First time here, but Im just visiting on vacation. I had a minor dilemma of my mod not working (bought elsewhere). The staff is friendly and well informed of their products. I didnt have any problems in getting a new mod. Many different options, but exceptional customer service!

Went in for my first cart pen and the guy working Wednesday 7/27 walked me through my options and recommended the lower cost one based on my use and needs. Always nice to see honest businesses that dont try to push the more expensive products

I give 5 stars for Brendan alone. If youre thinking about vaping and dont know what to get or where to go, you go see Brendan at GGV. If youre a long time vape god, you still go see Brendan. He will break everything down for you in a way you can understand.they have a great selection there and I recommended everyone to go into the store before shopping online. Reason being is because the website is bland and there isnt much support. If it werent for. Brendan I would be going somewhere else.I ordered online, and I have to say I as not impressed, 5 days to get from PA to NJ? The online store doesnt stand out to me and it lacks confidence. The customer service didnt help at all and I feel that companies should try and make new customers feel at home right away. Im a loyal consumer and I stick with brands and companies that take care of their customers instead of looking at me like Im just another number. Im not entitled. But Im a firmBeliever in 1st impressions. The customer service failed to accommodate me in any way. This is a great place to visit if youre into vaping. The staff was helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I had a product that didnt work took it back and it was replaced without issue. Great customer service, great place to go if your just starting out or an experienced vaper. 5 stars

Went to the North Plainfield location yesterday for the first time and it was an amazing experience! They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I had tried another vape shop and it was a very intimadating and unwelcoming atmosphere. Good Guy Vapes is the total opposite! This will be my go to place to shop and I dont know why anybody would go anyplace else!!!

Excellent selection of products. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The prices are competitive with what you can find online, which is impressive for a brick and mortar vape shop. The whole entire store is clean and they even have a water cooler, something many stores have yet to adopt. Theyve had my business for close to two years now and as someone who almost exclusively shops online, their prices and friendliness is what keeps me coming back to this great local shop.
