I frequent this awesome vape shop in Palm Desert, and its safe to say I had a pretty chill time there. Heres why I totally dig this place:1. I have been to both locations and they are both staffed by EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful staff. The owner is cool as hell, and I felt Ok asking a series of noob questions. Great stores and I highly recommend them!

I live in LA, and am often in this area to visit family. There are many, MANY local businesses in my surrounding area, however it is WORTH when visiting my parents to drive the extra 20 minutes to visit this store/shop. On the scale of 1 - 10 I give it a 20.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly employees! Love,Love, Love this place! Fantastic selection of fluids,mods, tanks, and other accessories. Plus, if you become a regular, they have a super RAD point system, where you accumulate points and get free stuff on products! I saved up until I hit 30 points and bought a new mod set,3 batteries,3 60ml fluids, and 2 pks of coils for less than I thought.

Refused a sale of a product unless purchasing additional products with it that were unwanted. Purchased this individual product here before and the employee today refused the sale for some reason. Waste of a drive out here.

I came in this morning for a coil and juice and left with a better coil than before ( I use vapoo and she showed me a tighter coil that has better pulls and flavor) and she recommended the cv tobacco juice and it is mind blowing. I always forget her name, the female associate is incredible. I just stop in on my way through town since I live in riverside. They go out of their way to help you when it comes to prices or searching or (even though Ive been there a hundred times) what juice is best and what flavor Id like best. They get to know their clientele and dont forget them or their preferences. I just call up and ask if they have something and recommend something. They go thru the bargain bin for new samples or favorites and of not Im more Than happy to buy a regular priced bottle. The recommendations by the female worker (I feel horrible not remembering her name even tho I just spoke to her about coming by tomorrow) has made the most spot on recommendations. Plus the reward system and coupons are incredible. If they go out of business I will seriously never vape again. Theyre the best. Giggity and waterdizzle as well has water dew are worth every penny. And braha. Love this place. Also try the cherry bomb (hard to ever find a good cherry) or cherry berry. Paradise and Catalina... Theres a flavor for any pallette double what grape watermelon... Bubble what watermelon bubblegum... Seriously my fiancé will kill me when I come home with more tomorrow. But worth it! They make me want to work at a vape shop

First time I’ve been offered a chance to sample their flavors and they’re amazing. Worked w Victoria and Gabriel. So patient and helpful. For a person that Vapes, theres nothing worse than breaking your mod and tank on a workday. I called DV and spoke with Gabriel, told him what I needed and by the time I arrived everything was setup for me. First time here. I work nearby but live in PS. Very disappointing to purchase a Mod, then it stops working less than 90 days later. Went back and asked for help. They couldn’t figure it out and said they would not replace and that I would need to mail in to manufacturer. What? Very helpful when making purchases, but when you need Desert Vapors to back you up with a replacement, especially within 90 days of purchase, it won’t happen unfortunately. There are other Vape shops in the Valley that take care of “their” customer and accommodate. Lesson learned. Can’t support this local shop and others should know Desert Vapors level of support to their customers if a problem arises with Mods purchases. The reason I didn’t buy at a cheaper price on the Internet was the misconception that I would have some help locally with an issue like this, instead of dealing with mailing to company and hoping for help. I was wrong

Its ME walking into the Original Vape Shop of The Coachella Valley. Instantly Im whelmed by their floor to ceiling inventory of Juice( even more new lines than everybody else), New mods, Disposables and Smoking Accessories. My 5 questions were answered with technically updated info. not just a shoulder shrug. I finished quick and left knowing Ive shopped at the Finest Vape Shop in the Coachella Valley.

I have really enjoyed getting to know the friendly staff, taking advantage of the great deals, getting advice because of their extensive knowledge, and quality E-juices that they make in-house. Vaping saved my life from smoking cigarettes 2 and a half years ago and you need a good shop you can trust. I am blessed to have met Russ and his staff there at Desert Vapors. It is highly recommended that you check them out even if you have a vape shop already...its all LOVE in the vape community. Make sure you try PARADISE ....my favorite all-time flavor!!!

Friendly staff but annoying parking as well as no drip samples. Came into shop and bought 2 weak flavored juices because I couldnt try them on my mod. Instead I have to suck on an ego and it was disappointing. Go to LQ Vapors in La Quinta next time.

Thought i was getting a great set up but the damn mod started acting up the day i get it not to say im from out of town and had wait around until they got ahold of the manager. Try take it back and the worker was rude and unhelpful. Im so beyond i wasted money at this place.
