Nova is very professional and knowledgeable in the massage that she provides . I really enjoyed my the work that was done on my neck and back I feel so much better .She is definitely a people person and has such a God given talent and such a sweet soul . My massage by Nova was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. …WOW! Absolutely loved it! Along with how great it felt in general, she focused on my pain and tension spots that I so badly needed help with. She used several different techniques to target my trouble spots, assessing and informing me as she went. Her welcoming and open personality immediately put me at ease and her respectfulness while massaging was evident. Her concern for my comfort was genuine and I feel she truly has a gift for this. My chiropractor is the one who advised a deep tissue massage, and I am so thankful to have found Nova. What a hidden gem in our community!

I called Vita Nova for my disabled Veteran husband who experiences extreme chronic pain and muscle problems as his body tries to over-compensate. He had never gotten a massage because he was afraid to let anyone touch him, but I called Vita Nova and I was assured they would listen to him and what he could tolerate. I booked him an appointment and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. He came back home so happy and relieved of his additional deep tissue pain he had been experiencing for quite a while.It personally means the world to me to see the improvements that getting massages from Vita Nova has made. It has truly helped him both physically and mentally as he gets some relief from some pain.I chose Vita Nova for him because its a small locally owned business, and I hoped that he wouldnt be just another customer there in comparison to a big chain. I am so happy that he is remembered at Vita Nova and doesnt have to constantly explain his injury to a new massage therapist. He actually trusted Nova to lightly massage his injured shoulder, which absolutely shocked me. Nova might just be a miracle worker.

OMG!! I can not tell you what a piece of jello I was when Nova finished. Here’s my story. My friend gave me a 90 minute massage for Christmas. It took till June 13 for me to have time to use it, by this time I couldn’t hardly move my neck. I’m a professional driver in addition to raising 2 grandchildren under age 3 AND. Caring for my mom who’s on hospice. HANDS not just full, but over flowing. Nova started working on me and when she was done I felt like a drunk person I was so relax. I had got many massages in the past 10 yrs. Some being from Message Envy. They don’t come closed to the massage I got from Nova. You will not regret having an awesome massage with her. The place is clean it’s only you and the massage therapist. Nova has 2 other girls that come in at different times because , they only have the one table. No couples massage here.. highly recommend ❤️

Im not one who generally enjoys massage and cant stand to be touched by strangers, but this was an amazing experience. It wasnt my first massage, but it was definitely my best. I’ve had shoulder pain after my surgery. Ms Nova was able to get me in for my first ever massage. I was nervous about it being painful but she made sure I was never in any pain. It was nice to walk out of their with less pain I’ve had with physical therapy. I couldn’t rave enough about the professionalism she had and how courteous she. It takes a lot for me to be impressed when it comes to massages , even more for my husband, and we both were blown away at how amazing our massage was we both left one cloud 9 and stayed there for hours afterwards.
