Robin was informing to the detail. Everything was on time, the room was clean ,warm and a nice aroma. She did a great job. I was a little sore but only for a few minutes after. Her pressure was good. And soon I felt much better. Thank you very much. Ill be back. This salon is top notch!

I received a massage today by Robyn, who was exceptional. I was given the option to give a tip, a kiosk was put in front of me and I selected 20% and they turned the kiosk away. Upon returning home, I noticed that it was a $31 tip based off of a $90 service. When I called to ask them to change this, they said it was based off of the original cost and I received a new client discount.I further explained that it was a 35% tip and I want it changed to the 20% tip which would be $18. They said that they were unable to assist me since the tip was done through a third-party vendor. I then asked them if they could decrease the amount I paid for the service. They again said no. Someone put me on hold and then another person came on and said they will try to reach out to the vendor. I do not believe that this is going to happen. I have to wait for the charge to post before disputing it with my credit card company. I think this is horrible customer service and it immediately should’ve been taken care of. Obviously, I did not intend to leave a 35% tip even though the massage therapist was very good. I just want people to be warned that if you go there make sure you’re looking at the tip that you’re selecting because they will try and do a bait and switch. I will not be going back to that salon ever again.

I have never had a professional massage. And honestly I was feeling alittle uncomfortable about having a massage. But my back had been hurting so bad for so long I finally couldnt put it off any more. Teresa made me feel so at ease and relaxed. She was very reassuring and talked it over with me until I was comfortable enough to begin the massage.I am so greatful for her professionalism and skills. I work construction my body is beaten everyday, and that massage has made me feel brand new. I will be back .Thank you Teresa. 😊

I have been seeing Candace for about 6 months now for customized facials and she is working magic! My skin looks and feels so much better. Candace makes sure each session is a relaxing, me time experience. Candace is wonderful and I highly recommend her!

I have been going to Massage Envy once a month for almost a year now. For most of that time I had seen another massage therapist, but she had recently made a career change. The appointing staff paired me with Loraine, and she was fantastic! Thank you Loraine!

I cant believe how good it felt while she was doing my facial. And after she finished my face felt so relaxed. She did a very good job, and I felt so relaxed with her. I enjoyed her.

Kami gave me just the custom-made massage I asked for! A great surprise-I had my feet wrapped in hot towels! As a professional therapy masseuse, Kami even shared a tip for an exercise to add to my routine. Very skilled and personable. I will request Kami again.

Worse massage I have ever got. I had nails digging into my skin and all around pain throughout the whole massage. My massage lady name was Teresa. Had scratch marks on my neck and down my arm. Have a severe headache this morning from her notKnowing what she’s doing. This place is terrible and will go back. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Stephany always does an amazing job! My tight muscles feel so much better after my massage. So relaxing that I sometimes fall asleep.

I too felt the therapist was very good. However when I left the tip I chose to leave a flat rate tip. I entered my amount and when it showed the final amount the tip amount was higher than the amount I entered.

Hong was fantastic… deep tissue worked out a lot of kinks and used both heat and supplemental treatment that made a huge difference. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this location and Sabrina is amazing! Ive had three massages with her and booked two more. I feel so relaxed after and my body feels great getting regular massages.

Hong has always provided the most relaxing and beneficial massages. Whether a 60 minute or a 90 minute massage she helps to alleviate all aches and pains.

I had a relaxing experience with my masseuse he made me feel comfortable and gave me deep tissue massage and relieved my pain. Felix has amazing hands 🙌🏽 definitely will be requesting him again. All the concerns I had of deep tissue massages are no longer there it’s truly an amazing feeling ❤️

I’ve been to multiple different locations and this one has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced by far. I spoke to Lacie and she was incredibly rude to me, will not be going back here and would recommend that anyone else avoids it too.

She’s always such a ray of sunshine and does a wonderful job; I leave feeling relaxed and cared for every time. I pay for a monthly membership as a commitment to self care, and it’s totally worth it!

Had a 90 minute massage with Lauren (Lo). She’s very knowledgeable in anatomy and body mechanics. My session was very therapeutic, and one of the best massages I’ve ever had to address my range of motion issues.She is also very personable, authentic, and has good energy.

Lacey at the front desk and Ariana the massage therapist were so kind and hospitable! I drove from Olympia to Puyallup simply for their welcoming attitudes and helpful service. I am faced with stress daily, the last thing I need while trying to decompress and rest is dealing with professionals who think they can be rude and still take my hard-earned money. So I really appreciated their time and kindness.

This is a great place to go for a stress relief. I had Robin and she did a great job rubbing out the knots. Ill definitely be going back and making it a routine.

Kami,Was my Massage therapist & she did not disappoint! I was recently in a car accident so my body was so sore & tender. I was referred to Kami so I booked a 90min session with her. It felt amazing! Loved how knowledgeable she is & knew exactly what was going on with my body without me really even saying anything. I had a really good experience here. I had a membership at the one in Frederickson but when they closed it transferred to this store. I was skeptical since I liked my old one so much and this one has such a different vibe, but it was great. I got a dermaplane facial (first time trying it) by Alaina and it was amazing, my face hasnt felt so purely clean in a long time! And now Im so smooth :)I also wanted to cancel my membership while there since I simply wont be going as often anymore. I have to say, I REALLY appreciate that the woman basically just checked to see what I might owe based on the their billing process and then processed my cancelation. She knew why I was canceling and left it at that. No pushy attempts with offers to try to make me keep it, which is something I cant stand about having memberships anywhere. So overall, a lovely experience to the point that Ill probably splurge every so often on the dermaplane facial even without the membership!

I am really happy with this place. Ive been using them for over three years now. I have my favorite masseuse but if shes not available, they have many capable candidates to serve you. Best of all: they listen when you say the pressure is too hard, or too light. They talk or not, depending on what you want. There are enhancements to add, to treat yourself. Overall, a great place to go! The receptionist team are also really good at remembering a returning member, and noting your preferences. Its my happy place to treat myself.

I love getting a massage from Lo!:) phenomenal massage! She gets all the crunchies out, and you get a big dose of great energy:) I always feel so good in my body and spirit after Ive been around sweet Lo:)

Ive visited many massage Envy locations in multiple states. Thankfully, after a big move I desperately needed a new therapist and a good massage. I have a lower back issue stemming from a decade of dance and my genetic predisposition to back issues. Massage gives me the ability to walk without pain.Ive had the opportunity to work with a couple therapists at this location and I just want to make sure yall know that this location is incredibly clean, theres always parking when I go, the staff are all so incredibly friendly, and the services are fantastic. Everyone has a different style of massage they like, and this location has so many therapists to work with! Its likely youll find someone who meets your needs.Dont hesitate to sign up for a membership if you can afford the monthly commitment. I would argue that massage should be covered by insurance because the health benefits are extraordinary, but until then Massage Envy is an affordable, awesome experience!Please remember to tip your therapist well if you can! I know not everyone can, but therapists risk injury and other work related issues due to the nature of their jobs. They deserve to know how appreciative we are of their efforts!

I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff. They offered me a mask since I forgot to bring one in. The massage therapist Sabrina is wonderful. She took time to consult and educate which I appreciate. I left after having a great experience at this location.

Lauren is so full of energy, happy and makes you feel good before she even starts her session with you. Her massages are truly amazing and she just knows what to work on without having to tell her. I showed up for a massage and they told me since I have had 1 beer that day I was unable to get a massage that day that I have had scheduled for over a month. My masuse Sabrina asked what I had done today and I told her “yard work and a beer”. She went on to tell me that she can’t give me my massage for the day since I had had alcohol. I told her it was 1 beer and was hours ago and she refused to give me a massage. This is no way for a massage place to treat their clients who come to relax. I have been going here for over 2 years and will never go to Sabrina ever again. It was a breach of privacy asking what I did that day and then going on to cancel my service based upon my answer. This could have been handled much better than it was.I wouldn’t recommend Sabrina or this massage envy location. I am very upset and disappointed with how this was handled today. I even spoke with the owner….. horrible experience and she was power driven. She did not care how I felt and didn’t care about what I had to say. It was her way or the highway.

Kami as usual did an amazing job. Ive been in pretty severe pain the last 4 weeks and her massage definitely made a drastic difference in how I was feeling this week.

I have said this before, but I’m updating from the last review I gave on someone else. This tiny girl is by far the BEST and STRONGEST masseuse I have EVER come across!! I have frozen shoulder (among other muscle issues) and surgery was what was suggested by my doctor. (Which I didn’t do). After about a year of healing and stretching, my back, neck and shoulder were still very tight no matter what I did. Then, I had massages by Lo. Holy cow!!! This girl got in there and stretched me out and worked so hard on all the horribly effected areas, I simply could not believe the difference in how much better my range of motion has gotten after even the first visit with her!! She has like a born instinct on what to do!!! Far better than ANY physical therapist I have ever had to see!! I had a gift certificate that gave me several visits and now I’m done. I can only pray she’s still there next year!! I’m feeling great thanks to her and if I end up all tightened up again, I will be back as she is worth every penny and more!! She’s literally changed my summer and I’m so VERY grateful that I was lucky enough to have had her work on me!!! THANK YOU!!!!

One of the best deep tissue massages Ive had. Great combination massage and stretching.

Been a member for about 3 years or so now. It was great when rates were $65 and tips were affordable but now prices are at $80 per session and leaves less room to tip the masseuse. Eric is one of the best so I highly recommend him! Its been a blast but the increased prices have forced me to cancel my membership 😕. Bitter sweet!

Horrible customer service and management. I was a member at the old location that has closed. I canceled my membership in October because I moved out of state. I was charged today for a monthly membership that was more than I had ever agreed to. I called and spoke to a team member and was told there was no refund available. The manager then called me and was very rude told me that it wasn’t her problem and that that’s with the past management team and there’s no refund available threatened to hang up on me because I was stern with my voice I never raised my voice or cussed. I would never recommend going to this location or any other branch.

From the minute walking in the door every single person was extremely welcoming and professional.The entire facility was clean and so warm and welcoming.During the massage the therapist communicated to ensure all areas I wanted her to focus on were worked on and checked in with me to make sure the pressure was right and that I was comfortable. But she didn’t talk the entire time which I GREATLY appreciated.

Have been to several Massage Envy locations many times and am always impressed by this location. Tana was great and really attentive. Definitely recommend.

Sabrina is AMAZING! I have seen her for about a year now and I have seen a lot of massage therapists! I can confidently say that she is very talented and lovely to spend time with. If I want to be quiet, we can be comfortably quiet… or if I want to chat, she and I can laugh and chat the whole session. If she left Massage Envy, I would have to find where she went and follow her to that place!

This was my 1st experience with a facial. Michelle was very patient and we talked about my skin care. She came up with some great products to include in the facial... Michelle talked about the products she was using and why. It was a very relaxing and wonderful session, my skin felt very refreshed and glowing.. Went home with a couple new products that Im really excited to try. Ill be adding facials into my regular schedule!

I had the best massage ever this weekend with Ariana! She listened to what I said and truly customizesd the massage to give me what my body really needed.

The care I received from Chelsea for my low back/sciatica related pain was impeccable. I explained my pain and problem areas and she knew exactly what to do. I am feeling so much better the day after. She has an amazing attention to detail and care for the customer. She is also very personable and knowledgeable.

Staff is always so amazing. Mitchell is always so amazing! She’s great at educating me about skin care health.This location is always clean as well.

The front desk was very nice and helpful. I came in for a 60 minute facial with add-on service. Not new to receiving facials at salons I was aware of the 10 minute grace for a five minute dressing and five minute consultation however my 60 minute massage was 34 minutes. I was very surprised to be checked out and leave the facility in less than 40 minutes from arrival. This left a poor taste in my mouth for the experience. The products they used were very nice and my esthetician was great.

Stephany at the south hill location is the best! She always makes me feel comfortable. Stephany is aware of my problem areas. She works really hard on ironing out the kinks in my neck! She pays attention to which areas need a little more work. I always feel fantastic after my massage.

Emma was very professional, listened to my needs, and made suggestions that can help me in the future. (Both at home and with services that Massage Envy provides.)

This is one of my favorite Massage Envys in the area (I have been to a few). The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. Generally I book on the app but the front desk is very helpful with booking. Currently you have to book a month or so out, especially if you need a night or weekend appointment. All of the massage therapists and facialists here have been great. I will drive further just to go to this location, even though my home membership is at a different location.

Mitchell is very kind, thoughtful, educational and thorough . A truly great experience that I would recommend to anyone. I left feeling my skin was rejuvenated and I was completely relaxed

There is something really unique and special about Myria and her massage therapy. Ive been to a lot of therapists over the years, and this is one of my top sessions. It really felt like she was connecting with and addressing the pain in my body with caring intention. Not just going through massage steps 1, 2, 3.... I will absolutely be back to see Myria and highly recommend her!!

Stephanie is a natural. She is beyond her years in ability. She also cares about people and is in the perfect profession for herself; and other too I might add; because you always feel better afterwards!🙂

Michelle (sp?) was absolutely awesome. I told her I had a tiny spot on my back that had been itching like crazy for about a week. She gave me a “Back Facial”. After cleansing my entire back, gently exfoliating & using warm towels, she quickly & painlessly extracted the gunk from a clogged pore (which she showed me later). ; p My back looks and feels amazing. It was so relaxing, I almost dozed off. ; )Such professionalism! She is such a sweetheart. 5 stars!

My massage therapist Stephany was fabulous! Just the perfect degree of pressure. My complaint is the mask mandate. Extremely uncomfortable for a massage where breathing is essential. Please explain how I can get a facial in the adjacent room without a mask? I don’t feel that Massage Envy having the last mask mandate is going to prevent anything. Maybe let go of the control and let your clients enjoy their experience. Masks and massages are a miserable combination.

My health has been benefiting from massages for several years now. This location has always impressed me with the level of compassionate care exhibited by the front desk staff along with the overall focus on everyone (both staff and clients)s wellness. I have experienced a variety of massage therapist personalities, from ones who talk constantly to ones who who are silent the entire time to ones who engage in deep philosophical conversations. My current favorite at this specific location is one who strikes a perfect balance of professional water cooler type conversation and silence. She is amazingly skilled at knowing the exact right amount of massage pressure needed to solve my bodys problems. I feel immensely grateful to have access to such a skilled professional! I always leave feeling very cared for. This location truly enhances my quality of life!

Ammar provided excellent service at the Massage Envy Puyallup location! He was friendly and welcoming! He checked on how I was doing throughout my massage and provided feedback on my muscle response and areas of the most tension. I felt more relaxed after. I look forward to our next session.

Alaina is amazing—she works absolute magic on my skin. She’s incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable about her craft, and I take whatever suggestions she has for my skin care routine or the variety of facial services she performs. I’m always thrilled with the results! She’s a godsend. I don’t know what I’d do without her.

My apologies for being dissatisfied, but Unfortunately this was not a good experience for me. The pressure was suppose to be medium, but the massage felt very uncomfortable and painful. This was a Birthday gift from my Girlfriend and She wanted me to have a relaxing experience. I would also like to add ,that if your Massage therapist is feeling ill or suffering from cold related symptoms, then maybe they should have taken the day off. Ok, heres the deal... Im going to tell you how amazing my massage therapist is... but dont go scheduling all of their sessions so there are none left for me. Deal? - ok; Deal.Ive tried five massage therapists at this location and by far my favorite is Borys. Ive been a Massage Envy member for a couple years - I go once a week if I can, if not, every other week; 60 minute full-body sessions (but I skip the feet by personal preference).As a middle-aged woman with three kids training to pass the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT), Borys has been an incredible add to my care routine. Borys uses medium to firm pressure and is able to focus on my issue areas, especially my back and hips/glutes. Unlike some of the other therapists, he really works those areas without it being awkward or weird.Borys is also really respectful, nice, and has a great accent.If Borys is not available, I try to schedule Lo (though her pressure is firm/deep, and not for everyone.) She is my husbands preferred massage therapist, also does a great job and is super approachable.The facility is also nice and clean, with an appropriately sized waiting room and attentive front room staff (that greet me by name). So, there you have it. Borys is the best. Be sure to remember our deal!

Ms. Hong at the Puyallup location is one word, PHENOMENAL! From her sweet personality, to her customer service skills, down to her massage techniques; she has me considering driving 25 minutes just for her! 😅 went in all crooked and sore, came out feeling refreshed and like puddy in the best way! 🥰 she listens to your requests regarding area youd like worked on (Ive had my requests ignored by others so this is huge for me) and is just perfect in her execution. She is an amazing massage therapist, by far the best I have ever encountered and I have been going to her for years now. I had to cancel my last appointment due to scheduling. She has recently stopped working at this establishment and the establishment should have made courtesy calls notifying their loyal clientele of her soon departure to allow us to reschedule or something but, they didnt. I was informed after she had departed. Then, when I requested to ask how I could get in contact with her, the receptionist refused to help me. The lack of consideration for the customers and lack of communication really makes me question how much they truly value their business. I have referred so many members to this location, instead I will have to inform them how this location does business. This business fails to realize customer satisfaction is key to any clientele retention. This is unfortunate. I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Mitchell is an awesome esthetic artist. Both times Ive seen her she is very considerate and thoughtful and certainly professional 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I continually book my appointments with her.

Because it’s difficult to speak to the therapist and the people at the shop not knowing the involvement the kinship cohesiveness between coworkers management etc.One thing I’d like to say I would’ve liked more pressure in my massage. This is another reason, I decided to cancel my membership none of the visits have been consistent it’s been absolutely, awful to try to find a spot to get in and it just leaves me feeling like it’s not worth it thank you so much, my membership ends in MayI’m just trying to use my hours that I have paid for with my membership and stress of trying to maintain it. 😊

Id never been anywhere to have a professional massage done. Id always been a bit leery of the whole process. I decided to try it out after years of putting it off.I scheduled an appointment online, and was put on the schedule with Erik at the Meridian Place location. He talked me through the process before it all, and was absolutely awesome. Have been back a second time already, and would definitely go back.Professional, personable, and extremely thorough with explanations about the process.Erik gets a 9 out of 5 ☆ from me.

You cant go wrong by selecting this location. Everyone at the front desk is so friendly and personable. Ive been seeing Erik for years and I swear hes the reason, I feel half as good as I do. I have lower back pain. He takes care of the pain and definitely makes it a point to ensure your session is what you need.

Hong is the best. She is possibly the nicest person I have ever met. I told her I felt great and she said it was her pleasure! Who says that!? Hong does! Tammy and Abby did a wonderful job with my massage and stretch appointments.I have been eagerly waiting to come back to Massage Envy, once I got my COVID vaccine. My body felt great after the massage and stretch.The room was sanitized before my appointment and the staff all wore masks. My temperature was taken prior to the massage. My only concern was that some of the staff have not been immunized yet.

I was very impressed this time because Ammar actually read what Id written on my profile. Ive had several new therapists prior to him that I know have not.He was respectful and I could tell he knew how to address my muscle issues.

Stephany was great as usual,but the front desk and manager on duty were terrible. I followed my therapist to this location due to closure of Bonney Lake office. I believed the email sent to clients indicated a free session in January if you went to this location. Instead of having a copy of the email readily available to show me, she went to manager then came out and said no, not charging dues but you still pay for services 😒. I then saw manager step out of office I asked to talk to her, again no copy of email and she kept letting her mask fall below her nose. I finally said pull up your mask. This location doesnt take safety seriously and has horrible Custer service. So dissatisfied and I have been going to ME for years.

After years of having good to great massages, I finally found one that stands out as fantastic. That is why I made sure my future massages are with Lauren.

Not all therapists are as good. There are a lot of great therapists that keep me moving and feeling good, but my therapist yesterday needs to do some more learning about the body and how to flow a massage from large to small muscle groups and do a full body massage. She only massaged me laying gave down for an hour and only large muscles, so I didnt get loose- she didnt find any knots to work on and I have a ton!Which therapist you go to makes the difference.

Erikka and another girl at the front desk were the most fun people to talk to. I felt like I met my family members. The therapist Skillier is more than amazing. He is a healer too and an amazing person. I’ve been to many therapists but his technique is very unique. I will book him again for sure. He is a straight 10/10.

They were able to squeeze me in on short notice for a birthday facial. It was the best facial Ive ever had. I left feeling so rejuvenated; a whole new person! It was just what I needed.

5 star for the actual service but I had to take one away for the operations.Service Review: My esthetician was excellent! I would recommend a little pressure and expanded wipe area when removing the soaps. There was some soap product around the edges of my face. Otherwise, everything was perfect.My last two suggestions are more operational versus service. I would suggest less waiting time after consultations and emailing paperwork prior to visits. Becoming more virtual with paperwork can make a big impact on wait times/consultation discussion. It also gives the attendant some time to review the information provided and eliminate repeated questions.The consumers pays for an hour session but essentially get less than an hour of actual application/service time. These changes would promote the opportunity for an improved qualitative experience overall with your guests.Overall Operational Experience: I was disappointed to only receive about 25 mins of application time. The paperwork did take longer than expected but the consultation was unnecessary since we went over in detail everything that was in the paperwork itself. I was told that even if arriving early there is still a consultation and we arent pulled into the back until the appointment time. However, spending so much time talking takes away from the service. Instead, have the paperwork done prior to the appointment, ensure its reviewed by estheticians, so when we come in if there is any additional questions or concerns they can be discussed. Not a complete thorough review of whats already been submitted. I was also still charged the full hour of service.

People working there are phenomenal! Superb massage! However, $150 per an hour massage is too costly. Especially when your competition is just as good n less expensive. The only way I’d return is if I got a special on Groupon n that’s a shame.

I had a 90 minute massage with Sabrina and it took the cake. After weeks of neck and shoulder pain culminating in terrible headaches, i finally have some relief! Her understanding of physiology related to activities specific to the individual resulted in her knowing exactly what to do for my pain. Much appreciated, I will be back!

Brittney single handedly has cured my back of more knots than a sailor’s fishnet stockings… when I become wealthy I will try to hire her as a daily massage therapist! Please give her a bonus or a raise or some financial incentive to continue being phenomenal. :)

Just wanted to give a shout out to Richard at your front desk. We had a client want their entire history printed with receipts for each transaction as well. This was a lot of work on his part and he was super friendly the entire time. He even called back to check in with us to see if we got everything taken care of for her. He was excellent and definitely deserves some praise :)

MacKenzie was AMAAAAAAAAZING!! My husband asked if certain treatments were done? No idea, I was sooooo relaxed (sleep)... I was in heaven. AND, I was having allergy issues that day, but its like it stopped during my treatment. It was perfect!! Love her!!

Horrible. I got two gift cards for my sister and her boyfriend. The front desk said the gift cards were too old to completely cover the cost and made them pay. I literally got the gift cards in June. When I called them, the lady refused to give me a refund and told me to call Corporate and wouldnt even give me the number to call! I ended up finally finding number on Google and they informed me I had to write an email. I wrote them an email, and THEY emailed me back saying I had to call my local Massage Envy! Ridiculous. Unprofessional to the highest degree. I will never associate with or recommend Massage Envy to anyone. Ever. If there was an option to give zero stars, this is the place I would do it...And for the record. Their reply to reviews is a hoax. They just post that to make it look like they care to the people reading the reviews.

I had a bad experience here 5 years ago but decided to go back today. The girls at the front were polite and professional. The therapist I had was a woman named Kat. She was amazing! The neck pain Ive had for months is almost gone, in just that one session. Ill definitely be going back.I only rated 5 stars because it wont let me give 10. I highly recommend Kat!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! This place is a scam and the lady working the desk is absolutely useless. Bought a $50 gift card and was told I needed to pay $100 for a 1 hour massage because Im not a member. This was never discussed when they took my $50 in the first place. Why the hell would I buy half a massage! They want $65 per month for a massage, plus your $50. By the way, they pulled this garbage on Veterans day weekend and I am a multi combat tour vet. Basically they are unamerican commies. Screw this place!!!!!!

Eric is an excellent massage therapist! I have a lot of soft tissue injuries and haven’t had a massage that was this effective in improving my neck/shoulders/back since my injury.The only complaint I have with massage envy is it’s impossible to actually use the massages you pay for. I have paid many years in Gig Harbor for my membership and cant get an appt. I have 18 I’m the massage bank. Puyallup massage envy fit me in and I’m thankful for their assistance in finally getting an appointment. Puyallup la front desk staff is wonderful.

I had a gift certificate to this place. I called to set an appointment and the lady told me the appt. time. I showed up at my appt. time...but when I got there they had me fill out questions on an IPAD and then I had to find my gift card (this took about fifteen minutes). Then the lady brought me to the back and as I was going into the room they stated Since I was already into my hour they will try to just focus on one area. I was bummed as I thought I could be seen right away but all in all I paid $70 for a 40 min massage! I was sad about this because I have not had a massage forever and was really looking forward to it. I couldnt even cancel it since they told me I HAD to place a card on file and if I cancelled I didnt get my money back! I understand time is money but I dont think that was fair at all. This was frustrating but the only good thing was they were polite and the pressure of massage was right. other than that the financial part really brought down the experience. I wanted to cancel and request my money back so I can redo this odd scenario. I just wish I couldve done this all different. so unpleasant. it was odd still paying for full price and only getting half service. very uncomfortable to even think about.

I am a member from Colorado - leaving the comfort zone of my local Message Envy (and known therapist) made me a little apprehensive. I like a deep tissue message and having many messages in the past i know getting a good message is hit or miss. I went ahead and made the appointment asking for a deep tissue message hoping i would at least get a good message. I was assigned to Liz as a therapist and consider myself very lucky! She was awesome! I know deep tissue is harder for the therapist and requires more effort - She worked very hard and left feeling like i received more than my moneys worth - with is a rare feeling for me after a message. Great job Liz! thanks again.

Love this place. Clean comfortable and the therapist know what you like and make your visit as comfortable as possible. I have enjoyed every one of my massages and always look forward to the next. Not at all like their other Puyallup facility.

Ive been to a few Massage Envys in a few different states but the therapists here take the cake. Erik, Hong, and Tessa are the therapists my husband and I see regularly. Theres usually enough availabilities that I can get an appointment even with short notice. Everything is clean and relaxing. I have a membership, which is the only way I could afford to get a massage there so regularly. I admit that I was a sceptic of the benefits of regular massage therapy until I started the membership. Well worth it! Thanks guys!

Great massage! I have Fibromyalgia so my tender spots require a lighter touch. He did an amazing job adjusting to my cranky spots!

Received a gift card for Christmas that I used to book a couples massage. It also came with a 25$ bonus card. Upon checking in, we chose our extras to add on to our massage, using the bonus card (aromatherapy, icy hot, special lotions etc.) however- the receptionist apparently did not communicate that with the therapist, and we did not receive these extra add ons. They graciously did not charge for them, although we were bummed we didnt get what we asked for. The massage itself was eh. The lights were left on full brightness, shining in our eyes, and there was no calming music- leaving the background noise to be my therapists grumbling stomach, and my husbands therapists animal like grunting. Overall, not a relaxing experience and left feeling worse than when I came in. Would not come here again, but grateful that we used a gift card and not our own money.
