Great customer service! When I check in for my appointment, they are always pleasant. There was a mistake with my billing and although the receptionist was not able to fix the issue, she inputted information for the manager to respond to. Manager responded the next day and was able to fix the issue. I truly appreciated the quick response. And I’m hesitant to give my masseuse a shout out because she may get more booked up than she already is, lol, but Martha T is by far the best masseuse I’ve had. Give her a try and you won’t be disappointed.

I went to the Oswego location for the first time yesterday. Everyone was really nice. I had Tanya as my therapist and she was amazing! My neck and shoulders feel so much better. I definitely will be back!

The desk girl was very nice and professional, she was a perfect image for the location. My therapist was Kim-Andre. Worst massage I’ve ever gotten. His nails are super long so they were always digging into my skin. Disregarded me saying not to do my lower back because I have been going to Physical Therapy for it so it’s sensitive. He left my head hanging off the table when I was laying on my back. And when he did my legs he would leave my arms uncovered so I was very cold. Throughout the whole thing all I wanted was for it to be over.

Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend Tanya, she is amazing!

I have been a member at Massage Envy for many years! I started going to the Oswego location a few years ago b/c it was closer to my house than the original location I signed up at. I sadly will not be going back to this location due to the current front office staff/management. In the past month, I have dealt with mixed up scheduling, misinformation given to me by the staff, attitudes and I even witnessed another customer crying b/c of the treatment that the front desk staff gave her. It seems that they don’t care about keeping their clients. As a result, I would not recommend going to the Oswego location.

First time at this location. Very clean & comfortable & relaxing environment. Amanda did an amazing job with my massage- she focused on the areas I asked her to and relieved some of the pain I was experiencing. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!!

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Very stingy and would not cancel your membership. Do not sign up if you dont want life long commitment.Went in to cancel my membership and was told manager had to sign the cancellation forms before I could cancel. Got a call the next day that cancellation forms were ready. Went in again and the receptionist could not find the forms. Had to go back the third time before I could sign the forms. Even after sigining the cancellation forms, they are still charging me for my monthly membership.

My first experience at Massage Envy was amazing! Keisha was my therapist, and I cannot recommend her enough. She took the time to understand the issues I was hoping to address, and helped remind me to stay present during the actual massage, which I needed. My neck feels so much better, my tension headache is greatly helped, thank you Keisha! Cant wait until our next appointment!

Reception staff at the Oswego location on Douglas were courteous, and conducted themselves in a professional manner while maintaining a very casual demeanor, making for a very easy process.Keisha was my massage therapist whom I requested after hearing great things about her from people I know personally and through written reviews. I dont know all that much about massage therapy and whats supposed to hurt a little vs when I should speak up. Keisha is more than just a knowledgeable and experienced massage therapist; shes someone who can read the room as they say. she is an excellent people person despite her being a more private person naturally.customer service is severely lacking in all industries it seems, with less and less emphasis with each passing consumer experience. but customer service - especially making a connection with a patron in one-on-one interactions such as massage - is not only the toughest to master, but arguably the most important aspect of any business/consumer relationship. Keisha understands that and excels at it.When I wanted to just lay there quietly with my eyes closed, it was understood. but when I spoke up about a discomfort I was feeling, she was responsive and accommodating, and when I asked a question that ended up requiring a lot more thought and discussion than I anticipated, it flowed seamlessly into a full-blown informative yet very casual conversation, leaving me with new understanding of not just massage therapy and general health maintenance, but of the person behind the hands.Honestly one of the genuinely best interactions Ive ever had going into a situation I had little prior experience of, and where I had no choice but to be trusting and vulnerable to a stranger. Would absolutely recommend Keisha and will see her again.

Enjoyed a wonderful massage today w Andre. He listened to my areas of concern and was spot on. Once done, I totally could have fallen into a deep sleep. Definitely applied amazing pressure to actually work my knots. Felt so relaxed after.

Went for a first time appointment just now and I feel so relaxed. I had never gotten a massage before and Kayla made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend and plan on coming again!

Tanya was amazing! I took my 9 yr old in for her first massage and Tanya explained everything, asked for feedback on pressure several times and was extra considerate on keeping her covered so she didn’t feel exposed! My daughter REALLY liked her massage and unfortunately for me wants to go back!!!;)

I called and set up an appointment for two 90min massages, both being paid for through my credits. They confirmed they would transfer credits and even said they would make a note on the recipients account that I was covering it. Fast forward to check out time, turns out they only booked us for 60 mins... Then, the girl at the front tells me that I have to call myself to my home location (Shorewood) to have them transfer the credits.. I call and explain, and the Shorewood location tells me at that point about a $10 transfer fee. I said, That would have been nice to know at the time of booking, just like that I needed to call you guys to transfer in the first place beforehand. The Shorewood girl responded, Yes they were supposed to have called us and told you. I wont be returning to this location, and honestly, Ill probably just terminate my membership altogether. Really disappointed.

Tanya has done it again! I have nothing bad to say about her or our session. Tanya is my therapist and I enjoy my sessions with her. Tanya is very accommodating, she listens to my issues and provides recommendations to give me the best session. I will definitely return to Tanya as I purchased a membership after my first visit.

Tanya is amazing! She consistently checks in throughout the service to make sure I am enjoying it. Tanya knows I am a hairstylist and makes sure to focus on all the areas my body needs the most care. I would recommend her to anyone asking for a great message therapist.

I have been a member for several years. Keisha is by far one of the best massage therapists I have had. She listens to request and is thorough in her provision of service! Would highly recommend.My only complaint is ease of making appointments. As a member even it is nearly impossible to get an appointment that is not a month out. I live almost an hour away from the Oswego location, but it is the only location I can actually book. Solution-hire more providers!!!!

My massage with Tanya was excellent! She was good at communicating when I had a more sensitive area and never made me feel uncomfortable when asking for less pressure. Her technique was great and I was able to finally get the relaxation I needed. Thank you Tanya!

I’ve been a member of Massage Envy for almost 17 years now. I switched to the Oswego location and have been loyal to seeing Mark only for last 13 years!! He is the most amazing therapist and is truly gifted in what he does! He literally “saved” me from having carpal tunnel surgery in both wrists about 13 years ago when I had 2 babies and I’m forever thankful to him for helping me and preventing surgery! I’ve also had plantar fasciitis and incredibly it was resolved through massage. His passion to help others is such a blessing! I love to rave about him but hate it too because then he gets so booked! For those who underestimate self-care or think massage is only a luxury or for relaxation, I can’t tell enough you are totally mistaken! I’m been super blessed to have met Mark (“magic hands” as I’ve nicknamed him) 13 years ago and he’s helped me in so many ways. Forever thankful client here!

I wanted deep tissue snd I lucked out. Martha was Awesoem. She knew the Anatomy and she got deep into my lat and shoulder and arm. I had a specific issue with my elbow snd I must say after the session I felt a ton of improvement. She is the real deal.Also worth noting, I had an issue with the gift card I was using because it was so old but the girl at the desk ended up getting the manager on the phone and she was able to resolve it so they get major kudos for that as well. I was nervous they were gonna tell me it was invalid and that would have sucked because even though it was a few years old, it didnt have an expiration date. So they did what they needed to do on their end to resolve it and I left a happy camper.Super good experience. Would highly recommend.Place was also super clean and professional.The heated table was awesome.Martha was Awesome.Okay that’s all.

I have been a member for a long time and started when I use to travel as I could go to any location. Now that I am retired I found Christine and she is the best. My only issue is the back office as I can’t even get my account online after my email had changed and no one seems to be able to help. Thank you Christine for your care, personality and understanding of your clients needs.

Tanya is the absolute best! She always confirms what I want before the massage and checks my comfort level during the massage. She offers additional services that have been very beneficial.

Joey was my massage therapist & the pressure performed was light to medium as the booking stated. The massage was not rushed nor did he try to hurry through my knots. He really help relax me which can be difficult due to the amount of tension my muscles hold. I would recommend him for anyone trying to aim for a relaxing yet thorough massage.

I’ve had a wonderful experience every time I come here. From the front desk to the massage therapist. I’ve been coming here for the past 4years now and I will say Martha is my girl! She works magic.They have other great massage therapist there that are amazing just be specific on what your looking for and they will help you find the right massage therapist for you! Have had a massage envy membership for about 8 months and had contemplated canceling many times because in the 8 months I didn’t have ONE good massage. Have tried a variety of locations and different massage therapists. Tino at Oswego saved my membership, I probably would’ve canceled otherwise. He did a great job, med/firm pressure like I requested, and therapeutic touch. Thank you Tino for the excellent massage.

It is pretty difficult to breathe out of my nose and mouth if I am wearing the mask while face down on the massage table as per requirements of the therapist. Also we paid for a 90 min massage and therapist started late and ended early. Can I get a refund for that missed time? Massage was good though.

I had a 90 minute massage with Alison and it was wonderful. Im kinda a whimp and let Alison know that, she was constantly checking with me to ensure that the pressure was acceptable. It was perfect, just what I needed. If youre someone who likes light to medium pressure, Alison is your person!

You must go and join. Its so relaxing and my massage helped my back pain. The customer service was amazing. The manager was awesome and my massage therapist Martha was great. So treat yourself, its good for men and women they also do couples massages. This is a must do.

I have been seeing Tanya for over a year and have always left feeling great! She’s skillful in assessing and focusing on my needs for any given session, whether relaxation or recovery.

I have been a Massage Envy member for 15+ years; many good therapists! Yesterday I saw Mark. For the first time in two months I can lift my arm above my head without awful pain!! He heard the issues I was having and got at those impacted muscles from every angle. I thought my massage would result incremental reduction in pain, instead today the pain is gone!

Brandice is absolutely fabulous! After a year of being a member and trying multiple therapists, I finally found one that fits me perfectly. Shes simply the best! All the staff here is super welcoming and helpful.

Massage Envy of Oswego is wonderful! The ladies at the front desk are so warm and friendly. They also go out of their way to accommodate my needs. The therapists are amazing, so professional and attentive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage. I got the shopping center 20 minutes before my appointment using GPS. I could not find the specific store location as their are alot of retail stores in this area. I called them 3 times for specific directions within the 20 minutes before my appointment. No one pickup the phone. Finally 5 minutes past my appointment time, someone picked up the phone to explain how to get to this specific store location.I asked if I could just reschedule since this was their issue with not picking up the phone and my massage time would shortened by the time I got to the room. The front desk person spouted off something about a 50% cancelation policy. This set the tone for which I couldnt enjoy the massage. I walked out even more stressed than when I came in. I asked for a manager to call to discuss the situation. No one has called. I guess no one cares.Im a new member and have only used their service once before. The first time was average. This 2nd time as a member was horrible. I unfortunately am going to cancel my membership. Seems they couldnt backup all that talk from their high pressure sales tactics. Dont get me wrong, Im very willing to pay for good service, this just wasnt it. Very disappointed.

Such a great experience with Tino, he made sure to ask what areas I wanted to focus on and really did a great job getting a giant knot in my neck out. I am coming back soon, and would highly recommend the exfoliating hand massage as well!

My massage therapist Joey is so good that hes ALWAYS BOOKED! So be sure to schedule a regular appointment if you want to get in with him. He has amazing personalized techniques that not only massages you but also stretches you!

Jennifer is Amazing!! She really listen to you and also give you really good advice to what you should do towards improving your posture and what good stretches you should do as well. I will highly recommend her.

Nina is wonderful! Applies just the right amount of pressure, takes her time, doesnt make you feel rushed, very friendly, makes for a great experience. So much so, that I signed up for the membership.

I always am impressed with all three of these elements. Martha is an excellent practitioner of her craft, ever finding and relieving problem areas. She has an easy manner, while concentrating on the job with expertise.

Went for a relaxing time for my anniversary. I asked a deep pressure massage and got it! Usually in my other massages, I have to tell them to use more pressure, but not this time. It was definitely therapeutic. My boyfriend also enjoyed his experience. I was able to book last minute and get the experience I wanted.

Im an ME member and typically go to the location in Shorewood. Booked a last minute appt. in Oswego with Keisha. She was terrible. The massage was rough and painful, and I actually got a headache during it. I left with tears in my eyes, and in much more pain than I went in with. Woke up extremely sore the next morning with significant bruising on both shoulders. Sent pictures of them to the location and requested a refund.

Tanya is an absolute treasure. She always asks if there are any special needs each session & checks in to make sure the pressure applied is satisfactory. It’s the best 90M ever!

The manager, Andrea, is unprofessional and lies. My husband canceled his membership in August and we received an email from her stating that the last charge had been on 8/1/2018. When they charged our account again I had to call twice to get the clear reason why, they try to spin the reasoning. I did tell her that I had an email from her stating that the last charge had been on 8/1/2018 and she asked me to send it back to her, so I did, and she lastly tried to tell me that I would have to return so I could bring in my card for the credit, stating that when the membership was canceled it erased the card number. I reminded her that I used to work in member services and so I know that is not true, quite that opposite and that even if that was the case, I could give her the number over the phone. She still feigned ignorance, as if we did not pass card numbers over the phone between offices and clinics all the time and I finally just said I would get my bank to reverse the charge. Trust me when I tell you that the therapists are great but some of the managers are under such pressure to keep membership numbers and funds that they will even lie to do this.

Massages were great, no complaints there. When I tried to cancel my membership is en the problem started. I initially emailed my request to cancel in January as it stated on paperwork and the lady told me, i could cancel at anytime. I followed up because I hadnt heard back and I was charged again in Feb and was told I had to come in and sign something so I did. Please explain to me why in March I was charged again?! 2 months after my initial cancellation request. And was told due to new software I couldnt be refunded, what kind of BS is that?

Massage was great but everything else has been a nightmare. My husband bought me a gift certificate for my birthday. I went I. For a massage and when I came home I discovered they had charged my bank account $65. I did some checking and discovered that was the second time they charged my account. My massages were not part of a membership! They were pre paid. When I called the manager Jaimie, he promised to take care of it and call me right back. He didn’t. My husband called his cell phone and some woman answered. Still no call back. That was 4 days ago. Today I was promised a call back from a different manager. Robin. Still no call. The managers are always in a meeting. The charges have still not been reversed. I am now having my card number changed so I can’t get any more unauthorized charges. Very very angry customer and my next step will be the better business bureau.

I’ve been a member for almost 10 years. Everything has always been wonderful until this last month. The manager, Andrea, is unprofessional, rude, flat out lied to me about my account being frozen when it in fact was not, has hung up on me multiple times and flat out told me contacting corporate was a waste of time as the email would just go to her anyway. Still sent the email to Corporate and hopefully it makes its way to the owner who realizes this is NOT the type of manager he wants for his location. Seems she has recent negative reviews about being rude and dismissive also. Ready to cancel and walk away from literally $1000 worth of prepaids based solely on Andrea’s lack of professionalism and service. She is the only reason for my 1 star review. Everything and everyone else I’ve encountered there in the last decade have been amazing.

How do you give no stars. I made my appointment with Allen and he never put me in the computer system. Im unable to do that part. Reminds me of the saying, you had one job so I arrive at my appointment and they said they are unable to bump any one, but they are able to bump me. Umm ok, then the manager is not here on a Saturday. Umm not even a stand in manager. They front desk gives me cooperates number when they are not in. So much for rearranging my day for a relaxing massage. 0 stars. Lets see if they let this disappointing experience be known.
