Smokers Choice

Once again, thanks to Shannon & Heaven for giving me such a nice shopping experience! I was pleasantly surprised with the huge variety of products to choose from, and I appreciated just how knowledgeable these two ladies were in assisting me. Will definitely come back again, especially with all the great deals and a pretty sweet rewards system as well :)

I decided to try this smokers choice in my town rather than the one next to Aldi, since I had an experience with a rude employee last month at that one. And WOW is all I can say. The customer service experience was night and day. I HIGHLY recommend this smokers choice rather than the other one in Oswego. They should take some pointers from the girls over near the college!! Will absolutely be returning to this particular establishment.

Rarely have what Im looking for at any type of reasonable price. The same stuff on their shelves, you can purchase online for half price including shipping. The staff is always nice or this would be a 1star review.

I would rate this higher for the nice selection of stuff it has, but the woman who works there with the red hair is awful. Treated me and my friend like criminals from the second we walked in despite looking at our IDs multiple times and gave nasty attitude to us for asking any questions at all to her. Seemed like she couldnt be bothered to help us at all and hated us for no reason. Not going in here again.

Staff lies to get you to buy stuff, does not cover manufacturer errors, and are not knowledgeable about the product. Ive been using ecigs for years and this is by far the worst shop Ive ever been to, and Ive been to many. Stick to online retailers or seek out a decent brick and mortar.

Bought a piece from here spent 60$ On a stratus nectar collector kit, when I left the store I was looking at it and realized that it must have been cracked somewhere because there was green liquid on my hands and the box I brought it right back in to try to exchange it and got told it was fine when it left the store

I bought a vape pen. I got it home it didnt work. I brought it back for a refund and they refused to make good. I only had it like a half hour. They could have at least offered a replacement. Or store credit. Buy at your own risk.

Has everything Ive looked for and at a good price. Ive been shopping with them for a little while and would recommend them to any smoker or (better yet) vaper. They have a friendly staff.

Always neat and clean and the staff are always pleasant. I get tobacco and tubes and also bought my rolling machine there.

I didnt even go to this place. Google sucks at marketing even when they have all of my most private personal data.
