was my first time at an Icebar and this one was brrr-eautiful. Friendly, helpful staff, great service with the food, excellent cocktails at the bar, and an awesome DJ, made it an unforgettable evening of entertainment, dance, and fun. This disco-bar has great vibes.
I loved it and will be back. The ice bar was amazing. Smaller than l thought but nothing to complain about. Everything from the walls and seats to the the bars and glasses were made of ice. They give u a fur jacket of your choice and gloves to enter. They even call and check on you if you arrive late for your section. It felt so good to party with different ethnic backgrounds and not feel or be treated like an outsider. Thefire side was great too and the tacos was todoe for.
If you dont love to drink, theres not much to do here. You walk into a freezer, take a few pictures, and walk out. The staff is all very nice, and its *cool* but I wish Id spent the money paid toward entry on a nice steak or something.
This place is awesome!!! If you come absolutely wear closed toe shoes with socks, pants, unless you wanna be ice cold for the gram. Dress like if you’re going to be in a meat freezer because you are, lol. The drinks are $/$$, the food menu was surprisingly plain but what they did have tasted great!!! That definitely exceeded my expectations.
Great concept for a night club both room are definitely a plus because there is not way that you can spend all night in the ice room !!! 😂 the food was good . Now owner of this place you need to fire that DJ because the music was really bad!!! The other thing i did not like was the fact that they dont have a dress code you either see somebody in a suit and other with shorts
I enjoyed myself. I went on Thursday so it was many ppl and thats ok I wanted to get the experience. There was another room where everything was made of Ice and they had a regular bar what they called fire. For the Icebar they gave you Fur coats. You have to pay tho. Drink selections was entertaining not strong but it was kool. I had some truffle fries...DJ was pretty good. I would go back to see how it is on a weekend 🥶
My family and I truly enjoyed our experience at the ice bar. Theres clearly no exaggeration of the bar being cold. Everything was made completely out of ice even the cups and seating. Coming form northeastern area where the climate is irregular and where being colf us consider normal, we figured we coukd hsndle a little cold.. We definitely was out of our elimate. After, spending about hour and having a few drinks, we gracefully bowed out. We finished our night out in the fire bar. My only dilemma was the drinks. Although, Im not a drinker my family was very disappointed. Stating that the drinks tasted more like juice with a small hint of liquor. Thats mostly due to the low quality liquor used for their mixed drinks. Id suggest come for the new experience of the ice bar not the drinks. The atmosphere was fun as the DJ truee to keep the crowd entertained. The area is small on both sides and the seating is very limited.
The ICEBAR is a wonderful place to experience. You are provided jacket and gloves for going inside. You will want them as it is very cold. Staff is super friendly! The drinks are creatively named and taste great. We had fireball shots and I had a drink called an Ice Dragon (citrus Vodka, sierra mist, and lemonade). When music plays, it gets loud in ICEBAR but its playing from the other room where its much louder. Super excited to have gotten in free with our Megacon badges.
Went and checked out the IceBar in the evening before the Night-time Bar Rush started. This was our first time in an IceBar ever, so we wanted to see what it was like. My wife got the premium icebar package which included a fur coat and gloves rental, access to the icebar and the heated bar, and a token for a free premium drink in the ice bar and q in the hot bar. This was $48. I got the basic ice bar package, which included the jacket and gloves and access to both bars (no drinks included). This one was $21, I think. You can purchase drinks separately from the packages as well. Entrance fees cover you for unlimited time for that night so you can come and go as well. Now, experience, we went between 8 and 9 pm (on a Saturday evening), so it was nice and relaxed, walked right in. By the time we were leaving, there was a line, I imagine it gets packed quickly as the space isnt very large. If youre not into crowds, make it your first bar stop. Drinks were flavorful but small. The staff explain it all for you and even take a picture for you at the Ice Bar entry, which you can download for free.Parking... theres a parking garage not too far down the street next to wonderworks, also a free surface lot behind the IceBar and the adjacent buildings.Fun fact....dont set your drink down on the ice bar if its slightly wet...it will freeze to the surface and get stuck 😆.
It was literally really cool !! Lol I liked it and would def go back again
This place was absolutely amazing, we had so much fun and the ladies were such a joy to be around. It was beyond cold for my taste in the ice bar 😂😂but my bf had a great time. I felt so much better in the Fire lounge lol..I know thats the point but let me say that yall did a great job. Well definitely be returning so I can add more videos to my Vlog
My husband and I were on vacation and he bought the date night package. The icebar itself is pretty cool. Sculptures and a cool concept. The website overpromises. The icebar is quite small. I was under the assumption that you are going there to try cool drinks that you wouldnt get elsewhere. The drinks in the icebar were very basic and disappointing. They made the firebar sound like it was really warm and a different room from everything else. Basically you walk in and what you see is what it is and then the IceBar is up a couple of steps. Its just a walk-in cooler basically. The food had good flavor but very basic and not filling at all. It was an experience but I wouldnt necessarily recommend or go back. If there are a lot of people there then it would be very cramped to dance. They dont even really have a dance floor. Its just all part of where you sit at the tables. I wouldnt consider it a nightclub.
I was at an event at Icebar. It was a great venue. My drink was good...served in a glass made of ice. I thought the frozen area was quite an experience. I couldnt stay long because I got cold but it was worth the visit.
Took a group of friends during the holiday weekend and so happy we landed here. Excellent service and food was beyond what you would expect in a bar atmosphere. So many good drinks as well. The actual ice bar is a cool experience. You have to do a shotski inside! Can’t wait to come back.
Super cool oasis! Family friendly. Well definitely visit again.
First off, let me say that I had the best experience ever here! Had a bachelor party here for my brother! The staff was very nice! Security was checking up on my brother every so often 😅 which I saw as very nice, and I am very appreciative about it! The atmosphere was amazing! Lots of lights, great music, and great drinks! Will definitely come here again and will definitely recommend this place.
Booked VIP. Walked in on time to my table being dirty. My server was rude and didnt even check on my table when needed. VIP SECTION is a waste of money!!!
We popped in here for a drink . It was $20 dollars per Person to get in . We only hired small coats as we are from the UK we are use to the cold . The drinks were expensive inside and they are served in an ice glass . It’s definitely worth popping in just to experience the venue . There are ice sculptures inside as well. You can hire much thicker coats . I think they were $40. If you are from the UK you definitely won’t need to hire the thicker coats just the small ones are fine .
The ice bar itself definitely lives up to the hype. All the drinks from either bars are delicious. Go for the entry fee with the 2 included drinks, well worth it
Bought the VIP Package and the upgraded heated coats and gloves were not heated.....just regular. Nothing like what is in pictures.....service was slow bc only 2 waitresses in VIP tables. No photographer in IceBar as stated either.
ICEBAR Orlando is a great place to visit. It contrasts well with hot Floridian climate. Also, any major tourist destination seems to have one of these nowadays. The concept is simple - you go into the special room where everything, including drink glasses are made of ice.The Drinks.Speaking of ice glasses, the concept is cool but the volume is really small so a customer receives less drink as compared to the regular bar serving drinks in the same venue right outside the ice room. The Prices.Getting into ice bar is kind of pricey - basic package starts at $21.75 which guarantees you an admission inside the ice room. The Food. The appetizers we tried left a bad taste - grilled chicken skewers and giant pretzel were both extremely salty. The Staff.Everyone was friendly, nice, and accommodating, so kudos to them. The Music.Commercial la música latina and top 40, so not appealing, at least to my taste. The Perks. There is a photographer who takes pics of people inside the ice room. Pictures are available immediately for review outside the room. Guests can receive them by email or text. Pretty easy!Definitely worth visiting at least once when in Orlando. However, I wouldn’t go there often. It’s very touristy too. Music, food, and prices could be improved ✌️🙂
Went here on Saturday night its was packed they had a Dj playing music, drinks at the fire bar and if you want to go into the icebar you pay up front and they give u a fur coat and gloves. The ice sculptures were really cool it was freezing in there so we didnt stay in there too long about a good 10mins
DJ ET is always great. We love the Music, table experience is great and overall a great value and experience
We had fun at this place however we thought the ice room is going to be much larger unless you go in a busy night when its really Social Hour and you have friends to hang with and talk to the ice room will get boring very quickly. Dont get me wrong the sculptures they made were beautiful and it was definitely a lot of fun however after about an hour all of the coolness just kind of wore off so like I said this could be really fun if you were in a social setting and had a lot of people with you but if its just you and your girlfriend and you go on a non busy night like a Sunday it will be a rather boring time because no one will be dancing the place will basically be empty.
Awesome experience !!!! Unique and its own way, you’ll have a great time here. Very relaxing atmosphere definitely different. Super friendly from the front end experience all the way through the waitresses and bartenders both in the fire lounge and also in the ice bar.. Shandy our waitress/bartender was beyond excellent, very attentive. Really COOL place
Decided to check out this once in a lifetime. I rarely hear the word ice when it comes to Florida. There are two rooms.... The fire lounge and the ice room. I reserved a table that included admission for 4 ppl, seating for your party and a bottle and all the mixers. With an extra $3 pp you will receive and fur coat and gloves for the ice room. This room is very cold and everything is made out of ice from the bars to the chairs to the drinks. I would definitely go again.
This venue may be great for tourists, but its a bit pricey and the actual icebar is alright. The sculptures and ice glasses are cool, but the overall atmosphere did not impress me as a local. Perhaps I am too old or going there on Sunday night was probably not a good idea. Anyhow, somewhat $$$ for what I thought was going to see.
The ice bar room was fun. The bar is ice. LOL! The glasses are ice and there are ice sculptures throughout. Its pretty small in there. We were the only two in there at first but then two or three other parties came in, so we left because it was too crowded for me. I expected the fire lounge to be more of a lounge but is was really a bar and I also expected a fireplace. Looks like there was an electric fireplace but it wasnt lit; however, there were fake flames around the bar. Food was small plates. Shrimp skewer was tasty. The Eskimo Rum Punch was good and so was the tropical mist cocktail. For the ice bar, they will provide gloves and a parka or you can upgrade to a fur coat for fun. Its summer time, so of course, we had on sandals but we brought long socks to wear while inside. Otherwise your feet will freeze because its 18 degrees in there.
Went for the second time. From the hostess greeting us to bartenders and bar back being beyond friendly and welcoming. I’m gonna start coming religiously for the staff alone. Food was exceptional and drinks exceeded expectations! Service is unmatchable and incomparable to anywhere around! Kaitlyn was amazing, hard to hangout in an 18 degree ice bar but when we did her welcome kept us warm and her drinks were as good as it gets. Hold ice bar Orlando in high regards. Recommend to anyone even thinking abt it. Prices are very reasonable!
A must see if you are visiting Orlando. Locals make a trip over. The Ice bar side is not just a bit of ice in a cold room, the entire bar is made of ice! Seats, bars, tables, drink glasses. You can pick up a nice fur coat before you go in with some gloves, I highly recommend it. To warm up go back and sit inside the fire lounge for some awesome to look at and tasty drinks. Staff is great!
Friendly staff, tasty food, and drinking in the frozen tundra is an interesting experience to say the least 😂.
It was really shocking to find such an establishment in Orlando! It’s a very relaxing and a beautifully ambient place. Having your drinks served in 100% ice glasses is so cool. It’s a very unique experience to enjoy. The staff is very friendly, warm and welcoming. Thank you so much!
Pros: Great atmosphere, great experience, good drinks, GrouponCons: The Kitchen was closed during my visitGood place to visit. I used a Groupon, unfortunately, the kitchen was closed so we could not eat there but was able to leave and come back. Staff was great. They all had great energy! Enjoyed the experience of the icebar! I had a Pink Starburst shot and it was simply amazing its a must try! I did pay an extra $10 each for a nice long fur coat but it was worth it so I am not complaining. Other than the icebar, the have a fire bar if you get too cold inside. I would definitely recommend visiting this place.
Almoni, Ally, Ken, Alejandro were amazing tonight! They are a great team and go beyond for customer service and just making sure you are comfortable and make sure everything is amazing!
Cool experience, there is cover at times for guys if you show up later on. The bar itself has a small speciality drink menu (attached for the ice room) but can make whatever. There is a fire room temperature larger area with DJ, dance floor and bar.The ICE bar has limited space so you may have to wait to get in. We went in with shorts on and they provided coats. It was cold but fine for 15 minutes. Lots of photo opps and literally everything including your cup is ICE. Dont be shell shocked, the drinks are quite pricey in the ice room.
We held our corporate event at ICEBAR and had a fantastic time! The staff was so helpful and fun explaining the drink options, especially inside the ICE CAVE itself. Having the in-house audio/visual package included was helpful too. We will definitely be back!
I went on a walk and didnt even know there was an ice bar in Florida. It was a very hot day and I never been to ice bar before so thought Id be a good idea to check it out and cool off at the same time . I was wearing shorts and even with the coat on I was really cold but Id do it again. The interior is very nice and the drinks you get served in ice glasses are just fantastic. The admission was very cheap and the whole experience great especially on a hot day. Its only few mins walk from the icon and right beside wonder works so you cant miss it.
Loved it. It was like having a bar set up on my deck in January.
The idea is cool but it’s way too expensive. This is a tourist trap to make you pay crazy prices to stay in a room for a few minutes before you get too cold and have to go to the other bar. Drinks were also quite expensive
This was a nice treat and surprise i had for my daughter. Somwthing different to experience. Online photos were great and the place was even better. This actually a night club after 6 i believe for 21 and older but a fam venue during afternoon hrs. I told my 10 year old daughter at the time you ready to go to the club. She looked at me and said no! Lol. I said it will be fun you can get your drink on and party plus youll be the fisrt to say i went to the club and sat at the bar lol. Well you know what she was thinking. He done lost his mine. You get to choose from a few options in coats, hats, gloves and a complimentary photo is taken before you enter. Later on you can take more pics yourself or they can take one of the whole crew for a fee which you can view on the big screen and have printed out also take as many inside. Its very cold indeed as the pics will display but i had fun. Daughter not so much but she did hang in there and even had a delicious ice bar drink lol.
We brought our staff to discovery cove one weekend and to ice bar after dinner. We bought a package of the ice experience and several drinks. We didn’t use all of the tokens for the drinks. Husband and I were in town yesterday for a convention and stopped by. We were informed they are only valid the day you buy them. This is not clearly disclosed and should be if that is the policy. I would never treat customers that way (I co-own a business) and frankly it feels shady and questionably legal.EDIT: Thank you for the response. Unfortunately we left our tokens with the girls at the desk once we were told we couldnt use them. Good to know for the future though.
Huge shout out to our bar tender Emily! This was our first time to Ice Bar, and she made our experience so awesome and memorable!! Especially when I had my brother do the penguin shot! Thank you Emily and staff, everyone is great and this is NOT a tourist trap, this is cool af.
Wants to be cool, and the ice bar part was cold but smaller than website appearances. DJ played music he liked but nothing to motivate the people that were there to dance...probably doesnt get hopping until closing time. Was there on Friday night and it was dead at 10 pm....other clubs in area were packed.
Decided to stop by here for a quick drink as I was in the area. Very cool idea/concept no pun intended.
While its cool that its cool, very cold and a breath of fresh air from the humid and overly oppressive everyday conditions, the prices are not. Its expensive but that makes sense to supplement the cost of making it a freezer. The fact that drinks are given in such minute amounts makes this place a spectacle, but only a one time show.
I didnt have any of their food. The cooler was really nice but the energy it took to keep it cold seemed to make the rest of the bar extremely warm (reason for 4 stars). I was there for a vendor party. So cant speak to pricing.
We really enjoyed ourselves it was my birthday weekend and we decided to come to Florida or laying down and we visit this club and it was really lit I had an awesome time it was really great to have as anyone to check it out it was definitely for us because back home in Ohio it was cold so we paid to get cold but it was all worth it and it was really great a nice crowd so I would definitely come again to the Ice Bar but it was New Years weekend and it was awesome great way to bring you my new year in my 45th birthday so it was beautiful thanks Icebar all the way from Ohio
A little underwhelming. I was really excited to try this place as it was recommended when I came to town.No one was there when we came so atmosphere was a little quiet.Bartender was just ok, she didnt seem too interested in helping or conversation. We ordered a couple appetizers which overall where good.Drinks were neat in the fire bar and you should try the ones they lit on fire.Ice bar was very cold and the upgraded jackets didnt help much. The bartender in the ice house didnt even say hello or interact with us. Served the drink and then left.
Visiting from out of town thought it would be great to experience a place that is intentionally cold. Paid for the fur coat upgrade, arrived and was told they had picked up the fur coats prior to my visit. Well the hostess Megan was super sweet and nice she said we could get either get an appetizer or signature drink. We opted for the signature drink. The starburst shot was damn good. Emily was working the icebar lounge and she was nice and sweet as well.we told her where we are from and we learned About where shes from. Went to the other side which is the fire lounge had the southwest egg rolls which were delicious. The ambiance the music everything was great it was nice to experience a different type of bar for a change. Id visit again.
An enthusiastic polar themed and fire hot night club with the glamor of lights, ladies,DJ driven music, and tasty cocktails topped off with beautiful crafted carved ice displays and gorgeous fur coats for an added artic experience. No other bar like it in Orlando. A great place to celebrate a birthday or special occasion.
Both bartenders Samantha and Emily were amazing! They both were very friendly and full over energy! 100% would recommend! Not only Icebar in general with its amazing drinks and beautiful place/ bars; but the staff is amazing! They helped explain everything and made our experience 100% better! Even the hostess Armani was amazing and made it very approachable and easy to understand what to do! Would come back in a heartbeat!! Can’t wait to see how icebar will grow!
I have hosted two events at the ICEBar Orlando and beth events were absolutely wonderful. The staff is so helpful and kind. I love coming here. I look forward to our next event in Orlando. We will definitely be back!
When the DJ changed the music, we really enjoyed it. Its a small place, so I recommend getting VIP. WE did the date night package for my birthday, and we will be back.
Had a nice time here. The food was good and the drinks were plentiful. As you might expect the Ice bar is in fact very cold. Recommend to wear a few layers on top of the coat that they give you if you feel like spending much time in there
I went for my bach party. The atmosphere was great. Customer service was fantastic and it totally made my night. I do have to say later we left to go somewhere with more dancing. The vibe wasnt totally there for a more night-club feel.
This place was fantastic. We made reservations. We did see some people get turned away and I can only guess maybe they didnt have a reservation. We arrived at 5:00pm and had the place to ourselves. The atmosphere was really nice. The staff and our bartenders were very polite and attentive and made some great cocktails. The Ice Bar portion is really cool! The entire room carved ice kept well below freezing. This is pretty rare and just a great experience. I am rating it 4 stars due to the food being so-so and the food presentation was blah for anywhere much less a place supposed to be so nice. The entire experience as a whole was great and I definitely recommend a stop through to chill out while in Orlando. We will return with friends for sure.
Kids 8+ allowed from 5-9. My son had a lot of fun. My husband had always hesitated going but enjoyed both the fire lounge and the ice bar.
Myself and some friends of mine went to the Icebar yesterday ( 3/24). Had a Great Experience!!!! Thanks to Emily who was our Bar tender.... Definitely going to come back. The Fire lounge was Great but I prefer the cold. LolThank you to All the Staff
This is honestly one of the coolest experiences Ive ever been to! I wasnt sure what to expect for an icebar, I had never been to one. It was absolutely beautiful inside. We were given these gorgeous fur coats to go in and out of the ice room, along with gloves to keep warm. The glasses were made of ice and we even got to do shot-skis where you do a shot with your friend on a ski. There were ice sculptures inside as well as an ice chair. The music, vibe, and atmosphere was amazing. I cant recommend enough! It was so much fun. Definitely a must see if visiting Orlando!
What a disappointment! The ice room was full of drunks and high people. The bartender had to throw out a blatantly drunk woman who lit up a cigarette. All of this in front of our 13 year old son.The room itself is small with tables made of ice. A nice concept but before you publicize it is good for children up until 9pm you’d better make sure you control who you let in there.Business casual dress? Definitely not enforced. Wasted our time dressing up to look nice.Complimentary photography? No clue what this means. No one offered to take any pictures nor did we see a photographer. If there were dozens of beautiful sculptures they did a great job at hiding them, but maybe I missed some because I had to keep an eye on the other patrons to look out for my family.Wayn overpriced for the experience. For us a complete waste of money. We spent 10 minutes there and left after someone high as a kite kept pointing at my wife.Avoid at all costs if you have children or are allergic to cigarette smoke. How hard is it to monitor your clientele and keep it family friendly until the advertised time? Date night? Not a fun date when you have to worry about some drunk or stoner (or both) eyeballing your partner. Not sure who is managing this place but an epic fail and utter waste of time and money.
This is a very unique place - I have wanted to go for a while now. The Ice and Fire package is totally worth it, and added to the experience for sure!! If you havent been, you need to go!!
I’m having such a great experience here! The music is great. The girls at the front were happy and welcoming. But Sam the bartender is the BEST! Personable friendly informative and makes one hell of a drink! If you’re in the Orlando area y’all gotta check them out. Plus we’re putting on the furrrrrrr to get a drink!!!!
Absolutely loved everything from the atmosphere to the staff, food & drinks!!Bartender was great about making alternatives to what was on the menu. I had booked in advance and some of our party got sick & couldn’t go. They honored what they said about refunds/cancellations. I was refunded the money for those that couldn’t go. Would love to go again!!!
Such a unique experience and atmosphere! Highly recommend
Even though this place was really fun they kicked me and my friend out because she held my drink. They didn’t even give her a chance to say anything and since the rude bartender decided to we both got kicked out
An excellent concept, but poor implementation falling way short of what it could be.
The Icebar Orlando is just that .. an Ice bar! The place is split into two parts: an icy area, 22° of frozen chairs, benches, sculptures, glasses and a regular part named Fire with a dance floor, bar, and DJ. Each guest receives a coat and gloves in the admission fee and its needed for the Ice room.
Great vibes! Definitely something to try at least once. Highly recommend getting the fur coat, the people with the regular jackets were shivering the whole time.
I only give one star because Im from Georgia so our temporary ID is printed out on dmv paper stating this is a valid temp ID it takes 2 weeks for us to get our ID in the mail amd the front door guy didnt even care to look at it just saw paper and said oo no we cant take that. I really wanted to enjoy the experience my husband and I wanted to come last night but from what I saw at the door the place is beautiful 😍will try again tonight but will call first
The atmosphere was great. The DJ did a good job playing hype music of different genres. The Ice bar is a must. You havent experienced everything unless you drink at both bars. Limited sitting if its crowded.
