This is the only vape store I use. The atmosphere is calm and the staff are very knowledgeable and nonjudgmental. This store has a great selection and even carry treats for your dogs. Last but not least, they have great prices and deals.

Angela is both knowledgeable and patient. This store is legit. Ethan the newly installed manager operates like a marine. Solid manager, and knowledgeable.

This place was amazing!!! I went to a few different shops before and pretty much get very apathetic people who mostly just want to get my money and get me out of their shop without really helping me. But coming here was my best experience yet!!! The two women here were very knowledgable and open and honest about things. They helped my friend and I get whole new battery systems, tanks, and let us try several different juices to make sure we picked the right ones. The tank is sooo cool, and they really helped us out a lot. Definitely coming back even though its way out of the way for me (I live in Irving).

This shop is great, close to my home which is a plus. The employees here are chill, they don’t push you to buy a bunch of stuff like other places. By far one of the greatest experiences in nicotine history known to man. It all started one fateful September night. The skies were dark and the air was hot. I felt something calling to me. Something of a ~smokable~ nature. I knew not what it be but had the clairvoyant sight that led me to my fateful vape shaman, Brandon. As I entered the dwelling of the vape, I was greeted in a manor fit for the winner of a waffle house fight. He guided me through to the vape that would get me right. But yeah anyway my dog died. The guy in charge has been nothing but respectful and caring about the business and customers, and at this point I go to him for anything and everything I could ask. I like the wide range of flavors and the feel of the the store, but some of the guys there need to pick up the slack. their customer service some times really sucks.if your a beginner they talk to you like your dumb. But its not everyone. Some of the girls there are really nice and take their time to answer your questions even if they might be dumb.

The team at this location has always been helpful and patient in helping explain the products, and helping us find what’s right for us. They’re drive-thru service is very helpful. I’m a repeat customer, and will remain so.

What a great shop! I am their online customer and have bought an E-Vic and an E-roll from them. I regularly get my liquids from them too and they have the best selection of flavors as well as liquid quality. Their liquids are not harsh on the throat and go down smoothly.The website is not the most interactive but they more than make up for that with their cool customer service. Employees are really up-beat, solution oriented and eager to address your concerns. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for their permanent supplier of everything E!

My last visit I got a vape that did miracles.

Overpriced. Many juices advertised online are NEVER in stock at store. Some employees not very knowledgeable and contradictory to the other employees. One guy that works there (drives a black miata I believe lol) is not very friendly, acts as if you are wasting his time. Playing on his phone off and on while I was attempting to sample and ask questions about various flavors. Visited 3 times because I wanted to give them a chance due to convenience but never a pleasant experience. Will not return and would not recommend unless a last resort.

Fantastic experience! My sister and I were new to e-cigarettes. We knew absolutely nothing. The staff was so helpful. They stayed a half hour after their closing time explaining everything to us, letting us try the different liquids, and setting us up with the right price and comfort match. The very next day I got an email with a 20% off entire purchase coupon! Guess where Im going tonight! I would recommend the shop to anyone!*Edit: Went in and got a 2nd mod and tank. Called ahead to see if they had what I wanted in stock. They remembered talking to me when I got there and quickly grabbed my items for me. Once I settled on Vine Ripened Blackberry, the sweet girl behind the counter offered to set everything up for me and had me vaping in less than five minutes.

Been to a couple shops around Plano/Frisco area and this by far has been my favorite in fact I stopped going to the artisan vape off the tollway and Parker just because I found the staff here outgoing and nice. House flavors have been some of the best beating out even big named brands And they have a lot of tanks setup to try and a tester battery in case you dont have one. I even had one exceptional experience where they taught me how to build my drip setup for free - but I tipped because we actually talked for a long while - just a good personal experience. They are of course pretty pricey for a lot of things compared to online but Id rather pay a little more to support a local B&M!

Called ahead bc after searching for a couple of hrs for a VERY specific vape at other shops, I heard of this place - but it was three mins fr closing and I was two mins away. I know a lot of shops: Saturday night, a few mins from closing. Theyre going to shut that door and lock it at 54 after and pretend they dont hear people knocking. But the attendant on the phone said, ok, sure!Wave of relief! I was in and out but theres no way they knew.for sure that I wouldnt spend an hr asking questions about a water pipe Ive never heard of only to leave empty handed and say Ill have to think about it. I was treated well regardless of the burden I places on them. Thank you for your help, and sorry for being a last-minute walk in!

Definitely the best vapor store in DFW. The employees are the friendliest and most knowledgeable. Whether I just need liquid or have a major issue with my e-cig they always come through. My glass shattered today and Justin fixed me up in minutes and I was on my way.

Sam and John are excellent reps that really know their stuff. I came in looking for a new RTA build, and they hooked me up with a fantastic Kylin. So many shops that I have been to dont have reps that know how to do builds, or mess with RTAs at all, so it is great to have a local place so knowledgable on all sorts of mods and builds. They also have a fantastic CBD selection, are super great at introducing people new and unfamiliar with CBD and getting them set up with a nice, low cost build to see if it is something that they are interested in investing in and see how it helps alleviate things like nerve pain and anxiety. I highly recommend this store to anyone, even over other Artisan Vapor stores across town.

Sold me a tank that fell apart in a week when i came back offered no help and decided to just keep eating lunch horrible experience makes me just want to smoke a cigarette. Honestly felt like i was ripped off hardcore. Why bother with their rude uncaring customer service for a $90 mod and tank with a $30 liquid bottle when i can get a pack for 5 bucks.

I am a seasoned vapor users, so know what Im talking about. The unit I was sold is faulty; 2 days after I purchased it, I tried to exchange it but was told it must be my tank. I continue to have issues with it. My friend with me purchased her first unit. She said she only used menthol flavor and was sold a plastic tank. The menthol eats the tank and when she tried to return it, she was told that she shouldnt have gotten a plastic tank, which THEY recommended. She had to purchase another tank and was not offered any recompense. I am unhappy with the store and will not go there again.

Do not recommend if you vape high nicotine. Several juices I tried had very little flavor, but they do have a huge selection. I was very unhappy with a juice and the most they would do is knock less than $3 off of a new bottle.My personal experience was not good, but if you vape low nicotine then Im sure theyre fine.

I pretty regularly come here to artisan vapor east East and man Justin since Ive met him, has been nothing but helpful! If you cant find a flavor at your regular vape shop...come to Artisan East and they will most likely have it.Thanks Justin

Nice place. First time here. Great mod selection and good customer service. Picked up a fire and ice. Didnt have my nic level, jumps from 8 to 16. But besides that I had a good experience. Apparently lots of stores around the metroplex.

This place stunk so bad it was hard to even taste the vapor. The product I purchased was completely different than the one I tasted. They dont date the liquid and it was probably old. I asked her why it was dark orange and she told me the age sometimes turns them darker. I should have known than not to purchase. I brought it home and put it in my ecig and it was horrible!!! The prices are also $2.00 higher than wicked hot vapes. All the vapor I usually purchase is dated. This is a terrible place to taste.
