Great experience at this store!! A man and a woman were both working. They were both very knowledgeable which is a great thing because I am not. They got me all set up. They werent trying to sell me the next big thing, she tried to save me money using some of my existing equipment which is awesome! I loved it, and love the juice she recommended :) I will definitely be back :)

I have only stopped here on 2 different occasions. The first time I needed a battery for my husband. The gentleman was really knowledgeable about what I needed bc I certainly was not. I bought a short one bc i thought it would be better.. The gentleman was very nice and respectful and even tried to help me with a lanyard for it. However, he didnt have any to fit the one I purchased.The 2nd time I went in the gentleman remembered me and was still just as friendly as before. This time I purchased a different battery, a longer one, bc my husband had misplaced the first one. He showed me how to charge it and even gave me a lanyard for it. Which was extremely nice of him and very helpful to my husband. I can honestly say it was a great experience both times. I will be returning for any of our future needs.

This is a family owned shop and that is how they treat their customers. I honestly was lost when I wanted to quit smoking and thanks to Josh and his family I havent picked up a cigarette since I started going here. They helped me find a flavor that worked for me, and actually blended different ones until I was happy. They know exactly what I want and I have seen them with other customers and they do the same for them. I have also seen them help customers that are new to vaping and patiently explain to them about how everything works. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else.

Amazing Staff! They shipped my juice & supplies to 2 different states the Army sent us and usually ever charged me postage! I’m finally moving back to Smiths Station and can’t wait to try their new juices! If you haven’t been there your missing out!!!

Hands down, they are the best vape store, and Ive tried many of them. Always have everything youre looking for, or will get it. They have a comfortable atmosphere and love a good conversation. They will take your order by phone or text and have it ready when you get there and they had curbside service during the shutdown. You cant buy that kind of service. Best vape juice I’ve ever had. Nice knowledgeable staff, they even ship my juice to me in another state and don’t charge me for shipping.My two favorites are the Chloe’s Blend and Redneck Bliss. (Which is an older flavor that they don’t usually keep in stock. But they have always been more than willing to make me up a batch)Not all vape shops are equal. This shop sets the standard that all other shops fail to live up to.

Great place to get your vape mod or juice. Theyll explain everything youll need to know, how to find the mod that suits you to what level of PG/VG and NIC level that youll enjoy. So if you enjoy a top quality steak, your juice will taste top quality as well. ENJOY AND NEVER BE DISAPPOINTED!

Went in to check out this place cause Id never been in before and now I know why I havent or why Ive never heard of anyone that does. Waited my turn while the guy with the Superman shirt and crooked goatee boosted a ridiculously over priced tank. Then I asked if they stocked prebuilt Clapton style coils when I was told, and I quote, we dont cater to you drippers, thank you, have a nice day Well excuse me for rocking my single coil attys and not buying your extremely over priced products. Worst customer service of any vape shop Ive ever, ever been in. The tone of voice and look on the crooked goateeed face I cant describe the utter disrespect and belittlement!!! Ill never step foot in the same parking lot and I WILL tell all my vaper buddies to not do the same!! I mean WOW, totally uncalled for and unprofessional

The worst vape shop I have ever been in, in my entire life! I did not get the ladys name i spoke to but she was a small (shorter than average) middle-aged women (50-55ish) and she was quick to mention she was in charge and it was her sons, or husbands shop(some direct family member). Stopped to pickup a kayfun and they did not have any tanks. The only rebuildables were cheap knockoff drippers. That was the was the good part. I asked about a kayfun and got a puzzled look. She asked me to describe it and the told me nothing like that existed. I told her it certainly did, and I would continue on over to vaporcraft where the non-existant is sold.(unlike her i was not arrogant about it, but thought it was rather funny at this point) This is the first review i have ever done for pretty much anything, but she was so hostile, while seemingly knowing absolutely nothing about the business she was in during such a simple conversation I wanted to give an honest rating. When my sister came home after stopping by there the other to get a bottle of juice she was told, by the same lady they would not sell her 24mg for her protank because it would kill her. When my sister assured her she uses it all of the time and gets it from multiple places locally, including mixing our own, she was once again told that no one makes it, and 18mg was exactly the same. Give it 1 out of 10 and thats just getting a point for existing. This is the kind of place thats going to end up getting the FDA more involved in vaping (causing major taxes as well) because their ignorance is going to end up killing someone. Be very careful with this one.
