I liv 20 minutes away from this place & I hate having to remind people to do anything..Every one their is amazing except the latest gentleman that got hired after Brenda ..He is very arrogant & rude ..

I purchased a Vision Spinner II with 1 Year Warranty from this vendor and the shop would not honor it with the receipt. The battery itself was defective in the FIRST PLACE. All I asked for was a replacement battery. The lady working there says she uses the same battery when she sold it to me and when I told her my problem she did not even know from the instructions how it works. Claiming a dead battery was fully charged. Vision Spinner IIs have to have a white charge to be full and it would discharge immediately. And would not hold a charge for more than 30 minutes. Very poor ratings as far as customer service and honoring warranty.
