Love this place!Picked up something for my elderly roommate and was greeted with a free popsicle and free cold water and very friendly staff plus a great locals discount.Highly recommend Palm Royale.Keep in mind that the front entrance is in the back parking lot

Front day 1, always a great experience. The Budtenders are very welcoming & knowledgeable about the products. AND they got that gas. Dont sleep on the in house brand 🔥🔥. Cant go wrong with West Coast 💯

Decent dispensary. Not the biggest selection. They have alot of flower that they grow at a good price, but not top shelf flower. One of our smaller dispensaries, but a good central location. I actually prefer to go to their main hub off of Cook St near Harvs Carwash

Palm Desert location. Went last night after phoning West Coast Cannabis, and speaking with the security personnel. He answered my questions, and told me what i needed to know for a good experience if i decided to go there. Speaking with himconvinced me to just get up and go. General apologies to all personnel for not remembering names! A nice, knowledgeable young lady helped me with my purchase. Explaining different brands, products, usage, price values, and expected results. My receipt time is after 8:30p. I am 71, and appreciate another good experience at a local cannabis dispensary. Thank you. i recommend this business for other seniors.

The guard tried to denied to get in cause he told that I can’t because my arizona is didn’t have expiration date,he must know the Arizona id doesn’t have expiration date n he lemme waiting for 30 minutes I prefer go to buy to other place

Have been buying here for 2 years. Today I went in for the 3rd time with batteries/cartridges (purchased here) that didnt work together. The manager basically said, well sometimes they dont work. I asked for a battery that did work with my cartridge Sorry were out of batteries. Im very disappointed in the way I was treated, they were willing to do nothing with my issues and definitely WILL NOT GO BACK HERE AGAIN. Really poor way to run a business.

Was visiting some friends in town and decided see what West coast delivery was about. Was very pleased with the customer service. A young lad by the name of darrin I believe was my delivery guy and provided Phenomenal service! He was very informative and knew what he was talking about, which was very refreshing for me. Made sure to update me when he was around the corner so I can be ready for my delivery. I’m not sure if a review will do much but he definitely deserves a raise! Because of his customer service I will be using your delivery service when I visit again!

This is a good one!I wanted to give a shout out to my friends at the neighborhood West Coast Cannabis Club at Hwy 111/Deep Canyon in Palm Desert. Every time I have EVER been there, everyone is super nice and knowledgeable and helpful. They know their stuff and have a great little shop. Im a huge fan. I love their big store down off of Cook too, but this shop just feels good to be inside of.It would be messed up if I didnt say something about my new fave there, Cam. She just had a vibe about her, so nice, sweet, smart, great smile....I left there feeling so great and Cam made an already great shop even better.....!! Peace, Cam :-)

This is one of the better places to get quality and quantity at a great price. Sierra the bud tender will know which strain to recommend with such expertise it’s like she’s tuning in to your body and deciding what it needs. 100% recommend any of their locations.

I honestly cannot pin point one particular employee here at the West Coast Cannabis on HWY 111. I have had a chance to interact with most of the employees here including the manager and they are all an awesome team oriented group, with above and beyond customer service. I drive over 30 minutes just to come and shop from them solely because of their customer service. Their energy makes the experience worth the buy.

I love these guys. Been to 2 locations both spots they were super cool. Id recommend getting a new security guard at this location though. The woman working as there security was trying real hard at being hard-core and kinda ruined our experience there but still love the rest.

The staff was amazing and friendly. They had everything from flower to drinks. It was a relaxed atmosphere because they guy i was talking to wasnt trying to hurry me up or push the most expensive items on the shelf we actually had a conversation about what would be better for me.

I frequent this place once a week if I’m lucky but at least twice a month. There are many other dispensaries in the valley I could go to (some even closer to my house) but I’d rather go here because I love the whole vibe. I will specifically go when Alona is working because she is so great. She’s a wealth of knowledge and always helping me find the best fit for my needs. She is welcoming and treats everyone with respect and top quality customer service. Nico is also great and my other favorite to shop with. Went here once before had a great experience and good deals. Went again today and walked out disappointed and upset. First off the lady at the counter was really nice and helpful, then i walk in and the lady that was advertising at her own table acted like she was to good to even talk to me, (i was on my lunch break so i was wearing my work clothes, and felt very profiled by her.) Causing me not to even consider buying her product. Next i was at the counter with my coworker and noticed how fake and passive aggressive she was being towards him, (he also left with less items then expecting for this reason). As she finished helping him i stepped forward and was waiting for her to help me, she looked right past me and tried to help a well dressed middle aged gentleman before me and my co worker took initiative and made it known i was waiting to be helped, when she respond in a rude tone well ive already moved on and chuckled. As she hesitated to ask what i wanted i let her know and she rushed through my purchase, handing me my bag and sending me on my way. As i was walking away i noticed i didnt get a receipt so i went back to ask for it and she told me itd take a second if i absolutely needed one. So i waited and when it was ready she set it in the counter not saying a word to me. I left disappointed in the product i purchased and the service i recieved i DO NOT recommend this shop to any one looking for the full experience you usually get in a chill and friendly environment.

Cory here,First time caller, long time listener.I was probably introduced to WCCC when they opened on deep canyon from Tatiana who i believe is a part of there marketing team and honestly i haven’t left. I’m there 4 to 5 times a week, not exaggerating. They’re probably sick of me there to be honest. I’ve brought my whole family including my Nana and my dog Buddy, who is usually the center of attention. Today i went in to get my usual pre role, and i was paired with Alona who i see often. She is super knowledgeable, friendly and always gets me the perfect choice for the kind of day I’m having. In fact all of the staff there is pretty awesome. I highly, highly recommend this place.100/10Ps. Don’t forget to tip your bud tenders. They’re doing gods work.

So I visited sometime last year my wife and I are from Florida we moved to the desert for my wife’s job my mother in law was visiting from Chile and was in some pain she suffers from tumors in her stomach. I was thinking maybe they could help I picked up the phone and a very nice lady picked up I explained I had zero knowledge and laid out her problems she explained to me in detail and answered every one of my questions so a dummy like me would understand . I said I would be right down drove from Indio to the Palm Springs location walked in was met a the counter and she checked my Id apologized and stated that I couldn’t enter because my drivers license was expired… so number one she already saved me because I had no idea it was lol !!! Remembered oh wait I have my passport with me checked it out ok cool come on in she got me all set up answered even more questions and I paid not gonna lie I had no idea what I paid it was a lot and I couldn’t careless You can’t put a price tag on the time she spent answering all my questions and not making me feel like a dummy so again thank you sooooooo much for all the help and for reminding me to renew my drivers license 😀

Firstly, I am somewhat “new” when it comes to marijuana but since I am currently going through chemo it has been a pretty big part of my life to help with the nausea and appetite. Patrick at WCCC has taken plenty of time out of his busy day to educate myself on all of my options which was so very appreciated. Darren the delivery driver was also very polite, friendly and professional when he showed up with the product I ordered. I was only showing up to this dispensary when I needed to for sleep problems and thanks to Darrin and his incredible recommendations Ive had no issue with sleep. However, his recommendations have been so great that I just show up to get one of his recommendations and enjoy my day higher than a kite.Darrin doesnt just give you his opinion on what to smoke. He actually gives you reasons why, backs it up with tangible evidence - e.g., today he explained the difference between two prerolls I was looking at and then proceeded to pick out some herb that demonstrated the difference in quality between the two. Hes 3 for 3 with his recommendations, and thats never happened before. Ive been smoking 14 years so this guy knows his sh*t.Take Darrins advice and you wont regret it!Im currently high. West coast cannabis club is the best dispensary I have visited in the desert and I have been to quite a few. As a novice medical marijuana user for the purposes of alleviating anxiety, I don’t want to jump into something I am unfamiliar with that is going to make my symptoms worse, a lot of the shops I have visited have had very little knowledge to offer and it felt more like they were just pushing product on me to sell it rather than listening to my concerns or offering helpful solutions. My experience at West Coast Was anything but that, one of the employees there, a fellow anxiety sufferer, gently guided me through some products that she found extremely helpful and suggested I just buy one to start and see how I do and go from there. I left with a CBD dosist calm pen and it really works! I am happy to have found a new more natural solution and I am planning my next trip back to see what else I can learn. Amazing staff, with amazing knowledge and most importantly, they really do care!

This place is such an understanding and excellent shop! They have prerolled joints if youre not wanting to spend a lot. Make sure you bring a valid ID and then cash is their preferred method of transaction.

They were soooooo VERY helpful. My daughter took me there but had not received her new ID/CDL as hers had been lost. Im disabled with a horrible chronic pain condition. They asked her what I needed and then did the shopping for her so I could have what I needed. They truly are FANTASTIC2 of the things I loved were salted carmel wrapped in chocolate. It tastes just like a Milk Dud with a slight taste of weed. The other were like Peppermint Patty miniballs.. the also have several drink mixes that are wonderful. I didnt like the Watermelon KIWI drink but I hate watermelon so we used liquid Koolaid to change the flavor.Your money is well spent here

When I requested to speak to the manager, they were extremely rude, unprofessional, and didn’t seem capable of being in charge of employees. Not only that, they also were not very knowledgeable upon their own products. If you’re looking for a good dispensary, don’t waste your time or money here.

West Coast Cannabis overall its great. A dispensary close to home and great prices. BUT the front desk clerk had a really bad attitude. My first experience there he made it suck. I was there at 7:45 pm.

I would avoid this place. Pat, one of the managers is a real jerk. They sell old stale flower, so always check the dates. Atomic Buds is the place to go. They say they will make it up to you, but then they dont. They never do.

I am so disappointed because I have not smoking in more than 3 years. I was in Colorado for the whole summer; I did not buy, Las Vegas Nov and Dec. did not buy, now I have been here in de desert for 3 weeks and I decided to give it a try again.Bad, it was really bad. That marihuana made me sleep, and sleep, it did not even gave me desired for food, just sleep.So, I was thinking to give it away, then I decided to used as a sleeping medicine, it worked.Thanks for keep me away from buying wee I hate when somebody sell me a bad wee, I just cant take, so I will no waste $27.00, buying trash.
