As a woman Ive always felt safe here. I had a really bad experience with an employee at an Uncle Stus when I first moved here, that made it really intimidating to try another vape shop. The owner & employees at Vaponomics are always so kind & respectful, Ive never had a bad experience. Good prices, best service, really grateful I found them. Ill never go anywhere else.

Ive went to Vapornomics for multiple years now, the staff are incredibly inviting, fun to talk to and knowledgeable about their products, I havent found better prices the few times I was forced to go elsewhere when theyre closed.Staff are also very honest about products and they really get to know your tastes and can make great suggestions based on flavors you like, price range, etc.

The owner helped me figure out why my Voopoo Drag was leaking. I havent had a problem since! Thank you so much!! Very knowledgeable and nice people!

Vapornomics has been my exclusive retailer for over two years now to get ejuice, ecigs/vapor mods and supplies, kratom, even CBD treats for my dogs. They mix the ejuice on-site when ordered, using only safe ingredients Im familiar with instead of just being a trusting middleman. They stand behind their products and are very nominally priced for virtually all stock in store. Further, the associates are all well-versed, welcoming, friendly and helpful (as opposed to salespeople dripping with self-importance and delusions of grandeur Ive had the misfortune of dealing with at other stores). Special sales, loyalty points, even a store-based raffle for store-credit using tickets gained from purchases--without question, one of the best establishments of this type Ive ever been to.

Absolutely amazing staff here! I’ve been multiple times and have been helped by (I think) all the employees here and every single one of them is friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. The store is always clean and there’s always a wide variety of products to choose from.

Great shop! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Ive had a few bad luck issues with my devices and theyve taken care of the problem quickly. They have a large selection of devices and around 100 house juices plus 100s of brand name flavors. I wont go anywhere else.

The only thing wrong was they were out of certain juice that I asked for and they also didnt have the battery I wanted to get. Im ok with that because it happens and I dont go anywhere else for my juice and other necessities because all the workers are so polite and amazing. In over 2 years of vaping ,Vapernomics is the only place Ive been except for 1 time due to a cool being burnt but had to be home within 15 minutes and they are about 20 minutes one way from my home. The other place is like 3 minutes away. VAPERNOMICS IS THE BEST

So I have been to this shop several times and have not been in a while decided to stop in and buy some juice. By the way, my past experience was a super positive one, working with Henry, bought a new tank mod, replacement coils and several bottles of juice, walked in today and was greeted nicely by a guy with a long beard. Told him I was looking for juice, asked him if any deals where going on, abruptly he said no! only if you have an online coupon. Asked how much where the 120ml selling for, he says, $30! Wow! Just priced me right out of the store. I will not be coming back, other shops sell for much less and have certain specials on certain product they are trying to move. Too many vape shops in the area to be spending that much on juice. My stars went down based on this visit, dude ended being kinda of a Richard! Keep up that type of business and you probably wont be there for long...... Taking my business elsewhere and hopefully anyone that ask, I will let them know. Prices outrageous!!!!!!!!! Wheres Henry????

Always friendly staff, seems like a huge family. House juice is amazing, huge selection of premium e-liquids. They dont care if you touch the glass, and willing help to setup a device with you for better understanding.Nothing but good thing with this vape store, compared to all the other shops.

Ive been going here since they opened. All the employees are friendly and knowable. Their selection is huge and prices are great. I dont shop anywhere else.Update 8-25-17 5PM: I guess it was great until I actually needed to be taken care of as a customer. The third mod that I purchased here took a dump after 2-3 months of use. I was told by the employee I asked for help that they only honor warranties in the store for 14 days so I would have to ship it out to the manufacturer and deal with them directly. If thats their store policy I respect it, but also if I as the customer have to deal with the vendors when there are problems with their products then I dont see the point of supporting the brick and mortar store when I can just buy directly online and cut out the middleman.

Place has pros and cons.Pros: home juices, variety of juices, variety of mods, customer service is good the two dudes I see there are usually nice but I personally think the not so tall one will give you exactly what you want.Cons: Prices are average not too cheap not too expensive. Idk if thats a con though actually its like an average. So Ill just make an average division.Average: prices are average.

Very shocked at how low their hardware prices are…extremely reasonable! juice is a lil pricey, but i think because of laws and taxes, they are everywhere…but honestly, they have a great selection here, and i’ve never seen lower prices in a brick n mortar before! chandler was very cool and knowledgeable.

With so many vape shops around, its nice to know that at Vapornomics, you can always depend on staff to recommend products based on your lifestyle.And the sheer amount of vape juice flavors they stock is phenomenal!Whenever I walk in, its like visiting friends.Highly recommend!!!

Ive always been treated personally, friendly and professionally. Theyll listen, suggest and not push.I am personally disappointed in the taste of the actual tobacco flavor liquid as they had just run out of the cigar type flavor. Im gutting it out until I get a call that its in.Its been 4 days and its not very tasty vaping... at all...Oh well, Im not a complainer, just my opinion. Phenomenal staff and store. Staff at this location is always friendly and helpful! Amazing customer service. I’ve rarely had a problem with products they sell and when I have they will fix it when possible or replace it.

Always have a great experience here, they take the time to explain the products, answer questions and make recommendations based on my preferences. Prices are comparable to other shops, but the personal attention is what sets them apart.

I love this place. Ive bought 4 batteries and multi odds and ends from them and when I had a issue with one of them (the battery) they(employees)..... I really wish I knew/know their names, Im bad at that, but anyways. Make a point to come into this store for all your vaping needs, you wont go wrong.

Went in there a few days ago to check out the store and view there line up. As someone new to vaping the people in there were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, had a great nice selection to choose from and let you try there juices before you buy them. There all made when you buy it and they have a nice refill program on the bottles if you bring them back. Will definitely be shopping there again.

I instantly felt at home here. The staff was extremely helpful & friendly. Justin & Chandler answered all of my many questions with patience & knowledge. The fact that they had episodes of Bobs Burgers playing on the tv was definitely a plus! Thanks guys, for all your help! I really appreciate it!

Awesome shop! friendly staff who are always willing to help. They mix flavors on site with thousands of combinations. Very reasonable prices, and they even gave me a gift on my birthday!

Been great so far for about a year, but this last time i came in during the half off deal on tuesdays, at 159. I had someone looking at a tank i had for about 10 min. Went to check out and asked, am i still getting the half off deal? His reply: you just missed it. Pretty sure i was there before 2pm. Not cool.

I am from out of town. This Vape shop happened to be right next to the hotel I was staying at and I needed juice and coils. Super friendly employees. They have the widest variety of flavores I have seen and the prices are not bad. From what I seen they have a large selection of tanks and mods for those who are looking to buy some new/upgrade or get started. Highly recomended.

Mark, Chandler, and Justin are awesome people and are very knowledgeable about their products. Always welcoming and helpful when Im considering trying new Juices or products

Great staff, knowledgeable, prices about the same or less than whats around. I came here specifically to avoid smoke o vapor on 59 which is horrible. Great selection of mods and juices. Store is also larger than it appears on the outside. I have encountered very small issues at this place but theyre really just human error and immediately remedied.

Nice place, had one helpful guy the first time I was in there. The last 2 times Ive been there, I was treated like I was an annoyance to them. It wasnt busy, so Im not sure what their problem was. Probably wont go back.

The boy with the long hair and hat helped me out with a vape and my coils, hes always very friendly and helpful. He took his time with me and showed me how to use it and change a lot of settings. I really appreciate that kind of help and interaction.

Friendly staff and decent prices. I like their house juice. Xtreme game and Razzleberry Ring Pop are my favorite. Its a good location and the hours of operation are good.

I love this place and the hours make it really convienient! They have some really great deals and the staff is always very helpful for any questions I have. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because Id like to see them add a wider variety of flavors.

Nice people and good selection of juice. House blend is so-so. Major drawback is unlike most stores where the reward program counts on all dollars spent; their point system is based on only juice.

Always a friendly environment, staff really know what they are doing and try to help sace you miney and get what you are looking for, not bad prices, and have a ton of cool and unique bongs and pipes along with vapes and pens.

Juice is over priced on average, house brand is poorly mixed, employees seem to be hanging out primarily and helping customers secondarily. This is the first vapor place in 5 years that Ive been to that doesnt charge batteries they sell. Would not recommend. Didnt remember why I hadnt been there in 3 years. Now I do.

Everyone that works here is extremely kind and knowledgeable about the products theyre selling. They offer a lot of coupons and discounts if you follow their Facebook page, which is awesome. They will also let you try the flavors. One of the best vape shops I have ever been to, would definitely reccomend only going here for vape stuff.

Manager (Justin) needs to work on his people skills, other than that staff members are very friendly and helpful. Prices are somewhat over the norm but it seems to be the only place convenient (In Oswego).

Ill start by saying that a bad vape shop simply cannot stay in business very long. Vapornomics has been around for a while now, and do you know why that is? Customer service. I quit smoking cigarettes few years ago, because of their help. Then I didnt go back for like two years. Started smoking cigars again, found I enjoyed the activity, but not the smell. Went back to Vapornomics, and was treated like I had never stopped coming in!Seriously, the first question was not, what can I help you with, but, hey! How have you been doing? Greeted like an old friend, not as a customer. Thats a level of service that so few places have today. Normally, those places have a bit higher prices, but no. Not at Vapornomics. The prices are great! Obviously, you can buy coils a little bit cheaper on Amazon, but I refuse to. Id rather give the money to these people any day, because they take the time to get to know you better and figure out what your needs are. Etailers dont do that!You can find any good vape shop anywhere, but the BEST can only be found with Vapornomics

Everybody coexist and dont step on each other toes. The store as a whole is always well kept and neatly organized. Always willing to work for a better solution to an issues that may arise.

As a veteran vaper of over seven years I can honestly say vapornomics is The greatest shop within 50 miles of the Oswego area. Not to mention the best shop I have ever been to. At this point I have since moved but drive over an hour just to get what I need from the people worth giving the business to.

I had just bought my first vape yesterdsy, I had gotten home and it leaked everywhere, called and they were so willing to help me out! They even fixed me up and such. I love this place, glad I was recommended it. Thank you guys!!! 🤗

Very rude. Horrible customer service. The kid was very rude and did not want to help me on simply buying coils or juice. He was trying to mean mug me too. I do not recommend! Wish I could give a half star...

Decent house juice, not the biggest selection of premium juices but acceptable, devices, tanks, rdas, are higher priced then online. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Why is every vape I get here leaks 1or 2 days after I get it and they wont replace it so if this happens to u ur screwed then mouth piece gets so hot u cant smoke it and theres know exchanges stick with smoking ull get nowhere vaping
