If I could give a million stars I would. I’ve been coming here ever since I moved to the area in 2020 during Covid etc, found this place and Mike is an absolutely gem. In the past few months I’ve encountered some health problems and I’ve lost a drastic amount of weight and no matter what he makes me feel so so comfortable, and listens to my needs when I let him know which areas to massage.. worth every since penny!!! I feel that he is genuinely trying to help me distress, relax and get my tension on my body aches out. He doesn’t rush me and with my insomnia body aches migraines feet problems etc I always leave here feeling rejuvenated. I can text for appts and he’ll always be available. If I could give ZERO starts then I will. Do not book here if you desire to feel comfortable, and relaxed. Don’t believe the other reviews because I personally know there lies. Nothing today about my couples massages was good. The ladies treated us like we were a joke. While getting body massages we had to asked several times for them to not massage so hard like 3 times. I continue to jump because it hurted so bad. Also, let’s not forget the fact when you tell them like what we did they continued. They will laugh and not apologize as if they’re trying to do it. Then I got burnt by the hot stones after telling her it was to hot- she processed to continued to try to proceed and laughed. The massage was so painful I left with bruises on my back..I’ve never gotten a massage that made me hurt with ache afterwards. I won’t be back funny part I was trying a new place. It’s a reason they’re running specials and empty. Lastly, when its time to pay I’m a great tipping even if services is bad I just won’t go back. We paid and tipped $10 on card and was tipping $20 on cash.. they seen we tipped $10 they said out loud very clear $10 and said it again $10 I tried to ignore because I knew $20 in cash would be given also. The ladies had to nerves to start talking in there native language and it caused nothing lady to get up and look at the screen. Discrimination at its finest… PLEASE DON’T BOOK HERE NO MATTER WHAT SPECIALS THEY MAY HAVE AND DON’T BELIEVE THE OTHER REVIEWS. SAVE GOUR MONEY AND TIME..

I went on Mother’s Day and waited 15 minutes beyond my scheduled time. I was given someone who could not communicate and was filling in time. I feel there should be upfront communication about timing and the therapist. Annie came later and was good. I am a little disappointed with the overall experience.

Good experience getting a couples massage. Rooms were clean and we were pleased with the level of care and service. Loved that the ladies checked in to make sure they werent being too rough throughout the massage. Hot stones felt great and we came out feeling relaxed. We will definitely be coming back. Prices are also reasonable.

I’ll give it two stars because the massage was good. Everything was nice, until the moment we were about to leave. I walked in tense and walked out tense! For my people with social anxiety, please beware and just walk to the counter to tip to avoid your anxiety shakes and sweats. I was walking to the guy and then he said thank you, so I assumed it was like a “thank you bye bye” so I got awkward and walked half out the door then he stopped my husband and I and said “tip?” I said sorry? He said “tip???” I said “oh yes sure” so I put $10. He scoffed and said “$10?? For both??” My anxiety went through the roof!! Mind you, there were 2? Or three? People sitting down waiting, too. I got very sweaty and my anxiety was bad :( so I put $20. He still didn’t like it.. but that’s what I have. I bought it off groupon to have an affordable date night with my husband. It was his first time going to a masseuse. I paid $130, but later found out it would’ve been cheaper if I bought it in person for $110. Everyone was lovely in the beginning but please be considerate of the people with anxiety. You could’ve at least asked me when the massage was finished. Not in front of people while I was walking out and making me walk back in :( I felt so embarrassed and got shaky. That was not okay…if it weren’t for that, this would’ve been 5 Stars.

First thing they are low on staff. My massager was taking the calls continuously and going out on and off during the massage session. It wasted almost 15mins of my massage time and still she ended the massage after 60mins. At least she should have made those extra 15mins more.Second thing …they charge $3 extra for paying with credit card.Third thing …she was really really rude. I asked her for water and she told me to take from the fridge. How rude is that. They cannot handover one water bottle to the customers.

I’ve been coming here for a while now I’ve spent $600+ with them . they even give you a little stamp card for everytime you come . Buy 10 sessions and they told me I’d get 40$ off yet tried arguing with me telling it’s only $10 off . So you’re saying spend $600 to get $10 off is so absurd to me but anywho I walked in to this place yesterday wanting a massage for two. (I always walk in , it’s rare that I call) the guy up front was acting like he couldn’t help me than was like we’re busy right now you should give a call so I asked if there’s a time he can get me tonight and then he goes to the back for a quick second comes back out and says they’re busy for the whole night . So I was like that’s weird because there has been times where I was getting a massage myself and the masseuse literally stops in the middle of my massage (no matter how many customers come in) to go outside and help customers at the desk which is very unprofessional. Anyway I end up leaving but I wanted to be petty so I gave them a call once I walked out the place and I asked if there was any availability today and the same guy who told me they were busy for the whole night told me YES there is for 9 o’clock and that was very weird considering not even 10 minutes ago you told me y’all were booked the whole night . So the guy straight up LIED to me which I find very errors and rude considering I’ve been a loyal customer . I won’t be coming back for this very reason even though y’all have me many reasons not to be back I still have it a couple chances . Next time don’t say y’all are busy and then when I call y’all aren’t. Oh and ALSO everytime I’m getting ready to pay for these massages I’m getting . The workers are always asking for tip . I am going to tip anyway but it’s strange to me that you’re asking for tips . I had this incident where I payed with cash once and the lady was going to keep my change holding on to it then said “tip” I was like I’m going to tip you , can I have my change back . Massages should relax you and made you feel better. I am in almost crippling pain from the one I received today. Mo intro-“I’m such and such and I will be your ‘therapist’ today.”No warming the muscles before diving in brutally. Even asked “therapist” to go easier and then to stop. She did not. Even kept up-selling my time. I have had many massages in my life but none that left my butt fully exposed with the door cracked open. Felt violated. There is a proper way to massage-they do not do it.Very unhappy and overcharged. I do NOT recommend them at all. Find a trained, licensed place. Side note: no paperwork was ever presented to fill out noting your needs or health background. Run-do not walk- if you able after one of their massages-away! I would have not paid/ask for a refund if I could.

The massage wasn’t relaxing at all the good part is the hot stones they put on your back. I paid for the couple massage 50 mins they told me that it was gonna be a 100, the thing is when I was asking for prices they never told me that the tip was gonna be mandatory and let me tell you, they put CRAZY PERCENTAGES (of course I had customized) from 35% to 50% it was super awkward I tried to put 10 dollars and they were like FOR TWO PEOPLE?? That’s it?? Put more!! And I had to leave 20 dollars tip . It wasn’t pleasant at all my husband’s body and mine are all sore they are harsh using their elbows. Not relaxing at all I will never be coming back

Well.. I had an appointment today. Was the last customer and was not given a choice of the massages and felt rushed.I thought there was a menu to choose from?I was asked to undress and lay under two blankets for the massage.I had gotten under two blankets, but I was mortified when I realized (after the massage) that the top blanket was removed during the massage. And the blanket underneath was a completely sheer, see-through sheet.I felt really uncomfortable and rather violated.I paid with Apple Pay. The screen on their tablet had 35% as the lowest suggested amount of tip! 35%!!!Not going back.

Spontaneous thing to do. So glad my cousin and I did this. We bought the essential oil and hot stone message. I have never done this before. Annie was great. She broke down the knots and the stones oh my..they were hot but in a good way. What a great way to start my vacation. If you have long hair make sure to have ponytail hold...lol

For my first trip to Texas, I’m glad I made this stop. I found out about this establishment through Groupon but I decided to book via phone instead. I visited on January 28th with my boyfriend & we enjoyed the 1hr couple’s massage with oil and hot stones. My boyfriend and I enjoyed it so much we almost fell asleep. I’ll be back if I ever return to Texas. We gladly tipped 35% because the experience was unforgettable! 💜

Purchased a Groupon for a couples massage. Website says they are open until 10:00. Nowhere on Groupon did it say that I must redeem it for a morning appointment. I work until 3:00 Fridays and Saturdays, and was really hoping for a nice massage after work. Had to contact customer service to cancel my Groupon because the woman on the phone kept saying I had to come in at 11 or 12. Ive had a rough past few weeks, and was wanting to do this as a treat to myself. Instead, now more stressed than before

We have become regulars at Stone. Once we even went two times in one week! That was something new for us. We do couples massage as a date night idea. Annie worked on me tonight after I played 6 rounds of golf in 4 days. I was so beat up. I asked for 90 minutes and Annie made the most of our time. I feel restored and my dead legs have life again! Hot stones relaxed my lower back and tight shoulders. We can’t recommend them highly enough!!

Terrible experience. My back is swollen and has welts on it from how hard the guy “massaged” my back. The guy didn’t know how to massage, there was no technique. I’m still in pain days after the massage. The massage therapist (if that’s what you want to call him) was very handsy. Kept lifting up the sheet to look underneath. Then therapist was trying to bring a stones to use on me and hit me in the face with one. Needless to say, I get massages regularly and never have been left to feel I was violated. Then to ask for tips is very unprofessional.I didn’t want to tip the guy considering the horrible service, but I felt I was pressured into tipping him. Plus he was standing close by to see if I would tip him. Never again.

The staff is really friendly and nice and the massages arent overpriced so even I can come in about one a month to get some peace and quiet as well as relief from the tension around my mild scoliosis. Great massage -it was $30 for 30 minutes and that was perfect. The problem was when I went to pay, the tip amounts were 35%, 50% and something else high. I decided to just do the 35% but realized later that they had charged me 75% gratuity! So I paid $54 for a $30 massage. Communication was impossible so I’m chalking it up to a lesson learned. I was rushing and didn’t look closely. But still, that’s really shady behavior.

Came for a couples massage full body massage. They were amazing I got a male massage therapist I believe he did a Thai massage on me but I could be mistaken. IT WAS AMAZING felt great the next day other than my back being sore a little but you know you’ve gotten a great massage when your a little sore the next day. Will highly recommend this place. ‼️!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!‼️Before today I always opted for female therapist solely for protective reasons.Today I made the mistake of not making that clear.The therapist walked into the room and didn’t even bother to introduce themselves.I figured my therapist was a woman.The therapist had been a bit handsy over my glutes but I thought little of it, reminding myself it’s a female therapist.It wasn’t until 30-40 minutes into the massage that I heard the therapist ask about pressure and I realized it was a man.It bothered me a bit. But I was already half-way through and I was there for relaxation so I tried to do that.More than THREE times he got way too handsy. He left my bottom halfway uncovered multiple times throughout the service.And at some point lifted the cover up so highly I feared my vgl area was showing.I was not going to say anything at all as I thought I was overreacting or overthinking.But thinking about it hours later, I can’t believe I had to pay $70.00 to be violated in this manner.A legit service will not have you feeling in this manner. This is ridiculous. Plano PD should be involved.‼️!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!‼️

Initally when I arrived and told the receptionist that I had a Groupon she automatically rolled her eyes. Staff was VERY rude and at the end they asked for a tip without giving us the chance to even pullout our wallets then suggested that what we gave was not enough. Very unprofessional. Would not ever go back. Went in for a couples massage and both my partner and I agreed that the massage was too rough.

Would like to bring to the attention of the staff that there is a staff member of theirs who made a patron and close friend of mine uncomfortable. The staff member got handsy and has caused emotional distress to this individual, and this needs to be dealt with. Totally unacceptable behavior. Please vet your employees thoroughly; my friend is so uncomfortable she is unable speak up how she would like to in the social climate we are in. I know you all have 4+ stars on here but please do not overlook this event. Protect your customers.

We got a couples massage from here & it started out good but sadly it was not relaxing at all. The lady massaging me left the room like 4 times in the middle of my massage every time a phone rang or the door rang & the door was left cracked open plenty. I asked for deep tissue due to my tense muscles & knots & it was so intense that I asked her 3 times to cut back on pressure. I get a deep tissue every month & its a healthy hard pressure & never gotten one where I had to say over & over as I felt like I was choking. I was still happy I got it until I came home & saw a red nasty looking bug bite. Turns out it was a pretty nasty spider bite from the bed there. I also noticed a bulge on my neck two days later & my doc confirmed it was a hematoma from the trauma from massage. Still recovering from it. Maybe we just got someone new or different but we sure will not be going back

My wife and I do the couples massage here and its always relaxing and they do a great job. Pressure is good and they make you feel at home.

Very good massages, at reasonable pricing. Have done both walk in and call ahead. Owner is very nice and accommodating, and everyone is very friendly. Highly recommended!
