Vape on the Beach

High quality vape shop, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for vape products. The owner and employees are very educated on their products (something you won’t find at most shops.) They have a large store, very clean and organized, with a wide selection of inventory. Much better environment than any regular smoke shop you would come across these days. Prices are fair, they have a rewards system which most shops don’t offer, and everyone is so friendly, which makes for a very pleasant shopping experience. This is the type of shop worth spending some time in with friends like the good old days. Happy to see a business trying to keep that energy alive. 10/10.

Tried this shop and bought 3 elfbars for 80$ geez thats the most expensive Ive ever paid and they dont even last. Asked about Daze disposable vape and they said they dont sell any American made products, thats insane. Daze disposables last way longer and taste great. Wont return, ordering online now.

The place just came under new management. The staff is great! Very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. My new vape was having firing issues a couple of days after purchase. They were able to correct the issue, in house and on the spot. I was very impressed and am excited to see the new build-out. Thanks again for the help:)

The tobacco liquid was more expensive than the competitors around. The guy made me feel rushed and they did not care exactly what I wanted.

I have fun shopping here everyone working there has a great personality and I never had a bad experience there its always a pleasure going there.

This place is under new ownership and the lady there was very unprofessional and lied right to my face. I was there a few days ago when they were switching ownership. First off they didn’t tell me that was happening. I tried to return coils that were never opened because I got a new vape and juice that had no taste to it and a disposable cape that tasted burnt. That was $88 worth of stuff. She said there was nothing she could do! She said they had no sales since they took over which is bs because she is the one who told me what flavors the disposable vape was! This new ownership doesn’t stand by their customers like the old owners. They would have returned everything no problem

I have been here twice, both times Kelsey has been amazing. I asked about a new MOD and she didnt try to pressure me into buying something I didnt need. She recommended a few good juices and helped me find a replacement glass that I broke. She is absolutely delightful and so helpful. I will send everyone I know to her. THANK YOU KELSEY!

I purchased an elf bar yesterday that looked legit, but when I got home, the flavor was definitely off. I learned it was a fake after looking up the code. I went back to ask for a new one, but the worker informed me that they have a sign saying there are fakes mixed in with real ones from the supplier and it was buyer beware. I wish I had been told that before purchasing. Fortunately there are many other vape shops around town.

The service here is always great, and the lounge is one of the best Ive seen. They always greet me, and the owner is a nice guy. Unfortunately, they wont carry any choclate flavors, or any desert flavors outside of fruits. I go here for the coils, and parts for my vape, since Im not a big fan of their flavor line up, but I still like to support this local store. This is the only reason why its not 5 stars in my book.

These guys are the best around! Very helpful and always willing to help you with anything and they stand by their products. Kelsey even let me use one of her mods when mine was acting up and ended up trading me. I recommend this shop.

Ive been going to this place for years now, great selection on mods and juices! Kelsey is very helpful with any questions or mod complications. She fixed my device for me when the screw fell out and didnt charge me a dime. I highly recommend this place!!!

I was wanting to upgrade from my small tank to an RDA. The guy was extremely helpful and actually took the time to teach me to build my new RDA. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and have helped me with all my vape needs. They take the time to help you find your flavor of juice and are very patient with every customer.

Pretty cozy place. Employees are honest, and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend. They are willing to help customers new to vaping and when you have issues with a product.

Best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Very helpful. Went in to get juice and coils and my mod decided to stop working and they stepped up to make sure I didnt leave without a working mod. Definitely went above and beyond. I wouldnt choose another shop after going to vape on the beach on south hill!

Good customer service, they are for the customer and provide great information on all your vaping needs. This shop is tremendous for everything. Great quality merchandise, if you have not yet come to this shop head in now! They have killer deals and can answer all your questions!

This is my favorite vape shop to come to, I walk in and the staff already knows my order. It’s a lounge setup with a pool table, one of these days I need to stay a few minutes and actually lounge. Clean, friendly, and knowledgeable, you can’t beat their service in the vape realm. Keep up the good work Vape on the Beach 🏝.

Got a tank and a mod from them a few months ago. They are really knowledgeable and direct which is rare for these types of shops. They gave me a ton of pointers and tips. The prices are very competitive for the area. Huge selection of juices and products.

Ive been to several different vape shops in multiple cities and states and this one is by far the best one Ive ever been to. Selection is unmatched and there sample tanks will give you an accurate idea about what your buying (alot of shops have a terrible sample system) very clean and classy and the employees are VERY knowledgeable.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was setup with a nice mod and tank, juice, and extra coils for $200. Great juice selection and the tasting bar is something that other shops in the area should strive to have.

Since the move the store looks absolutely amazing! The customer service is excellent and the employees really know what they are talking about and have knowledge on the supplies that they carry. Definitely my #1 choice for a vape store so far!

My wife bought me a new vape with a bigger battery. I went in to get a little better educated on it and the staff was very helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and actually showed me how to do what I was asking. They also answered my questions and educated me on the types of juices and what the percentages of oils and nicotine were. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is because they dont carry my favorite juice flavor.

I came in here with absolutely no experience with vape, wanting to get something with 0mg. They knew exactly every answer yo every question. I was helped by a very patient and helpful man named Nick. I think he deserves recognition for taking the time to explain everything with me thoroughly.

I was just in here for a coil and wound up upgrading my tank to an amazing mesh coil TFV 16. Keoni and Kelsey were so great and I love my new tank so much! The place is great so I highly recommend checking it out!

Best vape shop in Puyallup and that Ive ever done business with!! Not being from the area, I started out using Max Vape and was satisfied til they moved locations. The management there now is terrible and they sell shotty products and do not stand behind what they sell. I tried Vape on the Beach and they are absolutely amazing. They have superb customer service, are honest, good prices and go above and beyond to be sure that you are satisfied and your vape is working properly. I can not say enough good things about Vape on the Beach and I reccomended them 1000%!!

Amazing customer service!! The staff is great at answering customer questions specially for first time vape users. They have a lot of knowledge and its the number one reason i keep coming back! The people who work there are rude. They dont help you with anything that you need. They just sell you something even if you dont know how vapes work. No bueno. I went to island vapor and got hands down the best costume service ! Small family owned ! And great prices. So wont be going to vape on the beach again.

I went into the shop looking to quit smoking, I had a ton of questions, the staff was very informative and helpful in my research of my purchase, I have been back with more questions over the past few weeks and got tons of help and answers. I had a problem with a product and the staff solved my problem and have been very understanding.... This is the only vape shop I will go to!!!

As a transitioning smoker I was overwhelmed at the process and choices vaping provides. The staff at this location were extremely helpful, and knowledgable. They even gave me a tutorial on the basics of the vape I purchased. Great place, great people and great flavors.

Ive been to quite a few before shops but none compare to Vape on the beach, the staff is super friendly, really helpful, and not only do they know a lot about about the products they carry theyll be honest in their thoughts about them.

Came in on Friday the 13th, Ryan came in and set me up with the perfect match, a Zeus Aegis, for my first vape. He spent 2 hours explaining everything to me, helping me understand how vaping works. I couldnt have asked for a better team to help me.

They have a great selection of juices, mods, and accessories... but the service isnt always the best. I think the last guy that helped me was maybe a bit hungover? lol. but generally a great vape shop.

Great shop, great staff (kelsey and tanner) and should be five stars but the owners fear of covid makes the experience very much less than it could be.

One of the only places open at 11. Driving through otw to seattle, vape batteries went out, so popped in for some batteries and juice. Staff very professional, inside very clean, with an oldschool cabinet arcade! Wish I lived nearby, I would probably drop in and just hang out. Thanks guys!

Only vape shop that had the mod kit I was looking for. Employees kind of dismissed any questions I had about juices though. Ended up with a smaller bottle than I asked for at a price I never would have paid otherwise.

They are helpful, but a little overpriced with certain things. Its a very nice place to go though if your looking for a variety of juices, and information about your mod, coils, etc.

Its really just the best way to find new flavors. I go in with no info and they always find me a good flavor. Top notch customer service.

Prices are far to high. I paid $45 for 5 coils. There are 2 other shops within 3 miles. Both of them have the same coil and only $25 for 5 of the same size and brand.

Always feels like were intruding when we go in ... Seems like the guys working are having a party and were interrupting by wanting to buy something.Also, I get that its a vape shop, but the amount of smoke in the air there is harsh. They need better ventilation or something.Wont be going back anymore.
