I took my daughter in law to get a well deserved massage . I was a little frustrated. 1. I specifically asked if they soaked the feet in mineral water and they said yes. ( they did not ) 2 Their english is so limited they do not understand what you want. 3 I wasn’t happy with the service because it is not what I wanted. And the receptionist insisted I give a tip and put the receipt in my face to add a tip who does that? , I gave in but will not be back. The massage wasn’t bad but it was not what we wanted. You should hire someone who can interpret for you.

I’d like to share my review of service at the Palace over the last 18 months. I’ve used this location several times each month and have never been disappointed. I generally visit in off peak times at Yoyo has always provided excellent service. The rooms are always clean and private, I’ve never been rushed, the girl has always asked what type massage to give, I’ve never experienced excessive tipping pressures but let’s be honest the masseuse is like any other service provider like a hair stylist they count on a customers gratuity! Several times I was actually lucky enough to have Yoyo herself do the massage but not lately. I’ve never experienced a language barrier in fact the last two girls I met was Ruby from New York and Wi Wi from Atlanta could speak English as well as me. Yoyo has always had very skillful and courteous girls who strived to give customer satisfaction so they would return.

I got a massage here and it was to say the least…interesting. It started off as a normal massage, and was going well, but I ended up being in pain for a few days afterward. It was one of the roughest massages I have ever received. I am shy and have a problem speaking up, but if I were to go here again I would definitely tell them to be softer. Also they pulled the sheet down, and exposed my bum for a while😅. Which I had to look up on google if that was bad masseuse etiquette…it is. So be aware before going here.

Disappointed of the service I received. While receiving a pre paid massage (unaware of her name) was on her phone and did not give me the service I asked for. Initial massage she simply was rubbing on my back. Majority of my session she was on her phone instead of focusing on her job. Later, Someone walked in and held a short conversation with the lady that was with me. It would be appropriate to walk out or simply wait until the service was completed. In a establishment like this you should be considerate of your customers especially if your asking to pay ahead. I came in there wanting to relax after a enduring stressful situations over the past couple months just to leave dissatisfied.I’ve been here two other times so for have this experience is disappointing. I personally will not return but hope this business take accountability of their failures and improve their customer service.

I have some issues with my back after a surgery. I decided to walk in at Palace Massage and see if anyone was available to see me then. The lobby was well appointed and clean. I was introduced to CoCo and directed to a private room. She asked me to disrobe and make myself comfortable underneath a sheet. I have been to these places before. Some can be disorganized and dank. Palace Massage was just the opposite. The room was clean, stylish, properly lit, private and quiet. The table was comfortable, set with clean linens and most importantly the hole you put your face down in was properly sized, cushioned and open below. Being able to breathe comfortably face down and having the temperature just right is very important to making for a functional massage. Everything was spot on. Coco came in and began the massage. She started at the top and worked her way around and to the feet in a logical and professional manner. She used the correct pressure and was experienced enough that I did not have to tell her where my bad muscles were - she could feel them and tell herself. That is rare, but a real plus. I found out later she had been doing massage for ten years. Her English was passable for necessary conversation, but I like a quiet massage anyway, so I didn’t ask any questions and she remained focused on the task and worked the entire hour without distraction. Coco was the best massage person I have had in a long time. I hope she stays there long enough for me to repeat.

So today is my birthday and I wanted to unwind and get a massage… let me tell you that it was an awesome experience. My apologies for not mentioning the young lady name who service me, but she was amazing. I will definitely be going back and highlighting it as a memorable birthday gift. Thank you.

The foot massage was awesome the body massage not so much she focused on one area for way 2 long n the insistence on a tip and the amount was crazy to the point she was standing at the door to make sure I tipped I dont mind being a fetish but Im not paying you to be your fetish take that last sentence how u want to

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I came in to get a Swedish massage & the lady was snorting some sort of drug as she proceeded to inappropriately touch me. As I got up she tried to offer hot stone . Then said I needed to tip her. I told her it was awful! This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!

I got a 60 minute deep tissue massage. The lady was texting on her phone, dry rubbed my back with one hand for at least the first 20, and then when I was only going to leave a $10 tip, the lady at the register said I should tip more!!! I’m usually a good tipper but not if you don’t deserve it! Awful experience. Hate that it’s the only place close to my house.

They were the worst. Very painful. She was dry rubbing me for about 15 minutes after she had already rubbed me with the sheet on my back. She dropped hot stones on my back. I feel like that was on purpose because I kept telling her she was hurting me. I didnt ask for the stones and she didnt tell me she was getting them. I told her to stop before my hour was over. It was that bad

The therapist here are very professional, and sensitive to my needs. Normally get a massage biweekly. My expectations are never disappointed. Highly recommend them!!

Started off calling to check prices for a couples massage, an hr. Got the price and made them aware we were 10 mins away. Got there the price changed to add a card surcharge and was told we were too late for an hr massage because they close at 10pm. Surcharge for card needs to be made known before someone commits to an appt.

My massage therapist Coco was awesome and professional. Like the hot stones at the end. The session you pay is on point at no time those she leave you to attend or do other things in the Spa. Definitely recommend for any body pains.

Julia or as I call her “Doctor Julia” is amazing. Went in with lower back pain and she focused on the area getting rid of the pain. The place is very clean and professional. Highly recommend her. I will definitely return soon!!!

The first time I went the massage was awesome the 2nd time it wasnt the massage person was massaging me with a sheet over my body like she didnt want to touch my skin made me feel a type of way
