I recently had the pleasure of visiting Brick-Stone Massage, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience. Their mission to promote optimal health and wellness through the healing power of massage therapy truly shines through in every aspect of their service.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, which instantly made me feel at ease. The environment was serene and inviting, setting the perfect tone for relaxation.Overall, Brick-Stone Massage exceeded my expectations in every way. Took my wife here for a 1 hour couples massage and I got everything I was expecting. A quiet room with two tables, and two great masseuse who reassured our expectations every step of the way. I asked for hard, deep tissue massage and the small woman did not disappoint. My wife asked for medium and wasn’t disappointed either. They wipe the massage oil afterwards so you’re not fighting to put your clothes back on. It was an overall a great experience.

Brick-Stone Massage of Puyallup was absolutely amazing! They had such wonderful customer service and made us feel right at home. We walked in but wanted a later appointment, they helped us set it up. Coco and Judy did our couples massage for $130. They were both so talented and skilled it felt significantly longer than 60 minutes. So glad we found this place, a true gem in a small town.

Outstanding! I took my boyfriend here for the 60 minute couples massage and we were both more than satisfied. The ladies were great at making us feel comfortable and making sure we were enjoying each step of the process. The room was peaceful and pleasant. If I’m in the area again I will be coming back! I highly recommend this location!

Wow! Just leaving here, and I enjoyed my massage with my identical twin sis’! Parking is limited on the street there at times, so you should arrive a bit earlier to give time for looking for parking and figuring that out. They are located in downtown Puyallup on the same side of the street as Trackside Pizza before you arrive at those railroad tracks. Coco and Judy were very professional. When I walked up to the front desk, Coco had me say our names and confirmed what we were there for as well as the appointment time. She matched the information to the booking on her screen. I knew I had to communicate my massage needs because of my certain limitations. Coco helped me by explaining to Judy that I needed a softer massage and why. The hot stones and herbal bags were perfectly administered! I kind of floated away into my own world, and I wanted to sleep over lol! I thanked my twin for this gift, as I was afraid to do this due to me being very sore to the touch and irritable. Brick and Stone Massage has a very clean atmosphere, the massage table heats up, and the music they played during the massage was as soothing as the massage itself.

Although I did receive a beneficial massage from Judy that gave me some relief, I am left a bit confused on the process and why things went the way they did. When I arrived, I was rushed into a room and left to get undressed, my name/appointment time was not verified. I have had many massages in many different settings, and there is usually some sort of debrief for the therapist to know what to focus on, so that part missing was odd. I also did not fill out any medical paperwork or waivers, that is extremely odd and could be very dangerous for both parties. I have had multiple surgeries and live with chronic pain, as well as I have an autoimmune condition. Judy and I worked together to adapt the massage for my body and pain, but it was from my prompts not her asking if everything was feeling okay or if she needed to adjust. I was lead to believe when I booked online that this would be a therapeutic massage with hot stones and hot herbal bags. There were no hot stones or herbs, and I did not feel like speaking up since I had already encountered some red flags. If Im ever in crazy pain and cant find a better massage elsewhere, I may return. But I will walk right out if I am not greeted with written informed consent and medical history paperwork, as well as some kind of certification for the therapist. Massages given without prior understanding of the body you are working on is a liability at best, but at worst could cost someone their life. Blood clots arent obvious, and can be massaged, dislodged, travel to the brain and lungs, and end the persons life, among other possible injuries. Judy was very strong and accommodating. This post is aimed at the business and the way they do their policies and procedures. FYI: July 2021 legislative updates changed to require the massage clinic to obtain a signed or initialized written/verbal informed consent from the client prior to performing the massage.Heads up to any future customers, demand that waiver because it is your health, life, and right.

Went for a couples massage. Worst experience ever. They rushed us into the room told us undress and lay face down and rushed out of the room. They didnt ask about areas of concern or where they should focus, or have us fill out and sign any forms. They actually didnt confirm my name. When the came back in, they dug right in, no conversation, nothing. My boyfriend and I both had to tell them they were hurting us multiple times. The lady massaging me left my butt uncovered multiple times. When it was over one said finished and the abruptly stopped and left the room. We were both confused and in pain. In the front room they gave the total and a punch card... we didnt say anything at the time because it just was so weird and rushed. Not relaxing at all. We were in so much pain, and still are! I contacted the shop via email to ask for a refund, and their license information and they have not responded. I will be contacting BBB and the state to file complaints. We were not treated, we were injured.

This is the best massage studio Ive ever been too. Very clean, lovely massage rooms.My first time I made an appointment was because I had been in horrible pain due to muscle spasms ( I have a old injury to my shoulder)Coco was absolutely fabulous, she was patient, and and made sure at all times she was not hurting me.Afterward I felt better than I had in days.I just went for my second appointment and again a wonderful massage and came home feeling so much better.Great value, and I highly recommend Coco. You will not be disappointed.

Best massage Ive had. Judy was awesome. Been having a lot of low back pain and she was very professional. I walked out feeling much better. Will be booking another massage soon and will do the hour massage.

Id give more starts if I could. This was the first time in over 10 years my shoulders have been straightened out and I can now hold my head up without discomfort. I can even touch my toes again! I cannot recommend them enough!

I decided to treat myself to a massage, and found Brick-Stone after a quick search. They did not disappoint! I got paired with Judy who was wonderful and left feeling so much better. I’ll certainly be back for another session soon!

After not having a massage in over 2 years, very glad to hear about new place in Puyallup and had a wonderful experience, place is beautiful and professional, I was comfortable at all times, my body felt so much better after the 90-minute body and foot massage. She focused exactly on the area request, kept asking questions to make sure I was comfortable. Cant wait to return.

Ive suffered from chronic pain for years so Ive literally had hundreds of massages. I saw this little place today as I was waiting for the train in downtown Puyallup and went back after work for a 90 minute massage. The place was clean and inviting and Coco was friendly and professional. She gave me one of THE best massages Ive EVER had! I would definitely recommend this place 💯!
