This place is awesome!! They do walk ins but I scheduled my appointment for the next day. The second I signed in my lady was right there to take me back. The massage was amazing! Very affordable for the quality of the massage you get. The hot stones were awesome. I highly recommend and will be back!

Absolutely amazing. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Alan was great! Attention to detail and ensures that you are comfortable. I did 2 hour with essential oil/hot stone and totally worth it. They have a sauna session that you can add on which I will certainly try next time. I love this place and glad that i found it. Definitely worth going!

My best friend & I wanted to get a massage last minute. We called and they were so kind and so professional. They were able to fit us in last minute, in the same room. From start to finish they maintained a high level of professionalism. The business was clean & so cute. The bathroom was spotless.We got deep pressure, and it was DEEP. Left feeling so great. Best cheapest massage I ever got price was.in myLife. Took my son there for his birthday he loved it. He got an hour long massage, hot stone and the smell and it was $150 for both him and I you’re never gonna find that cheaper anywhere else .it felt really good.we had 2 asian ladies no English.They definitely knew how to do these jobTho😊They did a good job, even though he was younger, he plays sports and his body hurts I thought they were gonna do as good as they did on me on him but he said they did a very good job on him and he loved it. He now wants to come back every week

The 5 stars review are 100% accurate. I surprised my best friend with a girls day which started with a 90 minute couples massage here and it was amazing. The receptionist, Clair, was absolutely great from the moment we walked in and while getting us settled into the room made sure to specifically mention if we needed something changed (pressure, place, etc) to not be afraid to speak up or worry about being rude. The massage itself was absolutely wonderful and made me so glad that I booked 90 minutes. The warm towel afterwards wiping off the excess oil was also a very nice touch!!! Overall the place was extremely clean and very relaxing. We had such a great time and will most definitely be back!

Overall my massage was relaxing, which was the overall goal -- however, their idea of reflexology was not nearly the same reflexology that Ive had at multiple other places. While I enjoyed the face, hands, and foot massages, it was just that, a massage when there should have been pressure points applied and charting areas that are not aligned between the two feet. In addition, the oil they used took my toenail polish off and Ive never had that happen before. They had me fill out a form with medical info then asked if I had any medical conditions...why the form if they dont read it. For reflexology, Id not go back but perhaps for a regular massage Id try again but without a fresh pedicure.I should add that I tried to go while pregnant in my first trimester and they wouldnt do reflexology, offering instead for a relaxing massage.

I had a lovely experience! I love how they are able to fit you in for an appointment on short notice. The facility was nice and clean. The prices are amazing! You cant find any better. Coco was my masseuse and she did an amazing job! Ive had many massages throughout the years and this was by far the best one Ive ever had. I left completely relaxed. I went to Massage Crystal on a friends recommendation, and Im so happy I did. The business is clean, and my massage was wonderful. The therapists are Eastern Asia trained—I mention this because the massage style is slightly different from that of a traditional US-trained therapist. They offer up to a 2-hour massage, which is hard to find, and they also offer particular attention areas such as 30-minute foot massages. The prices are very reasonable, better than the day spas in the area. I definitely will return - Massage Crystal is my new go-to massage location.

My goto place for massages. I have been going for the last year. Great prices and always easy getting appointments. Love that I can send a text and get a massage the same day usually at my requested time.I have gotten massages from multiple therapists and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is professional and gives a comfortable experience.I usually get a firm massage and they really work your muscles. If youre looking for something more than someone gently rubbing your skin I definitely recommend coming here.

Absolutely love this place. They are knowledgeable and aware of medical conditions and how to best approach them.For an example I take my wife here and at the time she was pregnant, well there certain parts of the body that can trigger early labor so they practice safe techniques.Also I am a disabled vet with back spasms and they were able to work out the lock up and relieve pain between my spasms (also deep tissue is the key for that - no pain no gain).I recommend this place to anyone under any condition. Payment is easy, availability is great, and the staff are pleasant to work with.

I’m new to the area and I drove about 35 minutes to get there but if it was an hour I’d probably do it. My masseuse was Linda. She did an amazing massage and made sure to ask me if I was ok throughout the massage. I also like the fact they have you check in and tell themYour problem areas and the type of pressure you want. After my massage I was offered water and I think it’s little touches like that, that make the difference. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend. Ive been to Crystal Massage in Pasadena several times, and I just love them. They get you in when you need to be seen, they are very thorough and I always feel better after my appointment. Im very thankful for their knowledge and expertise.

I am ignorantly ticklish, and therefore didnt peg myself as a massage person, but this experience totally changed my mind! Super comfortable atmosphere, politely accommodating staff members, and experienced therapists-- this was the perfect reset. So they ask you what techniques you prefer and to indicate any spots youd like them to focus on-- and then they Do That. I asked for the Swedish massage and added the Hot Stone massage with the medicated oil, and wow--highly recommend that, the heat was sooo nice. Ive had that snapped rubber band feeling going on for over a month, and my therapist plucked on it til it was gone. I feel so much better. I only regret not purchasing the Hour. Treat yourself. Make time for your wellness. This is a good place.

The customer service is excellent. They go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. It was Mother’s Day and it was busy. They took extra care to make sure each guest was attended to with care. Alan was absolutely AMAZING! He hit all the pertinent areas and soothed my body completely.

I got my first massage at the pasadena location about a month or so ago and I was so impressed with everything my massage therapist was wonderful.. It was honestly the best massage I have ever had and Ive been in the salon and spa industry for 22 years and work as an esthetician and I have worked with several massage therapists and had a lot of massages over the years but this was the best..I was very impressed with how clean, how nice and how accommodating they were. I got an appointment the same day and best of all the price is very affordable. I cant wait for my next one. I like how they also Incorporated stretching as well. It was really great. I wish I could remember my therapists name for this review.

I was skeptical of the 5 star reviews. What place could be that good? Massage Crystal is THAT good. The massage was awesome and she incorporated stretches in there that moved it to amazing. The muscle oil was definitely worth the extra $15 bucks.

My husband and I got a massage tonight. I misunderstood about their free massage and I got angry with the manager. The manager was very polite and very patient and explained everything to me. Absolute best massage I have EVER had. I came in for my birthday to get a 90 minute massage and foot massage. I was able to make an Appointment same day within a few hours. I love how the ambiance as soon as we entered the place. The music and the fragrance was relaxing. We asked the lady at the front desk if we could have a tour first. She allowed us to do so. We knew we would get our massage there! We were asked to circle on their touchscreen tablet the specific body parts that we wanted them to focus on. They also asked us which parts of their bodies we didn’t want them to use to massage our bodies. I didn’t realize that some people don’t want their masseuse to use their elbows or fingers etc to massage their bodies. Anyway, my husband and I got a couples massage so we had a room with two beds and roses on each bed. It was so nice. Each lady throughout would ask us quietly if it was too hard. We both fell asleep. I feel like an hour was not enough. We are definitely going back. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

This place is just about perfect. Its new, clean, tastefully decorated, and quiet, just like a 5 star spa really. But, thats not the best part. They listen to you. When arriving, you fill out a form asking among other things what problem areas you have, and if there are any special instructions. You actually circle the areas requiring attention. They also ask about pressure (i.e. what kind of massage you want), and if you have any special instructions. They continue asking about pressure, and trouble areas throughout the massage. Having had multiple back surgeries, I always ask for the majority of my massage time be dedicated to my back. Youre getting a custom massage, literally every single time. Im a regular customer, both in Pasadena, and in Laurel. Ive never had anything other than a 5 star experience with Massage Crystal. Their work is the quality of any 5 star luxury spa, while their price is a fraction of that.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Massage Crystal! I was able to get an appointment within a few hours of calling, my massage therapist was very professional and had a great technique. I had a 90 minute deep tissue session that left me feeling like a new person! I found my new place for regular massages.

Hello,I had my first experience at this location today July 7, 2023 at 5pm.My daughter had her first ever massage, and we are both happy to say the experience was awesome.I had Hannah, and my daughter had Lisa.. Hannah thoroughly massaged all my problem areas. I will be back!

The massage was so relaxing. They always are checking to make sure it’s the correct amount of pressure. They make sure you have no injuries and will focus on certain parts of your body dedicating more time to where is needed. 10/10 will return with my 20% off birthday coupon :)

Very clean, professional place to get a massage. No matter what masseuse did it, I have never gotten a bad one. Although they take appointments, I always walk in and they usually have some one available to do it.

Great experience Anna was amazing she worked out the knots that have been in my neck for over 6 months. She even put my arms and legs into different positions to help massage out the really deep knots. Will definitely be coming again soon.

It can be hit or miss and some massage locations. Massage Crystal is a big hit. The rooms are real rooms and on par, or even better than, the monthly fee places. The deep tissue massage was the best I have had in a while. The value for price paid, for me, puts this as the best massage place in the area.

I just went for the 2nd time. They really know what they are doing. She was able to find and work my problem areas even with a language barrier. She understood more pressure and less pressure which was good enough.

I’ve been having terrible back pain as well my hamstrings. Called and had my appointment within the same hour. My expectations were beyond met. First, talking to the gorgeous and very sweet woman, Summer, at front desk who walked and talked me through every option to see exactly what I wanted and needed. Second, Emily who gave me the massage did an amazing job. I asked her to focus on certain areas and got every knot out. I felt like a new person walking out of that place. Definitely plan on going again in the next 2 weeks. I would recommend this place every time. The people there were so comforting and warming. GREAT PLACE!

My sweetheart made an appointment for me to receive an hour massage which I added hot stones and essential oils. Not only was this place affordable and clean. The massage was amazing. I prefer a medium to firm massage & she did the trick. She worked the hot stones to alleviate the tension in my back, neck, & shoulders. I will be back soon!

It was my husband and I first time at Massage Crystal. The receptionist Tracy was amazing. Shes the first contact person. The room was relaxing and my massage was good but not great. CoCo was an amazing massage therapist, my problem areas could have used a little more focus. Awesome establishment please tell your family and friends.

My wife and I splurged on a 2 hour deluxe couple’s massage with foot massage, medicated oil, and hot stone treatments. Worth. Every. Penny. Lulu and Coco did a phenomenal job and gave us the most thorough full body massage experience we’ve ever had. They messaged my FOREARMS, bruh! Great ambiance, phenomenal pricing, professional service. Can’t ask for better. Our only other feedback is that they should create a monthly membership package!

We booked a same day couple massage and it was excellent. This was our first time at Massage Crystal. The shop is very nice and clean. The masseuses were professional and held great pressure for the whole massage. We will definitely be back.

This is my 2nd time coming back to Massage Crystal. First time we went on the second week of its initial opening. I got a 1hr full body w/hot stones massage due to me having my child last year 2021. My Most recent visit: last night 10-4-22 @6:30 and I had a new experience w/cupping for my frozen shoulder. Well it’s not frozen anymore. I’ll keep coming back since it’s easy to call & set up an appointment. It seems like they have appointments around the clock until 10pm. I found a massage therapist that understands the deep tissue work I need. Very professional & Thanks Emily! Don’t forget to Ask about their reward card program though!! It saves you money

I was only in town for a short stay and decided to give Massage Crystal a try. The masseuse was very thorough and worked on the areas that needed it the most. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and in better shape than I came in. I likely will visit again and I definitely recommend it.

This place has all the comforts of a high end spa massage room at half the price. The masseuse was courteous and professional, asking about pressure a couple times to ensure it was enough. Bed was comfortable as well. Especially for the price, it is hard to beat this place. Perfect 5/7, would recommend.

Everything you could want or need from a massage. The facility is extremely clean, flexible with appointment availability (open til 10 pm!?), and the prices are significantly more affordable than local competitors.The massage itself was fantastic, I had to keep myself from drooling the whole time I was face down. I am glad I chose medium pressure for my first time here; since their hands are so strong, their version of medium pressure is somewhat closer to another spas version of deep pressure. The motions were fast and deep, making a 60 minute massage here equal to the effect of a 90 minute massage somewhere else. There were also a lot of tricks she did that worked to elongate the spine, almost mimicking traction therapy does, which I desperately needed. They consistently checked in verbally with my boyfriend and I to ensure the pressure was okay. I will definitely be back!Side note: they offer an incentive card to get a free massage after you pay for 10, but that incentive is CASH ONLY. So bring cash as opposed to card if you want to take advantage of that.

New establishment with modern decor. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was my first massage so I opted for the 30 minute sessions. I will definitely be going with the hour session next time! The medicating oil with hot stones were very soothing! I had some tension in my shoulders and back, after the massage I felt very light!

First, Amy the manager is superb in handling requests and working with what you need for massage therapy. She is very sweet and kind! And second, my masseuse was excellent in fixing my back. Third, the office and rooms are immaculate!!! All credit to the boss, Fiona, whose decor tastes are exquisite.

I was in desperate need of a massage as my back was very sore and I’ve been holding a lot of tension in my shoulders. I was able to call and get an appointment the same day, at a time that I chose. This was a life saver for me. I’m a planner for everything except self care. The process was very smooth when I went in, we discussed my needs and I was shown my room and the bathroom. I feel bad that I didn’t catch the name of the lady doing my massage but she did an incredible job. I walked about feeling like a new person and ready to fully tackle the day. I had the BEST experience at this place just this past weekend. I was walked through a very personalized and enjoyable plan which included the choice of various aromatherapy oils and pain relief balm which worked wonders. My girlfriend and I chose the couples massage which is the same price as individual massages which is great! We used to drive to Virginia to get fairly inexpensive yet quality massages but ever since experiencing Massage Crystal, I know we won’t be going elsewhere.

Massage Crystal Pasadena is a beautiful space located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. The interior design and furnishings are new, modern and relaxing. The individual rooms are cozy and comforting, a perfect space for your relaxing indulgence. There is even a sauna at this location, a great way to relax sore muscles prior to an excellent massage. Their services are reasonably priced and their location is convenient. But what brings me back is their service, always polite and professional which tells me that I am valued as a customer. I highly recommend Massage Crystal.

The staff was very pleasant from the beginning. I bought my husband a hour with hot rocks and he loved it just as much as I did when I went my first time. The staff is always very welcoming and the salon and massage rooms are very clean, disinfected and relaxing vibes.

My granddaughter came in from Texas for the holiday July 4th, so my daughter, Granddaughter and I were talking about getting a massage together at the last moment and I called Crystals Massage to see if they could accommodate the three of us at same time? They were able to take all three of us within two hours on a Wednesday afternoon. My daughter and granddaughter loved there massage and there therapists. This was my fourth visit and I have no complaints. The front desk clean and very friendly as well as the rooms and massage therapist. I really keep coming back because the price fits my budget and Tina does an excellent job. I give 5 stars 🌟

Honestly, Massage crystal never disappoints. I frequent the other two locations, but i think this new location is my absolute favorite. I am 8 months pregnant and i went there for the first time last week with my best friend. I had mimi and my best friend had Amy, we both left that place feeling we are floating. I slept like a baby. If you go for medium you can ask for not as much pressure so I will try light next time. ( no th thing negative to my girl, she did as I asked). I highly recommend this place. Got an hour long body massage with hot stones, and it was completley amazing. I was very relaxed, and definitely suggest the deep tissue because they will step on your back. Even being in the couples room I was very relaxed, and did not hear my partner recieving his massage. Will definitely go there again.

Emily did a great job, hit the spots on my back that had tension without me even saying anything. Clean establishment with other shops around it.

I called around 1pm and they were able to squeeze me in for a 3pm appointment. I arrived and when I asked for an extra 15 minute foot massage to go along with my 60 minute massage they were able to accommodate. My massage therapist was Anna and when I tell you Anna was the BOMB, she was the BOMB! I will most certainly be booking another massage soon as I am a makeup artist and can often times work back to back for 2-6 hours standing. I constantly have hand pain, neck pain, foot pain, and shoulder pain due to the long periods of standing and repetitive movements. I felt relieve and relaxed by the time Anna finished!

My experience was great. The therapist spent a lot of time trying to work out the knots in my shoulders and neck which a greatly appreciated. She didnt just do the same thing on each side. She felt the knots and worked them out. She also used communication appropriately to make sure the pressure whats right. I had a really good experience and if I could return today I could!

The therapist stepped all over me (with my consent), then she burned me with stones (also with my consent). 5/5 would consent again.But really though, they dont mess around here. You tell them what muscle groups need the most massaging, theyll hit it like no ones business (except theirs, ofc). No silly interviews. No feet washing ceremony. Just undress, get on the table, and get stepped on.

It was an extremely relaxing and comforting massage. It’s been a very long time since I felt so relaxed and I already have my next appt setup. The therapist was extremely good at checking in with me and making sure I was okay and relaxed. More than worth the money. It was exceptional.

The check in process was easy and quick. My masseuse Ms. Maggie was AMAZING!!!! She made me feel so comfortable and was able to get the knots out of my neck and upper back. She has magic fingers and hands. I felt 1000 times better then when came in. I came in very stiff, in pain, and could barely move. Massage Crystal is I believe a small chain - theres another location in Crofton. They offer excellent massages at decent prices, and you can usually get in without an appointment, which is great because sometimes you dont want to plan these things! Highly recommended!

My first visit to Baltimore and tried this place out based on reviews. I was blown away. I went Tues and Thurs and now going for a 90 minute since this is my last day here. I have prob had over 50 massages in my life and this is definitely top 3 if not the best I have ever had!
