Be sure to make sure you get your change rude immature classless cashier gives me change rounded up? When I ask where’s my change she gives an attitude? Total trash bucket of an employee I’d be embarrassed to have her work for my company just a truly pathetic excuse for a position in customer service the owner should be proud but I suspect their one and the same .

I am usually very impressed with this company and their customer service but today I was being “helped” by Destiny. She was incredibly rude, unhelpful and made me feel as though I was being rushed out of the store. When my husband was asking questions about a menthol flavor, we were told the brand he was asking about was only sweet and they had no real “minty flavors” and ended the dialogue at that instead of suggesting a better brand. Destiny’s tone was very condescending towards us and quite rude. I am quite disappointed with my customer service today.

Looked like they were going out of business. Went in for a coil, they had zero smok brand coils/tanks and acted like I was the weird one for expecting them to carry such common products.Shelves were barren all around.I will not return.

Went in yesterday to get a replacement pen. The guy who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. I liked that he offered me both the lower cost and higher cost options explaining the pros and cons to each of them. I ended up going with the one costing a little more. I also liked that he explained the pen, it’s really awkward trying to figure a new device out that has little to no information attached.Definitely going back and highly suggest this place!

Went in on 4/7/18. The guy behind the counter was knowledgeable, no pressure and no stress. Helped me find the best setup for how I vape. Good prices too. I’ll be coming back. The location at 28th and Indian School is my go-to. They always seem to either have what I need and/or introduce me to another product or something similar. The store is always clean and organized and their staff is always attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. A definite 5 out of 5!

I have been at this store consistently for 3 months and I love this store there is a good variety of products there, I think how the store is run as well as the people is amazing everyone I’ve met there has always been really nice and welcoming. I would like to shout out Brandon for always finding me what I need and always having a conversation with me I always have fun and would 10/10 recommend this to my friends.

Website made it look like they had an awesome selection but that wasnt the case. Great for disposables, pod systems however dont expect to get an RDA setup or any advice/supplies to do a build.Guy working was chill, friendly, and as helpful as possible with what he had to work with.

Love this place. Brand new. High class image. Classy environment. Best customer service, product variety and literally the best juices in Phoenix. The owner Drew knows what hes talking about and knows what flavors I like. Great loyalty program. Place also has a pool table and ping pong table so i come in and play ping pong with Drew couple times a week. I got my setup here and havent smoked a cigarette. I love his flavors. He gave me 25% off since i spent so much on the best set up he has. Definitely recommend this place.

Good go to place for vape products. They have expanded into glass sales and other tobacco products. On rare occasion Ill get a bad suggestion. But its not the stores fault. Some items are just defective. Still my go to. Super pet friendly.

I recently patronized this establishment for the first (and second) time and I was quite impressed. Dru, the owner, was immensely patient and friendly, and I felt he guided me toward very appropriate purchases. I am still transitioning from cigarettes to vape and the quality of the rig sold to me, and the juice, is making that process more enjoyable than I expected.I would also like to thank Bryce, who was also quite helpful and professional on my second visit. I was a bit of an idiot in terms of using the equipment properly and he was quite patient and professional.The other patrons I encountered also seemed good types of people, so if you want to shop local, and are into vape, you could certainly do far worse than selecting this merchant. Very newbie friendly place, and judging by the other customers, also a good choice for those far more experienced than me.

Andrew was so helpful! He explained how my tank works. They have a huge selection of vape juice and they let you sample the flavors. I bought my son a new mod kit and I plan on coming back soon to buy myself one!

This place has changed my life! I had smoked since I was 18 years old then I happen to come across Haus of Vapors as I am a patient of their neighbor BackFit Health + Spine (who is also amazing!) I went in to check it out. As I walked in the door I was welcomed with friendly employees who answered the millions of questions I had. Andrew has a passion for what he does and it shows. Not only has he helped me kick a nasty, horrible habit but I have saved so much money from being cigarette free for 6 months now! Thank you Haus of Vapors!

They have consistently hooked me up with the best advice, gear, and juice. Also listened to my needs and provided flavors I’ve wanted to try. That says everything to me. Keep up the fine work!!!

I love to vape, matter fact its all about the juices. This store has them both. Personally I believe this is the flagship stores of all vapors in Arizona hemisphere. I am now converting myself into a daily regular at this store. Feels like a barbershop hangout atmosphere. Just love it. You can watch Sportcenter non stop on that 70 inch screen.

Nice hang out spot very high class looking cheap prices quality juice and so much variety hardware. Tvs everywhere with a pool table and ping pong table, but mainly a legit juice bar. Lived in the East Valley and loyal to another shop for years - so blue over being so far & missing my favorite juice Cocoroon, was ordering on line and payinh an EXTRA $8 shipping to my new place in Phoenix when I moved three months ago. Took a chance on HoV when I saw an online photo of their menu and a delicious-sounding flavor that I had never seen anywhere caught my eye! First time in - set me up for points & hooked me up with a juice-deal that had just expired since I was new there. Next time I went in looking to purchase a new mod & tank and hooked me up again w/a killer deal on the new Valyrian tank and a close-out mod!!! Now they are likely going to discontinue my now-fave-juice & Drew said let him know when Im low & hell order it for me!!! Serious!! Im a little blue that the shop had been so loyal to, ordering and shipping to me, never went out of there way like that! Way to make a stand for great small-business customer service HoV!

Well first i want to say that it is a pleasure to do business with a man that knows how to do business, and every one of his staff that me and my wife have had the pleasure to meet have been top notch, and filled with knowledge in every aspect of the art and joy of vaping. over a year ago both me and my wife, both chronic smokers for many years decided to start vaping and quit smoking, i will have to say it worked, but not without a lot of wasted expense and frustration as we adopted another local shop which will remain un named. we will refer to it as the (over priced -under educated standard vape store ) filled with big headed ego asses. of course that pushed us to try at least 20 other shops eventually forcing us to resort to online ordering, taking the fun out of for the most part, but it did serve its purpose and we both remain cigarette free. Vaping has become a hobby for us, we spend a lot of money, my wife is spoiled. I Am an older guy with a young very pretty wife and it wasnt until a week ago i stumbled into the Haus of Vapors, where we were greeted by drew which turned out to be the owner of this fantastic shop, i dropped a lousy 20 dollars and was treated like family from that moment on, to spite my old ass being out dated i feel like we are right at home there. since then i have spent several hundred more and will look no further this place is amazing, and i would recommend it to every one, i swear if you try it once you wont go any where else . And on top of that, i have since the beginning had to mix my own flavors to get something i really liked, so far drew has turned me on to 2 different ones that are straight fire right out of the bottle, keep on doing it they way you are your the bestbest regardsShawn Haviland

First time visiting and it has been the best first experience at a local vape shop, the attendant was very helpful and she went out of her way to make sure i was all set before i left the location.

I tried some of the alternative Juul pods and besides being cute, the blonde girl there knows a lot about vaping, mods, etc. My favorite juice blows through coils in days and she recommended trying a coil rated for a lower wattage since you can not adjust it on the one I was using and it definitely seems to be helping.

They usually have pretty good service but lately i’ve noticed that they completely close and lock up the shop way before closing time which 10 during week days so if company changed the store hours they need to update their posted hours rather than leaving it and having people show up before it says they’re closed only to end up having wasted their time.

Very professional managers and staff, treated like a valued customer due to knowledge of products and services. This will be where I come for vamping needs from now on. Youll enjoy the atmosphere as well 👍🏽
