What a fantastic experience! Appointments were quick and easy over the phone for a couples massage. Parking was easy to find at Rite Aid.Amy gave us a warm welcome and there was a nice cold water, a comfy couch, and soothing music throughout the experience. The venue was well-lit and a lot nicer than some pictures on Google made it seem like.Amy gave us clear instructions that the massage is for us and to speak up if we want any adjustments or say stop and shell get someone else if its not working out. I was impressed with that level of accommodation, it made us feel important :).The massage itself with Angela and Coco was pure perfection. We were given ample time to change and get comfortable (I wish there was a small table or basket to put my phone though). They communicated throughout if we were good with the pressure and they got rid of all of my knots.You can tell they knew what they were doing because some of it hurt in the moment but then immediately evaporated and you could feel the reason they dug deep to actually fix your muscles. Some other places leave me feeling sore and in pain, but this was all good pain and well left feeling nice and refreshed!I think weve found a new place for us, well be back for sure!

HM Warm Spa is awesome. The hour long value massage was totally worth it with half of the time focused on foot and the another half focused on the rest of my body. My massage therapist paid attention to my problem areas and helped work on them, which I so appreciated. I was so relaxed I fell asleep due in the foot and calf massage, ha. My friends also loved their hour-long massages.The owner was also very mindful and clear to the therapist with my wants and needs, which was super sweet. My husband and I stumbled onto this place while traveling through Pasadena. Amazing prices and quick communication. We did the couples 60 min massage with hot stones and 30 min body scrub. It was a slightly different body scrub than I expected, it was a dry scrub more like exfoliating where they would exfoliate then wipe you down with warm wet towels. But every bit is good as the more elaborate wet constantly rinsing off scrubs, I’ve had elsewhere. Showers available after the massage ended. Left baby soft.Our massage therapists were Ana and Mary, and both of them were excellent at really getting into the massage, checking how we liked the pressure, and being very thorough. Hot stones were done perfectly! We were completely satisfied.Thank you!

Very focused and intuned!TRULY GIFTED.While I was waiting for my Room 3 people walked in a girl brought her parents and they went into a couples room and then she went upstairs she said its the best place shes found and shes never going anywhere else - I would agree.I LIMPED in and never a moment of pain that I expected - only 95% relief of my sciatica nerve from my foot all the way up my leg to hip.I went in for a combo 90 minute body and foot in a private room for $95 extremely affordable. However while in the process I extended it to 2 hours and I cant believe the whole 2 hours MARY WAS SO STRONG BUT NEVER HURT! I was so full of knots.I SO APPRECIATE HER.Just ABSOLUTELY AMAZING because In the past when Ive been a ball of knots and completely out of alignment;Ive never been able to fill this level of relief without having to endure intense pain and soreness.Mary was amazing and she could feel if it was super tender and Id say in 2-3 strokes whatever she did, it went away. As opposed to times in the past where someone would keep going at it youd be so sore afterwards.SO TOMORROW I am going back for a facial. I have been coming here since I moved to LA 10 years ago! Though I’ve tried other massage places, I keep coming back here because of the awesome staff, clean facilities, and reasonable price. And I have never once had a bad massage here, everyone is excellent! It’s quiet and the rooms feel very private. The couples massage is awesome, and I usually do the 90min foot/body combo when I’m by myself, Owner is super lovely.

Most affordable price in California, high quality massage, had neck pain for a week and they cured me in a hour. Ask for Amy she has a lovely dog.

This place can give you the best massages of your life or the most medicore. I got a very mediocre massage today!!! One thing is for sure that the owner will always be RUDE lol. Today was the last straw. The massage was not good and I gave her my debit card to pay and she just pointed at the ATM. Im like what ? Only cash since when ? It charged me like $4 too on the atm. No sorry or explanation or anything. I was like ok this is the last time Im coming. LOL. My massage therapist had callus on her hands , her breathe stunk and the massage was just not relaxing...I wasted $120 yesterday.Went to give them another try a week ago. And massage was whatever. The woman was clearly tired because she just finished another massage. The owner is always so so so rude. Absolutely every time. Im super over it. Not giving another dollar to her.

I love it here! Cant beat the price of $60 for a full body massage which includes hot stones. Ive also had the facial which is also excellent, and comes with a 30 min massage. Very clean and professional facility. They accept cash and credit cards, though I got a sense that cash is preferred, so I suggest bringing cash with you if possible, especially when tipping your masseuse.

Hands down the best massage experience Ive ever had.My partner and I spent an entire evening at the amusement park the previous day. We were looking for a massage spa to rest our tired bodies. I called around the local area in Pasadena with low expectations because same day appointments are rare for quality places. HM Warm Spa was the only place that had any availability.Amy, the receptionist, booked our appointment and we were on our way. The spa was easy to find and street parking was plenty. We entered the spa and waited about 3 minutes before we were called into our room. The rooms were clean and well air conditioned. The masseuses were incredibly attentive to our needs and gave us a complimentary hot stone therapy for our couples massage.The price point was great, 60 dollars for the both of us. Ive had high end 500 dollar Japanese couples massages and they didnt compare to what I had experienced at HM Warm Spa. If you want a good full body massage, come here. I definitely tipped our masseuses well after our massage.Thank you, Amy!

This is by far the best massage Ive had in a very long time. My sister and I did our due diligence. We decided to try HM.I had the best Foot massage with Mandi! It was absolutely amazing hands down! It was an hour long and she got all the areas that needed TLC. Mandi applies the perfect amount of pressure.Mandi is a gem!I cant wait to go back next month.This is our new place for monthly pampering.My sister and I loved it!The owner Amy was friendly and polite.Awesome experience! My body is thanking me.We highly recommend this spa.

First time here. I appreciated being able to text with the lady in charge instead of having to call in that I was going to be late. She was accommodating and the ladies were thorough and didnt rush through the massage like they were trying to make up for time that I had lost. The hubs and I went in for a couples massage and the ladies were diligent in asking if the pressure was good. Overall, massage was good.We also got facials.I appreciated the fact that even though I had added this feature to our massages, the ladies remained accurate in adding the additional 10 minute massage to the facial. I think an exfoliation was performed but it wasn’t any process that I have previously experienced. It must have been so gentle that it felt like everything else…something was applied to my face, massaged, and then washed off, several times. Unfortunately, my 3 stars represents the omission of my favorite part of a facial; the extractions. Though it is listed in the description, it was not performed as I had expected. There was a suction machine that was swept over parts of my nose and cheek but it was weak and I wasnt sure what it was trying to do. I was expecting the lady to go through my face, search and remove blackheads, whiteheads, and pimples. But she didnt. I didnt think it appropriate to ask as she was in the process, if she was going to manually extract my imperfections. But then they announced that they were done and I was disappointed.Though I will consider returning for another massage, I will likely not do another facial there.

It was my first time coming to this spa. Reasonably priced with great staff and excellent service. I would say, however, that some wiring or internet connect my be a bit off, because the music kept cutting in and out. Not a big deal, but sometimes it took me out of the relaxing experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place, and I plan on coming regularly to unwind and self-care ❤️ Thank you for your wonderful service!

This review is a bit late from my last visit, but I regularly do Jujitsu and MMA classes which leave my body extremely soar after training. I ordered a deep tissue massage and hot stone treatment and I felt completely healed. Like an angel bought my body back to life. I highly recommend visiting and they have a very nice dog to greet you there. I love dogs :)

Amy was great to get us scheduled within the hour. Their staff were professional, courteous, and kind. They did a phenomenal job! During the session, they were great to switch out light, medium, or hard/deep tissue pressure upon request.

Chinese style massage which incorporates aspects of tui na to rejuvenate aching muscles and knots. Had a one hour body massage session and it greatly alleviated much of my issues. Will be back when Im next in the area

First time there- wow! Amy who answered the phone got my husband and me both in this evening at the last minute. We each receive 90 minutes of perfection. I am VERY picky and I not once had to tell my girl ( masseuse) what I wanted , what to do different , lighter , harder etc. I mean this was perfect! I had the combo and it included the hot stones as part of this. I came in with the stiff neck, very tight upper back and shoulder planes. I never told her but she spent extra time in these areas and started warming up these areas to begin with . Amazing intuition. The whole experience was great! We drive there from Glendale in this rain and I honestly want to return tomorrow! It was that good. Ill ask for my same gal but my husband felt the same. He said hed go back and ask fir his gal. --- Amy is SO friendly and accommodating too from the call to get us in to the goodbye. - go here! Youll be very happy you did!

Got a really great massage here. The owner was very friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable, encouraging us to be vocal about our pressure preferences. I asked for hard pressure and right in the beginning my masseuse managed to crack my stiff back several times while massaging me, it felt so good! 10/10 would recommend

I’ve been coming here every few months for probably about 4-5 years. I typically get the extreme value massage, but I have gotten the full 60 minute hot stone massage as well. Every single masseuse I’ve had has been excellent, but today I had Cola, and I will definitely ask for her again in the future. She noticed my back was stiff and worked it well, without being too hard.They are very no nonsense here, no chitchat just straight to business, which I respect. I’ve never had any problem getting an appointment. They recently changed their space — they now have small rooms for the extreme value massage rather than the curtained spaces they had previously. The sound carries through just as much, but it’s a bit more private. They’ve also changed what happens for that massage and it’s so much better now! Definitely a great deal. I absolutely love this place!Tip: you can text their number instead of call. I prefer this because then I can remember when I booked for.

Worst massage service from the front desk ever, message therapists are super professional providing wonderful massage. The lady (seems as the owner) sitting at the front desk is super rude and arrogant. There is no “thank you” even though we pay decent amount of tips.

First time going HM Warm Spa. It was amazing! Did the 90 mins full body massage which included hot stones. The masseuse was incredible. Dont know how being so petite she can make a grown man cry, she had strong, firm hands, yet was very gentle and was able to work out all the kinks from shoulder and lower back. I will definately be going back in the future. Thank you!!!

I used to love coming here, my mom and I have always come since the first day they opened. The service has changed, the owner is very sweet and I appreciate her but the vibe is off in this place. Last time I came the masseuse demanded that my husband and I give her a great tip. That wasn’t fair at all, don’t list these prices if you expect us to tip $20+. That’s about my only serious complaint, otherwise the massages are good

The owner lady, who is also the front desk receptionist, has acted moody and biased on multiple occasions with me, and with other customers based on the reviews here. She treats some customers, mainly Chinese and non-Americans, differently in a worse way. It has been more than once with me and I have been very disappointed. She delays or cancels appointments based on if she has other customers she prefers over them!!! She has done this with me over a few times. Also she delays or cancels my appointment when I show up after she has called to confirm the same appointment a couple times. Very confusing and disrespectful. She can be rude and unprofessional. Additionally, unless you agree to get body combo massage which is more expensive, she won’t allow to offer foot reflexology anymore. Very unprofessional and rude customer service by the owner.

Had a wonderful experience here for the couples massage. The manager made sure to take care of us. There is a language barrier between the masseuses but its not an inconvenience. Overall, it was an amazing massage for a great price too.

This was literally the BEST massage I have ever had in my entire life. They were AMAZING! My body is so relaxed after my 2 hour massage. They hit every spot that was either tight, stiff, or aching. They worked in unison with what my body needed and relieved a lot of tension I had from a stressful week. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone or their partners. Rooms were comforting and service was beyond what I had expected. Great job ladies. I will be back when I am back in Pasadena.

Walked in and I was instantly greeted by staff. I had a deep tissue massage with Monica and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I train like an athlete (boxing) so I had a lot of area that needed to be worked out and Monica did perfectly just that. I left feeling amazing and revitalized and I’m definitely coming back again! Excellent massage!! Cindy was amazing. She communicated well and checked in on pressure. She had just the right amount and hit all the right spots. Very thorough. Nice attention to gluts and legs, more than most. Her use of hot stones was unique and nice. I felt like great afterward and gave Cindy twice what I usually give as a tip. Well deserved. She worked hard and did an excellent job. And its the pandemic so we need to support our local businesses!! :)

Probably one of the best massages Ive ever had! It was very clean. Staff was so nice and welcoming. Got a private couples room which was nice and literally warm with a heater since it was a rainy day. Will be coming back very very soon!

3 month Update: Still consistently amazing. I went to Mia this time since Jenny was booked. Really good-thorough and asks if I’m ok. It’s impossible to have a bad experience because ALL of the masseuses are great and know to do a good job. Free parking and no extreme inflation prices which keeps me happy and coming back regularly. I will continue to come back because all prices are the same!!!! They are NOT trying to bleed us dry by overcharging!!!! Other massage places need to learn! It’s like In & Out-burgers and fries still the same price so people keep coming while other restaurants charge 2x as much and no one comes. HM Warm Spa has a solid business model. And it’s a few blocks from lunch & a great nail salon!Absolutely 100% hidden gem. Easy free parking. Ask for a private room. I go to Jenny. However, Nancy did a deep tissue on my dad who has a super stiff back-an extreme case who thinks deep tissue is for lightweights. He was very impressed. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM IS GREAT!!!!! AFFORDABILITY KEEPS ME COMING BACK. To be honest, this is why I am a repeat customer. Keep your customers happy and you will have them for the long term. Thank you HM Warm Spa!

Very good place for a massage.I had muscle spasms on my neck and shoulders due to stress , bad posture, working at desk . No exercise helped. I took the 1 hr body massage with hot stones and asked the masseur to concentrate on my shoulders, It helped me a lot! I am so surprised at how free I feel right now around my neck. You should try this place out !

Went for the first time and tried the $25/hr massage. It was amazing and very professional. The masseuse worked on all areas on my back, shoulders, arms, legs, feet, even fingers and toes. The facility is really clean and the ambiance very nice. For the price you pay, this is such a great experience. The front desk manager Amy was especially nice and introduced their services to my husband and I as it was our first time visiting. Will be returning again. Great location and great place for a massage.

The location is somber, sometime in April 2022 I pulled my back out, the masseuse and everyone there helped me move around. For 90 minutes the masseuse took her time to massage the stiffness, knots and ease the pain. I still had my back pulled out but not as bad as when I came in, still in recovery mode. My mobility was better than being stiff. I really do thank everyone for there help and patience

The staff are really nice and accommodating with times no matter what you ask for. English is pretty limited. Often cash only so be prepared for that. Prices are decent but theyve gone up recently. Everything seems to be clean although a little on the older side.

I was passing by one day and noticed a new massage place. Decided to give it a try... and wasnt disappointed! This spa is located on Green St in Pasadena, a quiet area. My first impression was this place is classy: marble entrance, friendly staff. It was inviting. My masseuse was Candy. Very nice lady. She did a wonderful job on me. I had sore muscles and after the session I was relaxed and rejuvenated. After the massage I got to enjoy a nice hot shower in my private room. A great experience. I have become a regular. If you are looking for real massage this is a great place, worth checking out!

We just came back from a couples massage and it was wonderful. our first time and went based on reviews and hours of operation. we had a 90 minute massage that included hot stones and it was excellent. tension and tight muscles eased away.the price was very reasonable.the only issue was instead of the most common heard rest for your face when laying down, they had a cut out in the table that we found hard to be comfortable. if for that would have given them a 5 star

Always a great treatment for a store front facility. They truly want you to have a great massage. Not sure why Warm as its not noticeably warmer than anywhere else, but still enjoyable. Having been over a hundred times now, over 10 years, always consistent as well.

Clean, relaxing, friendly environment. The hot rocks treatment is included and the massage therapist did a couple of stretching techniques for your arms, shoulders and back that had never been done at other massage places.

We got couples leg massages which included whole body and his was great 😌. My experience was ok and uncomfortable at times 😖. We called spur of the moment Saturday night and got appts right away. When we arrived the place was busy and it was almost 8pm. The Owner, Im assuming, was abrupt, rushing and didnt take time to listen to me which set the atmosphere before my massage. The masseuse started off great but towards the middle was very rough. Im unsure if Ill go back but my partner plans to.

From the interactions I witnessed during my short wait, she consistently asked each person how they liked their massage. Thats great customer service!My girl Emily definitely did not skimp on the power, but I appreciate that shes not one of those prancey masseuses that try to conserve their strength- she went all out when I asked for it!I had a private room including a shower. The room was spotless, and they even provided disposable slippers for use.Bonus points for complementary hot stone massage!

The best massage I ever had. Friendly staff, great service. We paid 50$ per person for a one hour each couples massage for whole body with hot stones and hot towels. It was outstanding.

Both my girlfriend and i were thoroughly satisfied. We checked their website for the rates and saw that they had a $20.00 special for 1 hour foot massage, that included the neck, back, shoulder, lower back down to legs and feet. Was the most relaxing and enjoyable experience ever. And at the great budget price of only $20.00 (tip not included). They are polite and respectful, the girls there will take you to either a single or double room where you and your partner can share. The room is dark but still be able to see enough to undress and then lay nude onto the bed. They will bring in a wooden bucket of hot water and then your feet get placed inside. They basically then have you may back and they start by stretching out the tension in your upper body, traps and shoulders, neck. Once they are satisfied everything has been loosened they have you flip onto your stomach and they move your towel for you and place it accordingly. Then they attack your upper back stretching and kneading out the kinks and knots in the muscle and will thoroughly try to loosen those pesky knot that never goes away. They will even climb up into your back if they have to and they do, but the girl who was my masseuse got on her knees just to get a stubborn knot near my left shoulder blade that she only stopped when i winced in pain from her attack. But painful or not, i was so relaxed i had fallen into a deep sleep in the hours time. Both me and my girlfriend didnt want to leave but reluctantly did. I paid in front and then have both the girls who worked in me and my girl, then was told to come again.I do plan on going again, alone isnt as much fun and enjoyable unless with someone you enjoy spending time with because this is the perfect way to start the evening off for a great happy ending.

Best massage Ive had. I did massage before so I know what a good massage should feel like and I loved mine! Something I thought that was so basic but super helpful was that she checked in constantly. Im always afraid to say I want it harder or softer so it was so nice to have her check in it made it the perfect massage. I came in with a lower back injury and it really helped to losen everything. I got an hour massage and i couldnt believe how thorough it was, it really was full body, and i recommend gettting the hot stone!! The staff are all super nice and flexible with great deals. I have been here numerous times and always get the $25 massage - it is an excellent massage for the price. You are fully clothed and I believe loose shorts and a tank top/loose t-shirt is ideal.This is at times a very firm, bordering on punishing massage - in the best possible way. They have a strong determination to loosen up knots. It is after the massage is over that I feel that sense of euphoria and the relaxation settles in.Cash payment is preferred. If you use a card expect a $1 fee for the convenience. After you pay you are escorted directly out the door which can feel very harsh and abrupt, so take the time immediately after your session to prepare yourself for the real world.

Great value and service. I go here when I need a deep tissue massage. We usually do the couples massage. We walk out feeling relaxed everytime. You can always request a specific masseuse, just be sure to remember their name when you call.

Literally the best massage I have ever gotten. She was incredibly skilled and worked all the tension out of my muscles. I felt exceptional when I came out. All my muscles were bery suple and didnt hurt anymore. I didnt have any more tension in my shoulders. It was fantastic. I o ly regret that I was on vacation. If this place was out by me, I would definitely be going frequently. I havent had a massage that great since.

My wife and I stopped here for their $25 one hour special. We are from out of town but will definitely do the table massage next time we are in town. Excellent service and peaceful atmosphere.

I like getting the private room - I think its worth the extra price. This place is clean; they use towels and white sheets they wash right away, afterwards. Had Nancy today, who put just the right amount of pressure to help relieve my back pains.

This rating goes to all the Chinese out there. I am chinese and I made an appointment a day prior for massage due to my back pain. The pain got worse at night time and totally forgot about the appointment. Right be for the appointment time I got a call from this place to remind me the appointment is due. I told them I dont feel well and cant make it. Guess what the receptionist said? People dont show up for appointments are all Chinese. Ill go ahead and cancel your appointment. In a very condescending tone.What in the world?? Really? You just lost your business plus your reputation. I will never go to this place or recommend anyone to go. All chinese...Please do not go. Because you will be discriminated by your own race.

Incredible place, excellent service and very good massages, today was my third time and I left feeling like new… the masseuse who treated me was called Linda, excellent, and the lady who attended the reception was very attentive.

Worst service ever! I would go 0 stars if I can! Highly NOT recommend! I really don’t know how it got such a high rating! ? He was extremely impatient and even called the guests crazy. This was the first time I encountered such poor service! Absolutely
