Update 7/21You ignored my email point blank. You had time to respond publicly to a negative review yet couldnt respond to my email. Please you are full of it. I never did anything that would imply I was a threat. Telling you never to call my girlfriend a lair again is hardly a threat of harm. I admit I was heated but I was just ripped off and then blamed for someone elses mistake. I dont take kindly to being called a liar and being ripped off.I can however see why your staff dodges responsibility youre leading by example. Part of running a business is dealing with disgruntled customers. I went back into the store 2 times after once to recover thebold coil and another to recover my battery cover. And the only thing I threatened was a charge back and loss of my patronage.Both of which are promises. Your failed customer service is what created this mountain. Own it maybe if you work to better it you will avoid losing more customers.Im told to contact them about my issues and they have ignored my email. Not sure how these people got best of the bay but it wasnt for their professionalism or customer service. We all go somewhere and never have an issue until we have an issue. Where other companies will fix thier mistake this company has decided not to resolve it. On top of creeping my girlfriends Facebook and calling her a liar with no apology.Being a new vapor I asked for a coil for my tank which I purchased there a few weeks back. A .16 which originally came with my cleto tank. She gives me a coil which she assures me is the only one that will fit my tank. I immediately try, and discover, it doesnt fit before I leave the store. She calls her manager which instructs her to sell me the right coil at a discount. And refuses to refund me for her mistake.Its not my fault she doesnt know her merchandise well enough. Yes there is a 120 .16 coil by cleto. But mine is a exo and they make a .16 for it as well. No response from the owner even though they have responded to other newer reviews. Which are most likely from the clerks friends who were asked to leave positive reviews to try and save face for her. How convenient the reviews right after mine name her specifically. Does the owner have an issue with fake positive reviews of course not. Yet accuses my girlfriend of leaving a fake one.
I have visited this shop twice since moving to this area, and have received such a warm welcome each time! The prices are great as well as the service! Butters was very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is very laid back and chill. Vape shop at Nine Mile has definitely won me over and gained my business!
As I walked into the store there is no employee to greet me as I came in. When I came in before I can even ask for anything she asked for my id. After I gave her my day which was a military ID that clearly showed my birthday she said do you have an idea that has a birthday Donna said yeah sure I’ll give you another id. After I gave her another idea she said you don’t need to throw your ideas at me and I was like OK well I didn’t but that’s fine I asked her if she had something in stock and she said no it was very condescending and rude to me as I spoke to her. I used to always come to the same shop for my needs but however I don’t think I wanna come here anymore based on your rude employees and how you hire people. I recommend everyone else go to another Vape shop that doesn’t hire route employees thank you.
Went there walked up to the counter and asked nicely for a 2 big bottles of the juices I liked. The girl up at the counter was very unresponsive and ignored me so I started getting stern and asked if I could just buy my stuff and be out the door. Overall I was in there waiting on the Girl for atleast 10 minutes with no other customers in sight and she gave me the smallest bottles of what I asked for for some reason. So all in all. If you guys walk in there don’t expect a good mood. Just a fair warning. They don’t even deserve the 1 star.
These guys know how to look after their customers. I usually go to their main store on Beverly, and when Im visiting my Mom in Milton, I go to the Pace store. Yesterday, me and my friend were on the other side of town, so we went into the 9 mile shop. Just as clean, well stocked and freindly as their other stores. Keep up the good work guys!
Shop was clean. Shayna was awesome. She helped me pick out a juice that is similar to something we can’t find anywhere in town, for my boyfriend. ((He likes it better, than what we were originally looking for)). Thank you again!
Literally the best store around here! Clean, good vibe and awesome selection! Todd is awesome and super helpful. He taught us so much and really knows his products. Girls can come here and not be scared lol

Went in with the intention get a disposable vape. But when I get in some lady working there straight up gave me attitude about showing her my id. She asked the first time and I was pulling it out she just yells at me for my ID I said “ one sec Im getting it” she kicks me out! Even when I was cooperating and doing what she says. The lady was really rude and obnoxious I will DEFINITIVELY not be returning.
I will now be looking for another vape shop. After shopping at this location only and telling others to shop here I earned enough stamps to get a 30ml bottle of juice. I just went in to get it because at this moment I am completely out and needed it BADLY. Now, I went in today excited to get my free bottle. Butters then told me that in order to get the FREE bottle, that FDA requires you to buy something. I bought something for each stamp. Never once was I told I would have to purchase something to be able to use my free stamps. Its no where written on the cards either. So, I took my five star review back because I needed that juice as I have NONE!! I earned my free bottle and now cant get it. Why use the word free? It would serve better for you to put up a sign, write it on the cards, and verbally tell your customers so that they dont excitedly walk in expecting to get their earned bottle of FREE juice and have to walk out with nothing. When I say I have no money and I really needed this juice its the truth. I have 2 cards if anyone wants them. Ill trade them for a 30ml bottle of non menthol juice. I am completely out. If you take them in to the shop and buy something youll get your free bottle.
Ive been a steady customer for about three months now. I came into the store and needed help with a software update on a Regis mod. Thomas, an employee, who runs the 9 mile store took more than 20 mins to help me try hooking up my laptop to the mod. Ended up helping me find a temporary replacement mod and I have been going back for juice and coils. That is when they have the freemax coils in stock. Thanks for the help and kuddos to yall for being open during a pandemic.
Went by chuckin capes and was very disappointed! Afterwards we went across the street to vape shop of pensacola and the service and products were great! Kit helped me and my wife out with building our new mesh rta and picking out the best juice. I would recommend going here over chuckin any day!!!!
Awesome help and honest information. Competitive prices and friendly atmosphere. They actually know the products they sell. The guy that was there 04/07/21 in the morning, forgot his name, was super helpful and patient.

The owner is now calling me a liar when I live and have grown up In Pensacola my entire life..I did live in Mn.. for the summer...How would he even get that personal information?...creepy...I was just In the store yesterday while my boyfriend was treated completely rudely... I have been a store manager and in customer service since I was 17 . I would never run a business in this manner .To discredit a review and call me fake..... very....very unprofessional.....totally need to rethink business practices and customer service.....I am completely appalled

Sold me a bottle of vape juice that I couldn’t open or break the seal on. Cashier obviously didn’t know what she was talking about or she wouldn’t have recommended such a substandard product.
