I had a facial today by Julia. It was excellent, good pressure, easily explained things to me about what she was going to do. Afterward, she talked me through products, very knowledgeable. Thank you so much, I feel great!

I called on Saturday to freeze my membership due to some financial struggles, I was told on Saturday the charge would be dropped. On Sunday I was charged for the membership fee despite telling them that I needed to not pay for this month. I was told that I needed to pay for the charge to be back in good standing. Do not pay for this service, despite numerous attempts to communicate they have chosen to ignore me at every turn. I am canceling my membership and I advice everyone to do the same.

Very unprofessional. You find you perfect therapist and poof gone. Had a session with another for 3 weeks then 4 days before “he changed his hours and cannot honor the appointment.” Please do not ever sign up for their membership, it’s the laughing stock of massage community!

Sometimes it can be difficult getting an appointment due to full schedules. Staff are great at making you feel comfortable and relaxed. They tend to what you want/need the most. My therapist does a terrific job on massaging my back and working with me on my problem area.

This location messed up on scheduling 3 times, and I joined not even 3 months ago. What is the deal with management here? I love the Massage Envy experience but I think I may have to find another. THIS IS MY SECOND BAD REVIEW OF MT. LEBANON MASSAGE ENVY. THEY CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT FOUR TIMES. NOW THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND KEEP CHARGING ME UNLESS I SIGN A PAPER SAYING I DONT GET MY MONEY BACK!! COMPLETE RIP OFF AND A RUDE MANAGER!!

My husband had a 90 minute massage at the Pittsburgh, Mt Lebanon Uptown Massage Envy with a therapist who was covid positive on her test the next day. I found out that she cancelled my sister n laws massage the next day because she was sick and having a covid test. Evidently she was living with a covid positive person and still made the choice to continue to treat clients, knowing she was exposed. Adding to that, she knew my husband was scheduled for surgery the next day and still said nothing. No one called, ever, then when I called was told they are not required to do contact tracing. Not hard to trace a repeat client whose phone number is readily available. I requested a refund, but was told no. Now we are quarantining to protect our grandchildren. Cancelled our contracts, lost $1700 in massages paid for when they were closed (another rip off). This place is not advisable. And never sign a contract.

Booked a one hour massage along with a 10 minute add-on. Problem areas were pain in my lower back and legs from a prior back surgery. First, I was the last appointment of the day, so I had to pay and tip prior to the massage. Then, I sat in a waiting area until 5:20 for a 5:00 appointment. Finally get in back, and she does my upper back and shoulders, nothing else, and ends it at 6:00. I dont understand why I paid for a one hour massage and only got 30 minutes, and she never even got to my lower back and legs. I guess wanting to leave at 6 is an acceptable reason to rip someone off and give them less than what they paid for. And, Id be damned if Id have given the $30 tip that I had to give beforehand for that poor excuse for a massage. On the bright side, the receptionist was very friendly.

I had my first experience with a Massage Envy today. I didn’t know they are not full-service day spas without locker rooms, robes and slippers. You change in the massage room and sit in the relaxation room in your street clothes. The oil seemed thin and not very fragrant. But besides those issues, the experience was relaxing and very nice. My masseuse India was very good and the front desk staff very friendly. It’s a different experience than a typical day spa massage which is fine if you know what to expect.

I had a terrific experience here. Charlotte was very helpful in answering all my questions and finding the perfect therapist (Alonzo). The next day I was welcomed by another very friendly (owner?) person. Who again assisted me in answering my questions. I have already booked my next massage and already feel my pain subsiding. I don’t know what happened a few years ago but they have definitely listened to the clients and corrected those deficiencies. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This place is very unprofessional. I called and got a massage for my fiancé for her birthday, upon giving her the gift she decided to call and get one for me too. On the day of, they called when we were eating lunch before heading there and said we missed the first appointment. I heard the whole conversation yesterday and we were scheduled with a Sarah and Derek together. The lady on the phone was so rude I can’t believe she has a job. She argued with my fiancé that she said 1 o’clock and would not admit that’s not what happened because she made an error. She hung up on her twice and that’s when I called back. She tried to say she’d never hang up on a customer, but it was again on speaker phone and I heard it both times she hung up!! She continued to talk over me, until I had to ask her to let me talk. Our massages ended up being cancelled because my fiancé was not going to get the care massage envy usually provides at other locations. This lady should not have a job and furthermore everyone should stay away from this location

My first massage here. Very nice atmosphere, girl that gave me a massage did it perfectly and I felt very relaxed and refreshed. With it being my first time they had me fill out info about my preferences and it was nice doing it on an iPad, especially with my horrible handwriting. The masseuse was friendly, asked about where I was aching and needed massgaed, was gentle and very good.

This place is HORRIBLE. I wish I could give 0 stars. My husband who has cancer, and is currently on chemo, has been coming here for 4 months to get massages. He has a membership. He has been on chemo since he started getting massages here. He showed up yesterday for his monthly massage, only for the woman to refuse to massage him because he is on chemo. Not actively. Hes been off of his last round for a couple weeks now. She gave him some ridiculous reason of chemo seeping from him and transferring onto her. #1. That is not how that works. #2. How dare you make my husband leave work to come to an appointment only for you to tell him youre not going to massage him because he has cancer. You have GOT to be kidding me. Did you not check his file when scheduling? She tried to tell him only one person there will massage people taking chemo, and gave him the name. SOOOO weird. The name she gave him was not the name of the woman who has BEEN MASSAGING HIM FOR 3 MONTHS! And even if there was some kind of policy why did he get sold a membership with this all being know up front, and his appointment scheduled with all of this in his chart? You dont check a chart before you schedule a patients massage? You make them show up at their scheduled time and then refuse them? WOW.He is obviously going through a lot, and he came to do the one relaxing thing he does a month. And you refused him. You should be ashamed. I will be spreading the word.

I have been getting massages for years and have been never unhappy until I tried this place, massage therapist was nothing but miserable and mean. When I complained about it, the manager didnt seem too concerned about it beings its been over 2 week and he still hasnt done anything, so I had to take it to corporate. Nothing but terrible massage therapists and an even worse manager, I wouldnt suggest going there.

I am a member in Arizona and pay $59 four one hour massage. I gave a friend an hour massage as a treat and was charged $95 for one hour. Idid this before in Colorado for my friend and was charged $59. I will not be treating anymore at this location at that price. Also, my friend will not be getting a membership either.

Wasn’t bad at all. Facilities were very clean and classy which is a plus. Derek did a great job. However, I am spoiled by my regular masseuse😂

I have been going to this location since I moved to the area in 2017 and I love it here! Other than a couple of instances, I have had nothing but a pleasurable experience each time I go there. Staff is very wonderful and they really take care of their customers if there is any issue.

Extremely friendly staff. Calm quiet and clean atmosphere. Excellent communication with therapist. Very welcoming and accommodating. Will be going back.

Try to go there once a month. Everyone that works there is very nice. Great massage. Very clean place! I would recommend a couples massage and then out to a restaurant afterwards in the area!

I got to purchase a gift card for my friend and was so warmly welcomed 🤗 I got all of my questions answered in regards to services and now I’m thinking to become a member of Massage Envy!

Fabulous. Really! One of the best massages I ever had. Fantastic. The only down side is it is a little pricey. Will go back

The staff is great. The building is very clean. If you cant street park there are many parking lots nearby
