Cayenne is AMAZING! She did my Dreamville nails and I’m in love with them. Will definitely come back’! I got XL coffin gel X nails with a creative design add on. So far a week has gone by and they still look fire. Her energy and vibe was so great and I just felt comfortable with her. I knew my nails were taking care of work the best products. Don’t walk but run to book with her! She also does pedicures which is rare for a skilled nail tech to do nowadays! Definitely recommend her

Rubi Bravo has been my hair stylist for the last few years and I followed her to her new salon. I only trust her with my hair now. She always does the most amazing job with the and always listens so well and understands what I want. She does the most beautiful highlights, blonding, haircuts, and styling. My hair looks and feels SO good after she’s worked her magic! 11/10 would recommend her!!!

Recently moved to Puyallup so I was looking for a reliable salon with experienced stylists to help me meet my hair needs. I have very thick hair, cut over 5” off and was left feeling satisfied with no dead ends. I’ve done full highlight, toner, tinsel, many shampoo / blowdry’s, and even a full face makeup session for a Christmas Party. The only downside is that a lot of stylists came here from Salon Mogano (my previous salon in Auburn / Lake Tapps). I don’t like using stylists who switch salons a lot because I have had bad experiences at Salon Mogano with new stylists right out of beauty school. I would definitely recommend experienced stylists at Salon Ish and plan to keep coming back for more beauty services on a regular basis.

Its worth the drive!This is the local high-end salon, but we make the trek from Seattle to get the quality of service we dont see anywhere else.There is only 3-hour street parking, so keep an eye on the clock if you are staying long. There is plenty of parking on the street, so it should not be a problem to make your appointment.With plenty of visual elements to keep you entertained, the storefront is very clean and well organized. And what stood out was the waiting area. Not only do they consider the comfort of the people getting their hair done but also the people that are with. There is a table to pass the time and swag from local artists that can also be purchased.They have wifi also, so if you want to binge a show or surf the web while you wait, you have options!They have an assortment of services products for beauty and well-being, so make you take time for yourself here.Midas 5-stars for the stylish waiting area.

Moe at Salon ish has made my grow out phase an absolute breeze and frankly, a pleasure! I have had a shaved pixie for years and never grown it out because of the awkward phase and she recommended I get extensions to make it not only tolerable, but fun and cute and it’s been so fun to have something soooo different and natural looking! I constantly get compliments and people are always saying how amazing it is that my hair grows so fast and I’m like “Thank you” wink wink. The salon is beautiful, fun and has a clearly positive vibe! I highly recommend Moe.

Ashley is seriously amazing! My hair always looks phenomenal when I leave her chair. My hair has never looked better! What I love about having her as my stylist is she’s so honest with me and super detail oriented with her craft. She is constantly checking on me during my appointment and just makes me feel so confident in her skills and experience. I’ve gotten my hair cut, colored, and highlighted by her and every single time my hair has looked so beautiful and I always get tons of compliments after. I have complete trust in her when it comes to her suggestions and her goal of keeping the integrity of my hair as healthy as possible. Plus she’s such a gem inside and out so getting my hair done by her is always a good time! Literally book her, shes 10/10 talented!!

Ashley always does my hair amazing and gives me the proper advice and guidance when I’m not sure what would look best with my skin tone. She’s the sweetest ever and I leave the salon with a smile on my face and amazing hair. Love her! 🤍

Rachelle is the extension queen! I have been seeing her for years for my blonding and extensions. I always leave the salon feeling like a million bucks! She is always continuing her education on the latest extension techniques and her expertise shows. Salon Ish is upscale and stylish and has a large variety of retail products to chose from. The front desk staff is always welcoming and friendly and I could not recommend Rachelle or Salon Ish enough!

Amanda is so talented, she hears my ideas so well and executes perfectly every time. She even works around my allergies to certain products with such care an expertise. She is a true professional, and the experience is 10/10. I’ve had my hair done all over the country at this point and know how much the experience varies. The salon is adorable, carries great lines of product, and everyone has been a delight. Puyallup is lucky to have it.

Cayenne has given me my pedicures and manicures for over 8 years. She has been able to prevent my ingrown toenails from happening and my pedicures and manicures are very durable. I really appreciate my pleasant times with Cayenne and am happy for her in the beautiful Salon ISH location.

Carly is the best lash technician. She is kind, makes you feel comfortable, and my lashes always look amazing and have lasting power. I highly recommend going to Carly for lashes!I also go to Cody for my hair and she always does an amazing job. My blonde highlights look fabulous and the cuts are always great, and I leave feeling refreshed and looking ready for a night out. You won’t regret becoming a regular at Salon Ish!

Took my 13 year old daughter to see Allie for a curly specialist cut here and was BLOWN away by the results. My daughter had never had a professional haircut, she also had really uneven hair due to pulling a stuck hair pony out in the back. Her hair is very thick and tight curls, we were both so nervous and Allie assessed her hair so quickly and delivered exactly what we asked for. I could not believe how well she blended the back, you could even tell what had happened by the end. She talked my daughter through the whole process, offered her learning and was just a really kind nice person to come to. We will be coming back specifically for Allie and her curly hair magic! You made my daughter’s 13th birthday special!

I’ve been getting my hair colored by Kody for the past year and I love it every time! It’s always a journey finding and trusting a hair stylist who knows how to color and treat asian hair but Kody does! She’s colored my hair blonde, ashy, and strawberry blonde/copper and the color is always beautiful and vibrant. She has also recommended some great hair care products to help maintain my hair color and prevent breakage! I would highly recommend getting your hair done by her!!

I have been a client of Salon Ish for years. Being a busy mom, getting my hair done hasnt been a priority in about a year! I saw Courtney H who had cut my hair in the past. She worked her magic! I absolutely love my hair and feel so gorg!!! The talent that Salon ish has is top notch! I feel so beautiful and absolutely love my hair!

Kody has saved my hair. After a bad experience at another salon that caused all my hair length to break off and thin I’m so thankful I found Kody. She has helped my hair get healthy again and even stronger than before. She is very skilled at blonding, and makes sure I get the right tone of blonde I want. She always meets my needs and takes the time to understand the style/look I am going for. She also always does a fabulous job cutting and styling my hair. It’s been so nice to know I can trust someone with my hair and that I will leave looking better every time. Nothing against the salon itself or the staff. It’s a beautiful space, they have nice products, and the two stylists I saw were very nice. Scheduling online is fairly easy, a little confusing when it comes to their blonding vocabulary. I understand requiring a deposit from new clients, but I think you have to pay a deposit any time you go to a different stylist/esthetician/therapist and that’s really a bummer to me. The biggest disappointment I have is I canceled an appointment well within the acceptable time frame and kept checking my credit card for the return of my over $100 deposit. 5 days later it still hadn’t been refunded. I called the salon and the gal said “Oh yeah! We can refund that no problem. When you cancel, you just have to call us and request a refund.”What?? Why do I have to call and request my money back? That’s a big deposit to just be hanging around somewhere. I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and hope that it would have went onto my account for a future service but idk, I didn’t ask. I don’t know if it’s the online booking service being used or if it’s something the salon controls but I don’t feel like that’s right at all. The refund should be automatic upon cancellation.

I looooove Salon Ish! I see Megan R for blonding services and she’s absolutely an incredible stylist. I always leave feeling refreshed and confident, and have loved my hair ever since I started seeing her about a year ago. She is friendly and kind, and I trust her wholeheartedly (which is a big deal for me!). The salon itself is beautiful - walking in is inviting and the front desk employees are always helpful and incredibly kind. They offer so many other services beyond hair as well - lashes, waxing, facials, nails, massages… the list goes on. I’m basically obsessed with this salon and I know I will be a customer and fan for years to come!

I love Salon ish, but I really love my hair stylist Rachelle! She always knows exactly what to do! I contacted Rachelle because I wanted hand tied hair extensions. I had never had them before, so I was unsure of the process. Rachelle color matched my hair and also educated me on how to take care of them. I love the custom experience I had with her. She is incredible and I will not trust anybody else with my hair!

I had a amazing experience with Allie! We did a full blonding/bronding and I was very happy with how it turned out! She was very down to earth and made me feel comfortable as we were trying to narrow down the vision I had for it, which for a 9 month pregnant person can be hard to get your thoughts in order! She was thorough and asked great questions. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great salon not only does it have all the service imaginable the environment is so relaxing and the stylists are just AMAZING. I get my hair done (Foil) by Kayann Beverick and she literally does great work every time! I can honestly say I walk out of Salon Ish happy and I have been to so many super salons and never been this happy before. Check it out you wont be disappointed.

As someone who has salon anxiety I appreciate that Ashley always makes me feel comfortable, checks in on me often & is easy to talk to. Megan Roeser does a phenomenal job every single time! It was challenging to find a hairstylist who could do my thick type 3/textured hair, but I am so glad I found Megan. She is very sweet, knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and genuine to her clients. I couldn’t recommend Megan more!!

Absolutely love Salonish! My go-to is Ashley Moskal for cut and color, she always does an incredible job, is very friendly and professional. A+ for blonding and I’d HIGHLY recommend her if you’re looking for a new stylist. I also really enjoy facials with master esthetician Mandy. She is very knowledgeable and does a great job every service! I’ve seen her for facials during and between two pregnancies and she always advises on what products are safe and effective to keep my skin looking great. 10/10 for the Salonish team!

Not a good experience. My coloring was not done correctly. I provided pictures and was told that they could get me in on the next Saturday With another colorist as this was the only time I could come in. Then only to find out that the booked me a month out. They didnt even try to offer to schedule me with someone else or fix my hair that was badly messed up. They did refund my money thankfully. But I have to find someone that is willing to fix this awful mess and pay WAY MORE TO HAVE IT FIXED. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING BACK NOR, WILL I EVER RE-FER ANYONE TO YOUR SALON INFACT. I AM SHOWING EVERYONE WHAT YOUR SALON HAS DONE TO MY HAIR!!..POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I went to the hair salon at Salon Ish. This place is absolutely adorable. The booking process online went flawless. What’s great is that all there prices are visually available depending on what services you’re needing, partial foil, hair cut, etc. So they are transparent from the beginning with there prices, which is something I can appreciate. I enjoyed my entire visit and see me going to this salon for future visits.

Ashley M. is a miracle worker with eyebrows! She takes her time and finds the right tint. My eyebrows are the best they have ever been! Highly recommend.

The salon is ACTUALLY PERFECT.1) As soon as I entered, the front desk girly was SO nice and cute she was very welcoming and kind. The check in process was simple and quick, it was very easy to wind down and relax. I did not have to wait long at all until I was brought back for my service (however, the waiting sections are so cute)2) I forgot the nice lady’s name who gave me the massage but that was QUALITY. I booked the hour and a half and she definitely provided me with such a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere and amazing massage. Just a few weeks later I booked a facial and that was the best facial I’ve ever had- she used gua shas on my face and these marble combs on my scalp (my favorite part). Every product she used smelled amazing she also provided me with a shoulder/ chest massage as well. Both appointments I had went above and beyond what I could even have hoped for.3) The interior of the shop is like wonderland. Very colorful, lively, Devine feminine. From the waiting room to the bathrooms everything is decorated, even to the smallest cute details. They have amazing products on shelves for you to purchase after your service (hair, facial, etc..). After both appointments I’ve had, they’ve gave me a run down of all the products they used and what they suggest for me! Super helpful taking home some quality product that’s recommended specifically for me.Just book yourself an appointment already! They do lashes and nails too!!! Might be my next visit! (:

I have been seeing Ashley for my brow waxes for a while now. She’s absolutely the best brow tech I’ve ever had. She is super efficient, and shapes the brows perfectly!! The wax she uses is super gentle and great for sensitive skin. I always recommend her if I hear someone is wanting a wax. Going to see her is one of the highlights of my month!

Went to get my haircut here for the first time ever and was SO pleased! The space is gorgeous, they offer hot and cold refreshments, and have super cute products to shop for.I’m extremely picky about my haircuts due to having very thick, course, wavy hair, and haven’t been happy with any in the past few years. That lead me to go over a year without a haircut to avoid being disappointed. After multiple people recommended this place, I gave it a shot and I’m so happy I did.Shoutout to my stylist, Jocelynn! She listened to what I wanted (even though I was terrible at explaining it) and I couldn’t believe how perfect it turned out. I won’t go anywhere else!

Staff and Jordan are beyond friendly, but the website is abysmal. After the website provider, Boulevard, confirmed my appointment and added it to my calendar, it wasnt properly conveyed to the location or staff. Im disappointed and writing this review in the parking lot of Salon Ish, in which I was just told, nicely, that theyd just have to see me another time.

I had to cancel my appointment as I am sick. I called 24 hours prior but had to pay a late cancelation fee of $55.00. Ashley is amazing but I will not be returning. I asked the staff member if I reschedule then can the fee be waived. No, so my opinion is that I have been a very good and loyal customer and would understand if I do this often and I never have canceled. This is very poor customer service. customer service.

I get my hair done at the salon so when I needed a mani and pedi for an upcoming event I decided to book it here. Teresa was my nail artist and she was great. Super friendly and fun. My nails looked great and I was overall very happy I decided to get my nails done here. Will definitely be back.

I had a terrible experience. I got extensions and had to go back three weeks in a row to get them “fixed” because they kept popping off. Maybe because of the lazy technique they used. The last day I went to get them “fixed” it fell out again the next day, I just had my friend take them out. I was tired of wasting my money. Mind you I live out in Lacey not a quick drive. I emailed the salon to maybe get a different person but never heard anything back. Disappointed

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I can’t say enough about Avid Aesthetics/Katelyn/Shannon and what they are doing here inside the awesome walls of Salon Ish. I was a first timer in the realm of aesthetics and I wasn’t sure what to expect. They take great care in really explaining treatments prior to administering them, they listen to their patients and they create a warm and friendly presence from the moment you walk in. Not to mention my results are awesome!!! I’m excited to keep booking!*this was also my first time inside the salon in general and I was awestruck at how beautiful this place is! The staff are all so kind and welcoming and the whole place just feels alive with a friendly kind of energy!

Recently I had a spray tan with Kennedy. She was lovely - kind and friendly and seemed experienced and knowledgeable on the service she was providing. Instantly felt comfortable in such an intimate experience (that a spray tan is.)Ive had this service done in the past with another esthetician and that was also a great experience.This recent spray tan experience, I had some uneven areas. Despite that, it was still a great experience overall and I will go back for this service again in the future.This is because of how Katelyn & Crystal responded to my inquiry on what to do to blend my tan. They were extremely empathetic to my experience. I understand that spray tans can be tricky and there are many factors as to why it could be uneven.Katelyn & Crystal were so helpful & generous with their resolutions to fix my tan. I am very pleased with their level of customer support and will continue to bring my business to Salon Ish.

Upon entering, the atmosphere is stylish and chic. Everyone is very welcoming and my appointment time was strictly adhered to. I have very light colored hair and came in with my daughter and we both had our eyelashes tinted. I was super nervous because I cant even put eye drops in with my eyes bugging. Anyway, I was taken care of by Mandy who made me feel really relaxed, calm, and was very professional and talked me through the entire process. It didnt burn or hurt at all and it came out amazing! I definitely will be going back! The have so many other affordable services also....so go check them out!The only down side is parking and one way streets around there but that is more a city fault and I didnt hold that against the salon.

Went in for a classic lash set and was disappointed with results. Management got the issue addressed and resolved as soon as she heard I was unhappy. I was pleasantly surprised with the treatment, everyone was amazing in working towards making their customers happy. Will be returning!

I went to visit Bernie for a classic fullset of lashes yesterday, and it was one of the smoothest experiences! Bernie moved so swiftly it felt like she was barely touching my face and I came out with a confidence increase of 1000%. I asked for texture & wispiness and she delivered. I will also say the front desk team, especially Nicole, added to the overall positive experience I had at this place. Coming to a place like this, one might feel intimidated by the bold patterns on the walls and multitude of beautiful boss babes floating around, however I did not feel the “clique-y” or “only pretty girls come here” vibes at all. KODY IS THE BEST HAIR COLORIST, STYLIST, AND CORRECTIVE ARTIST. I’ve been getting my hair done with her for over a year now and I had a bad treatment at another salon and came to her with a lot of trust issues. Now I just sit in the chair and let Kody work her magic we don’t need to consult anymore because THATS HOW GOOD SHE IS.

This review is for a facial service I received and why I will never come back. I paid 180 dollars for someone to wash my face. For context I frequently get medical grade facials at a aesthetics clinic run by an MD. I decided to try a facial here because I’ve received other services here and been pleased, and I like contributing to local businesses. I booked a dermabrasion facial with an add on peel.The esthetician was 5 minutes late to begin the appointment, no big deal we all run over. Then we had the normal new client conversation about my skin type and peel level. I told her I get facial every 4 weeks and am accustomed to medical grade 30% salicylic peels combined with dermabrasion. She continued to chat for almost another 15 minutes then told me she had to go “get set up and grab products”. I don’t understand why she was not ready before my appointment. By the time she came back in the room it was 25 minutes into my appointment time. I assumed this was part of the new client process and that I would still receive the full treatment time. Not so. She cleansed my face, ran the dermabrasion over my skin at the lowest setting one time, did nothing to my neck, and then put a mask on me. She opted for a fruit enzyme peel, about the same strength as a drugstore exfoliant, and put that on for 5 minutes and said we were done. All in all she worked in my face for less than 20 minutes start to finish, half of that being the mask and “peel” time. I was shocked. I paid almost 180 dollars plus tip for someone to essentially wash my face for me.I called the salon to chat with a manager about the experience because I really wanted them to hear my honest feedback about why I could not justify coming back. The front desk girls asked what was wrong with my service, I told them my service was maybe 18 minutes long, she did not do my neck as was listed in the service, she spent half of the appointment talking and setting up. I was hoping they would have a manager chat with me and offer a way to best move forward, instead told me the manager was too busy to speak to me personally. Their solution was to schedule me a 15 minute appointment “for my neck” two weeks later and that was it. Who would come back after that and for a 15 minute appointment for their neck? I felt like that was a weird solution and I felt brushed off. The staff are lovely and polite, but I cannot recommend anyone pay for a facial here.

I recently switched to Salon Ish and I was SO impressed with my first visit! Front desk staff was very sweet and professional, everyone was punctual and my lash technician (Kim) couldn’t have been more amazing. She was so easy to chat with but also let me relax, she was fast and efficient but absolutely nailed it on my lashes. They are perfect! I can’t recommend Ish enough. The environment is just all around 10/10 and you can tell the culture is a top priority. Can’t wait to be back!

~~Updated: they called her apologizing and credited her the difference in price! ~~My mother in law went there recently. She has short short hair and its fairly light colored already. They quoted her for a $60 haircut and full color for $115. What they ended up doing was bleach with toner, which doesnt make sense because her hair is so light it wouldnt need to be bleached, but they didnt convey the change in price. The bleach and toner ended up costing $120 an hour and charged for 1 1/2 hours, even though it took less time for just the bleach and toner, they charged her for the time it took to do that and to cut her hair but had already charged her for her hair cut-- so they double charged.They called her after she already left telling her they undercharged her and then charged her the difference (almost an extra $100). And then didnt even style her hair before she left.

I spoke to the owner, and she was extremely gracious and understanding. That being said, I’ve had my hair done by 2 stylists here - Caitlin Rae who I HIGHLY recommend she’s a gem, and Shelby both of these women are mega talented. I’ve also received a lash lift and dermaplaning service from Kennedy, she did a wonderful job.

Tamara did my hair for the first time today. I can without a doubt say this has been the best cut and color experience I have ever had. I have naturally curly hair and am always skeptical of anyone doing my hair. All you curly haired folks out there looking for a stylist who is knowledgeable in their craft and specifically tackling the unique challenges of curly hair, Tamara is the best. Not only did she doing an outstanding job, she also took the time to teach me some tricks I was not aware of.

The salon is pretty cute and Busy! For as posh as it is, youd think they would offer you a beverage, but nope! I unfortunately, had to go back to get my hair fixed cuz my gal didnt listen to me. However, my daughters was amazing, different gal though. The pricing is fair. You also have to pay 50% of your services up front when you make the appt.

I can only review on lashes, permanent makeup, and customer service. The front desk gals are nice and know how to do their job. Permanent make up didnt work for me so i cant say anything good. It might just be something I dont take well too? Lashes, i feel like the last gal i was with started to get careless, as the the lashes would start falling off same day. New gal seems to do much better. Go anywhere but here for lashes. Overpriced and not that good. Found someone great and realized Ive been ripped off for a long time

The services are pretty good, my only complaint is the fact they have you pay a deposit for every single thing. I had been going there for three months every two weeks for my lashes, without missing an appointment, I scheduled a classic facial and they required a 50% deposit since I never had a facial before. It seemed a little obscure since I had a regular for months but I didn’t fuss. I called to schedule a hydrodermablasian facial before my wedding and they again requested a 50% deposit saying I never had a facial there and when I stated I had a classic facial they said for ever single new service a 50% is required. Honestly it just seems a bit dramatic. I understand the concept but I also thinks it’s too much for me.

I have regularly come here since 2017. The staff as a whole are wonderful, regardless of the service I have always had a good experience. Kennedy has been doing facials and lashes for me, very knowledgeable and I would recommend her to anyone.

Even though Avid is technically separate from Ish, it still seems necessary to review them with ishSo so so impressed by these ladies! Their vibe is amazing and they talk through all options, let you know what is best for you and your skin. Online booking was really easy and they are so communicative and responsive if you have questions. Cannot say enough great things.And now ish- have been going here for years and love everything they do. The I have never been disappointed with hair, skin, lashes anything.Ish and Avid are worth your investment!

I just moved to Washington and was looking for a hair stylist that could meet my needs and properly manage my blonde hair. I was referred to Megan and I couldn’t be happier! She is so kind, friendly, and talented. My hair was left pretty yellow after my last hair appointment back home in Michigan which made me look very washed out and pale. I told Megan that I was flexible on the shade of blonde she did, as long as it wasn’t yellowish. She picked the PERFECT shade of blonde for my complexion. I’ve never loved my hair color so much. It looks so natural and healthy! Highly recommend!

Salon Ish continues to go above and beyond my expectations every time I use their services! I get my eyelashes done here regularly, and my lash lady books out pretty far. Unfortunately due to a medical emergency, they reached out to reschedule an appointment I had coming up in the next few days with my lash lady. I didnt answer when they called, so they texted me to let me know (very nice because they book FAST). I called a few hours later to reschedule, but they didnt have anything available that worked with my schedule, so the receptionist took a note and promised to call back in the next few days. I received a call AND text the very next day saying they were able to get me in with my original appointment on the same day I booked it with another lash artist. SO AWESOME! Life happens to everyone, but it is SO nice to know youre doing business with people who keep their word and ALWAYS make sure youre taken care of! Thank you, Salon Ish! I love Tamera so much, she always does such a great job with my hair. I’ve been seeing her pretty much my entire life! I have also received a few spray tans here and everyone I’ve had is so professional and sweet, they always make me feel very comfortable. Plus, the establishment is always very clean and well kept.

I recently went to see Kyra and let me tell you guys, she is the best! I originally went in to get a partline brightening for homecoming and during the service she looked at my extensions from a previous salon and we noticed my extensions having numerous problems which would result in them barley lasting 6 months when they are suppose to last a year. She went out of her way to remove my hair extensions and fix them as best as possible and put them back in (not asking once for me to pay because all that mattered to her was me leaving feeling good about my hair). She could have easily gave me no advice about my extensions, not offering to help me fix it, but she didn’t do any of that! She did the opposite- informed me on solutions for my hair, fixed a problem she didn’t even create, and made me feel so welcoming. Thank you Kyra!

I had such a great experience! Chelsea is amazing. She spent an extra hour on my hair and didn’t charge me for it. She did a color correction from black to brown without any damage. I love love love my hair! The only thing I regret is that I didn’t tip her MORE.

When you come here, you know that the owner has great care for her employees and customers. The space has always been warm, inviting and clean - and after the pandemic, they are even more conscientious about keeping everyone safe and healthy. I also want to add that everyone in the front of the house are wonderful and always make me feel welcome and glad that I came. I found this salon online looking for a new place to get waxing done. Their website was great and easy to navigate. I was able to book an appointment online, on a day and time that worked for me. Today I saw Kennedy, whos a master esthethician. She was very sweet and kind. She waxed my brows, lip, chin, and legs. She did an excellent job, especially on my eyebrows. She plucked a few stray hairs and trimmed them. Thats the way it should be done and why I didnt go back to a different salon I used previously. She took her time and did a thorough job. I will definitely be back for waxing and am planning on having my hair done there soon.

I had been to this salon to get my hair dyed copper before and was going in again to get my roots done. There was a mess up with the color and despite my embarrassing overreaction the manager and colorist were very professional and worked with me to get it to the color I wanted. The colorist stayed several hours late to help, they didnt charge me extra to fix it and everyone was kind and maintained excellent customer service. I ended up with the copper color I wanted.

Seeing Kate for Microblading at Salon Ish and am loving the results. We completed 1 of 2 appts. The first for color correction due to a past Microblading service that had faded, and the 2nd appt will be for the detailed finish work you expect from a Microblading service. Kate is warm, experienced, and I am very happy with what she has done so far. Looking forward to my 2nd appt to see end results. Go see Kate, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazingly expert care and experience. I walked in not knowing what I wanted and walked out with the perfect cut. Bonus: Rochelle was super friendly and great at keeping me entertained. Booked an appointment with the front desk and talked about how much time it would take to get my hair done so I could block out enough time in my day for this appointment. I was looking forward to finding a stylist in the area and this would be my first time here. My appointment was at 11:30 and I arrived at 11:28. Nobody was at the front desk, but one of the gals washing hair came by and checked me in. I sat and waited until 11:52 and finally got up to go talk to a stylist who was checking out her client at the front desk, which was unattended prior. The gal that was checking out her client was talking to her client for the next few minutes while I just stood there. At this point Id been there for 25 minutes, acknowledged once, and had no idea when my stylist would be ready for me, so I left.Then I get a call at 12:06 from the salon asking me where I was for my 11:30 appointment. I explained to her that I was there at 11:30 and that I left because nobody communicated anything to me. The stylist told me that she was running late and that these unexpected thing happen... Sure. I totally get that, but nobody said anything to me. Then she asked if I was going to be coming in for my appointment... Uh, I already DID come in for my appointment. I was there on time AND waited for 25 minutes. I explained to her that I booked out a specific amount of time in my day, that my time is just as valuable as hers and that appointments are supposed to be mutually beneficial and that no, I wouldnt be coming back.I was really looking forward to getting my hair done today and had high hopes for this salon. Now Im just disappointed. Hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.

I get my lashes done here and could not be more satisfied. Each lash artist has her own room, more of a spa atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and seems happy to be there (you know what I mean! ). The only drawback at all is the parking can be difficult at times.

Friendly staff , staff good w customers seem to be good w haircuts and with the partial highlight given to my daughter. However hard to get in with stylists- plan ahead 2 to 3 weeks at least maybe even more but can wait for cancellation call which they do utilize. However I don’t like having to contact individual hairstylists bc u may lose appointments that way. I couldn’t make one on the phone or in person when I was there in the Salon,. Had to email stylist only. Then I lost the appointment bc another person got it before me so needless to say I was highly disappointed. But would recommend if you are patient.

Just received a facial from Bree. My skin is amazingly soft and she was very informative on what products did what and why my skin acts the way that it does. She did such an amazing job! I plan on booking more appointments with her soon! Thank you Bree!!!

Had time to make an apt to get my hair trimmed finally- came into see Dana. SHE WAS AMAZING! so friendly and sweet, did a **fantastic** job on my hair! LOVE IT! and im not one to buy products typically at apts but holy cow- what she used on my hair made a huge difference and i was sold! love it! will definitely come back next time i need a trim!!

I had a very bad experience here. My stylist ignored my mention of having skin sensitivity, ignored my request to cut my hair in layers, and gave me a very bad experience. I’ll never come here again, after trying it 3 several occasions.

Can’t speak for results of services, just the scheduling & time management.I had called to confirm the day prior for my noon appointment. I received I call 5min prior to my appointment the day of which I wasn’t able to pick up because I was parking. Walked into the salon and the staff let me know my stylist was about 10min behind and offered me coffee (thank you!) However, 30min later still no update or hello from my stylist. My time is valuable to me. While I understand appointments can run over, showing some extra care to be apologetic or to at least check in goes a long way.I let the desk know that it had been 30min last my appointment and I was going to go ahead and leave. The desk staff just said, “Oh, okay.”The only other form of communication was a text saying my appointment had been cancelled.

This is a beautiful salon! I have loved coming here! Unfortunately I lost track of time and missed my appointment! I understand policy and respect them so just know that you will be charged 50% of your service if you do that:(. Unfortunately I will be looking else were for services.

Decided I was done with hair masters, super cuts, great clips and such after mediocre cuts and poor service compared to price. Here for $20 you can get a mens cut with a styling and a shampoo wash. They use all top notch stuff and have a great atmosphere

Conveniently located downtown Puyallup, however parking is not great, so arrive early to find parking. I’ve only done lash extensions but each artist I’ve had has been great! Great atmosphere and style at this salon.

Waa a 5 until I got color.Truly wanted to love it. Needed a place to become a regular.I dont seem to be a good fit :(Good color technique knowledge, so its not an issue with damage or lack of skill-jist did not like my style I guess? Specifically wanted highlights, heavier highlights. Pointed to where I wanted them. Wanted a light ash base. Its probably technically dark blonde, but it looks dingy ash brown, the highlights in the front are faint like babylights, but there is one weird extra light spot in the back?. 3 hours to go from Golden light blonde to dark.Agreed to an an inch off, more if needed. Took at least 2. Cut is probably ok, but definitely shorter than I planned. I have a part, cut it like I dont so who knows.Had to have a consultation appointment, but that seems wasted, because it did not put us on the same page. She is probably amazing with regulars.Facials are ok here. Pretty place. Nowhwre to park. Ceiling was leaking, but it happens.

Called they requested $100 deposit and that would add to your charge $115. You are paying $215. Sheesh! No ty I don’t mind paying $175 but $215 is a joke.
