101 Smoke Shop

Came in today to get a look at getting a new mod. Mckenzie and Kayla both recommended this one right here. I love it. They even helped me get a tasty vape juice. Any vape questions I have, i’ll be going to them from now on. :))

This is the worst 101 smoke shop in the Phenix City/Columbus area. Ive gone here several times and never been given the neighbor discount. The literal manager sold me two items that should work together but didnt. When I called to find a solution for her faulty, she had an attitude, answered yes/no questions with questions, and never apologized. So, the knowledge in their own field is extremely lacking. The new black girl there is nice but the rest are awful. I hope the new girl can transfer to another store for her sake. 0/10 do not recommend

First time going to this shop, was helped by Valerie and she exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased with her level of service and attention to detail. Will definitely be back based on her customer service.

Me and my husband came in a few days ago. Valerie helped us out. She was super patient answering all of our questions and didn’t rush us off. She was also super nice!! They have a fantastic selection!! Overall great store!!

I do not rave about experiences very often but the service from the amazing Kayla is remarkable she is so friendly and informative she really helped me narrow down decision will definitely be back

I went in the other day and received help from Kayla ! I’m not someone that vapes but my husband is and he was talking about getting another one. Kayla showed me the best one that he may like and HE DID ! his old one broke so this one made it all better. Thanks Kayla !! I 10/10 recommend going here and working with the girls ! I came into this location for new vape brand to try. The worker on duty, Valerie, went above and beyond my expectations to help me. I left out of there with my pockets a little bit sadder, but the biggest smile on my face. Big thanks to Valerie for helping me and answering all my questions that I had. I will definitely be back because of her! 🩷

New to Phenix City but this vape store is the best Ive been to hands down. Chelsea and the girls( sorry I forgot the other two names) took care of me. Always great service when I visit here. Ill go nowhere else for my vapes. Youll catch a deal too!!

This is literally the best shop I’ve ever been to. I bought a hookah and realized it was leaking from the base when I tried to use it. The manager swapped it out no problem. The crew is always great and answers any questions I have, 10/10 !

The customer service I received from Miss Valerie was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for! I was so pleased with the service I received from this store. You guys went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I will be returning!

By far the best store that I know of! I haven’t had no bad experiences going there either each visit has be positively great, you’re employee Valerie is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to questions and answers if anyone it’s her to go keeps it simple and professional ✊🏽 but overall 101 smoke shop gets my 5 stars!!

This shop Rocks!! Ive traveled to a few different 101 shops and whichever one Chelsea is at, really has its shiz together usually. Staff is very knowledgeable and everything stays in stock for the most part. Top notch people!

I brought my vape in needing help with finding a coil. They sold me the wrong thing and made me buy more coils to replace their mistake. A COMPLETE FINESSE! I do not recommend.

Spent over $150 on a setup and just over a week later it no longer works. Went back to store and was told it was a warranty issue and I would have reach out to them. They are in china so not going to use this anymore as it will take to long. Will never buy anything from them again.In the past this country and it’s businesses took pride in what they made and sold, but that is a thing of the past. Now it’s all about the money.

Good store to shop at for all your delta 8 and other smoke needs but, when it comes to vapes and accessories they have no clue about any of it. I went there to buy atomizers for my zeus tank and for the 2nd time I get sold the wrong ones. I dont ever review on a store but, if your gonna work at a vape shop know your stuff before working there. I will never take my business for vape accessories there again. Wasted money on atomizers I cant even use.

Great selection with awesome staff

Ive been in every smoke shop in the Colga/phenixcity area, and youll be hard pressed to find another shop that matches the shere volume of different products that this store offers. Decent deals like a buy 2 get one free on pre rolls (that mf hit btw) and friendly staff like eric and the young lady whom name escapes me. Good experience. Will recommend.
