My encounter with the woman working here might have been the worst encounter with an employee in a retail environment. The level in which she was rude, condescending, and snark was completely despicable.I honestly feel bad for the owner of this company if he or she is not aware of this behavior because someone like her is a sure fire way to deteriorate a company and it’s reputation.I would take my business elsewhere.

I went in to buy a pen and happened to be on the phone while browsing. There was one customer there with her dog and the employee. As I was browsing the employee called across the store to me and said I was being really loud on the phone and could I hang up or leave because he couldnt hear and have a conversation. I didnt think I was being very loud but he had asked nicely I would have tried to be quieter but it was rude to call across the store and tell me to leave. I left without buying anything and wont be back.

Decent prices. The staff work with you. Bring back the GLAZED DONUT flavor.I wrote the above a long time ago. Guess what? They⁶ never brought back GLAZED DONUT after several requests. I now shop at the Cloud House. They carry my brand there.

GWC is the only vape shop I go to. I used to live in Squirrel Hill but now I drive in from Monroeville because you cant find better prices or better selection anywhere else. The skinny white guy behind the counter is fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. Dont go anywhere else, you wont regret it.

The guy is very knowledgeable about each product. He does not pressure one to get a specific type of vapor and etc. He also will not allow one leave without making sure the vapor works. This is my go-to place.

One of the best vapes shops in town! I’m not great with names or faces, but (the owner?) was extremely knowledgeable and actually cared to explain to me why he made his recommendations as he did! Would go back 6/5 stars

When I saw it was opened until 11 I was shocked because most close early. I needed a tank fixed and I went to see if it was able to be fixed. Didn’t seem helpful at first but they didn’t stop working on it until it was fixed! I was so happy! I ended up buying a juice as well that I’ve falling in love with. I went back today and picked up a different flavor and I’m in love with that one as well. This will definitely be my go to spot because it’s close to my work and by pink box bakery!

Incredibly friendly staff. I had several questions that were answered. Im a totally newbie to the product so when I had some issues at home I simply came back and explained my problem with the device. I was given another product (free!) because the owner thought it would better suit my needs. Cool dudes. Very level headed. No question is too stupid or simple. Made me feel welcome. All this friendliness and I failed to even save my original receipt (which i dont recommend).

If you are looking to start using Vapes, and want the best price as well as receiving answers and advice for the best one to use, then look no more. Moe, the owner/manager will provide the best information ever as well as excellent prices. I had looked into other stores in the area and they were all over priced. I was shocked to find how much I had previously overpaid. The store is conveniently located in Squirrel Hill and street parking is available very conveniently located. Moe is the best. Very personable and knowledgable. You can tell right away he is honest and has done his research. He wont steer you wrong. And whats great is he never pressures you to buy anything. I am extremely happy and will be a repeat customer.

Seller did not tell us about the refund policy- even if the vape doesn’t work, they don’t give any refund. scam.

Ive been to a few different vape shops, and hands down this place is the best! I walked in with a ton of issues, and questions.. and the service there was impeccable! Not only did he answer my questions, but helped me to get what was best for me.. and didnt just try to sell me stuff.. he also was extremely patient and helpful.. I will definitely be back for ALL of my vaping products, best customer service Ive expected in years

Poe is the man. he got me all set up and helped me out with finding the exact mod that’s right for me. The shop carries great products and are there to help you every step of the way. They’re all super helpful and very nice. GWC is the best shop i’ve been to.

Poor sales man. But good heart .gave me a discount. Much appreciated. But I wish you would have tried to upsell me. You didnt show me any juices to try and entice me to buy them.my friend made a comment of how he needed to buy a new vape and you didnt even try to get him to buy one of your products even slightly. All in all I like the products you sell. Very nice. The staff is somewhat knowledgeable of the products. But in sales its like a lack of care or something . But very nice shop. Okay prices .and ALOT of product to choose from .SO HAPPY YOU ARE OPEN TO 11 ON A SUNDAY TOO !!!

The staff is polite and knowledgeable about their products... They especially treat their regulars wonderfully! Really good prices on what i buy and worth the prices! Good hours too!

Charged me $25 for a bottle of ejuice marked $20 on the shelf, and refused to honor the price as listed. I even asked the clerk if they were $20 before selecting it. Pretty sure that is illegal. Long time customer, but never going back.

I came back to talk to Mike about what happened. He help me out with my mod and picking some ejuice. Im happy that you guys are active in helping out customers, and dealing with problems. This is the best vape shop Ive been in. You guys have been so helpful to me, also you got biggest selections of ejuice in Pittsburgh, and the best prices too.

Wow great experience here this evening. Mike helped us out, he had extensive knowledge about multiple different products and helped us pick out several products. Ill be coming back for sure!

This was my first time coming In to get a complete vape set up. Mike helped me out a lot was very professional and gave me great advice. They were very helpful and friendly. I cant wait to come back and get some new flavors. Thanks GWC

What a terrible place. I have visited two times now, and both visits were awful. My first visit, I stopped in to buy Kanger subohm coils (black-banded). The middle eastern employee with vitiligo had no idea what I was talking about and proceeded to open all of the dusty boxes of coils in the glass case and look through them. Eventually, he sold me *fake* Kanger coils with gray bands which were not only fake garbage but ridiculously overpriced.My second visit, I thought Id stop by (against my better judgement) and pick up a bottle of juice. They cant ruin that, right? I told the associate, this time an unfriendly young asian man, what I wanted. He immediately bagged the bottled, and I paid. When I walked out of the store and attempted to fill my tank, I noticed the seal on the bottle was already opened. I walked back into the store to confront the associate, but he refused to do anything about it, accusing me of opening it myself. Never again.Walk a block down the street to Steel City Vapors. Its a much cleaner store, with a great selection, has better prices, and Ive never had any of this trouble there.

Great place. I manage a smoke shop in the city myself..and unless youre in the Brentwood area (ahem...) Go check them out. Knowledgeable staff, decent prices. Amazing hours. They stay open late. Quit reading and go.

This is Vape related review only, cant say anything glass side. Have to say prices are a bit obscene compared to other stores in the Pittsburgh region, and down right theft compared to online prices. Prices on most accessories are around double what they are in other established vape shops in the burgh. Also expect to pay a good bit more on mods and tanks/decks. Consider going to another shop, be like a 50% sale!P.S. HAH, the amount of fake reviews on google for them is also quite amusing. Even one review by GWC Vape Shop.

This vape shop I like more than any other in squirrel Hill which says something because there are several vape shops in squirrel. They have a friendly staff and are usually not busy at all Im take the time out to actually help find what youre looking for or need unlike squirrel Hill newsstand who just wants your money and for you to get in and out

One of the best vape shops I have been to, and I travel all over the country. They have a very nice juice selection. Simone wasvery friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning.

Lazy! Never closes when they say! It says Open till 10 PM, but closes at 8:22 PM. They never answer the phone. They have an Asian guy who works there who knows nothing about Vape!!! They also sell juices with the seal broken! Smoke alternative down the street is way better. I if GWC with a little bit passionate about vape, they would have been all right. There are too many good shops in Pittsburgh that have a lot to offer. If you rated them more than two stars, then you have not been to the other shops!!!!! For a brick and mortar shop, you guys suck! I would rather go online then shop there! And the owner is a gay basher!

Horrible experience staff wasnt knowledgeable at all coils are exspensive and when i asked for the coils they didnt even know what coils to give me even when i was telling them what ones i wanted and needed.. Ill never go there again. P.S. Not to mention the partying that was going on while im trying to give my business this was very rude and inconsiderate.. The guy says oh are you here for that fire juice i just laughed because selection wasnt great and insanely exspensive

Moe the manager helped set me up with my first pen for cbd to help manage some chronic pain. GWC has a very knowledgeable staff that lives to help their customers.

Bought a vape here as a first timer, they gave me a box without the vape in it, had to drive all the way in traffic back to get the actual vape I paid for. Salesperson was very unknowledgeable & unhelpful in general.

Everything you can want, need and more. Knowledgeable staff . Decent stock and prices.

Limited vape selection and an entire premium section that didnt go down to 3mg. Sad, would have bought a couple bottles. Otherwise there seemed to be more smoking products, bowls and such. Not what I expect a place called a vape shop to have.

Rip Off Alert!!! They are rather over priced, like double or more of most other shops. Save your self a rather large amount of money, and walk down to Steel City Vapors. Not sure how this place stays open with so many other great choices in the area for vape needs. If you really want to save money, order off the internet. If you want to buy in a store after having your hands on the items go ANYWHERE but here... seriously just walk like 2 blocks down Murray Ave to Steel City Vapors, or go out to Vapor Shark, or any other vape shop in the area.
