Owner was very responsive when I had questions about inventory. This store has the largest inventory I’ve seen in the area. Neicey was super knowledgeable and able to get us all set up with a hookah and everything we needed for it, as well as gave us instructions and tips on how to use it! Love this store and they even have a loyalty program to save you $$$. 10/10 experience.

If youre not stopping here to buy your vape acessories, your blown glass or your THCA flower... then what are you doing.If you pass up this shop, you will pay more for product or you will have to do without the product you want if you go somewhere else.These guys, the whole crew are genuinely awesome fellas. I was super relieved that this place hours accommodated to my procrastination 🙃 and was still open after all other shops were not. When I got there, I expected to be greeted by an toodled employer because of the time. Instead Shannon was supper inviting and very helpful. She answered all my questions and I walked out very pleased with her suggestions. Thanks. I would definitely recommend this shop. I will be shopping here again.

While on vacation my husband didnt notice he had lost his juice until around 10pm, of course the time everything closes. Luckily this was the ONLY place open past 10 and we were able to drive there in about 15 minutes from our rental on the beach front. There were 2 workers there that were very nice to my husband and gave him a good recommendation to try. Very friendly even though we showed up past 11pm.

They stock my special order liquid for me and always go above and beyond to get anything they can for me. Ive been in a few times to replace pieces of my broken device and they always take the time make sure I have the correct pieces and Im all set to go before I leave the store. I e been shopping with them for a few years and have a great relationship with the employees. They are always warm and welcoming and most of all happy to explain the product.

Great place. awesome customer service also was great being able to get what i needed AFTER 9Pm!!! If you havent been there go check em out. I also want to add that the employee that was there was SUPER HELPFUL!! Didnt get his name but He was very helpful as i kept changing my mind...lol...but he didnt mind was very kind and patient and if he wasnt 100% sure on something he would look to be sure and also got me a great discount on my stuff for being local and for buying over a certain amount made sure that i left happy. I’ve never had a bad vape here until today. Me and my girlfriend are loyal customers and patronize this store often. A product we bought (fume) was defective and quit working minutes after leaving the store. When I called minutes later to inform them I was told no exchanges or refunds. I understand the policy of trying it in the store before leaving (which we did) but you shouldn’t treat loyal repeat customer like that. If it’s someone new or sketchy I get it but a repeat customer? I’m not trying to pull a fast one. Don’t know how I feel about coming here in the future

Reid helped us out here at this fine establishment! Came in on Veterans Day as we are military members and they were doing fantastic deals! Best deals I’ve seen in a while. Then he went on to tell us about the great deals they have on a regular basis as well. Fantastic customer service! Come see Reid for all your vapor need!

Best vape shop in all of bay county! They do whatever it takes to make sure their customers leave happy! They’re always happy to help, remember your face, and have the best deals in town monthly! Open 8-12 nightly, so if you run out at a bad time, they got you! Great selections of mods, liquids, and disposables, plus they constantly get in the newest and best stuff!

Absolutely the best Vape shop in Panama City. The staff are friendly, professional and go over and beyond to accommodate their customers. The owner is laid back and chill but also very professional an accommodating. The bottom line is that when you walk in this place you are treated like family and with much respect. Oh and big shout out to my boy Juan the shop manager who keeps the customers smiling laughing and having a great experience every time they enter the shop.. Got phenomenal help from Justin, who was knowledgeable about his products, and got a good deal on all my products, one of which was Kalibloom’s banana runtz live resin cartridge. Great uplifting sativa feeling with no side effects, and a full spectrum taste with id assume a few added terpenes to give a nice banana flavor!

Edited - Same rating.My issue was resolved by the owner extorting a 5 star review directly from my wife in exchange for swapping the defective product we purchased for a working model. Apparently I will be hearing from his lawyer for not removing my review now that it is finally exchanged.I am sorry, if you sell a broken product and refuse to exchange it because the law doesnt require you to because you have a sign up that says all sales final, thats bad business and ppl will talk about it. That loop hole was designed to protect businesses from erroneous buyers remorse swaps leaving you with used product you cannot sell. NOT to screw customers over and tell them they should be grateful for the experience. No amount of other good business practices makes up for this.

I just moved to Panama City and Ive tried several different vape shops. This shop is by far the best one Ive been to. They have a great selection from pipes to vapes. Tristan is so knowledgeable and can answer all my questions. Im very impressed with this shop.

Very clean and cool place. The staff is friendly and patient and the store carries a lot of interesting inventory for reasonable pricing. I wear the complimentary vape lanyard rings as pinky rings 😁

Pretty solid selection for papers, King Palms, some glass and silicone pieces, vapes, and other smoker essentials. Personally, I go here for the King Palm selection. It seems to be the best in town for that specifically so Ill continue shopping here.
