Frances gave an amazing massage. She really knows about the body! I was also happy to see some of the other therapists I have seen in the past. The massage therapists are very knowledgeable. I was happy to see that they were still there!! Eddie, Claudia, and Frances all do an amazing job! Thank you all so much for helping people feel better!

Celia is AMAZING!!! Ive been going to her for several years now, and love how my face feels and looks when I leave. I was Blessed with Eddie as my Masseuse for the 1st time who worked mainly on My Neck, My Shoulder’s and Back. I deal with a lot of Pain daily & I was so Blessed to have that Relief from the Pain. He was Incredibly Sensitive to my Pain and was so Gentle with me. He applied Hot & Cold Towels on my Neck through to my Tailbone after he rubbed around the areas 1st. I definitely Will be seeing Eddie regularly. I recommend Eddie Very Highly

My therapist Tim is really professional and great! I’ve been a member for years and usually have a good experience but when you get a good one, you can and should request them. Tim is able to find and target my stubborn knots and I leave feeling much more relaxed. The chronic pain of my joint condition is improved a lot after seeing him. He’s even helped me when my neck has been so stiff I can’t turn it for weeks.You can do all pressure types with Tim, but honestly I’ve discovered that deep tissue just causes me to tense up and leaves me feeling worse, so I haven’t asked for that from any of the therapists in a long time. I just let them use their expert techniques and pressure needed to smooth out the contracted muscles and fascia adhesions causing me discomfort.I don’t like the rate keeps going up and they closed the location at my end of the valley, so I don’t know that I’ll keep my membership once I’ve used up the accumulated points. I have to drive from Hwy 62. Figured I might as well give a shout out for Tim while I can.

Dustin is an amazing therapist. The most intuitive I have ever had anywhere. I have injuries from a car accident and he has helped me get rid of my migraines. If there was an option I’d give him 10 stars!

Im a licensed hairdresser/barber for 50+ yrs I have received LOTS of facials throughout the yrs and Celia is by far the best. Clean, knowledgeable, professional and a very pleasant personality. 5+ stars 🌟

I had my massage with Eduardo. He is amazing. Listens to your concerns and checks in with you thru out the massage. If you enjoy a massage with a firm pressure he is the one to choose. Outstanding service.

Frances does a great job, checking in with me and modifying my massage each time to deal with any current issues. She is the reason I am willing to drive from Palm Springs to Palm Desert since the PS Massage Envy closed.

I am very pleased with my experience. Bettys technique was a very enjoyable deep tissue/firm pressure. It was exactly what I needed. I will be going to Betty for my massages from now on.

They scheduled me and my daughter for facials and then called back a week later and said she is actually too young for a facial. I was very careful to ask when I scheduled. I wish they were more organized. They seem very focused on recommending their house brand products during the services and it is not the most relaxing experience.

Betty is fantastic!! She really understands what is needed to help with different ailments! She is exceptional at her skill.

Celia did an excellent chemical peel on me, informed me on every step of the process and provided clear steps for post treatment. Highly recommend

Sign up for membership and told benefits start immediately. Show up for a facial and told again my benefits would cover it. After the facial they attempt to collect non-member payment of $140. Clarify I’ve been told twice it would be covered and they say it’s covered. No idea why they’d charge me non-member rates after acknowledging my membership… Get a call later that I need to come by to turn in a voucher for the treatment to be covered. Multiple miscommunications and me traveling out of my way to resolve the issue was merely given a sorry. They’re “sorry” but still set to collect my money monthly & no compensation for the inconvenience .. very poor customer service is a great way to ruin a relaxing treatment. How this membership has started out I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Can’t get a good massage. Strike 2Yesterday I had Cynthia Bad pressure never asked how I liked the pressure. Sat most of the time. I was freezingI’m a therapist she should of been checking in with me but didn’t but at the end I did say I was coldWaste of my time !!I’ve been told both times the therapist do firm to deep and didn’t.

I wish there was a (-) value! I booked an appointment on Saturday for the following day, first thing Sunday morning, which was confirmed via text.During the middle of the night I received a cancellation notice via text. I went to the location to confirm, and was told that they didn’t have record of my appointment.After I insisted the staff double check, a staff member re-emerged, explaining that they did find my appointment, but it was canceled. When I inquired as to why this was this was the case, they sent a manager to the door with a note pad. She recorded all of the information that was already accessible in the system. Then she proceeded to ask me if I canceled the appointment. To which I replied, “Why would I get in my car and drive to the location inquiring about a cancellation text if I was the person who canceled?”Her reply was totally unhelpful, and she asked me three other times if I canceled the appointment. There was no attempt to call her colleagues to accommodate me and no accommodation for my inconvenience.Reading reviews about this location and other ME locations, there is clearly a communications issue, perhaps the fault is with the technology they rely on to book / confirm appointments.One thing is certain, the immediate address to customer service issues is sorely lacking!I would not recommend this location because your appointment confirmation does appear to be stable and the customer service response is poor.

Im changing my rating to two stars for now. Now that the Palm Desert location is closed I was supposed to be on a waiting list for a massage at the La Quinta location. Its been months. All I know is Im in pain and cant seem to get a massage. Ill gladly change my review when and if they get their act together.

Jahmila the massage therapist is amazing. I have been going to her for over a year. She is focused does not talk a lot which is what you want when trying to relax. She listens to your concerns and takes care of them with her magical hands. One of the best masseuses I have had!!

The Super Cuts of facials, the worst facial Ive ever had. The tech told me I needed a peel to remove the dead skin on my forehead, I told her I have sensitive skin and I get red easily she said it will make your skin look smooth and glow. I expected a facial steam, clean, mask I even signed up for extra shoulder massage. She put a treatment on me which burned a little but not bad, then said ok your done, SHE NEVER RINSED IT OFF, I left with this stinking, stinging mask. She did not explain to me that I was going to wear it home and keep it on until the next day. I had plans that evening to go out. When I got home I washed it off and my skin was and still is BRIGHT RED looks like I have burns on my face. The Worst- The tech had no idea or just didnt feel like telling me what I was going to expect, I was in and out in 20 minutes. Spent $150.00 I called corporate and management to complain. Havent heard back from either. STAY AWAY.

I have been with massage envy for over 12 years coast to coast. I have been to many Massage Envy locations as I travel for work. This weekend between work and domestic stress my whole body was TIGHT. My upper back was as if someone was turning a large screwdriver in there...Sunday morning I called my usual Palm Springs ME and they were booked up. Next call to Palm Desert and they had for me a 90 minute session with Diana that afternoon.PERFECT! Diana was everything you need for stress release. She listened to my situation and got to work. Correct pressure, perfect time management, great technique, pleasant, calming. I booked the next session right away!

Went to get a facial with a friend. Used my card to hold the appointment. Checked my account and they charged my card for my friends service. She handed them her card. KORINA (sp) was rude and very unhelpful. Telling me over and over that wasnt possible. I am very unsatisfied and wont be going back. Check your accounts! This place is a RIP OFF!!The Manager Mayra called to inform me that they had made a mistake and she would refund my card right away.I am updating my review to 3 stars because of this manager, not just because she refunded me but because you could hear the sincerity in her voice. Thank you, Mayra.

Hugely disappointed. My friends and i were in town for a baby moon. We called to discover that there were three appointments at 5pm (It was 10am at the time). We immediately called back, got a voicemail, left a voicemail and patiently waited for a call back. We call back four hours later wondering why we hadnt been called one way or another. They have no record of a voicemail and have given away the appointments. So disappointed.

I am from the Midwest and have been a member of ME for approximately 13 years. This location consistently provides some of the best therapists I have encountered anywhere in the country.

Terrible, do not use them. They cannot schedule an appointment correctly. Letters to them or their corporate office about problems get no response, must be too many to answer. Terrible service, poorly run. Avoid this location!
