This is the best tobacco store that i have been to in the 757!!! I highly recommend to anyone in the area

I dont normally do negative reviews... that being said, I was looking for an open store and came across this store. Arrived at 7:57 waited until 8:17. (Hours stated 8:00 open time) no one was inside. Watched 4 other people arrive and leave upon discovering that the store was closed. Furthermore, the phone number on Google does not answer nor go to a voicemail.

This is hands down the best vape & tobacco shop in the area. Very helpful staff, low prices, and a WIDE variety of products to choose from. Im very picky about vape juice, and they carry several that I actually like. When I first moved to the area, I was nervous about finding a shop that carried everything I needed, but ZT Vape and Tobacco has it all, always in stock. And again, the staff is patient and knowledgeable, which is the cherry on top of finding such a gem of a store. I highly recommend checking them out, you will not regret it.

Such friendly staff and great prices!!! They are always willing to answer questions and dont mind if you call ahead to check stock. Dont forget to get yourself punch card!!!!

Im a long time vape man. Been to most other stores in the area. This place seems like they have it all.Friendly people and really knowledgeable ,well stocked with new products. Theyve always treated me really good 👍

Terrible service called about a product over the phone was given a price of 12.99 and then told them that was a high price but went there anyway, when I arrived the price was even higher at 14.99 and he would not honor the price he told me over the phone... kinda shady if you ask me. They dont have prices on much so the employees dont even know what they are and then are too lazy to scan them before they tell a customer the price. Another lost Customer.

Id been checking this place out every few days waiting for it to open, then broke my leg. I had high hopes from the look of it that it would be a quality shop with a great selection in this portsmouth desert...so I made it my first stop being cleared to drive. I have a few open shopping carts online and I quickly and easily found everything on my list here at equal or cheaper price points. The woman and man working tonight were patient and very helpful. I didnt realize then but im pretty sure I walked in 10 minutes til close and Im sure I was there at least 20 minutes but they didnt say a thing lol they locked up behind me. This is a one-stop shop and theyll treat you well. OH! AND they have a punch card where you receive a $20 credit after your 10th purchase of $30+. Lol I sound like I work there but no, its just great check it out. ;)An edit: it looks like it might be $20 every 5th purchase, ill have to ask but that would be pretty sweet.

They never open at 8, or 8:30, when it says they should be open , they really should change that or get someone to actually open up and do they job correctly
