I love this shop! They seem to be the only shop in Puyallup that sell Raspberry Jam Monster (my favorite juice) and the staff are always so sweet and very helpful with reading things if I don’t have my glasses on or contacts in 🤣. I love this store!!

I have never vaped before. Im a smoker looking for a way to quit smoking. The manager was very helpful. I think his name is Jason. He took a lot of his time to thoroughly explain the differences of products. He helped me pick out a short term vape machine. He also help pick out a oil that is low in nicotine and smooth on the throat. Im so glad he was so helpful knowing this would be their only sale to me. Thank you for all the help.

The guys are ALWAYS super friendly, helpful, and they know their stuff. Whenever I make a purchase at DC Vape they act like I’m making a personal purchase from themselves. If only everyone I did business with was this happy and joyful to deal with!

Love DC! The staff there are knowledgeable, very helpful and always very friendly. They almost always have what I need, and if they don’t, it’s there a few days later. I usually don’t wait until I’m completely out, so that works for me. They’re also a local, small business, a definite plus! Definitely recommend!!!

I love Jason and I just met him. I am a smoker wanting to quit I tried vape before just to harsh. He let me try a different one and surprisingly it didn’t kill me to inhale so nice thank you so much Jason.

The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The prices of the juice and mods are reasonable and I think the price vs quality is spot on. 10/10 would recommend to anybody for their vape needs.

Great experience. Allowed me to make sure the coils I was buying fit my tank properly before hand.May not be the best price in town (according to another customer), but will definitely come back. If my return visits are just as good I will up my rating to 5 stars.

I’ve been going to DC for a couple years now and every time I leave it’s always with a new delicious juice to try out and a smile on my face! Their staff is very knowledgeable on their products and always have a good vibe, the juice selection there will have you amazed along with everything else they have. It’s definitely worth the visit especially if you’re looking for some new flavors to try!

I had a bad review up for a while about DC but I have to say they seem to be turning the place around. My usual Vape shop was out of the stuff I usually get so I decided to swing back into DC and give them another try. The newer staff they have in there make you feel welcome to be there. They are knowledgeable and are willing to help. I will be coming back is the future.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They also have a very wide variety of fluids for regular vapes as well as salt nics. If you need fluid give them a visit for their reasonable prices.

I’ve been to DC Vape a few times now and every time I’ve been the customer service has been more than helpful. They have a loyalty reward program that can get you some free items which is pretty cool too!

This was the best customer service that Ive had in a very long time. He was super helpful and actually knew about vaping. A lot of other places dont know that much information. A little spendy, but everything is now these days.

The cashier was very sweet and I didnt feel rushed. She helped me pick out what I was there for.

This is by far the best vape store I have been to. I go out of my way to specifically go here, and Jason is very knowledgeable and always friendly.

I love this place I used to go to maple valley sense I worked up the street but sense moving out to orting area this is my go to shop super nice and super helpful! Most places dont like answering questions or get irritated when you want to try different flavors, I know Im super picky about my juice! The staff here do t mind at all and are happy to suggest flavors! They are very honest about it if a flavor isnt good for the price they let you know!

I used to love this shop but the friendly customer service I was used to seeing has started to drop. Its like everyone is all grumpy now. Thought it might just have been a bad day but every time I go in now thats the atmosphere I get from the place. The other day I waited for 10 min to be helped and sad to say that was it for me. Im taking my business somewhere else.

They always have my preferred brand of vape juice, only thing I could say would be to get “finest” in salt nic but other than that amazing store and amazing employees

These people take customer service serious and bend over backwards to keep their customers happy. They also stand behind their products unlike Vape on The Beach. They also have a much larger selection and an ambiance that is comforting. I highly recommend them and Ive been around vape shops for about 3 years now.

This is the 2nd time this week i have come to buy something and it was closed during business hours, wasted gas and time. This used to he a great shop till a few months ago but the quality has dropped for some reason.

Used to come here religiously for a couple years. The atmosphere has changed and the staff is not what it used to be. I paid 160 bucks for a mod and tank. A few weeks later my mod went to crap and they would not help me. I was bummed since I have been going to there for years. I had to make a change and Started going to maxx vape on 136th and meridian. I recommend checking it out. Dont waste your time with the kids running this store. I miss Dave.

I let the guy know right off the bat that I was pretty new to vaping and I wasnt sure what kind of coil I would need. But I told him I run my vape at 80-100 watts so it should be the kind that can take that. I guess all he heard was Im a stupid girl and I cant read! Because when i got home and read the information on the coil I found that it was designed to run at 50-60 watts, the thing burned up in like 3 days. He confirmed many times that this was the right coil for my vape.Other reviewers have expressed the same problem, I wouldnt recommend shopping here unless you know exactly what youre looking for and exactly how much it costs. Because if youre not knowledgeable theyll just take advantage of you.

Ive come into DC Vapes a few time within the week. Got Greeted by Ron one time and he helped me find my new juice of the week to use on my rda and he reccomeded the burst flavor, & today I was greeted by Riley and he helped me find my new box and tank to use and got me hooked on the aqua juice for my tank and its a warm welcome every single time I come in. Very knowledgeable on the vape device and very helpful when looking for juices as well.

Typical city folks just in there to make a quick buck. Dont care bout no one but themselves. Went there last week to buy a vape. Cause Ive heard vaping is a good stress reliever. So I bought a vape $154 for everything (H Priv kit, charger, and juice). So I go home you know to check it out right. I find it has a charging port. So the $15 charger I bought pointless. Go online to look up juice. $10 bucks for 30ml. The one they sold me $22 and it sucks. So then I show it to my friend, he tells me you got jacked, those are like $55. I payed $100 for it. I not happy. Idk why they have such great reviews. Be smart go some place else.

Every Friday night hey host a build class for all stages of mod builders. Mary and Dave and there staff will never over sell what you need o use high pressure sales. DC Vape is one of two shops I use on a regular biases. go and check them out.
