This is more of a lounge than a wine bar, and thats fine by me. The decor in this place is loud to the point of being funny. Maybe the same way that pugs are cute? Opinions will vary on that point, BUT Sue was cool, and the food was good.. The shrimp cocktail was delicious, and the charcuterie board (small) was absolutely insane. This was a great spot to hang out.

Cool vibe - the bartender is fabulous. They have diff events each night. It’s not only coffee spot but a lounge as well.Can’t wait to check it out for HH

Cute decor but the music was putting me to sleep at 6:30pm on a Saturday night. They said it was 80’s & 90’s mix but majority were slow songs and reminded me of my parents. It wouldn’t hurt to bring the music into the 2000’s at a minimum. DJ showed up at 8:30pm and made it a little better. We actually didn’t plan on being there for 2 hours but had to remind our server about drinks we ordered and the food order was wrong, so the wait time was annoying. We dine out a lot so we gave them grace. I must agree with the other comments that this place is odd. Great location and friendly staff but something is missing here.

We went on a Friday night, DJ was playing good music. Service was great and friendly. The drinks were good, nothing special, range between $13-$15. Food was ok, nothing special. This place is fairly small, once it’s packed I can see a long wait. I saw about 15 tables, 2 bar with many seating. Overall, it’s a cool place! It has a night club vibe but it’s located below apartments complex. No dress code.

Had a great experience! the staff were very personable. we went at 6pm on a Thursday and it was pretty empty and we liked that. i asked for a drink with barbie attributes and they DELIVERED! the food was great as well. the spinach dip specifically smacked. we also happened to come on a thursday which is the day where drinks are half off!

I found this place when looking for a nice lounge to celebrate my friends birthday. I wanted to find a place with a laid-back vibe, nice cocktails and menu as well as good music and this place absolutely fit the bill. I came as soon as they opened to enjoy happy hour and while there were plenty of people at the bar, the seating area was pretty empty so the host allowed me to pick my seat. As eccentric as some of the chairs looked they ended up being SUPER comfortable. The also have an outside patio with tons of seating and its own bar. I would have loved to sit out there, but it was one of our 100 degree summer days so that is going to have to wait for next time.I got there before my friend and told our server, Dominick, what we were celebrating. He asked her name and as soon as my friend arrived our server gave her a personal Happy Birthday greeting. Our first round of drinks was It Is What It Is and Paper Plane. We enjoyed them both, but my friend was looking for something particular and after asking our server a few questions about their liquor options, the bartender, Jesse, came out and sat at our table to figure out what we were looking for. After describing different things, the bartender went back and made something special for us. It was AMAZING and we named it the Badass. Its not on the menu yet, but if you ask for it he will hook you up. Its rum based and a nice balance of sweet and strong with a fruity flavor. We ordered more than one - obviously...lol. We also got the charcuterie board which was perfect and they even allowed us to pack up the leftovers to take home which was extremely surprising. We didnt stay long enough for the live music to start but Ill be back to enjoy that one day soon. Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent service, atmosphere, food and drinks.

LOVE the vibes!! I was there yesterday afternoon from like maybe 11-3:30 having drinks & chillin’. I had seen it on my way to a consultation on the other side of the plaza & loved all the bright colors. The entire experience was incredible. Super friendly staff & delicious drinks! Def wanna go back again to check out the food & the later night club vibes. 🦜🍹🌴 (I think I had 5 - don’t judge me, it was over 4 hours & I had lots of water! - quality cocktails & my bill was about $60. Excellent value for the experience.)

We had one hour to kill before a movie and decided to have some drinks at FIZZ.It was raining dogs and cats. With staffs help to lend us an umbrella, we were able to unload our wheelchair to get inside without getting rained on. Thank you!We ordered two rounds of drinks while enjoying the fun atmosphere. Adored their colorful decor and neon ambient lighting.Our server Bonnie was cordial and service efficient. Her genuine smile was contiguous, made us feel welcome and relaxed.Will definitely return to try their food. Highly recommend.

This is a great new bar that serves champagne, wine and craft cocktails along with small bites plates and shareables. Great ambience and a fantastic patio! Order the hearts of romaine appetizer! If you have drinks before going to watch a movie they will drop you off at the theater in their convenient street legal golf cart transport. Try it, You know youll like it!

Coffee bar by morning, cocktail lounge by night! Amazing covered patio, food options, and large selection of wines and champagne 🍾 Will be a repeat customer for sure. The bartenders were knowledgeable and friendly. We tried the charcuterie boards and fondue- both were fantastic. Do yourself a favor and have your next night out here!

Haley was super kind and helpful, it’s a fun place to chill and relax. I didn’t order any food but both the wine and Moscow mules were great! Would recommend checking it out!

This place is a coffee shop during the day and and a really chill lounge in the evening. Went at night and the place felt awesome. Great vibes, and drink selection. Dj was awesome, but the decor and atmosphere are what stands out. Service was amazing as well. Looking for a place to chill with friends, I highly recommend Fizz.

Great Al Fresco patio vibe. Snack foods were good. Had the Jumbo shrimp cocktail. And Vodka Tonics. Music good level. Good tunes. Not to loud to talk.Patio was crowded so service was a little slow. But overall had a great time with friends. Will definitely go back.

The food and drinks were good although some drinks were more ice thananything, atmosphere while odd was enjoyable but it was absolutely dead on Wednesday night yet the service was beyond slow and dismal like they didnt care if you were there or not. Even saw some come in and leave because no one served them let alone talk to them. Took 30 mins or more to get your drink and then food was another 30 mins. Youd order one and hed forget about you or that you ordered one. Id go back but the service was so lackluster and poor that it turned me off to bringing anyone else here. Lots of people working that night but no one actually working.

Justin and Logan were great! Justin, the GM, took great care of us all night. The music could have been a little better, 80s and 90s are good, but some up-to-date vibes wouldve made it great.See you guys next week.

Walked passed Fizz leaving Pinkberry and the colorful decor caught my eye. 3 months later I return to finally check it out, and later shared with the manager that, “there’s nothing like being inside an establishment, that makes you feel like your in another city completely!” Live sax, then Dj. Decor is super fun. Came in on a Thursday (ladies night) so food was full price, but drinks were half. The charcuterie was lovely and the shrimp cocktail (prawn size) deserved a repeat order. Just delicious. Totally bypassed my 2 hour drop in limit.

This is just an odd place. It seems like it tries to be upscale, and looking at past menus posted online, maybe it was, but the current food menu doesnt reflect that. There is confusion as to which menu to order from, as they both have different drinks, but I didnt understand why. Our cocktails didnt taste like they contained any of the ingredients promised on the menu, they just tasted of sour mix. Service was hard to come by, and the overall vibe is just weird. There is potential here, but it needs some work.

Was a weird time to stop in I guess...the manager watched us looking for someone to assist us for a few minutes before going to look for a bar tender...definitely in the middle of a break. 2 cocktails was 32 dollars. The place looks fun and comfortable....but just cant imagine what the staff would be like. The 2 were nice...but Inasked the only other patron if she had to wait...she said she had t9 ask if they were even open... weird.

The hottest coffee shop in town. I think they stop serving at 4pm for coffee, just around the time for happy hour.I practically got the whole space to myself, so theres PLENTY of room for everyone to go in the morning and chat and hang out. The owners are friendly and I got my coffee in a timely manner.Def one of the better coffees out there , plus the sick interior warrants a redo when I am back in town.

What a wonderful little spot, went to my friends bday party and the owner and staff took excellent care of us. The dj even played sax. Great food and drinks. Beautiful. Head back for the outdoor section when its cooler. Luv all the decor color!

Beautiful place. We went for a drink and ended up staying for a much longer time than we planned to. Lovely jazz music made the ambience perfect. We chose patio seats and ordered cocktails ( Gossip Girl & Incognito ). Both were A+. We also ordered a charcuterie board. Our server, Brittani was very kind and friendly and so was the rest of the staff. In all, a fun evening.

Food is wayyyy too expensive but ok cocktail was good. They really need to modify the menue and make sharable actually sharable and less expensive. 3 slices of tomato and 3 slices of mozzarella cannot be $16 for real. And small cheese and meat plate cannot cost $42 dollars really for real.

Fabulous champagne selection and beautiful cheese boards! We always have a great time here and there is live music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Definitely a hot spot for girls night out. 🥂

Service is always on point, the lighting is great for pictures. Drinks are great and fairly priced. The best part? Music. Jams. 70s & 80s funk. Super chill, 80s Miami-vibe spot, open late every night. Has a real Lovers Only climate. Fellas, bring your ladies...they will diggit. They have open-air firepits at all their patio tables too.

Fizz use to be one of my fave upscale wine spots around here but not sure what happened, maybe new management. This place is filthy and full of unsavory customers and employees who cant answer simple questions. Also difficult to enjoy nice food and wine with disco lights and music blasting. I mean chill out DJ no one is here to dance. Will not be back.

The employees are extremely hard working and super fun!! They keep the environment light hearted and super enjoyable! The food was amazing, and the wine was incredible! 10/10 would recommend this place for a relaxing light out with the girls!! Love it here, and will definitely be back soon in the future!

I went with a friend on NYE for the first time. We were looking for a fun atmosphere with great food and Fizz delivered 10/10! It’s got a colorful & eclectic posh-meets-pop retro vibe. The DJ was on point, service & food incredible, and Peter (who I believe is one of the owners) spent a few minutes chatting and made us feel very welcome. The entrance is tucked away inside the courtyard so just know its not visible from the parking lot.

Very nice new lounge. You walk through a roped red carpet entrance to a pretty cool vibe. They have live music every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday around 6pm. Very innovative mixed drinks and solid wine list! Ladies night is every thursday starting at 4pm, half off drinks

Let me tell you I once adored this place and the staff it had when it opened. Their experienced bartenders and the somelier are seriously impressive but I mean its really hit or miss when it comes to the service. We had to flag somebody down to be waited on multiple times on a recent visit and some stocky guy, maybe the host, made us quite uncomfortable with his stares. Other women will surely understand what I mean. Will be back but will check to see whos working before we sit down.

Had an amazing experience. Was greeted by managers s and staff members as soon as I walked it. Carlos Carrasco made sure we were well taken care of. The place has beautiful decor with colorful art. The patio area was warm, fun and welcoming. Their drink selection is on point and the bartenders are very knowledgeable of what to recommend If you can’t make up your mind or feel adventurous. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend it.

This place is so sheik with so much potential but they just need the right people and music there is all. When me and my friends went for happy hour the owner Jeffrey was running around doing everything while all the other employes goof off and texting. We asked the manager for extra napkins and he just stared at us like he was frozen. And the elevator music is slag our great grand parents might like. No wonder not many customers.

Ok I get you want loud DJ music at a club, but last Friday was ridiculous. We had a meet n greet at the bar and couldnt even talk. Half of the guests left early because music is way too loud. This is a place to enjoy cocktails with friends and have a great conversation. Love the atmosphere of the place. Hated the LOUD music. This is not a club or Rave. It is an upscale bar, with over priced drinks. This bar had the tiniest $20 martini I have ever had too. It was in ba cordial glass.I may try this place 1 more time because of friends, but not staying of the music is over the top.

We came for drinks 🍸 after dinner 🍽. This is a very nice spot. But the atmosphere was a bit dry. Maybe pipe in some music 🎶 in the background 🤔 like smooth jazz. Not too loud, but as background. Maybe a Live band on patio or comic.

I really really really want this place to do well. Great location. Great indoor / outdoor situation. But it’s failing fast and my third time there may be it’s last. 1. I’m a Crown Royal drinker. You can’t fake Crown. The first one they took back. The second I watched them poor and it was half the time of other bartenders and it had tonic added. What? They just refuse to serve Crown straight. 2. Ordered a board with two add ons. One was truffle cheese and one was a mustard salami. We got the salami but did NOT get the cheese. Now the waitress tried to sell me on the Swiss cheese on the board being the truffle. Nope. Any cheese lover knows the difference and Swiss isn’t even the standard cheese on the main board. So, they’re in trouble it seems like. Service was awesome, but on a Friday night at 9-11pm, we were one of only 3 groups being served. I really want this place to do well. 3 stars is because if someone order Crown on the rocks, you don’t weaken it and you can’t offer truffle cheese and serve Swiss. I LOVE the Fort Worth club by the same owner, which is called “Studio 80” in Fort Worth. New management?

I love a great patio to sit at in the evening and have a few drinks with friends, and this is a great spot for that. We have been multiple times and had a great time, every time. New bars/restaurants will always have some kinks to work out when they open, but so far we have not experienced any. Friendly servers, good drinks and good food. We will be back.

Fizz was a vibe! Ambient and fun lighting throughout the bar. My lovely bartender was named Frankie. I wasnt sure what I wanted to drink as it was my first time visiting and she asked what things I liked and didnt disappoint. Every drink she made for me was amazing! She truly is an artist and great at what she does. There isnt a place like this in Plano, so I will be back for sure. Great conversation and service from the staff, I could have asked for a better experience.

How do I begin to share and tell you just how classy, chill and amazing my experiences at Fizz lounge have been?The ambiance at Fizz lounge is awesome; its not hard to tell how management (Frank the manager, cool dude) has put careful thought into creating a classy, laid back, somewhat romantic and soulful vibe in the decor, lighting and live entertainment choices (dont get me started, they are ALL awesome!).Staff? They are attentive, friendly and have a great, versatile sense of humor. I moved out to Plano 3 weeks ago and this is the ONE spot where I ABSOLUTELY feel at home.Did I mention Ladies night on Thursdays? I will be having my birthday party here.Dont overthink it, you can thank me later

We were there mid-afternoon, so it wasnt crowded. We had a specialty drink, and shared the tomato and mozzarella andReuben sandwich. Everything was great, and the service was friendly and prompt. Well be back another time when the music is playing. Thanks, Frankie!

Wonderful! Great wines, amazing charcuterie boards, yummy fondue. Friendly, highly accommodating staff and cool ambiance. They have an indoor and outdoor bar; I know it’s really hot, but the outdoor bar is really comfortable: it’s covered and they have huge fans surrounding it, and the vibe is awesome. I have nothing but positive and joyful things to say about Fizz. Love, love, love. Come check it out!

Love the patio and to go for happy hour for 1/2 price wine and drinks!! Staff is super friendly and enjoy when Music by Dalla is there playing, a total unique experience. Food is top notch also.

Fizz was amazing, it’s a great vibe, the ambiance is immaculate and Frankie was an amazing bartender. She made us custom drinks and provided amazing service and great conversation. We will definitely be coming back soon and hopefully we will get to hang with Frankie again next time.

Food was still frozen and took an hour to receive. Our drinks were not good. Had bad after taste. Besides all of that the staff was very nice.

I was truly looking forward to trying this place. Its not a Plano vibe! We were disappointed the live music ended at 9. Then my husband ordered Moth 2 a Flame drink ($15). It came in a chipped Glass that was sharp..we told the waitress and she just poured it into a new glass. Well this is a smoked drink. So all of the smoke flavor went away when she just poured it in a new glass instead of making a new one. When we told her it had no smoke flavor her response was thats strange, most people say its very smoky! It must be because we set hed glases. No offer to bring another or anything. They werent busy and I felt like I needed to wave her down for water refill and the check. I am not sure what this place is trying to achieve yet, but I hope it finds its place in Plano or it wont survive much longer.

I went to fizz the other day on Friday when they opened. Very unique, colorful jazzy place. Good live band, good vibes and good food. I went back the next Tuesday with four more friends and they were closed from 2 to 4. Not sure what they are doing but hope they fix it and get it together.

Totally awesome atmosphere!Fizz is fairly new and it’s a really cool place to chill and vibe with friends but the music could be a little better. I don’t know if there’s ever live music but the vibes are definitely along those lines and would be a really welcoming environment to some live musicians or DJs!P.S. to Frankie the manager:It would be SO COOL if you added like.. idk, an iPad for music requests/playlist additions or some feature allowing patrons to have some control over the aux!-Bee

These reviews have to be fake, this place is so trashy and awful. Not to mention stop blocking parking spots in a strip mall preventing people from visiting businesses they actually want to go to - pretty sure you don’t have rights to those spots.
