For me this shop epitomizes all that is wrong with downtown areas everywhere. I remember when this was a classic tobacco pipe and cigar store, servicing the downtown workers. Now its focus seems to be the late night crowd that scares families away from downtowns everywhere. The “good ole days” isn’t a slogan. It’s reality.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this smoke shop. Firstly, the sales associate charged my card twice for a single purchase, causing unnecessary inconvenience and displaying sheer ineptitude in resolving a basic transactional issue. I was told that their system “doesn’t allow refunds.”So, I was then told to call my bank and dispute the charge myself while he sat on his phone.In hindsight, I believe a store credit or something of the like would have worked fine to resolve this issue but its amazing how they just chose to do absolutely nothing.Instead, to this day I am still disputing the charge with my bank, which has grown to be extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, the vape I bought tasted stale, indicating a lack of quality control. Imagine paying twice for a new vape that tastes like it’s at least two years old and slightly burnt. I expected decent service and product standards, but this negative experience fell short of my expectations.

I’ve been going to pipe and pouch for about 3 years now since before they opened their new store. They’ve always had amazing and friendly employees with lots of knowledge on their products. Everything they sell there is 100% authentic so you don’t have to worry about getting fake papers, vapes, etc. They have the best prices in the city with deals every week and constantly bring in new products. On top of all this, they also got a pretty decent sized snack selection with all types of exotic snacks like what more could you ask for. Thank you to everyone that works at pipe and pouch keep doing your thing!

Great selection and great staff

This is Darian, I’ve been coming here for the last year and this is the best shop downtown by far. Given that rent is close to 20k a month on average downtown, it’s amazing they are able to give these prices on product. Every other shop downtown charges almost double, also the other shops have very old used vapes and delta products. Everything is fresh from this store and the staff warms my heart every morning, when I pick up my goodies. Their edibles are amazing and wont have you trashed at the bar, like the medicinal ones would. Definitely recommend if you’re out downtown having a good time, you won’t regret stopping by here. There was a time I spent 1500 a month at various shops, I only come here now, because I know the product will be safe, and was ordered in the last month and not the last decade. I went to another shop spent $60 on a delta vape the next day it was broken, and the owner couldn’t help me. Unfortunately when you by disposable vapes there’s always a chance one may be broken. Here it happens the least, because like I said all their products are fresh because they are actually being sold. They aren’t hoarded for years due to astronomical prices.

This is a nice small smoke shop in downtown orlando. The staff was very knowledgeable, they werent about trying to sell me, but about trying to help me with what I wanted.. not what they wanted me to buy. Great prices too. Naked vase juice here was $15 and at other places I paid as much as $30... so awesome prices.

Maddie was super helpful to me when I knew completely nothing about vapes, because I am new to this. She help me choose the perfect mod that’s for beginners. She assists me on how to put it together and how to put the liquid inside, and she aware me of the bad things that would happen if I didn’t correctly put the juice in the mod. She was very helpful!

First of all, the staff is so amazing. So helpful and so sweet. And this is the only smoke shop in Orlando that has had mango pods up until the end. They’re open early and open late. Love stopping in here. The staff is super nice and helpful. They will get you whatever you need. I was helped by a very nice woman who helped me locate what I was looking and had me in and out in 2 min. They have a wide assortment of tobacco and other smoking related gear (pipes, bowls, glassware, hookahs, etc).

Overpriced pipe shop. I am from Colorado so I know its going to be cheaper here then in Orlando but this shop was outrageously priced. $10 for a throw away pipe and $20 for a nice torch that ended up breaking in one day and fire going all over my hand when I lit it. The guy replaced it for me for free but with a way cheaper torch. I had originally asked him for the cheapest in the store and he did not give me what I asked for at all. He probably thought I didnt know what I was talking about but I did and it made me upset. Would not recommend if you want a well priced and friendly shop.

I went there today, I bought the wrong piece they had no problem exchanging it for me. They are very well knowledge and every glass piece they have especially the dab rigs. I bought a banger which changes color to let you know when its the right Heat. I love this piece, thank you for your help

Pipe and Pouch is awesome. They have all the Juul flavors in stock. People keep talking about their prices being high but they really arent bad especially considering its just about the only place you can buy cigarettes downtown when you are out drinking. The staff is cool and always remembers their regular customers and what they like.

Another shop that doesnt sprak english. Never going to this establishment again.

Great little shop, all the workers are nice and I always go here to get my mods and juices. They have fair prices with good qualoty products, and theyre very helpful if you are unsure of your mods or other product pieces.

I came in this afternoon and got a W3 dabcool rig and when I got home and took it out to use, after charging, the device would not heat up with the atomizer on it. We tried searching how to do it and everything and still nothing is working. This was $85 and I didn’t even get to use it once. Don’t recommend coming here unless you just want to throw away your money.

Ive been in Orlando my entire life and I absolutely love downtown that is why its sad there arent more options for smoke shops especially for the tourist who dont know any better!!! I have been in this shop many times Especially awhile back but this place has CHANGED in a bad way...The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly and I was told something about Orlando residents as if the shop used to value our business but they no longer care!!! You have to be very careful because they love selling cheaper made items as well and this shop is way overpriced....With that being said.....Orlando residents go somewhere else and everyone else be very careful

Maddie was wonderful in helping me find the right juice and coil for my vape when my favorite brand wasn’t available. I told her what flavors I normally get and she provided excellent options. She also had excellent customer focus and conflict management abilities since the other customer in the store was being difficult and rude and she kept her cool and provided us with an excellent customer experience. Maddie then was able to help us with the right size ash catcher for my water pipe since I forgot the gauge of my downstem.I always go to pipe and pouch for my vape needs and employee like Maddie keep me coming back.Thank you

It was late night and I had to jump through hoops to get to the place but the demeanor of the people that work there made it worth it. Theres a bit more of a personal feel then you get at most smoke shops where they know the money is a guarantee so they dont really have to treat you with any care.

Sold me a damaged product, a roller with missing pins. And because I took it out of the store, they said that I damaged it. Would give me a discount.. Which is a major slap in the face. If youre shopping here.. Make sure if you buy from them, dont buy anything that can be broke.

Cool place, got 4 kratoms of red strain, wanted to exchange (That was ok according to the cool Indian employee there). Came with my girlfriend the other day to exchange 2 for other types of strains, the blonde lady that worked there at Monday 5/20/19 at the afternoon was really rude saying that I couldnt do. After explaining that another employee said that was ok, that it was sealed she called the manager and he said that was fine to exchange, she replied with are you sure? to him.She pick up the strains that I wanted but before giving it to me, she replied: Ok, for you to learn, before you come here, you cannot be demanding like you did. Which I didnt because I used to enjoy shopping there. I Asked a bag, she got angry and said to me and my gf You need a bag for something that you carried by yourself ? I replied Yes.I Said thank you and left, I would like to speak to a manager about it because I am upset of rating the store like this and want to solve the issue. For now on, I will shop in another places.

Its a great shop. The employees are very professional, but they dont sell 305 filtered cigars. Theyre the brand I like, and theyre made in Florida.

I bought an overpriced pipe one night. had buyers remorse and brought it back with the receipt (never used it, price tag still on it) and they refused, saying their policy is no returns, even though they had--at that time, at least-- no signs posted that would inform buyers of such a ridiculously arbitrary policy.

I got a great deal on 2 pieces of hardware the lady discounted me so I could make the purchase and buy 2 instead of one I am a customer for life.
