This place is amazing! I’ve been twice so far and both times I’ve left feeling relaxed and pain free. I often have constant pain and tightness on the right side of my neck/shoulder/scapula area (thank you desk job), and I get a lot of relief coming here.If you like DEEP massages, this place is for you. If you don’t, just let them know and they will relax their technique. My masseuse has always checked in throughout the massage to make sure it’s not too hard. This last time I was having tendinitis pain in my elbow, and at first I was nervous having them work on it, but OMG I left and I could grip my water bottle without pain. It was like magic, lol. Anyway, I highly recommend!!

Honestly, this is the best massage place I’ve ever been to! Very friendly, professional, clean, and they’ve always gone the full time every-time but the best part was getting to work with Jen and Lily. They were outstanding…I’m really impressed with their expertise, new methods/techniques and detailed deep tissue massages without the pain. Feeling fantastic again thanks to those two!

Flew in from out of town I was in pain I called and asked if they could take me in … they took me right in for a 1 hour deep tissue massage and left feeling great and relaxed I definitely recommend!

Edit: The manager got in contact with me to address the issues I had. She seemed very sincere and sorry for my bad experience. She also said she talked to the massage therapists and addressed with them what had happened to me. She offered me a massage with another massage therapist so I could have a better experience, but since I didn’t accept it, they refund my money.I went there because of the great reviews they had, and I had a terrible experience. I got out of there feeling more tense, in pain, and $60 dollars shorter on my bank account, for a terrible services. First: I set up an appointment online (which was pretty easy and convenient) with Lili because everyone was saying good things about her. When I get there she was not the one who gave me the massage, she said that someone else requested her and this other lady was going to be my massage therapist. The other lady spoke 0 English (Lili spoke a very very broke English) the communication was terrible (I am also an immigrant to this country and the first thing I did when I stepped on here was to learn English). I already put online the type and the time I wanted my massage, and I even told them I didn’t want strong/ hard massage. I said light to medium. They didn’t understand anything, the lady wouldn’t understand the word “hurting”, she would have to use a translator to communicate with me. I tensed up because I would say it was hurting or it was too hard and she did not understand. I signed up for only 30 minutes, and it was torture the whole time. I noticed was going a little longer and I told her I only had for 30 min, it was impossible to communicate. She went to get Lili to talk to me. They didn’t know. Why they had the sign up online if they don’t even look it up. So she finished and I went to pay she said it was $55 (I signed up for the medium $45) I thought she included the tip already because I saw some reviews saying that, so I asked and she said no. I told her what I signed up for and she said that she asked me what I wanted before and demonstrate on my arm- communication issue here again- I showed her the email confirmation saying exactly what I wanted and I even told her I said light to medium, at the end she charged $45 and for the tip the minimum tip was $15. I saw all these certification on the wall in Chinese and then I realized they probably don’t have an Illinois licenses to practice - how they would if you need to go to school and do an exam, and they don’t speak English. I was in pain the whole time and it seemed a torture session. Not going back there ever again. There is a reason why the state requires exams and school, it is to protect us. She also did part of the massage dry which I have never seem this before. Just terrible! I had to pay to be torture, and it was on my birthday!

Li does the most amazing job of working my problem areas. I’ve never had a massage therapist who had the ability to work so deeply on my muscles and not cause pain or discomfort. The techniques used are unlike any other therapist I’ve encountered. I come an hour from work to get there, but it’s always worth it!

Fantastic experience at Miracle Massage & Spa. I was experiencing neck pain, called last-minute, and they were able to get me in right away. They provided the best deep-tissue massage I’ve had focusing on my neck and muscle groups affecting the area. The facility was clean, relaxing, and completely private from other customers and the level of customer service/friendliness was unmatched. So glad to have stumbled across them through other reviews. Will definitely be a returning customer!

I came here for a last-minute massage before my mini getaway. The masseuse was Lily, a very pleasant lady. However, during my deep tissue massage, she used Ben gay and no massage oil. While she was massaging my back, I felt an unpleasant burn. I felt as if she needed some oil on my back. She was massaging me pretty much dry. As a result, the next day, I woke up super sore and a back burn. I wont be returning for a massage here again.

WOW. One of the best massages I’ve ever gotten!! Usually even when I tell a masseuse to focus on Neck and Shoulders, they don’t give it enough attention. But at Miracle Massage they focused on the knots in my Neck and Shoulders EXCELLENTLY and even had sufficient time to tend to everything else as well! Can’t recommend enough!

I absolutely love this place! The fact that they do a full body massage but also focus on your pain areas is amazing. They’re always so kind and welcoming. Best massage I have ever received and highly recommend, will continue to be a loyal customer.

The BEST massage and stretch I’ve ever had! Highly recommend! The deep tissue massage was AMAZING! I have been there three times now the first was to relief sciatica pain which I haven’t felt in 3 months. Today she worked on my shoulder. I come from Geneva and it’s worth it!

Called for an appointment and they said $75 an hour for deep tissue massage Dont know where they get the cohones to demand a tip but thats not the way things work...tips are supposed to be based on good, friendly service, not a demand. Secondly they not even given one hour massage within 40 minutes they’re done and massage is worst massage ever they are not professional i really feel pain next morning my neck hurt back hurt, don’t waste your time and money.

I actually received a great massage. What threw me off was paying (including the tip) in advance. I needed it so I did. Glad that it was well worth it. However I still dont think anyone should be asking for a tip in advance on ANY service. You might not like the service that you receive. Thats why I am giving 4 stars.

I have been to Miracle Massage twice now and have recieved the best massages of my life there. I recently had spine surgery this past November and have suffered with chronic back pain for years. The massages I recieved have helped me immensely. Li, who I believe is the owner, was my masseuse. Li is such a kind woman and I couldnt be happier with my visits. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
