Staff is always so pleasant. Therapist was excellent! My one complaint is to fix whatever is wrong in the room with the fan. Upon entering the room felt stuffy. I couldn’t hear the “spa music” because of the fan blowing. Thank God Zach was able to get me relaxed.

Sadly, my first experience here will be my last. A friend of mine invited me to get amassage with her. Her experience was extremely opposite of mine. My massage therapist was Maria.Red flag #1 She was late.My friend and I had a 10:00am appointment. Her person took her back right at 10:00. Mine 10:08. I got too see everyone being taken to their room while I waited. By the time I got my massage started it was 10:11 am. She ended at 11:03. Time lost and I just was so over it.Within 5 mins of my massage I just knew it wouldn’t be a good session. Her phone started going off, the oil was cold her touch was very weak and almost as if she was touching me without massaging me.Idk maybe she was on her phone forsometime it would make sense. Her phone went off and off I started counting around the 4th time.My friend had us setup for the peppermint scrub. I told the front desk how unpleasant my massage was. They said she was in the business for 30 years and was highly requested. 🤡 My opinion is there’s absolutely no way! I’m not convinced. This has to be a bold face lie.Note: I was asked if I got the peppermint scrub and I said no she didn’t do it. I asked, if that’s what I had why didn’t I get it? ***crickets*** They offered to take it off my bill.My friend said that was her favorite part it was the best. I wouldn’t have known because Maria was not only incompetent but grossly negligent and ill informed.Her phone going off was distracting and inconsiderate. The lady at the front desk said they’re told not to have them in the room and that it must have been an emergency.I understand some establishments have their good and bad days. This was a complete miss. I drove across town from Sugar Land for this experience forIt to be a complete waste.FYI If you’re ever in the Sugar Land area Cloud 9 has the best massages ask for Jack. He will not disappoint.Massage Heights: please implement a phone policy. Communicate with your therapist about their appointments and their massage appointments scheduled. Timeliness and tardiness.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the ultimate relaxation here. It exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was enveloped in a serene atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The staff are not only highly professional but also incredibly welcoming. Laura and Jeanette were the best ideal massage therapist for Debbie and I. I needed deep tissue work for upcoming event and Laura worked me into shape and she knows a lot of very helpful stretches. Debbie wants tension areas worked on and that’s always painful for her, but Jeanette spent extra time in those areas with proper pressure and Debbie hasn’t felt better leaving the salon. We highly recommend these two.

The therapist are good. I would avoid the membership. There are too many loophole or new things that come up. Read what you sign or get a lawyer.I miss Elements Massage Membership system works best for clients. Sadly they are too far.

As always, Maria does the most excellent job and turning me into better. 🙂. She’s very conscious About my comfort and is the nicest person ever. Always gives me just what I need and works those knots out with precision and ease. One of the reasons I keep coming back and having her as My massage lady. 🫶

As always Cindy was just perfect with my facial. I have been going to her monthly for over a year. My skin is so much more youthful with her facial regiment. I highly recommend Cindy to everyone.

I stopped by for a body massage recently and I love it so much. I’m pretty sure location just got remodeled cause it’s so clean and everything look nice. The staff is nice and professional. I feel very welcome there. The waiting room inside is so quiet it helps my mind to calm before my session. Over all, I will definitely coming back. Good job guys.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Massage Heights Fairway Centre for a massage, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.Upon entering the spa, I was immediately struck by the serene ambiance and the friendly, welcoming staff. The receptionist was attentive and made sure to answer any questions I had before my appointment began.

I had the best massage in my life today from Micah! It was 90 minutes of heaven. Best way ever to spend Sunday afternoon. The staff always calls and reminds you of your appointment and is always kind and friendly. I am on the monthly plan and really appreciate the convenience and the hours!

I have been coming to Massage Heights monthly since August. Originally for a back issue and now for a very relaxing massage. I highly recommend them for all ages.

I really dont like leaving negative reviews...but the last 3 massages have been very disappointing. Each time I explicitly asked for someone who does deep tissue. Not one of these were considered deep tissue. I left each massage feeling like I needed another massage. My upper back was very tense and they barely made a difference. Super disappointing!!! Ive had massages with great therapists who do deep tissue. I would double check staff members who can properly do deep tissue. :-)

Somehow, I was able to book a last-minute deep tissue massage, and it turned out to be great! I was only able to grab a 60 min slot, but im definitely going back for a 90 min.Hesitant to share the guys name cause I want him to be available when I need him, but there no need to be greedy. His name was Zach.

This massage heights location in Paaadena is the best. The therapists are all very skilled at catering to your specific needs and providing a relaxing, quality, and beneficial experience.

Unprofessional staff and lack of customer standards. Used a Groupon for the first time and showed up for a 5:30 appointment. The desk staff was too busy eating dinner (PF Changs) to ask or confirm the Groupon. They stated we would fill in the necessary paperwork after the massage. The massage therapists took us back, got both of us on the table, and upon checking with front desk for our add ons, stated they would not be working with us due to not accepting the Groupon. Had we not confirmed before hand, we would have been stuck paying for a full massage. The staff does not take proper time to confirm patient information. The massage therapist “did not want to ruin my experience” and had my fiance explain the situation. This shows a real lack of empathy and understanding to the customer.

Steven always does a great job asking if I have any areas that need more intensive work. I always leave feeling much better!

Jen is a great massage therapist and is a 5 star for sure. The music on the other hand is annoying and not relaxing at all.

Had a facial here and it was so relaxing, I enjoyed it very much. My skin was glowing when I left and it feels so much more breathable, she did a great job exfoliating my skin and unclogging pores. She removed black heads that I had been struggling to take out for so long. Loved my experience

Been going to this location for several years now so obviously love all the therapists but during my last visit I decided to get a last minute facial decision with Allison and so thankful to the staff letting me know she was available. I was able to use some of my elevations for it too and worked out perfectly!

I went in to Massage Heights for the first time and let me just say, it was sooooo amazing. Laura was my masseuse and she was so so awesome. She applied the perfect amount pressure throughout the entire session. Before we started, I explained to her that I was experiencing some tightness and discomfort in my neck and shoulders, and she asked if she could use a tool to help relieve some that pressure and omg!! It was sooooo good. She only used the tool in that area and the rest of the massage was with her amazing hands. I walked out of there feeling so relaxed and like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. She also did some stretches and wow, I popped everywhere. I felt the tension leaving my body. I will definitely be back and I will definitely book with Laura.

Cindy Sparks gave me a facial Saturday August 24 and it was fantastic. She explained everything that was being applied to my face. Still today my skin feels fresh and rejuvenated. I have already made another appointment for a couple of weeks. She is a doll.

I sit at a desk for 10+ hours a day, and I can’t thank her enough for the work she puts in to making me feel super relaxed every time. Definitely recommend, she will not disappoint! :)

Great team . I have been coming to this place for many years now but between changing and preparing for the clients I have always lost at least 15 minutes. Be it an hour or 90 mins or 2 hours… also the rooms are very cold. Kindly turn up the AC and be more efficient with not wasting time between clients. We would like to get our money’s worth esp since your prices have gone up. Thank you.

We came for a couples massage for our anniversary and it was incredible! Tristan at the front desk is super outgoing, friendly and helpful and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions beforehand. I had Jared as my therapist and he was absolutely amazing. He really gave me a personalized massage based on my needs. He was super friendly and professional as well. He really helped me feel comfortable and relaxed and I would definitely come back and ask for him. We loved it so much we signed up for the membership too. I cant wait to come back for my next massage!

I decided to take my husband for a massage for his birthday and I of course had to take advantage also.We loved the weekend availability and hours! We have driven by this location many many times and we regret not stopping sooner! My husbands masseuse was Victoria, she was great! He had an added elevation of dynamic cupping and she did an amazing job he had no complaints.My masseuse was Charles, he was great and exceeded my expectations. We will definitely return next month. Thank you Victoria and Charles!

It was a good message. I do think that for it to cost extra for the specialist, and I paid for extra amenities that were not given to enhance the experience, it should have been better than received. The point of getting a massage is to de-stress. I just felt relaxed, not de-stressed.

Got a facial and deep tissue massage at this location. Excellent service and great atmosphere.Chandra did the facial and was very knowledgeable. I dont get facials much so she kindly explained every step and services before performing.She also answered every question I had regarding the services. I would definitely want her to do my face again in the future.I love getting massages and get it frequently while travelling around the world. I requested for someone who can give me a strong deep tissue massage and David was recommended. I didnt have much questions regarding the service so he just kept quiet and did his thing. I had a very relaxing time and his technique was awesome. I had the cupping add-on service and I recommend this to anyone who has not experienced it yet!

I’d say that was the best massage I’ve had. Stephen D. listened to me when I told him where I was hurting but that I still wanted a full body massage not just focusing on that area. He took the time to do the full massage but also stretch the sore areas.

So I was running into this location to handle some business and the staff asked if I wanted to get a massage, I got Jared and he DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! I wanted some quiet time to just unwind from my move. He was friendly and you can tell this is his passion and he is doing what he loves. If your near this way stop in and see him. The front staff is very friendly as well.When I come back in town I plan on stopping in here.

Phone & Reception service was ok. However, when it came to the massage I had scheduled for my husband for Fathers Day Special - consist of Swedish for 60 minutes and foot scrub but we instead switch it with hot stones & instead he was given a Deep Tissue Massage with no hot stones nor a foot scrub!! & He went in to the reception past 5:10pm & he was finished by 5:55pm. Not even a 60 minute massage and he didn’t get a stone nor footscrub (last minute switch. Instead of getting relaxation he got congested nose, rough red marks on his chest. Do not recommend his massage person Victoria. When I asked for her she was out on break. Casually. Not what I paid for $70 something.

Mr. Henry did such a wonderful job. He’s kind & gentle with the right amount of pressure. I was so tense & stressed going in, & I walked out feeling AMAZING! I will definitely be back to see Mr. Henry again. Thank you!

I had an issue with a different location and the people at this one really took care of me. The desk staff are super helpful and patient. I’ve had a few massage therapists (Ria and Zach), and they are both great. They listen to me when I describe my problem spots and do all they can to make my muscles feel better.Rooms are clean, the atmosphere is calming (I love the relaxed waiting room that’s not in the lobby!), and the people are great! Can’t get better.

Nichole is amazing!!! She never fails to make my experience super relaxing, and she makes it a point to address all of my issues. There are a lot of good therapists working there, but shes easily my go-to and favorite.

I do enjoy getting massages here. The main downside is that they don’t massage you for the full time. I get there early EVERY TIME, and they always get me 5-10 minutes after scheduled time. Allow 5 minutes to undress , and then massage you until a few minutes before the hour is up. I got there at 1:50 for my 2 o clock. Started the massage at 2:15, massage was over at 2:58. 🙃🙃

My wife went to this place right before our wedding because she was stressed. Gloria did a great job. My wife felt comfortable and after her massage her neck and back was not tensed like it used to be. She definitely felt more relaxed after.

3 stars for the complaint on my experience NOT my massage.My massage was amazing! I highly recommend Gloria. She hit all my troubled spots without being too painful. She made sure I was comfortable and didnt talk to me throughout the massage like some do.Complaint was the masseuse in the next room was so loud I could hear everything he was saying. At first I thought they were having a meeting next door until I heard him say, ok, Ill go and get you some water while you get dresses. I told the front about it and she tried to blame the client. I told her what I heard and she didnt seemed like she cared. A simple oh Im so sorry would have been nice.When you go to get a massage you expect to relax in quiet with music and not hear people talking throughout the session.Like I said my massage was great! I definitely would go back to Gloria. Just the man talking next door ruined my experience.Really disappointed because I waited a long time to go get a massage.

Yo!! This is the best place ever. My masseur’s name is Henry and he is sooo awesome. He’s very knowledgeable & knows exactly what he is doing. I had 2 major back surgeries last summer and I was very skeptical to have a man massage me for fear that he’d be too rough (I know. I’m sorry!!) and hurt me BUT I couldn’t have been more wrong. ☺️ He’s the very best and now I go every week. Henry is a major reason why my recovery has jumped to another level of improvement!! I’m so grateful for him. ~ The front desk staff is also great and always so helpful.

I absolutely love this place!! I am pregnant and the prenatal massages by Savannah are amazing. She is very kind, sweet, and accommodates to your needs/wants. I love to receive a full body massage and they have great prices and member prices too. I would defiantly recommend this place and Savannah as your massage therapist. :D

This was my first massage at Massage Heights. I was using a gift card and the introductory offer allowed me to get a 90 minute massage, and still stretch the gift card for a second massage. Victoria was wonderful. She spent 30 minutes working on my problem areas and still had an hour to massage the rest of me. I’ve had many massages at different places, and Victoria wins!

Was very disappointed.I was a walk in, as I was told on the phone that I could be, and the lady said that she wouldnt have anyone available until 130 this afternoon.I stated that was fine and that I would get lunch and come back.She said she would need to make a reservation to keep that time and stated that she would need a credit card to hold it........I said that I have CASH and was willing to pay up front before the services. She stated that she would need a credit card.I stated that I didnt want to give that and she got real short with me and said well then I cant make the reservation.It is a sad day when a person cant pay cash in advance for services not yet rendered and gets treated rudely because they require a credit card.The credit card Im assuming is to make sure that you come back or they charge you, but if I have already given you cash in advance then shouldnt that be payment enough.I picked this spot because of all the positive reviews and I feel that I have made a mistake.My time off work is very little......one day every two weeks.I would NOT RECOMMEND them.Thanks for your time for reading about my experience.

Worst customer service ever! Front desk girl named Megan and another girl with a dad tattoo on her forearm really should find another job. First i was given a gift card for an hour massage and I called, spoke to Megan and she tried to charge me $100 since I was a nonmember when the gift card was $50 for an hour massage. My grandma who gave me the gift card had to call them and settle with them about what she had paid for when she first bought the massage. I was running a little late so I asked my friend to call them and ask if there was an appointment at 7 rather than six. They asked is she wanted female or male and she said female and they said they did have availability and she said she would call back. I called them back a couple minutes after and they immediately said there’s no way I could move it because there’s already someone else coming in. Keep in mind my friend called to check availability and didn’t make an appointment. Once I got there they left me waiting for a while and when I got my massage it was rushed. My masseuse was very nice and good service. Once I got out I was waiting for A while until I was charged because one was on the phone and the other in the back. When I left the girl with that tattoo kept staring at me through the window. My friend was in the waiting room while I was getting a massage and told me that they both were complaining the whole time and called the customers “stupid idiots” after talking to them on the phone. I don’t understand why they would work in customer service if they do not like dealing with people. My family and I decided to never come back to this location because of the customer service! Please get better workers! This is a place to relax, when I walked out of there I felt more stressed out than relaxed! Very disappointed!

90-min massage with Laura. Besides the great deep tissue, the key was the stretching she did to release pressure in joints and back. Highly recommend.

Had a massage today and it was ok. Nothing extraordinary or exciting about this experience. I picked the deep tissue massage and foot scrub. But because I’ve had surgery recently they only did a light massage which is not what i asked for or wanted. I’d prefer they tell me that before I’m laying on the massage table. Chenelle was nice and professional. Massage was supposed to be 60 mins but she stopped at 45 mins. Not sure why but if people are paying for the full hour THEY SHOULD GET AN HOUR! And they didn’t even do my foot scrub because the front desk said “it wasn’t added on”. Wouldn’t come back again. I’d rather try somewhere else.

Me and my fiance went in for a massage today in the evening in the same room. The masseuses were okay hands on. But my masseus kept yawning the entire time I could not relax because of it. When we arrived we asked if we could add on the margarita foot scrub just like the flyer posted inside was offering. The front desk girl said yes of course. Before I knew it, the massage was done and the margarita foot scrub that we were looking forward to had not been given. The masseuse had them remove it from our bill but the point is they advertised on site of this foot scrub you can add on today and failed horribly to report the add on to the masseuse. When we exited our massage to the lobby they did not even apologize and acted like nothing had happened. Not to fail to mention, since we were the last customers of the day we walked out to the lobby to a wet soaked floor they just mopped and didnt warn us about. It was very rude and I had to walk on this wet floor basically rushed out. One if the girls rings us out on the register while the other one is on her phone right in front of us giggling ans reading her text messages, so unprofessional. I cant recommend this place and Im highly upset because I have family members who go here and I had high expectations.

I went to get a Mothers Day surprise for my fiance. I had never been there before and had NO idea what I wanted to get- my fiance had just said she wished she could get a massage. Patricia was very patient and helpful. She asked questions that allowed her to suggest the perfect package for my fiance. I know my fiance will have the best time and come out feeling great.

First off I pre-paid in cash for services. And they make you use those services in three months regardless of there being a pandemic. Then in order to reinstate it they want you to pay two or $300 more. They don’t tell you that you have to use them in three months they put it in print on a tablet. When you are signing up services and they are explaining the different programs or subscriptions whatever they call it they should explain this to you and they don’t. So that they can keep your money. Your time starts when you walk in for your appointment not the massage. I had to leave to go out of town to help take care of someone who is super sick from Covid yet I lose my three hours. They are not communicating it with you very well at all. And then to ask for more money to reinstate it. That’s a scam. If someone pays cash for a service they should not be limited to three months to use it. I will no longer go to this location ever again The first lady that did my massage was named Gloria she talked the entire time. The next time I went I forget her name she was a short Asian lady And she hurt me when she rubbed me and I did not ask for deep tissue it was supposed to be regular. I thought the massage therapist were supposed to be quiet and just massage you and let you relax but apparently they don’t.

Clean! Friendly staff! Relaxing Atmosphere! Recently expanded this location so it seems there are more staff available in case your favorite therapist isnt available. Took a few tries to find a therapist that worked the areas that needed the most attention but overall it is always relaxing! Signed up for the 6 month membership which is a great deal! They arent pushy but they are convincing...and Im glad Ive spent the money because everyone needs me time. BTW...Gloria & Melinda are great!

I have had a great experience every time Ive been to Massage Heights. I have had massages from Elysse, Nichole, and Christian. All of them do an excellent job of melting my stress away and working out all of my knots. Always professional and courteous. Happy customer.

Im 100% satisfied with the services and care I have received. The staff has always been very friendly and professional. The environment is clean, quite and relaxing. Gabriel is a truly refined massage therapist, extremely knowledgeable and experienced.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The massage was great, but they convince you to sign up for their package deal which charges your account monthly. After a couple of months I decided to cancel. You have to go up to their location, and fill out a cancellation form, which is NOT disclosed when signing up. Not only is that annoying, I get a call saying my payment did not go through for this month, and they wanted me to put a different card on file ONE WEEK AFTER canceling. Her explanation for me being charged was that after canceling i will still be charged one more month, which again was NOT disclosed. So I kindly said I do not want to be charged anymore, that is why I canceled and she rudely said she would “see what she could do” and hung up before I could even respond. I get the whole up selling part, but what I do not understand is why it’s so difficult to cancel a membership there and how rude they are. I will definitely share my experience with friends and family and tell them not to go here.

I have chronic neck and shoulder issues and was in a lot of pain. After being treated by Katrina, I honestly feel remarkable. She is simply the best. The front desk girls are very sweet and helpful as well. Will certainly book again with Katrina!!!!

David Ramirez was my therapist a few days ago. He is great with deep tissue and one of my favorites. Massage Heights Pasadena has a great selection of therapists, Ive been a member for almost 7 years. The girls up front are very nice and accommodating!

I highly recommend this place! I have seen Gabriel and Sam and I loved both of my massages. I have also had Heather for a facial and she is an awesome Esthetician! The ladies in the front are very respectful. I overall always have a great experience here.

I go every month, and I always get my Facial done by Heather and she does amazing! I highly recommend Gabe or Stephen for a massage they do amazing at deep tissue. 👌🏽 The girls up front are always so friendly and informative and the prices are pretty good!Must try!

The massage was great, 9/10. The low rating is because they gave my phone number out and I have received 10 text messages from different numbers related to massage products in the past day. When you schedule a massage do not give them your phone number.

Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. This is a chain so I’m not sure that they have control over pricing but it is pretty pricey. They do run specials though. My biggest peeve is that they charge you for an hour but that doesn’t mean you are massaged for an hour. I imagine they schedule strictly but paying for a “60-minute massage” and getting 40-45 minutes at that price isn’t my favorite. Male and female therapists. They’re all friendly from what I can tell.

That message was fine. 5 star message.4 stars visit for weird wording on description of subscription plan and services.Did not realize until I was called that I had a remaining balance and was told we schedule any time.When I later called to reschedule was told I would need the actual physical gift card. I guess I assumed incorrectly that the balance of the card had been uploaded to my account. Especially since they were the ones that contacted me.Zero empathy or interest from person on the phone in resolving issue.

I’ve been coming here for at least a year and have had a variety of masseuses all of which have been fantastic. The last 2 massages were done by Theo. Theo is very professional and efficient. If you like a deep tissue massage to work out those knots, Theo is your guy!! You will not be disappointed!

I have had the best experience every time I go to Massage Heights. I have had massages from Robert , Hollie and Shelly and all of them do an excellent job on working out all of my knots. Everyone is always professional and courteous.

Although the ambiance is still very pleasant, the staff makes it hard to enjoy due to the lack of professionalism. While in the tranquility room had an employee walking back and forth on her phone not know how to use her inside voice. I didnt have the pleasantness of the past while booking my appointment

Was able to get a sports massage with a lady named Jessica. She was very kind, made me feel very comfortable, but she also did an AMAZING job. Will most certainly go back to her again, as she was knowledgeable and made my knots hurt less.

I have been going to Massage Heights Fairway Center for about a year. They have always been very polite and professional. The last few times I have used Theo and WOW is all I can say. He worked on my stress knots and also gave me health tips to help prevent them. I look forward to going again this month. It hurts like crazy but feels so good aftetwards!!

Ive been going to Massage Heights each month for about 2 years. Ive had to change therapists a few times because people have left, but I always get a phenomenal massage, relieving me of the pain in my neck and shoulders from sitting at a computer. The only reason I scored them low is because the massage is not 60 minutes, or one hour, as advertised. They typically start 10 minutes after the hour and end 10 minutes before.I have mentioned it to the front desk, and they have assured me that it should be very, very close to 60 minutes. I don’t see any reason to call a 40 minute massage one hour~ just say it’s 40 minutes so people know what they’re paying for up front.

I was getting massages twice a month before life got hectic. I had to make an emergency appointment last weekend for migraine breakthrough due to the stress. My usual massuer wasnt there since it was Sunday so I saw Cher. Cher was absolutely amazing!! She found stress knots in places that I didnt even know existed!! I was so sore for almost a week, but it was a good sore! It broke my migraine and I want to switch to seeing her preeminently!! Thank you Cher!!!

I went today still not feeling entirely safe about the virus. When I made the appointment I asked to make sure that the therapist wouldn wear a mask and he didnt. I was going to leave but I was hurting. I would not be face up for the second half of the massage. He said he didnt like wearing one and they were hot. Do you think he considers how I felt face down with one on?

I absolutely love being a member of Massage Heights monthly program. I have suffered from sciatic pain for years and decided to try a massage before taking any muscle relaxers. The massages helped me so much. I have never had a bad massage from any masseuse. I normally try to get Joyce because she has worked on me from the start. In January I was in a car accident. and have suffered several problems since. After 3 months on my back, I began going back for my massages. Joyce is now working on my newest problem areas caused by my accident. I highly recommend massage as a therapy!

Ive been coming here for 5 years plus and i have to say that Ms. Miley is the best therapist in Houston. She has helped me tremendously with my back pain. I feel like a new man when i leave her sessions.

Stick with Massage Envy. At least they are nationwide and allow you to give away unused credits. Massage Heights wont let you give away unused credits. So when I moved out of state for work I not only lost my credits, I got billed for another one I couldnt use because of the contract. They got 4 months out of me without providing service.

This review is not for the company, this is for the Therapist. You will most likely take a 50/50 chance if you trust the brand.I received a gift card and asked for a male therapist because I prefer someone who has the strength to get deep into the muscles. Im and athletic person and find it very difficult to find anyone who listens or does it right. They are either to weak, dont listen, or dont know what they are doing.David on the other hand listened to my requests and did an awesome job getting deep into those muscles.David is the man. Request him if you like the pain cave like I do. He has the strength to do so. I feel great!

This is my second time at Massage Heights and I left feeling less tense and much more relaxed. Robert did such a great job. I loved that he utilized his elbows during the massage for a deeper pressure on my trigger points.

Ive been getting massages from Zlata for over a year now and shes GREAT! I drive all the way from Clear Lake every few weeks and its worth the drive. She knows what shes doing and the fact that shes good looking doesnt hurt either! lol. The girls at the reception area are very nice and help get the clients in and out fast as well.

Highly recommend massage therapist Hollye Richardson. Highly skilled and passionate t her practice. Amazing deep tissue and muscle maniulation techniques.I am so glad they no longer make you sign a contact for monthly massage hours. Honestly no contract is the reason I became a member again. They also gave me the 7 hours I lost from my cancelled membership a few years ago.

I was happy to call and get a same day appt with a therapist. The person on the phone was very polite and helpful. The pre and post massage person was very nice and acommodating and was not pushy in trying to get you to sign up for membership or purchase products recommended by the therapist. The therapist was very nice and did a good job, unfortunately it did not cure my extreme neck pain I was experiencing that day, but Im sure it helped! I did join the membership and I believe it is a good deal for what you get!

I was recommended James by a friend who has back issues similar to mine. I was amazed at the work he did to my back. He was very thorough in explaining what he would do, the issues I was having, and the possible reasons why I had those issues. If you request a deep tissue, this guy is no joke!! Its a bit of torture and you have to be wiling to suck it up and let him do his work to help you. James is by far a 10 out of 10! I purchased the 6 month package after seeing him because I couldnt believe how well he did. He took the time after my massage to explain things I could do at home to help as well. Amazing at what he does!!

The therapist Katrina really tries her best to focus on the areas that need work on to help you feel better and relieve your pain and I really appreciate that! Also, staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is nice.

The personnel there at the Fairway location need to have service training!! They are rude and even engage in eating food while customers are in the waiting area!! Thats far from the atmosphere I want when Im looking for mental, and physical care!!But for Robert my therapist I would find another company to handle my needs!!

Gloria! Gloria! Gloria! For those of you seeking a RELAXING light to medium pressure massage, then I highly recommend Gloria! Every time I see her she does exactly what I ask. I have issues with my lumbar spine and recently sprained my ankle and she was gently but firm in those areas! No going in wanting one thing and receiving something different. Amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was the first time ever we went to get a massage and on my birthday. For this reason I didnt know if I would like it due to feeling comfortable and I requested we get the 30 minute massage. This place is not newbie friendly which made me feel even more uncomfortable because you kinda just get tossed in not knowing what youre supposed to due exactly (i.e. covering your body fully with a blanket and being told its Texas law) Why not tell us exactly whats required so we know what exactly to do before you come back in the room? It was stated on the forms we filled out it was our first time. Awkward to say the least! After like 40 mins of actual massage (which was really just ok not to mention the massage oil kinda smells bad) we come out to pay and they charge us for a full hour. I looked at my phone right before we started and right after because we had plans for a movie, which was another reason I requested only 30 mins so we would not be late to our movie. At this point I didnt even feel like trying to argue with the woman up front about it I just wanted to get the heck out of there asap. This was not a pleasant first time experience at all and I dont know if I will ever go to a place for a massage again to be honest.

I love the Fairmont Parkway location. The rooms are clean and plenty of space so you dont feel like youre cramped up in the room with the therapist. Laura is an awesome therapist.

Besides the iPods in the masseuse ear loud and him throwing a towel on my face when asking him to dim the lights (he never dimmed them when he started the massage…it’s all downhill from there. No manager ever called like I was asked (they offered to have a manager call).Just don’t waste your credits or money on a place who doesn’t believe in a good experiences. Some of us work hard to take care of others and hospitality is our business plan. We strive to make sure people feel relaxed in our practices. Not this place. Tried this therapist MORE than once. Don’t do it. Sadly it’s more stress than it’s worth. Take your time and money to a better, more professional service for a massage or facial.

I always go with Clara. She does the best prenatal massages and the best swedish massages (now that Im no longer pregnant). My only disappointment is that she is always booked and I have to schedule so far in advance, but that is through no fault of her own. It is disappointing also, I will admit, to hear that the massage therapists feel it is ok to talk abou their clients...that seems pretty unprofessional. I view that as the equivalent as your doctor blabbing about your condition. I hope that they have learned from the other poster on here because that would certainly cause me to stop going to this location.

It doesnt matter who I get my massage therapist is it is always good. It might be different but that is what I need that day. I actually dozed off today with Sulma. No it wasnt that soft it just gotThe job done and I finally relaxed me.Thank you

Cancelling my membership has been a pain! Financially I just cannot do it right now and they are giving me the run around like crazy. Im basically just going to cancel the card they have on file because Im tired of dealing with their nonsense. Just cancel my membership I should NOT have to explain anything to you!!!

Im disappointed that I asked 3 times (by phone, a fill-out form, and in massage room) for specific spots to be massaged. Instead I was given a full body massage and the areas with tension were hardly massaged, more like rubbed. Also the lavender scent always brief and ended up smelling like cleaner shortly after. I now have to get another massage and Im spent $50 for something I could have done with a lacrosse ball and foam roller.

This has been a wonderful experience. I was nervous at first because I had never had a massage but the staff explained everything. They are very friendly! I recommend this location to everyone. - Lily

I have been a member here for almost 3 years and I have loved it! As a former massage therapist I can be pretty picky about technique and pressure, but juat about all the therapists I have been to at this location have been great! I would definitely recommend this place!

I was accused of stealing for NO REASON. I went in with my products to see if I could find a comparison by a company I trusted. When I first went in with these products it was no problem. When I tried to leave with these products I was chased down for no reason. I will NEVER be going back.

The 1 star is for their membership practice not the service. The service was fine, but dealing with the Membership BS is why Im leaving.I had 5 hours on pre-paids and wanted to hold off on my membership for 4 months, but they would not allow that. Basically I am forced to cancel and use all my pre-paids in on month. Terrible business practice and loss of a customer.Heres what needs to change:1. Hostage membership practices need to be stopped. First of all, contracts are silly these days. Who still does contracts? If you join, you are required to Cancel in person and give 30 days notice, and you MUST pay for an EXTRA month when you cancel. Can anyone explain why 30 days notice required? Does someone need 30 days to get over the loss of seeing me? Why in person? Do they have a problem with thieves calling up and canceling memberships? Again, hostage membership practices must end.2. If you Cancel, and you have pre-paids (services that you PAID FOR IN advance) you have 30 days to use them or loose them.3. An App, or Internet scheduling is needed. This service screams out Theres an APP for that! I would go way more often if I could schedule online, pick and rate mymasseuse, and pay online.Again, ONE star is not about the service, and its not about the money or cost. Its about their SILLY 1990s hostage membership practices. If membership has its privileges, the forgot to mention them.

I normally go to the Massage Heights in Summerwood but when they’re booked I loved to come to this location for Laura D. She’s amazing and worth my 35 minute drive to this location.

Christan is someone I definitely recommend, he listens to your needs and makes your feel like your melting unto the dang bed lol....Ive read some of the other reviews of some ppl bashing this business... But sounds to me like they didnt listen to the policys when explained or they just didnt want to pay...I say if you come and make your own opinion on this place...I havent had any issues and would recommend this place for a great hot stone massage

The massage itself was good but the people who work here dont seem to enjoy their jobs. There was a lot of gossiping, talking about co-workers, and general surly attitudes.
