From the second I walked in I felt welcomed and a sense of home and familiarity took over. RuYi Massage and Day Spa is full of positive energy. Smells clean, feels good and there are treats to sample. Ianmin greeted me with a welcome smile and accommodated me with my time slot. As an extra treat the staff treated my son (10 years old) to a nice massage and helped relief some wrist pain he has from mountain biking. Needless to say after our massage (I tried cupping for the 1st time) we both feel lighter and better. Name a service and they have it. I am excited to have this business in my neighborhood!!! Give a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Wow! What incredible massages! One of the best we’ve ever had!Here’s why: When I same-day booked the appointments online, I was immediately called by the staff to confirm… and that was even followed up with a confirmation text! The rates were clearly stated up front and were extremely fair, especially considering that the many high-end spas in the surrounding areas were literally charging four times the price! When we arrived, we were immediately greeted with smiles and kindness! The facility smelled delightful and the atmosphere was very relaxing! We were promptly taken back to the room for a couples massage and were delighted to see a fresh rose laying on each of our tables! The practitioners stepped out of the room and we got prepped for the massages. They came back in when we were ready and started the bodywork right on time! Throughout the massages there was very little talking, which we especially appreciated. About 1/3 of the time through, they asked if we wanted longer sessions, as we had signed up for only one hour each. It was great to have that option proposed to us, as the massages were so fantastic! We then decided to add more time and have 90 minute sessions, instead! As we opted for deep tissue massages, we had exactly that! And, they also added therapeutic oil and hot stones! The pressure was perfect, the flow of the massages was slow and never rushed, and the oil and stones were an ideal warm-hot temperature! All of our “aches and pains” were very much addressed throughout the sessions! Lastly, at the end, they used warm towels to clean all of the oil off of us… a lovely bonus! The massages were completed at the agreed time and we got off the tables feeling a million times better… even energized! Honestly, some of the best bodywork ever!!! When we left the room, they gave us each a bottle of water and a few pieces of yummy Asian candy! We then paid and gave a large tip, as that was just one more way to say “thank you”. Although, we did actually say “thank you” about a thousand more times before walking out the door!In a nutshell, we had a fabulous experience here and give a Five Star, A+++ recommendation for the RuYi day Spa! You will not be disappointed!! Book your appointment with them ASAP!!!

My husband and I came here will on weekend in the area. I found RuYi Massage and Day Spa on google with the most reasonable prices. Both of our massages were excellent and staff was very professional. Highly recommend and would come back.

Today I strongly believe I went to one of the best massage places I ever been to on the West Coast of United States in Palm Desert California.I had a 90 minute massage with Helen and Monica, which is probably some of the best masseuse I ever met in my life I feel like $1 million coming out of here today. Definitely I will be back. I will also recommend any other business partners I have about this place in Palm Desert thank you very much I appreciate it.

I had a 2 hour massage which was $155 and Lena did a Great job! I gave this place 2 stars because I had an issue on my way out! I always tip well & give a little extra when it’s especially good. So I calculated 20% with the intention of giving a little more since Lena did such a great job. So when I gave $35 she looked at me funny and said you wanted a deep massage so I gave her another $10 then that wasn’t enough and she suggested I use my card so I could leave more of a tip! I was really surprised and asked her what she felt would be a reasonable tip and she again suggested I could use a card to pay. At that point I decided this wasn’t looking like she was going to be happy! So I left! I was just at a high end massage place in Lake Forest recently and they added the 20% gratuity which was Great! So this experience was very disappointing to say the least!!

Amazing massage! If you are thinking of it..just do it!!! I would recommend this place over and over. My husband and I have had many couple massages and these kind people went above and beyond to make sure we were completely taken care of. Great place!

Everyone here was super kind and the massage was fantastic! It was my first time trying Chinese massage and I really enjoyed their use of herbal scents and lotions. It was affordable, relaxing, and a great location. I definitely recommend them!

I bought my wife a 2 hour massage and she came back in pain. She repeatedly told the therapist that she did NOT want a deep tissue massage, however the therapist continued to apply strong pressure with her elbows and fists into her arms, back, and calf muscles. We will never patronize this spa again, and strongly suggest you find another spa if you are looking for medium to low pressure. Also, the therapist kept the door open and refused to close the door (my wife eventually got up off the table and closed the door herself, only for the therapist to open it again later). This is disturbing because the therapy room is in the very front adjacent to the waiting area and front door. Lastly, she took a steaming hot towel and placed it directly onto my wifes body. My wife is used to having hot towels wrapped around her legs when getting pedicures, but this was different. After warming the towels, the therapist did not check the temperature or open the towels to cool them slightly. Instead, she applied the towel directly to my wifes skin. Never again at this place.

Wow! What a wonderful massage I just had here. The therapist was so strong and I feel amazing. I highly recommend getting the Chinese massage and adding the scrub too which is so good for the skin. I will definitely be back!! Thank you!

I’m so happy to discover this massage service in Palm Desert. My neck and shoulders had been hurting for a while and I had been searching for a place where I can go regularly. I have found my place. My massage therapist even found a tender spot on my left hip and it’s much better now. I will be back regularly.

I wanted to try a new massage place near my house, and I looked on Google for the best reviews. I found Ruyi because of its reviews, but it was not as close to my house as others, however; I chose it because of the top reviews it had. Well…let me tell you that it did not disappointment. I went there today and had the best massage that I’ve had in so long! Tony did an excellent job. He had the perfect pressure without me telling him, and he hit all my problem places. I won’t be looking for another massage place to go to again. I can’t wait to return to Ruyi for my next massage.

I had my first massage - a 60 minute deep tissue with Lisa and she was amazing! Also, since I am traveling, I found the business on google searching for nail salons near me and open on a Sunday. i called and immediately got an appointment for later the same day, was warmly welcomed when I arrived and received the same gracious hospitality when I left. I am going to try my hardest to return a couple more times before I go. Massages are important to me and it is rare that I am able to find a well appointed spa with professional and qualified technicians. I give them 5 starts.

Anna and Ci were 5 star massage therapist- the stretching was so painfully great. The establishment was very clean and appointment process seamless with text message confirmation! And best of all - very very friendly!! Highly recommend as we are Marriott owners and we will be back!

Wife and I were in town and scheduled a couples massage. The facility was clean and smelled fresh. I ordered a deep tissue massage and I am unsure what I received. I felt like I was poked and prodded a lot, but never really received a massage. There was no consistency or flow to the massage as she seemed to jump all over the place with long pauses and loss of contact. One other annoying issue was that the two masseuses were chatting during our massages and even stopped massaging during one of these conversations. So, overall, I suspect my masseuse had no idea what a deep tissue massage was. so for $220 plus a tip, I would genuinely avoid this facility and look elsewhere.

I’ve had massages all my life. I went into RUYI MASSAGE DAY SPA because by shoulders are so painful. After telling Amy of my pain she went on to give me perhaps the best massage I’ve ever had. She addressed all of the areas of my body that I am experiencing pain , concentrating on my shoulders, lower back and legs. I recommend.RUYI massage parlor 100%. It was a fantastic experience.

I went to RuYi for a massage last night and it was outstanding. The place was clean and very professional. My massage therapist was Amy. Compared to many other desert establishments the price is very reasonable.This place has only been open a few months but I highly recommend it.
