Absolutely wonderful place, this place isn’t the flashiest place, but who needs flashy when you have great service and good prices. The people there are honest even when it means they admit they aren’t familiar with a part or don’t carry a brand or part, or you just have a faulty mod. I love they don’t just try to get a sale they let you take your time to look or give really great recommendations.They are really kind and patient as long as you are patient with them. This isn’t a completely perfect buisness but it’s run by really good people.

Went in for some liquid today. Great, knowledgeable staff. Gave me helpful suggestions which led me to find a great juice. And to top it off it was a good price. Picked up a beautiful Half Moon drip tip for a great price too.

VERY BAD BUSINESS! Takes advantage of Autistic Disabled man.A bit of a detailed story for those interested in genuine reviews.I live on SSI and after rent, and before buying food or toiletries I literally have $150/mo to live by. So my money matters and it doesnt come easy.That said, I came in as a new customer, I asked for their cheapest vape product that has temperature control to burn high temperatures and support my own tanks. They give me the Geek Vape. I verify and ask that it can do all I need it to and ask if it comes with everything I need. They said yes. I bring it home to find out that I can not charge it. At first I thought maybe the batteries were built in. So I come back to the store embarrassed and laugh because the former story had me believe that it came with everything I needed and batteries not being included, I thought it a model built in. But I still felt silly. They gave me the batteries free of charge. I didnt complain about no tank lies. This second lady claimed the former lady I dealt with was a new employee. That the vape I got was actually the most expensive one, not the least expensive one, that I got hooked up with a deal buying juice with it, it looks as if I was given a discount. A hundred+ dollars in the hole buying just the vape and a single bottle of juice. But she said gave the free batteries and I thought I could go home happy. Less than a month later with receipt I come back. Ive had trouble getting the vape to charge since I got the batteries it doesnt come with a usb block just a cord and every usb slot is different voltage (computers, extension cords etc). The vape will not charge at all any more with less than a month of owning it. I bring it back to the shop and they blame the customer. it was the second lady again so I thought something good was about to happen like the batteries but They say the new models dont do this. I must have poured juice into the vape mod or something. And she showed me the rubber plug that prevents just that that i had been using. So if juice got in it, which i dont believe it did, it would have come from the protective cap itself. I could find no damage indicators. She refused to return my money. I was humble but I wanted to cry. It took two months to be able to afford the vape. I live on SSI.I feel robbed of two months. She said I could call the manufacturer if I wanted but that it was user error. But they also told me if anything goes wrong I can bring it back within 30 days for a refund. I feel so robbed. I calmly told them Id never be shopping here again. She said she understands.I hope this story helps educate on the shoddy underhanded business being done here to the mentally ill and disabled. I for one, will be boycotting this shop.

The selection here is narrow for juice, but they do have great customer service and a decent selection of the latest mods and hardware. Laid back friendly place to hang. If your in the area check em out!

Dump. Absolutely ignored by the employee when I entered. There was an unimressive motorcycle in the showroom that took up more space than the cases with their hardware offerings. Poor presentation, poor customer service, poor selection. No reason to go here at all.

Ive been vaping for years, and I love going to this shop and recommending my friends here. Unlike other vape shops that clutter their inventory with B-list juices that you may or may not like, this guy does it differently. Everything that he has in stock is actually great. Not even B-list great, but great! No buyers remorse. Hes great at listening to what you need and helping you through the selection, not bombarding you with garbage. If you are trying to quit smoking, trying out vaping for the first time, or have been vaping for years, this is the best place to go to in Hampton Roads.

Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Some people just in the shop hanging out for no ryhme or reason, no vaping, no shopping, no gaming. Prices are good for an actual vape store. Not as many juice options as some stores. Will definitely be returning.

Just drove 20 minutes to get here. Its 11:55, they open at 11. Theres a sign on door saying theyll BE BACK at 12:20! Way to run a business! I dont vape, was here to buy a gift for someone who does... Wont come back.
