I’m going to say that I am very picky about my nails and that is why I’m recommending them. Excellent work on hands and feet and they are all very good. Clean environment and the free wine or drinks are great too. They do an amazing job.Tina is very very sweet and always does my nails perfectly.

I honestly love this place for my nails. I have gone to many near by nail salons and they tend to do good one time and okie the next. I get a constant pleasing result from this place. The only one draw back is pedicures really depend on who u get. Some of them are amazing 👏 others tend to just hurry through.

Amazing relaxing place to go get your nails done and brows waxed (: I love the calm atmosphere and people! I have been going here for over 10 years and truly enjoy it. They also serve you drinks complimentary.

New to the area & found this place near Winco! Walked in today without an appt for 3 of us & was served almost immediately. Receptionist is very friendly & helped us figure out what services to get. Got the classic mani & pedi for us all. Got mine done in regular polish #757. Massages, services & nail techs were all very friendly. Thank you for the pedi slippers. Found myself a close by nail bar, its only 7 mins away for me 💅. Thanks Gallery Nail Bar!

Its a friendly environment. However, its way too expensive, and they will charge you an extra 5% from your debit card or 💳 credit card, and if you use their ATM, it will charge you $2.95 per transaction. Here is the kick, if you have two working with you, one doing a Manicure and another doing Pedicure, you must tip both of them 🙄😆. This is why I do not pay anyone to do my nail 💅..... I can use that money to donate to a person in need instead. The places are lovely and friendly.

Angie was great! She did a beautiful job and the royal pedicure was absolutely blissful! Ive been here several times and always have a great experience.

Never had my nails so poorly done, gel everywhere on my finders and starting to pop up after an hour of having them done. This place is really nice, but Ivy the lady that did my nails had no care or interest in doing them. She was not paying attention to my nails, very distracted and quick. Terrible experience, not worth my money and time. Never coming back

Very disappointed! I heard mixed reviews about this place so I decided to try it. Walked in at 11 on Saturday and asked how long it would be, I just needed a gel fill. The lady told me 20 min wait, which was fine, I ended up waiting about 45 min. There was a younger girl who was walking around grabbing everyone’s paper they filled out and losing them, I was asked 3 or 4 times what I wanted by multiple employees and had to fill out another paper. I finally went back, the lady was rushing me and didn’t even ask anything, she just started. I wanted my nails a little shorter but she filed them all the way down basically. She used the filing tool on my cuticles which burned and they all started to sting. She then put clear POLISH over my already gel white tips and proceeded to grab and move my hand in front of a mini fan and said thank you and moved on to the next person. I told her I wanted gel and that’s what I wrote down and she brushed me off. I was upset at this point and just wanted to leave so I held my nails in front of the fan for a while but my nails still smudged. My cuticles were bleeding as well. I wish I got a picture right after but here they are a couple days later. My nails are yellow where the gel was and now clear where the polish is. This was my first fill after a new set and now I have to get a new set next time I go. Very frustrated.

First off, the lady doing my toes was wearing old gloves she used on someone else. There was pink polish all over them before we even started. I asked her about it and she ignored me. I came with a group, so I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it.I got the deluxe pedicure, which is the second most expensive option. It only lasted 30 minutes total - with polish, although the pamphlet stated it was an extended service/massage. The other people I was with also got this option and theirs lasted much longer. The tech doing my toes rushed to do someone’s nails when she was finished with me, so I think she was just trying to hurry with me so she could move on. She then took an hour and half to do her full set.I asked for her to redo a few toes because the polish was already lifting, there was stuff stuck in the polish and it was all over my cuticles. The paint was rushed both times and she was waving around a plastic sandwich bag to dry them. When she was re-doing them she was scraping my dry cuticle off with her fingers and seemed annoyed taking the polish off. She only re-did half the toes I asked her too.We had an appointment for a group, and they seemed annoyed we were all talking to each other and not just sitting there quietly.

Ive been going here for a long time, but today Im very disappointed my nails supposed to have pumpkins and cute happy ghost but they couldnt do the pumpkins and the ghost looks ridiculous and sorry to say like a Semen. I asked if she wanted someone else to do the pumpkins, and she said no, she could do it, and they were rushing my nails because they were closing. So I said no need the pumpkins and at the end she said she was sorry and that she doesnt like doing designs. If she didnt like doing designs, she shouldve said something, and i would have been fine with someone else doing it. WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER NAIL SALON.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I dont have many negatives to say about this salon. The place and atmosphere provided is one of the most beautiful salons in Puyallup, very clean. I was greeted at the door by what seemed to be the only man there (I think the manager?). I brought my little sister Abby with me for company but she didnt want anything done. The guy kept asking my sister if she wanted to get her nails done because she will be waiting a long time for me, as my sister proceeded to politely say no, but thank you. My manicure tech was very sweet. She did fantastic with my finger nails, although I had to pick off the dead skin around my nails because I guess they dont use lotion on hands there? She also allowed Abby to sit next to me because it was 11am on a Monday and the salon was near empty. I then got a pedicure, my manicure tech told Abby she could sit on the stool near me so we can talk. When I walked over to the pedicure chair, the man came over to Abby and told her she cant sit next to me because she didnt pay for a service... I thought that was rude but we just texted eachother because I felt bad that she couldnt be close. My pedicure tech was very nice as well, but kept cutting my nail short where it couldnt be any shorter, it was painful for her to continue filing (for all the people who feel bad speaking up, you probably understand). I was fine until the end when I saw that my toenails looked weirdly shaped and badly painted, painful and ugly- not good!! I would skip this salon and go to the next, it ended up costing me over $70 not including the tip for the least expensive options.

Beware - The technician ripped my toenail off.This was my first experience. I had an appointment and arrived on time. The receptionist helped me fill out the paper questionnaire for the services I was requesting (Mani/Pedi). I was excited to see they offered refreshments, I checked lemonade as a request.I get seated in the very back, where they keep the drinks. I get into the pedicure chair and I’m instantly greeted by the technician doing my pedicure. She confirms my services and name - then gets started. I was never offered a drink.The technician started taking off my existing gel polish, instead of soaking my gel polish off, she decided to pick it off with a cuticle clippers. I found it odd but kept my comments to myself since it was my first experience. The technician removed all my polish and was on my final toe. I felt a change in pressure then piercing pain. I looked and she covered my foot up so I couldn’t see. I moved the towel to see what was bothering me and she shoved my foot in the water. I pulled it out to find blood gushing.She tried to tell the others she “scratched” my toe.I decided not to make a big deal at first. Surly it was an accident. I had never been to this place.. but then all of a sudden I realized that this lady was trying to hide the fact she ripped my toe nail off. She tried multiple times putting alcohol on it to stop bleeding which everytime I repeatedly told her it hurt and I didn’t like it - for her to tell me it was the only way to stop the bleeding.She wrapped my toe up with cotton and proceeded with my pedicure. She brought out the wax and attempted to put my bloodied toe in it, I told her I wasn’t comfortable due to it being an open wound. She persisted and told me she would wrap my toe with cotton & bandaids,It was at that moment I just started crying. I realized that she was acting like nothing had happened.. I asked to leave - her manager (I assumed) came over and asked what the matter was, I told her about my toe, she told me “at least your other toes look good”. I asked again to leave. They offered for me to come back tomorrow to get my pinky toe repainted - I responded with I don’t have a nail left to paint.. they offered to put a fake nail in place, I refuse. I requested to leave again. They offered a free nail paint when I return from my vacation. I refused and told them they didn’t understand I would never be back.Then at the end, with me crying nearly the entire time (from the anxiety of what just happened) they attempted to charge me for a pedicure, but offered free gel paint. I confirmed as she wrote the price down that she wanted me to pay for a pedicure in which I received nothing but pain and a loss of a toe nail. She scratched off the price.I paid for my manicure. No tip.The lady told me she has been doing nails for 20 years and that was the first time ever happening - I told her it was ironic that it was my first time ever at her salon and also my first time getting my toe nail ripped off.I left crying.

If you have not been to Gallery Nail Bar, do not walk, RUN and get your nails done by Amber! Shes my girl! Shes so good at what she does and the conversation is ALWAYS good!

Absolutely recommend this Nail Salon😁! I left Avatar Nail and Spa.... It was the best decision. My nail tech is the BEST hands down! She free hands all of the art I bring her and NAILS it every single time! No pun intended. The atmosphere and energy here is completely out if this world. All of your negative thoughts and feelings disappear as soon as you walk inside. 100% therapeutic for sure! Ladies and gents, come one time and I promise you will be a forever customer!! Here is the good and the bad.The Good-You fill out a sheet to indicate the details of your visit, great touch.Nancy was very friendly and has a great attitude. The salon itself is very clean, fancy and comfortable a big plus. Oh and yes they serve DRINKS!!!!! This is the first place in Tacoma/Puyallup I have found that serves drinks, being from Texas I’m surprised not more places do it.The Bad-Nails by NancyI got a classic manicure with gel polish, total 32.00. Not the best clean up, my cuticles look pretty bad. The polish doesn’t come close to the cuticle, which means it’ll grow out a lot sooner. There should be a better system of checking customer out. (There was a cluster of people at the front, I had to form a line and wait for people to be seated before I could pay and leave.)EyebrowsI asked for an eyebrow cleanup which I was not happy with, I had to give a lot of direction and had wax dripped on my hair. Eyebrows are for brown salons.* Nails are for nail salons.*

Really liked it here, first time visiting. I was impressed by the time taken to make sure all the jagged edges were smooth. Lots of color choices, price was as expected but plan to tip using cash as they dont do tips on cards.

Been loyal customer for years I called today 2:30 appointment got there was told that I had to wait till 3 I said ok filled out paper then told no room for me whole time acted like I was not important I guess because I only get pedicures. So went around corner and got a great pedicure looks like I have a new spot

I’ve given this nail salon several attempts I don’t know why I came back. Today I had my last straw. I’m not topically a reviewer only the extremely good or extremely bad. I got my nails done with “Nancy” her energy was awful made me feel uncomfortable the whole time. She would pinch her sharp nails into my hands to control the angle I held my hand shoot me dirty looks and made annoyed sounds the whole service. At one point when she started filling my nails she asked if I wanted the same shape and I requested they were a bit more almond this time. She started shaping them and around the third nail the owner or manager swept in and told me they would be charging me more for shaping my nail. What?! I explained that I thought that was just apart of any normal service I’d had and she told me no we consider that a fullset. I wanted to walk out but I just bit my tongue and sat there. From that point on any careful measure Nancy had taken went out the window. From then on Every tool she used she jabbed me on each nail EVERY single one. I eventually said can you please slow down your hurting me. She glanced up and changed nothing. At the end my nail beds were shiny and red with little nicks she put oil over the top shoved my hands backwards me and said DONE! I was shocked I asked the gal at the front desk what her name was and explained it wasn’t a pleasant experience she was angry and hurt me she shrugged and said you can see someone else next time. Nancy quickly made her way up to gather the tip she presumed she was getting a watched her the girl and the owner look at me and laugh as I got into my car. Unprofessional overpriced, awful experience! I work in the beauty industry I was embarrassed my their service.

This place is fantastic. They always do beautiful Nails. Ve, new owner, is terrific. I have been coming here for over 10 years. They are the best.

Love this place for eyebrow waxing and my nails! Love the color selection they have for gel polishes and the ladies are all wonderful and nice. Highly recommend!

Did a good job a week ago of removing a set of nails and just putting gel on. Unfortunately my nail were too thin and they started breaking so I went back and had a new set put on Im very happy with the job and they gave me discount on them because I had only been in a week ago. Did not expect that. Ill go back for sure.

I have been coming here for almost two years and I came in for a fill and pedicure yesterday. I normally love this place and have great service. I got a nail technician for my fill that I have not had service done by before (I dont remember her name). Though she was really nice she did a rush job. I have poor eyesight and didnt notice till I got home. Its extremely bubbly, the acrylic was not filled on sides, places missing nail polish, it was really uneven and the acrylic was missing in some parts of my nail as well (like it wasnt applied all the way). Its disappointing because I normally love this place but the quality is really bad this time. I provided pictures.

I would have left 0 stars but google wont let. Got my nails done here a couple of months ago they did a horrible job. I thought to give them a 2nd chance and it was worse this time. My daughter chose a light blue the lady started to paint her nails stopped half way saying its to light for her and went got a different color without asking her first. It was supposed to be dipped nails but looks more like a wavy mess. She didnt even finish with mine and was already asking me to move to a different chair because she had other customers. When I was paying I showed them how bad she screwed up my nails, she didnt even get to the cuticles. There was no apology, they said nothing. Dont waste your time or money. Im going home to redo it myself.

When its sandal season Gallery Nail Bar is where I go! I never know when Ill have an extra block of time to pamper myself so when that time does come, I end up as a walk-in client. I have never been turned away and have maybe had to wait 10-20 minutes before being taken to my pamper station. The people who work there are professional and have always done a wonderful job! Being someone whose job requires papering of others, its nice knowing I can support a local business and be taken care of when my schedule allows. Thank you again!!

We showed up without a reservation on Saturday, the staff were gracious enough to put us on the schedule. I got a deluxe manicure and was very impressed. Very good value for the cost, and the staff eas very friendly and kind- even after I moved wrong and they had to redo one nail. Highly recommend and will return--albeit with a scheduled appointment.

Consistently outstanding service. The owner, Colleen, goes out of her way to ensure customers receive great service in an extremely clean, relaxing environment. Staff are skilled and professional. If ever a problem, they go out of their way to make it right. Love Gallery Nail Bar and highly recommended!

They were very very helpful in my quest for mani/pedi and were so nice and offered the gel but I had never tried it before. But now I have realized I dont like the gel on my finger nails.

I went here to try this salon out because its way closer than my regular spot. I felt rushed through even though a chose an expensive pedicure. My paint job was very basic. My worker said she has been there for 2 years. It is a beautiful place but service needs help.

The nail Artist Tina was great she did a fabulous job and was quick! I will be returning thank you!!

Tammy is amazing. She does excellent work and the only one I will go to. I am sure the others are amazing as well but when you find someone the does great work, I will remain faithful!!The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing, and all the staff are very kind and helpful! And, added extra are the refreshments! Anywhere from water to margaritas lol.I highly recommend this place!!

Im so glad I found this place. I cant believe I didnt think to come in sooner. The calming music and the quiet environment were so relaxing. With all the stresses that come along with daily life entering into this salon was a breath of fresh air. Ella did my nails and she did it an absolutely beautiful job and she was so welcoming and so nice to me. Ive been searching for a place that I could become a regular and I can confidently say this is my choice. I cant wait to go back. I cant stop staring at my nails. Im so happy with the services I received. Again, Ella was so wonderful and I feel very lucky to have had her do my nails. I only hope Im lucky enough to request her again.

I live in Bothell but came out here for the day. This has been the best pedicure experience of my life!!! The lady was friendly and for the first time the only place that actually scrubbed my feet long that 5 secs!! If i didn’t live so far I’d come here forever lol. Highly recommend this place to any local, we don’t have anything this good in Bothell.

Idk why they’re not rated higher. I’ve been coming here since 2015, when we bought our home in the area. I tried 2 other salons in the are over the years and came back to gallery every time. It’s clean, they’re prompt, they’re personable…I have 3 techs in particular that I see when one or the other is unavailable, and I always make sure to book in advance if I know I want to work with the tech I prefer for designs. The 3 I work with shape my nails exactly how I like them, they’ve never destroyed my cuticles or cut my nails without permission. Maybe it’s the rapport I’ve built over the years, but I have no intention of leaving this salon based on my experience with them. Love this place

Love going to this salon, especially seeing my nail tech Kim. Always flawless and i always get compliments about my nails out in public especially at work since I work in retail and customers are always looking at my nails. Been going here for the last 2 years.

This is my favorite spot to get my nails done, whether it is a manicure or pedicure or both. Everyone is super nice and friendly. Angi is my absolute favorite. She pays attention to the small details every time. Would recommend them to anyone of my friends.

10/10 definitely recommend! My favorite nail salon since moving to Puyallup, WA. Service is immaculate! All the beautiful ladies are so kind and welcoming. Wait times are never that long or excruciating when I come in. Majority of the time the lovely Miss Kim is on the other end of the desk doing an incredible job on my harsh and roughened nails. She does an outstanding job EVERY TIME. She pays attention to the details, takes her time, while providing great customer service and friendly conversation to pass the time. Definitely a Queen when it comes to manicures and new sets. Haven’t gone to any other nail salon since I first stepped into this one. Love it! (:

I love this place! They did amazing on my nails!!

This was my first time coming. The place was nice, clean, relaxing atmosphere, and very inviting. We didnt have to wait long to be seated and was attended to right away. I loved that they offer you something to drink and you can enjoy a chair massage while getting your nails done. They were thorough and quick. The only thing negative is when they talk in their native language while they work on your feet, seems a bit rude. If you have something to talk about that you dont want others to hear, then obviously, its not the time nor the place to talk about it. I will be returning with my daughter next time.

I came because I just got a full set acrylic and 2 of them broke the next day. So I came to get them fixed and not only did they not fix it but charged me for a whole NEW set which is not what I asked for. Prices here are outrageous

Experience was very nice. First pedi in 6 months. Business website photos very true of service you get. Shop is clean and elegant. The pedicure very relaxing. Nice hot stone option good for tired legs. Technician Tiffany was very professional and gentle on my post surgical ankle. Planning to go again for next pedi.

First time going here , but wont be my last. Brought my momma & daughter, we all 3 had wonderful relaxing pedicures, my tech massaged my legs & feet for a nice long time & I also had dip over the top of my natural nails. I had a different tech for that , but again done a great job was quick & made sure to take care of detail to all my nails. Was very happy with our services & environment was clean techs were professional & friendly.

My sisters & I brought my mom in to cheer her up after my dad passing away. We thought having a girls day out at the nail spa would be great. Lets say it wasnt the best experience. We booked a appointment for 1:30 for all 4 of us & we were walked back in at 2:20.The owner was mad at me for felling out the nail form wrong for my mom. Than the owner got mad at me because I wanted a extra service, which I already wrote on the form what I wanted. If the owner was more nicer we would of had a better time. The ladies who did our nails did great & the place was very clean. I have no issue with the workers or the building. Just the owners attitude, all the lady who did my nail came out & gave my mom a hug & her condolences.

I called and made an apt and the lady was very helpful with all my questions. I went in to my apt and the atmosphere was great. She did a great job or I thought, I got a fill with shellac paint. About 4 days later my nails look like crap. They are scratched, the shellac is chipping off, it looks like they are stained. Ive never had this many problems in the past with other nail salons. I definitely will not be going back and it was more money than other nail salons so I thought it would be worth it. I was wrong.

I won’t be coming back. I got a pedicure and fill yesterday. The pedicure was fine, other than the lady doing seemed like she had better things to do than to be here. Was seemingly very rude and intimidating. But this morning one of my nails has snapped off! I got these done YESTERDAY. This shouldn’t have happened and I am highly upset. I really liked their service but after this job will not return.

I’ve gone twice now and found a better place in the same shopping center. This place offers wine and soft drinks, which I appreciate. This place looks clean, decorated nicely, and was quick to get you in and out. However the thing that gives this place a low rating is the staff. They’re not very friendly at all, and needs improvement with their customer service. It’s also quite inconvenient that they do not allow tips on debit/credit card transactions and refer you to the ATM a couple of stores down. Worst is you can tell that many of the ladies either do not like working there or do not like one another. It was quite awkward (and rude) that the lady doing my manicure (I think her name was Tina) treated the lady doing my pedicure so disrespectfully. She did not hide her feelings about this at all to me or the rest of the staff. After that, I was done with the place. The Nails and Spa place next to Fred Meyers is so much more friendlier and they don’t file your nails down to the stud.

Appointment was on time. Got services provided by Mia and Sarah. I asked for a different pedicure than the one I received, the lady doing the pedicure was super nice so it wasnt a big deal. A woman came and put plastic bags on my hands for cuticles while I was getting my pedicure done. After about 15 minutes of my fingers getting wrinkly in the bags and no manicure lady back to the chair, I took my hands out as it was starting to irritate my skin after so long.. Younger girl who eventually did my manicure was nice at first then got mad at me for nail bumping the gel uv light. Luckily I only bumped it once, which was surprising as it was sitting on a pillow on my lap. Beware because they do not list prices for adding shellac polish. I knew it would be extra but normally shellac is 10$ extra anywhere I go, they charged me 18$ extra here JUST for shellac on toes. I will NOT be coming back.

I get my nails done every two weeks. Ive done it all, gel, acrylic, tips, natural nails, polish, everything. Recently, my boss who is a regular with Tammy (she is amazing by the way!) started getting her nails done in the dipping color. They use a powder that is way healthier for your nails and has the color built into it. It actually healed her nails which had been previously damaged by acrylic and now theyre strong enough to have no polish or treatment on them at all. I was skeptical, but my acrylics kept breaking painfully so I thought I would try it. The dipping combines all the benefits of gel and acrylic without any of the downsides. My hands felt immediately lighter, but my nails were more flexible without feeling like they would break. It is now a thousand times easier to type even though my nails are long. The color is gorgeous and it dries pretty much instantly. When I went in for my last dipping, they told me they had just ordered another over 200 colors on top of the selection they already have. Im really excited to see what new colors have when I go back. I drive all the way from YELM to go to this place. It is spotless, the staff is all so friendly, and the entire building is gorgeous. The music and the atmosphere is super relaxing and very spa like. it doesnt feel like the kind of place that cuts corners and is basically just a nail jiffy lube like every other salon you see around. So worth the drive!

Place is nice and clean!!! Nails are done well. However, the lady I had was rude and didnt listen to how I wanted my nails. She wanted color, but I cant since Im active duty and argued with me about it. She also had an issue when I told her a nail was not straight. Other than that, its a good place.

I thought this place was amazing! I brought 4 ladies, we were taken care of right away, you can get free drinks (including water, soda, tea, coffee, win, champagne and margaritas!) Everyone was super nice to us and they did a great. Only two small complaints - 1, they only take tips in cash or check, so I wasnt able to leave a tip. 2, They didnt bring the polish all the way back to the cuticle bed and left a small space, not a big deal, but wouldve preferred it back further. Definitely recommend!!!!

I saw Kim at the Nail Galley and Spa today for a fill and design. I am a regular here, and have always had a good experience. Kim is really gentle taking off the previous color making the experience that can sometimes be painful, relaxing. I wanted a difficult Batman design today and She did her best to make that happen for me. I am really happy with the out come. If your looking for a new nail place, this place is awesome and highly recommend it.

I was told they are amazing! I am not even a picky person. Just all over bad experience and non friendly staff... went to get Gel manicure paid for Deluxe.... dont waste your money. I didnt even get my hands massaged just my arms.... no lotion on my hands...just arms... and 3 days later every single nail was peeling. So I went in after work on the 3rd day and the same lady did my nails. AWFUL she filed all the color off after barely soaking them, my nails are EXTREMELY thin now and they werent before . So I chose a different nail color besides clear and looks like a 3 year old painted them.Its a light pink how can you even mess up light pink?? I am not happy nor would I recommend them. not friendly, takes your money and doesnt even know who you are. I would rather drive to auburn from Olympia than to drive go to this place.

I’m giving this place 2 stars because of the drinks and ambiance. I got a gel manicure and TWO DAYS afterward they started to chip. I went back to get them redone which they did at no charge. A gel manicure should at the minimum last 1 week if not 2 weeks.After getting them redone two days later they started to chip again. Less than a week and the whole nail polish is peeling off.Terrible nail job, I would never recommend.

Ive been coming to this place for a long time. I generally get dipping color on my nails, and a pedi. They offer water, pop or adult beverages, which is a plus. The atmosphere is always relaxing and the massage chairs are great. All the ladies there know how to do their job very well. I used to get my eyebrows waxed there too, but not anymore. Depending on who did them, they didnt always turn out symmetrical. But if you want your nails done well, this is the place to go.

Ive been going to this salon for over twelve years. I am very satisfied with the care and attention I have received. Though there were a few visits that were not the norm, I would communicate my concern, and every effort was done to make it right. Believe me, after thirty years of having nail care, I am happy to excuse a minor discretion, over the chance of poor health safe guards. Remember, sharing kindness goes both ways.

I went for a classic pedicure which is listed on their Facebook for $26 and includes a paraffin wax. All she did was cut my nails, lotion/scrub my legs and then painted my toe nails. Nothing for my actual feet/heels/bottom of feet. I was charged 31$ and when paying their machine was down, I stood there for 15 min ( 8months pregnant) while she helped other customers and was on the phone. It was horrible customer service and horrible pedicure.

My nail tech was super sweet and i was very happy with my gel nails when i left the place. 2 days later on the day of my prom they started peeling. i had to go to prom with chipped nails :( probably won’t come back.

They were extremely rude. She got mad because I told her I wanted pink not red. She went and got a bunch of pink and dropped them on my lap then ignored me the whole rest of the time. She was speaking Vietnamese then rolling her eyes laughing. They even have a sign up that says if they are speaking in Vietnamese your care is free. When I told the owner how rude she was and what happened he said well shes really busy. No excuse. Three other people were complaining how rude they were. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Poor service and I paid $50 for a full set and it wasnt what I wanted. Never again.

I used to love going here. But this is the second time I have been disappointed. My drink did not get delivered. I had to ask for it and my sister did not get hers at all. I paid $123 for both of us to get our nails and toes done. My toe nails were not filed and ended up jagged on top of missing steps in my pedicure. They were not polite. My sister mentioned that it was my due date and they went on and on about how I was too young to have a baby. I am 20, my husband is 30. We have our own home and are financially successful and stable. Regardless I went in to get my nails done not get lectured from people who do not know anything about my life. I will not be returning here. Neither will my sister. Very disrespectful. Will be on the search for a new nail place.

These gals are really nice. They have a great selection of colors, and are always accommodating to walk-ins! Also, they serve wine! ☺️

This is the nicest nail bar in Puyallup. I have been going here for 10+ years. They always have 10 or more technicians a day. I do try to make an appointment most of the time but if for some reason I didn’t make one, they always do their very best to get me in. I have another salon I have tried and every time I go in they say they are to busy and can’t take me. I want to give a big thank you to Tammy and Kim because they are truly the best in town.

Margarita was good but the nails workers lack good quality careI wasnt impressed. My nails were too thick and my granddaughter didnt like hers. When we mentioned it the worker jumped defensive. We just wanted our nails done right. So I went be going back.

I got my nails done and I wanted them long. They gave me attitude about me wanting my nails long and told me that their clients are usually more natural. After leaving three days later two of my nails broke and two other one started splitting. So I asked if I can come back to get them fixed. When I was there the nail tech was in such a hurry they put a lady next to me that was waiting for my nail tech and she kept saying that she was in a hurry. Naturally when someone is rushed they are not going to do their best work. I don’t mind paying for a good service and I tip very well. I have a one and a half-year-old and I take special time out to go get my nails done without her, but since I had to go get them fixed I had to bring her with me this time. When I walked in he told me that I can’t come in with the stroller. He said that they don’t do that. I’m very disappointed because now I have to go somewhere else and , and have them fix my nails after I already paid $45 at the nail bar. I was really excited to find a place that had so many dip colors dip powder. I would not recommend this place. That man that runs the place is not very nice, he talks way too fast and he talks to people like they’re stupid.. and hovers over the techs to rush them to get the next person in. Very disappointing.

My sister & I went here yesterday to get to dip sets of nails. We were turned away & told to come back the next day. So we did & we were turned away today again! There is no sign on the door stating that they were short staffed or no walk in clients. Very unprofessional when we were just told ‘no I can’t do that’ & frustrating because we were really excited to get our nails done here! I am a frequent flyer here & I adore Tammy & enjoy Nancy very much. The manager there was very rude & short. Don’t know if I will be returning again.

Very nice and friendly but disappointing when your gel manicure doesn’t last more than 5 days. Paint is peeling off in big pieces

I got dip nails with tips for my vacation and the next day the thumb nail broke off. Then 2 other nails chipped and broke. The last thing I want to do on vacation is waste my time getting my nails fixed. They only lasted a day. Ridiculous. Not to mention I had cuts around my nails from the drill. I will never go back. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible service from the moment I stepped in the door. The woman who runs this place couldnt be more ruder that I was almost offended. I normally go to a different nail salon but I tried this on a whim - sorry that I did. The pedicure that I received was one of the worst I have ever experienced. The tech actually snapped at me when she smudged my polish. I wish this place had nicer service because the facility is beautiful for a nail salon in Puyallup. Overpriced and massive over attitude from the staff.

I highly recommend this nail spa. They take appointments which I would suggest. However I was able to walk in and received excellent service. I chose the gallery service. I fully enjoyed the stone hand massage with my manicure.

The Nail Salon was a pleasant place to go to. I love the inviting atmosphere and the classical music. Everyone here is friendly and they take good care of you. Being able to relax and trust in their service is what i really like. Definitely recommend!

This is my go to nail place. ONLY place I’ve ever been to that doesn’t. Make. My. Cuticles. Bleed. Manicures come out beautiful, the experience is comfortable, nice environment, prices are super fair. This is my go to nail place.I’m giving a 4 star review because I’ve only had amazing experiences with manicures, but one time getting a pedicure the lady was aggressive with the metal exfoliater and sliced my pinky toe really bad. The nail tech was mortified. I didn’t let it sour my opinion of the place over all, she could have been new and no matter how good a place there’s always human error. Can’t bring myself to get a pedicure there anymore but if you want a gorgeous manicure at a great price this is the place to go 😂

We go here monthly! The nails are always great and the staff is very friendly. Complimentary drinks are provided. The only reason it isnt 5 stars is because sometimes, even with an appointment, they seem to overbook and you can experience some longer waits. But I usually go on the weekends so that could be a reason.

It was my very first time here and it was great! I went here with a friend who has been going to this place for a while now and we had a wonderful time. Our manicures turned out very nice and they gave us complimentary drinks. I will definitely be coming back.

It started off great, Ive been coming here for awhile and always have done a good job, but I brought my younger friend with me and it was her first time, so I signed us both up for royal manicures. Everything seemed fine, except her nail tech was telling her how short her nails were and how she would be better off getting fake nails. First, shes young and that is really uncalled for, she doesnt need fake nails to have beautiful nails, hers are beautiful the way they are. We were put in separate seats, and noticed that she was gluing the false ones on. I got up and went woah, no, she cant have those. We both were doing the same thing. She argued with me about how it would be better for her. I said no, it wouldnt, the acrylics would break in the first three days, she works with horses and is outside a lot. But then I said whatever and walked away to wash my hands. She took them all off and we both finished, yet I didnt hear the end of how ugly and short my nails were, how hard they were to file and paint, neither did my friend, even the manager commented on how short my nails were. We just wanted an hour to ourselves and to get pampered, not to hear how we should do our nails and how terrible mine look. When you work with horses and have 1 day off a week, your nails arent going to look great 😂🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Wont be coming back. Shame, loved this place.

I would give zero stars if I could. I had an absolutely terrible experience here. I have been coming here off and in for several years and was never super happy but each visit has progressively gotten worse. Today I came in and requested a mani pedi and they said that would be no problem but I would need to wait ten minutes. After about 10 minutes I was taken back to a pedicure chair, then proceeded to wait for my service to being. It was an additional 25 minutes before anyone came to start my service. The lady then sat down and removed my old polish then disappeared without saying anything for another 20 or so minutes. When she returned just sat down with no explanation as to why I was randomly left, and proceed with the service. She made no attempt to talk to me and any attempts I made to have a conversation with her were just ignored, about halfway through the pedicure she started loudly telling me that my calluses were terrible and that I should take better care of my feet ( I get a pedicure about every three weeks and pumas my feet twice a week, I just have inherited bad calluses which is why I pay for pedicures) I told her that I do take care of my feet but my calluses are genetic and I do my best. She continued to complain very loudly and talk to all of her coworkers. Then she didnt even smooth the out well. She rushed through the service. And she wouldnt tell me when she wanted me to move my foot for her she would just shake my foot and then roll her eyes at me when I wasnt sure what she wanted me to do. While the one lady was doing my feet another lady started my manicure, she asked what color I wanted and told her the black that was in the little table. she was very rough but she did shape my nails nicely. She didnt do any massage me and she cut me with the nippers. At this point I was so done with being there, when she painted my nails she painted the blue (the color I got my toes) without a base coat, I didnt look at what she was doing until she was done with the first coat. I told her I had asked for black and she told me it looked better when they matched and black would look weird. She did a second coat and missed so many spots on my nails. I am so disappointed with my experience and I do not recommend anyone to go here. They are overpriced and have poor service.

I really do love this place. At first I too, thought the guys was a little harsh but his level of expectation for this salon is AWESOME. It is very clean and enjoyable. Like everywhere, you may catch a person on a rough day but overall it is the best I have found in Puyallup.

The last couple times I’ve been in to get pedicures here I’ve called ahead and made appointments and always had great service and pedicure. I decided to walk in and get a pedicure the other day and not call ahead to make an appointment and I literally had the worst pedicure of my life, I was extremely disappointed compared to every other pedicure I’ve ever had here. I always pay a little extra and get the “Gallery pedicure” which is supposed to be longer and better. The lady had my feet in water for maybe 10 mins max then drained it, barely scrubbed my feet, put paraffin wax and lotion on my legs and told me she’d be right back... I sat there for over 10 minutes until she returned to have her rub my feet and legs for maybe 10 more minutes then I was done. I didn’t even want a polish either, but I left so upset because my feet are still rough and have dead skin all over them and I paid more for the same amount of time and quality (or worse) than a basic pedicure there? Super unfortunate and disappointing since I’ve always talked so highly of this place but then the one time I’m a walk in and not an appointment my service is considerable below average.

Kim & Tammy do the best nails - so much that it seems owner Don keeps them in reserves & doesnt seem to allow them to do pedicures. Both are very trusted, talented nail artists. I dont let anyone else do my nails, as there are some who have cut & slashed my cuticles, causing me to painfully bleed. Dons customer service has vastly improved over the years - he used to be downright rude but now he smiles & thanks customers, communicates delays in a much more compassionate way, and is no longer quick to turn customers away.

This is favorite place of mine. I love to go and just relax. I see Sarah every two weeks and always look forwart to my time with her. I dont usually post reviews, but I think this salon is worth posting about. Best salon in Pierce County!

I arrive from out of town to spend Christmas with my son and daughter-in-law. I was desperate for a manicure and pedicure. My daughter-in-law and I had no appointment and just walked in. We received a very warm welcome and they arranged to fit us both in. I swore I would never get a full set of nails again because theyre always thick and look extremely oversize for my nails. CINDY did exactly as I asked and my NAILS are BEAUTIFUL & I LOVE them!!

So far Ive been twice....Id really like to give more stars but man I really cant bring myself to! The first time i went in was pretty good service but it was slow got a drink nails done right...BUT the second time I went it was a weekend I called in advance for an appointment had a little wait no biggie no drink ordered the whole hour or so I was there the technician doing my nails kept arguing with me about what I wanted aaying her way better unless your paying for me my ways better k thanks..but my gosh this was the worse nail job Ive ever had around my cuticles didnt get aanded down so my hair gets stuck everytime I wash it or put it up it pills and hurts so bad like someone is pulling my nail off. Also paid extra for design on 2 nails which fell off 2 days later. I was really disappointed because I loved it the first time

The staff is very nice and the place is clean. Also know that you can only leave a cash tip so be sure to have cash on hand. They do have an ATM which is convenient lol if you dont mind the 2.25 ATM fee.

I have been going here for 10 years. They continue to upgrade their awesome elegant spa to be relaxing and professional. Great massage chairs, friendly people. Cindy is my favorte for she gives soothing massage of legs AND feet. I dont believe you find a better place

I wish I could give zero stars.This was the worst manicure I’ve EVER received in my entire life. My best friend’s mom was getting married and we were all together, so I didn’t have time to complain since the nail technician already took twice as long but removing the nail polish and repainting it nearly 10 times. I showed the photo to her at the beginning of what I wanted and she ignored me and asked me to pick out colors. She drilled my nails and placed the acrylics on, and went STRAIGHT to painting without allowing me to wash my hands! Then when I showed her what I picked she said she couldn’t do those because they were powder. I understood and asked to see more colors but instead she ran off with my phone that had the photo of what I wanted and picked out her own ideas. A clear coat for the base which I didn’t want, and yellow and blue even though I wanted green. When I told her I wanted it to match my dress she sighed and rolled her eyes at me. While painting my nails she kept shaking my hand because I was tense (I wonder why??!) and kept hitting my nails on the lamp ruining the polish. Then blamed me for ruining the paint and constantly sighing at me. I wanted to cry. At the end of my service, she poured alcohol on one hand and oil on the other without rubbing it in and told me to have a nice day while my left hand dripped with oil. She was passive and rude and disregarded everything I asked for. My nails look horrifying. I’m furious but I had to deal with it and hold it together for the bride and my best friend because we all went together and they love how their nails turned out. My best friend was laughing at how horrible they looked, my boyfriend was laughing. I turned it to a beauty group on Facebook and 80 people thought it was horrible! Sloppy goopy job, and horrible service. Never go here. Save your time, money and nails.

This place is amazing. Truly. I went in there with my 6 week old baby being that I don’t have anyone to watch him and hoping he would stay calm but he got fussy in the middle of it and the lady’s there took him and kept him calm for me the whole time I got my nails done!! They were amazing and my nails came out great ❤️❤️

Very clean. Unlike so many nail salons, they do cover their basins with plastic liners. Their tools are sanitized and packaged. Jenny and Lea did a wonderful job on my manicure/pedicure. Going forward, this will definitely be my go to nail salon.

I showed up a few minutes after they opened, and they weren’t ready at all-I’ve worked in multiple customer service places and you must be ready by the time you open- so that made me frustrated but whatever. The lady then was rushing my fill. She was rough, tugging on my hands. Digging her nails into me. I tried smiling and being friendly and she would just stare at me. I’ve been to so many nail places and this was by far the worst service ever. I will not be returning..

Made an appointment and they were waiting with chairs ready when I walked in. The decor is very chique and when inside, so you dont feel like you are in a strip mall. The staff is nice, friendly and speaks English (yes, with each other too). They did a great job and it didnt break the bank. I definitely will come back.

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a bridal party of 6. They were only able to provide services for 4 of the 6 and did not communicate with me at all. But still took other clients. Horrible customer service and zero communication. Will not go there again.

I’ve been here twice before due to the convenience of it being open slightly later than most nail places. Now, before I start I want to say I’ve gone to a lot of nail places & im not very picky about my nails at all, just that they look fairly decent. So The first time, I got acrylic nails put on & the lady was fairly nice but when I asked her to make my nails shorter, she had told me “it was too late” but she was still filing them, not even applying the color. So I was taken aback from that slightly but I guess it’s okay. second time I come in there, I walk in and fill out my paper then they sat me down and then I look for a color & the lady who’s about to do my nails (let’s call her lady #1) appears to be slightly annoyed of me even tho I just arrived. I show them a picture of a fairly simple design and she walks away without saying a word and then comes back with a different lady (lady #2) to do a design. I choose a color & lady #1 brings it out and it’s not the same color noticeably. I politely ask if I could choose a different color & she flat out tells me no. Lady #2 then told lady #1 to let me choose another color. So I quickly chose remaining calm & then lady #2 begins my nails. I noctice the lady is slightly rushing??? Which was slightly odd to me considering they didn’t close for another hour. Another lady comes in to get a fill and they chat her up and talk to her & carry a conversation but they didn’t say a single thing to me besides related to my nails. The time before when I came, the same thing had happened to me. But she finished after about 15 mins. Not too happy with the results but I will still pay them & at that point I just wanted to leave. I didn’t even get my nails done for half an hour. It’s been about 3-4 days & Im not very rough with my hands but my nails are already chipping & look roughly painted & that’s not exactly supposed to happen when u get gel. At the very least, they are supposed to last two weeks. Overall, not worth $25 for my rushed nails.

I got a full set of white tip acrylic nails on Sunday August 9th. Today, Wednesday August 12th, three nails popped off without any hesitancy. One while I was simply typing on my computer at work. I went back in this afternoon to get the nails fixed and the front desk man was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He was highly inconvenienced and said I would have to come back tomorrow. I said well thats an inconvenience to me. I mean I have 3 broken nails. I work full-time. I asked if he could get me in later today and again with the deep breath and inconvenienced attitude. Never once apologized to me, the customer, for the poor manicure I received. When he continued to be rude and act as though I was bothering him by trying to get them to correct their mistake, I walked out.

I had an appointment at noon I picked the middle level manicure with shilac the lady that was doing my nails ended up getting polish all over my hands, I asked if I could have someone else finish up I was then told it was the polish. Another employee stepped in and redid my whole manicure in which I am grateful how ever no one should be in a salon for 2 hours and 20 minutes for a manicure

Angie ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ did a great manicure on my natural nails, I had ridges and oil stains because of the work I do but when she was done my nails looked amazing.

Friday FEB 1: By far the WORST nail salon I’ve ever gone to! My regular place (skyline nails) wasn’t able to get me in so I went around the corner to the nail bar and will NEVER go back! I called ahead to make an appt and when I got there she told me that I hadn’t called and I literally had to show her my call log on my phone to prove that I had! The manager was extremely openly rude to another customer who asked if she could add another service last minute and rather than saying no or explaining a time crunch, the manager ROLLED HER EYES HARD! On top of this, she asked me to pay in cash and when I told her I didn’t have any on me she told me to go to the atm at the end of the parking lot AND told me to make sure I pull out enough for a tip! This place has a bad and uncomfortable vibe to it too - felt like all of the ladies working there were abused by the manager or afraid of her. It was weird.

A friend recommended this place to me when I complained to her that there was no clean place to get your nails done downtown. So I hiked up the hill to this place. At first I was impressed. It was clean, the atmosphere was nice. Then I heard, Hey! Hey! what are you doing? You messed up my floor. You got water all over my floor. The angry front desk man was barking at me because my sandals had tracked a little water in. (It was pouring outside by the way) I apologized and he continued to berade me the entire time I sat waiting for a chair to be open. He yelled at the next lady too but for a shorter time. Once away from him, the service was great. Then it came time to sit under the dryer and he asked me for payment. I gave him my credit card and he said, What service not good? No tip? I told him I was planning on putting a tip on the card and he said, CASH ONLY TIP! I said I didnt have any and he grunted at me.If you want to get heckled and beraded while you get a decent manicure, I guess this is the place for you. I found a much nicer (also clean) place a block up the road.

Horrible place! I will never go back. Poor customer service. They are not gentle. Cut my toe nail way too short and it really hurt.The man in charge tried to push me to get shellac color when I already had a color I wanted picked out. He wouldnt take no for an answer. He made me feel like he was just in it for the money. Instead of being a nice relaxing experience, it was stressful and painful.

Christine is the best at dip ombre. Ive had a couple other gals that did a terrible job, including slicing the edges of my nails because of the sharp edge of the nail file. Some grind too long on a nail and it gets way hot too. Price is average.

First and last time Ill go here. A friend and I were told itd be at least a 30 min. wait so I went next door to get food. I was gone maybe 10 minutes and when I came back they ushered us to sit down in the salon only to wait another 15 minutes - just confusing. I wanted the dip polish. I showed them the photo and they said that was fine and to pick out my colors which I did. I sat for maybe another 5-10 minutes and then got moved to another seat. I asked again, just to be sure, that they could do the tri-color powder dipped nails and she said oh yeah Ive always done 2 colors but we can try 3 no problem but it is $55 and Im like, yeah thats fine. Suddenly, she quickly and jagedly clips the long natural nails I had and I thought to myself at first hmm, maybe she is just trimming them to reshape? Suddenly she pulls out the fake nails and doesnt say a word, Im like..uh what do we have here? And she tells me dont I want long nail? In my head Im like, I HAD long nails. Not sure why you clipped them?!..she goes on to tell me that I should have them and that itll only be on the tip. She tried very hard to convince me that I wasnt getting fake nails. I tried to be nice about saying no by explaining to her that Im really hard on my nails and I cant have them long. She tells me 2 more times to just trust me hunny I know what Im doing. I tell her I dont really know how I feel about it. I dont want to snag my nails on things. She does it anyway...then comes the ordeal with colors. Which I had picked out. Then they ask me if I want shellac. I tell her kindly, no and again, that I want the dip because it is all that Ive found that can withstand the beating on my hands at work. So, she pulls my 3 colors out and goes...hmm honey, I dont know. You need darker color. And Im like, I dont want darker colors. I didnt understand why she was being weird about the colors. Even then gal sitting next to me was telling the lady doing my nails that the darker colors wouldnt look good. The lady doing my nails pushed me for the next 10 minutes about how I need to pick different colors. I didnt budge. She then begins and instead of tapping the powder on with a brush to create the ombre effect she dips my entire nail in 1 color, bright Dutch blue, and then attempted to tap on the 2 colors on top which were light pink and light purple. The lady next to me even mentioned to the staff that she believed there was a better way to approach the technique by tapping them on individually and I agreed noting that I had had it done that way before at a different salon and they didnt seem to have a problem.. I could tell the lady doing my nails was getting more and more frustrated and rather than apologizing and stating she couldnt do what I was asking, as she formerly stated she could, she just kept telling me that the colors I picked didnt work and that she already tried telling me that...so I sat there. And she just looked at me. And that was it. I let her finish telling her to just keep things the way she had since Id already spent 1.5 hours there. I was frustrated at this point, as you can imagine. She didnt clean up my cuticles before beginning. She was aggressive in her filing - I had the orange sponge pieces shoved up under my nails yall. I picked it out in front of her and she goes just let me see it. I also totally thought my thumb nail was going to come off as she literally twisted my hand upside down and sideways while taking a hard file to it rather than adjusting herself in the chair. I went home with half fake long nails in 1 solid color - everything I quite frankly didnt ask for. The end. Dont waste your time or money here.

Came in to treat myself for my birthday. Got the Deluxe Pedicure and white tips. I had two technicians to take care of my nails. Beautifully done and well relaxed service.

Great experience. Loved the margarita while relaxing!!! They were patient with my daughter who has autism, will take her again. The price was much better than elsewhere.

Had an appointment the day before Mothers Day for mani/pedi. There were so many walk-ins that it was 45min after our appointment we finally were taken back to the pedi chairs. We sat there for at least 15minutes before the girls came to start our service. Sarah does a very good job, the problem is with Don lining so many people up for service and not honoring appointment times.

I have been a customer of the nail gallery for 2 years, but today was a horrible experience that has pushed me to the point where I will never return, I had a fill and eyebrow wax, the gal that did my nails and brows was sweet as can be and I enjoyed talking with her. Unfortunately, when I went to pay the man was outrageously nasty and rude. I had 3 visa pre-paid cards to use (which I have used as payment methods 5 or so times before, without issues at this gallery) he started shouting at me stating he didnt know how to run the cards and saying its costing him $1 per. Card to run, I then said ok I will give you an additional $3, he continued yelling stating he will not take my payment ever again, he slammed each receipt on the counter I asked him for a pen so that I could sign them he then grabs 3 pens and throws them on the counter. I said to him that I have been coming here for 2 years and have never been treated so rudely and informed him that he has lost a customer. His response was OK good. I will never return to the nail gallery and intend to inform every family member and friend of my experience. Horrible attitude and customer service.

Jackie my nail tech is an awesome lady. The male at the front desk is like the soup kitchen chef on Seinfeld. LOL...Get pass his brash personality and all is well. They do offer a militay discount so always ask cause its not always offered.

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. First of all, my mom made an appointment for 5 of us to get mani & pedis done. When we arrived they said they didnt have the appointment down for that day and said its next Saturday. The guy argued with my mom telling her she came in/made the appointment for another day. My mom actually called the day before to confirm so we could all get done at the same time (they confirmed). They made a simple error (which wasnt a big deal to us), but the guy repeatedly argued with us about it.Secondly, while getting pedis the lady doing my moms feet cut her big toe. They lady did not apologize or anything. My mom actually yelled out ow! Nothing from the lady.Third, they had (not sure if the sign is still there) a sign that said something along the lines of if the nail ladies talked then you would get your service free. We had come before and part of the experience we really enjoyed was the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Well my lady and my moms lady sat there talking almost the entire time to each other while doing our pedis.Lastly, when we went to pay my mom told the guy about cutting her foot and how our ladies talked the entire time. Now we arent here looking to get our stuff free but its like come on really, you cut a persons foot and dont even at least apologize and then to go on and chat for almost the entire time when theres a sign that clearly states your service will be free. The guy AGAIN sat there and argued with my mom saying that the ladies were not talking to each other. Are you kidding me?... We ALL heard them chatting up a storm. And for him to not apologize for my moms toe being cut and then for the chatter but instead to just sit there and full on argue with my mom, a paying customer, is ridiculous and just poor customer service.Needless to say, they lost all of our and our familys business and recommendations.

I loved this nail bar! The service was legit and professional. Shout out to Lea and Hanna for doing such a great job, even on my above average nasty feet. Haha I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly, efficient, classy nail spot.

I would have to say that this is the best nail shop that I have gone to. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxed. The staff is very friendly and nice. My favorite is Cindy. She always takes care of me when Im there.

I understand they were short handed, buuttttt they didnt let us know there was a wait.(30mins). Then they take the two of us to the chair and then make my cousin wait for another 20 mins. To top it off they didnt use the scrubber on my foot for the dry skin. Come home and my feet werent soft the way they usually are. Wont be going there anymore.

This is my 3rd or 4th time coming here and let me say I’ve never been disappointed their customer service is really good and the lady that did my nails I don’t know her name but I put the picture of her name below. She was amazing she also made the experience very comfortable I got exactly what I wanted she was quick but still paid attention to quality I definitely will be coming back more often as a regular.

Been going here for a while . Until I’ve been disappointed twice. And the lady who did my nails didn’t want to do my nails long and went and asked my mom if my nails were ok and my mom said she didn’t care bc I’m old enough to choose how long or short I want my nails . And she rushed and proceeded to say she was tired . Poor job and poor attitude too. Won’t be coming back...

Cut nails too short, didnt paint whole nails and missed a bunch of spots. Lady yawned the entire time through my 30 min pedicure and kept taking breaks. My gel polish literally fell off the next day, I didnt even know that was possible.

Its a nice salon. A little more elevated than others Ive been to and they do a good job. (I only do pedis, so I have no clue about nail techs, manicures and how well those are done)

I love this place. All of the women are sweet and talkitive. Always welcoming once you get to know them. My girl is Cindy, she is so great!!! Super sweet and always gives me exactly what i like.

The ladies here that did my nails were very good at their job only thing I didnt like too much was that they didnt really talk with the customers as much they mainly talked with the other employed people Im not sure why but I kind of felt ignored really spendy as well but they did do an amazing job on the nails

My mom and I came here for the first time and wanted a pedicure and they had multiple options so she gave us a pamphlet, not even a minute later she walks away saying “oh my god” because we were taking too long. Incredibly rude service.

I went to Gallery Nail Bar after a few people referred them to me and was so disappointed 😞 They have a small selection of colors that are very old and goopy, their dips are dipped directly in (a direct health violation!) and what was worse was my ACTUAL EXPERIENCE! I went in just to get fill ins and a repair/replacement on 2 damaged nails and ended up completely butchered. my natural nails and fingers were left sliced and bleeding from a tech who had NO BUSINESS doing nails at all. This business is a mess dressed up as something fancier than it is. save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else!

I have Sarah as my manicurist and she always goes beyond what most techs do. I have ingrown toenails which I only trust Sarah with. She goes the extra mile. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

It was really relaxing to have my feet done but less than a week my nail polish on my toes started chipping off.

They were busy but took me as a walk in.Nails looked good after manicure with gel polish. Manicurist kept pushing the dipped nails the next time I go in. Prices higher than I have paid elsewhere.

Quality service with great results. Because they are popular sometimes you have to wait a bit longer (even with an appointment) but its because they dont short change their customers. Be kind. They are worth it.

I love this place....my daughter and I go here often...however, I had someone new do my nails today because my girl wasnt available and had the worst service she burnt my nail and cut the side of my finger trimming my cuticles...and on top of that talked bad about my daughter and I not realizing that we understand her language.....I dont advise getting your nails done by Nancy... Kim, Vi and Cindy are really good and alot of the other girls are good also....

Be aware when you purchase gift cards. The amount that’s supposed to be on the card, will not be the actual amount you pay for. The transaction will still charge you the amount you paid for vs what is actually on the card. Poor system.

Nail tech wouldnt put as many layers of gel polish as I requested. My nails are thin and need many layers so they dont break.

I went to the nail salon today excited to get my full set .. I was then placed with a nail tech who didn’t know what she was doing she has the glue stuck to my skin and my nails was glued on Cricket so when informing the nail tech she got mad and started to pulled the fake nail off my real nail all hard .. the worst part was everything I suggested to do on my nails like the color or length or style she said no and cut my nails really short didn’t know how to do coffin nail shape looked square & so I proceeded to ask for stiletto nails she didn’t know how to do it I was beyond upset and her professionalism sucked never again ... money down the drain Avatar nails are so much better and take pride in there work and give there customers what they need so I will never come back to this place Avatar nails here I come ... zero thumbs down 👎🏽
