A very detailed massage, and they took extra care because my hand was injured. Got my mussels back to normal. Nice people.

Open availability, but poor massage and not a great atmosphere. The building smelled bad as soon I walked in, but I was in need of a massage so I decided to just go on ahead. The therapist answered the phone during my massage and walked out during my time to greet another customer. I paid $70 for 60mins but barely got 50mins. I also had to pay up front and as soon as I walked out I was asked for a tip, not offered a water or ask me how I was feeling...not recommended for a relaxing muscular massage.

Second place in this city where they are standing by us while adding tip and signing receipt. They need to learn that a tip is up to the customer and they can’t push it on to you or ask for more etc. Especially when their massages are not that great! My husband said the woman that massages him was nice but didn’t apply any pressure. As a worked soldier he needed a strong massage! The one I had was mute, usually they asked if you are ok or if the pressure is good or excuse themselves when they leave the room. It was not a good experience! As a previous server/bartender that depended on tips, I was good enough to not worry about the tip I was going to get.

I went to this massage parlor yesterday, and I had an awesome experience. The customer service and professionalism were excellent. The masseuse made sure to take care of my needs, make me feel comfortable, and conversated with me during my visit. She repeatedly asked if the pressure she was using was satisfactory. If I dont go back again this week, Ill be there next week!!!

I enjoyed my experience at this establishment. Communication is a little bit of a challenge as both women speak a different language, but they understand you. The massage was PERFECT!!! Hit really deep and the hot stone was hot and soothing. I will definitely be returning.

We went in for a Couples massage. I should have known when we had to pay up front that the service would not be that great. No visible sanitizer. I had to ask the masseuse to sanitize her hands upon returning to the room. Massage was not firm even after I asked for firm. The two ladies kept talking to each other which made the massage not relaxing. Stopped to take phone calls...just know that I would not return, even for a free massage, and definitely would not recommend.

My husband and I did a couple massage. WOW it was awesome...an hour didnt seem long enough. The lady worked out all the tight muscles and felt like all the stress just floated away. My husbands first message ever and now hes hooked.

Wasnt spectacular. I wont be returning. The massage lady was nice. There was spa music playing but there was a lot of background noise. Doors slamming and such which took away from what could have been a relaxing experience.

Havent had a massage in years until today. LuLu was wonderful. Very clean and professional. Will return.

Laurie gives a good strong Swedish massage whenever I need it. Highly recommend the place. Convenient location and very clean facilities.
