I had a super amazing experience with Elena!I chose to do a combo 60m massage and 60m facial. It was such a great massage and a very relaxing facial. It was just what I needed to unwind and rejuvenate.The business is very cute inside. The aesthetic is definitely well thought out and the environment is calming and pleasant. Rooms are very clean and massage bed was nice and comfortable.

I just had the best spray tan from the owner and she was such a lovely and kind woman. Spray tan looks great and she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I would highly recommend true serenity spa! I will spread the word of this gem of a spa.

We had the best experience this past weekend. I scheduled 4 facials and 1 massage appointment and everyone enjoyed their treatment. My 82 year old mother (very experienced massage goer) said it was the best she’s ever had. We took 2 teenage girls for their first facials and they felt completely comfortable and will now be addicted to facials. My sister, who can be critical, said she loved the place and can’t wait to go back. I am so grateful that we went to True Serenity and will definitely be back.

Elena has great hands and gives an excellent Swedish massage! She is also caring and mindful of sensitive areas.

Had a extremely relaxing facial (vitamin C) and felt so pampered! She was excellent and so kind. No one tried to sell me anything after. They’ve clearly put a lot of attention to detail in this business and their passion shows.

This Spa is truly the best massage and facial experience Ive ever had. It is too bad I dont live closer or I would be here every month. Arlene, the owner, is an absolute gem. She is so attentive and the staff she hires is a reflection of how she wants to run her spa.My fiancee treated us for a couples massage and a facial for myself. My masseuse was Karen. Just unbelievable how great I felt after. She was very attentive to my needs. My fiancee got Steven has his masseuse, which he later told me he actually cried happy tears because he suffers from bad knee and low back pain due to an accident. Again, the best experience hes ever had too.My esthetician was Kayla, who gave me such a hydrating glow to my face. Shes been the first to be attentive that since I get lash extensions, she would do her best to protect them when the she was performing the steaming part of the facial.We were absolutely blown away and we are already talking about when we are coming by Arlenes spa the next time we come back to town!!Thank you so much Arlene and her staff!

Went there with some friends for massages. We all got the serenity custom messages for 90 minutes. My friend had the hot stone add on. We booked the night before as an impromptu plan and Arlene was very quick with her response to my message and was able to accommodate us on such short notice. 10/10 for customer service.The front was a little difficult to find. Its in an ally way between the hair salon and the next building.Before the message the therapist asked us about our soreness and areas we wanted to focus on. And my friends and I all loved our experience and felt more relaxed (one of them even fell asleep for 40 minutes of the message). When waiting for my friend to finish her message we were given tea and water. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic spray tan! Good color, (no orange!) and it lasted pretty long for a single treatment. Only thing is that the slight smell stayed with me for several days, but it was worth it for the high quality, natural looking sun-kissed skin!!!

This place lives up to its name! I love the energy I feel every time I go in for either treatments or to pick up products. I was introduced to the Comfort Zone face care products and have become a fan. Facials are wonderful and Ive also had a couple spray tans before trips or events and a massage. All fantastic. Ive been to many spas in the Palm Desert, Indian Wells and La Quinta area and would highly recommend you check out True Serenity on El Paseo.

Arlene has a special gift for what she does. I have been seeing her for many years at Organic glow and greatly appreciate her TLC! Her new spa is high end but with service at very fair pricing!! I highly recommend True Serenity which is exactly how you feel while being pampered!

I used the on line scheduler which was easy peasy and received a confirmation email. The spa is super cute and very comfortable. I hadnt had a facial in a very long time and Arlene did an amazing job. I will defintley be going back.
