Super friendly dude answered my questions and knew the right pods and coils. Compared to some shops that wont even look at you. Was looking for a cheap sale dispo, but ended up spending $60 because he took time described them. Stocked up for the month. Glad i found them

I frequent this place at least once a week. I’ve gotten everything from cart refills to a flute 🤣 everyone that’s hired is super nice and knowledgeable in this industry. Found this gem by chance and I’m so glad I did. The woman working there was so friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions, made recommendations, and was just really nice. I love the discount program. I won’t be shopping anywhere else. By far the best shop I’ve ever visited.

Our initial visit to this store was good, staff was friendly and helpful. And I made a wishlist with my partner for next time we came. Our purchases that evening included a bracelet, necklace, and some pieces for an item we had at home. Upon arriving home, I noticed that the charm was missing from the necklace we purchased. We went back the next day in hopes of them exchanging it for a new one. We were helped by a man who was either the owner or a manager. He at first declined to help us, stating once it leaves the store it is no longer his responsibility but then decided to give us a new one. What happened next is the reason I will never go back. He chastised us as if we were children, telling us he would NEVER replace anything we bought that broke once we left the store. Big mistake darlin. I am expanding my prosperous European yoga business to Florida and many of my clients ask for recommendations on where to buy crystals, chakra jewelry, etc. And although we are very humble people in attitude and attire, we could afford not only every item in the place but we could buy the business itself. And maybe we should if only to ensure guests are treated with the kindness and respect every human being deserves. Needless to say, I will never cross the threshold of that business again and will adamantly discourage any friend or client I have against visiting this establishment. I hate to leave negative reviews and will usually choose to say nothing but I do not wish anyone the time and treatment we received from this business. Don’t waist your time or your money. And if anyone has recommendations of another business that carries crystals, chakra stones, etc please share them with me. Thank you!

Great Place with a great atmosphere. You can tell they have a passion for what they do. Always nice to see great local businesses open up in Pensacola. They seem to have a bit of everything and more! Definitely recommend making this your new vape or smoke shop home

Emerald city was recommended to me by my dispensary so I decided to check it out. They already have a great selection for a shop that just opened and Jennifer was so helpful and friendly with helping me find a glass piece. I highly recommend checking them out!
