One of the best massages I’ve received…The ambiance & energy was AMAZING…This young lady is extremely knowledgeable, caring & professional.She knew exactly what muscles needed to be addressed & explained everything thoroughly after my session. I purchased & booked through Groupon which can be a bit tedious with making an appointment! You must READ the fine print once you purchase your Groupon (which I didn’t know) so naturally you may get frustrated! Once I read the fine print/link, my appointment was made effortless & I was able to get an appointment instantaneously! That said, she was so wonderful, that I have purchased future massages directly through her & my appointments are made!

This woman needs to be put out of business! She is totally unprofessional!! I am reporting her to the BBB, and I encourage anyone who has been ripped off by her do the same! In my opinion she is a fraud! My boyfriend bought a 90 minute massage as a surprise birthday present. (I go to a place in Quincy that gives amazing massages, but they dont offer gift cards). In my opinion he is not the only one that got scammed by using a Groupon). I think she takes them, because it is very difficult to reach Groupon to get a refund)! After her canceling at the last minute multiple times (she was impossible to reach), I finally was able to get another appointment. I have had numerous massages over the years, and this one was the worst one I have ever had!!! She ended the session early, with no explanation. I was NOT AT ALL PLEASED!!! My whole body (especially my neck and shoulders) were just was tight as when she started, and I left with a headache!!! Do NOT do business her!

I had a terrible experience with this massage center. I scheduled an appointment over the phone, provided my phone number, and received a confirmation email the day before my appointment. On the day of the appointment, I arrived at the center and called the business number multiple times, but no one answered. I called over 10 times and eventually sent a message on Instagram.The lady who responded on Instagram informed me that she had canceled my appointment because she thought I wasn’t coming. I never received any call or text informing me of this cancellation. She sent me a screenshot of a number she claimed to have called and emailed, but the number had more than 10 digits, making it invalid. It’s not even possible to leave a voicemail on an invalid number.When I asked her to call me back, as I didn’t want to continue communicating through Instagram messages, she ignored my request. Finally, she offered to call me back in 10 minutes and called 1.30 hours after my original appointment time. This was incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. If I could give this business zero Stars I would. Purchased on Groupon originally did a decent job on the first massage. Then bought a bunch of massages through financing and from then on she continued to cancel appointments never did the full hour like ever. Always put in half effort. Very unprofessional eventually I got so tired of it I told her I wanted to cancel the whole thing so I had to call the finance and Company put a complaint in with them and eventually they canceled it but still had to pay some of the remaining balance. Horrible experience with this lady please dont go there. And you can see how unprofessional she really is because she wont even respond to her own reviews on Google. Big waste of time and money.

This woman is a scam artist. She cancelled my appointment at the last minute and never responded to my texts, phone calls, or emails asking to reschedule or to refund my money. I reported her to the BBB and they were never able to get a response from her either. I am looking into escalating this to the AGs office and would encourage others here to do the same.

This lady should not be in business. She canceled the appointment 30 minutes prior. Wouldnt respond to or reply to any of my calls , texts or emails. I had a friend call and she answered right away . After that she never answered my friends calls anymore. Shes taking peoples money and dodging their calls . Ive requested multiple times for a refund and no reply. This is horrible. And I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I wish I saw the reviews before I bought the massage from Groupon. Smh horrible and not professional at all. She canceled on me a hour before my appointment. How is this company still in business??? I wish I could rate this ZERO stars!

I bought a 90-minute massage package on Groupon and could not get ahold of the owner after the purchase from November to February. They first had a non-working Verizon line, then had a cellphone listed-still no response when I called. I took the initiative to book the appointment online since it was my only option. The day before the appointment, I didnt receive any email or call confirmation of the appointment & again, I couldnt get anyone on the phone when I called. On the day of the appointment, I went to the address listed. I couldnt find the building because they had another business pinned in Google Maps. I was outside for 10-15 minutes, pulling on random business doors, hoping it would be it since there were no banners, but still no luck. I decided to call them again & finally, I got the owner on the phone, who claimed she was just about to contact me about my appointment and then mentioned that because I was late, she could only offer me a 30 minutes worth of massage. She said something about the parking situation before I even said anything, which was another issue. Having this information provided to me beforehand would have saved me from wasting my time.

Canceled and rescheduled 3 times. I was looking for a new therapist so it’s a shame! I’m sure a great therapist but could use a hand in business management— people’s time is important!

The owner is scamming using Groupon while cancelling appointments constantly. She’s working illegally with an expired license, stay away.

Unprofessional and unresponsive. Its laughable reading the mission and values on their website that they say they are rooted in integrity. Im incredible disappointed as they have directed me to ask for a refund on a purchase I made, but not provided me with the information needed to do so. Certainly not a place that is bringing relaxation to my life and I hope others dont experience the same loss of money that I have to this company.

I went to Knotaway for the body sculpting and literally after 20 min I started to feel my muscles loosen up. I was so tense and stiff I didn’t think in such short time she would’ve been able to alleviate the stress. I ended up purchasing the body sculpting package which accommodates my needs. I literally love it there I totally recommend this place to others here’s the kicker she also has payment options with financing included. So come get snatched and get that body ready for “2024” See you soon for my next treatment 🥰

Purchased on Groupon. When I tried to redeem they were not available any days of the week that would work, not a problem, thats my husbands availability issue. I shuffled around a bit but then the redemption code was not found and my attempt to contact them directly went to a disconnected cell. I need to wait 2 weeks for a refund so not a great experience through Groupon which is the only thing I can review. Theres a merchant disconnect somewhere which is unfortunate.

I got a massage of groupon and all went well i booked one today. she texts me with the wrong name (“hi ashley”) asking to move my appt back 1 hr. ok. she texts me 20 mins ago saying she means 2, not 1. incredibly bad customer service and obviously organization. a good masseuse but maybe go learn some admin skills? ughhh disappointed to say the least

I get the feeling that although this merchant is skilled, she may have gotten herself in over her head with Groupon commitments. She cancelled my appointment twice at the last minute. I need a provider that respects my time as much as I do theirs. Luckily, Groupon allowed me to trade in this Groupon.

My first apt was canceled about 2 hours before the apt. I reschedule , my next apt she started at 11:50 my apt was for11:10. I paid for a 60 min session she stopped at 12:33. right after another client walked in. Massage was ok but i’m sore still the next day. Maybe because I bought the session from groupon not sure why my experience wasn’t the greatest. I won’t be going back . place is nice and clean

Listen this was by far the best service I have ever gotten. My body feels so much better, lighter. As a busy mom the peace and calm from the spa is the break I needed. Jackie is by far the best hands down. I love that she also travels as well.

I have made two appointments that have both been cancelled last minute with no real contact or reason why. Very disappointing.

Best massage I’ve ever had ! Jacqueline is amazing! She really got in there and worked out all of my knots and tension. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout and did well at catering the massage to my specific needs. I will most definitely return- I can’t recommend her enough

Like many others, I was canceled on last minute. They were then impossible to reach. I rescheduled myself using the link, did not get a cancellation, attempted to reach them to confirm with no responses. Showed up to my scheduled appointment to a locked door. No one is responding to me at all. Deep waste of time and money. Avoid this place!

Texted an hour before appointment and cancelled, i texted back to reschedule and she sent me a message and unsent it via iMessage. Super unprofessional & rude. This business wont be there long, not after i contact the bbb.

I attended a lymphatic class, had the pleasure of meeting Jackie. I learned so much, she was right when she said to practice, practice. I was a nervous person she help me get comfortable by encouraging me, and provided me with support. I cant wait for the next class. This is a class you dont want to miss.

The owner is a nice masseuse and makes sure you are comfortable by checking in with you. The atmosphere is calming and it’s in a great location! The massage ended a little early, wasn’t quite the full hour but was a good experience overall.

I booked a prenatal massage via Groupon and had a great experience. Will hopefully be back again soon!

If you use Groupon, she’ll keep cancelling or rescheduling you for people who aren’t using Groupon. She won’t even respond to reschedule you lol

Horrifically unprofessional place. When I made my appointment I literally anticipated it being canceled per these reviews and of course- less than 2 hours before it was canceled. Any place that treats customers this way does not deserve to be in business.

Just like everyone else here who purchased a Groupon, my appointment was canceled last minute and I have not received a call back with new appointment offered.

Great customer service and my massage was perfect 😍 and i love her tumeric scrub it definitely helping my strength marks fade into my skin
