Cameron was amazing! It was my first ever visit and with her it was like shopping with an old friend! She was VERY knowledgeable about the products offered. And even helped with understanding the different types and effects! Thank you so much and I’ll definitely be back!

This was my absolute first time to go anywhere like this, and I was literally like a kid and a candy store, I’m so glad we chose that we had a great experience, Our bud tender Gabriel was Amazing and very patient I have no idea what I was coming for what I wanted or anything and he helped me through every part. Thank you very much. Definitely will be coming back here! Honestly, didn’t even mind the drive that much. It was almost 8 hours round-trip, but it was beautiful. We got off the interstate and enjoyed the scenery and enjoyed the ride. You also get 30% off for your first time so that’s awesome! I would suggest if you are with someone else that’s your guises first time that you only use one of yours and save the other one for another time.

Michelle was amazing she helped me find so many good things. Her suggestions were all great. It had been a rough week with a 6 day hospital stay due to the cancer and she talked about it with me and was very caring. I highly recommend you ask for Michelle when you go in. I know I will be next time.

I must say these guys have been so busy but I love my deliveries. Chris is absolutely amazing, he listens to what I want, if they dont have what I want he takes his time to find the closest thing to it. Thank you Chris for all your help. Help was ok. Seems like they were lost on questions I had. Went a little extra buying from white shelve but its not as potent as a cheaper flower. Its a nice flower but to dry no sticky at all and takes me good 3 blunts to feel a little something compared to cheaper shelve wonder why.

My first time at joyology! Great selection,very knowledgeable budtender. Ive been to almost all the shops in Quincy and I now have a new favorite. Steven was Great 👍 Actually all the budtenders were helpful in my search for the best prerolls and flower. Now that I am home,let the sampling begin!!!!! Well here we are again, Ive been here many times now and the selection is great,no sales on the PC pure but the muha mates was a great deal,half price. $20 for five infuzed pre rolls WOW 😳 I will keep coming back for sure 😃

It was Michelle’s first day taking customers solo, but you would think she’s been there since day one, she knew where all the products were that I wanted, she knew all about them and had a Beautiful smile on her face the whole time. Very Pleasant person to deal with.

This experience was a great experience and would had gotten five stars but when I went in today being my first time so I should had received my first time discount 30% as advertised so I’m not sure why I walked out with my three items still paying what I would had with the sale price and sales tax’s. Would had received five stars if it was not for that as everything else even customer service was great!! He got me in and out with adding one more item from my online purchase!

Best prices around, but not the best quality. On the cheap stuff, you can buy an 8th here 5.00 out the door. But its dried up and doesnt have much flavor. Mild buzz, I guess id rather pay the extra and get better quality. Overall Joyology is decent.

This is the second time Ive come from out of state and both times my experience has been awesome. The vibe of this place is just very cool compared to some others Ive been to where something seems almost off. Kaley helped me today and was absolutely excellent. I dont remember who I had last time but he was super cool too. Talked to me like a normal person kinda met me where I was at knowledge wise Im sure he couldve gone more in depth but didnt immediately start out sounding like a college cannabis professor or something which is always appreciated. Oh and all the products Ive gotten from carts to flower to edibles have been absolutely fire ( I do tend to go for general higher mid grade stuff though if that makes sense) anyway this place has the best deals on most bigger named brand things such as some of the edibles and cartridges like stiiizy ( Im a stiiizy fanatic so) but yeah best dispo Ive been too. Quincy is cool too go to the pizza place down the street in like the downtown area

Got a vape top that was defaulted they looked at it exchanged it and before I left we checked it and the whole shipment was defaulted I got a different strain and before I had left they already had most of it pulled to go back to the distributor, fast efficient and dependable dispensary 9.7 outta 10

I have been a customer since they opened the doors.. Spending 4 to 500 a week every week.. I loved the prices I loved the bud tenders. Everyone was great, but as of recently, they have joined with exclusive, Which means lots of changes and new employees and a lot of it is not for The Good of any of the customers. My husband can’t shop here any long because his legal I.D. Isn’t out allowed because it is not state issued. Same document can buy a house open bank account buy a car just can’t buy marijuana Had some issues with the people that use these IDs is what I was told. Even after informing us all of this, I still need to purchase that day and happen to drop my debit card With no idea .. I was halfway back to my state When I received a call from one of the managers stating that I had dropped it, I asked do I need to come back and get it or can you mail it to me? I was told yes we will mail it to the address on file.. I called today to verify they had put it in the mail and was told I’m sorry we don’t do that because we can’t come out of pocket for a postage stamp. You’re gonna need to come back and pick it up… Again It doesn’t matter how long I’ve been a customer or my loyalty, nor the amount of money I’ve spent,I am not important to this Business .. Please don’t shop here. Don’t waste your time in your energy to you. You are a dollar sign and nothing more..

03/09/2024Stopped to grab some meds, wasnt feeling well. Atleast got me to eat something. Tegan was awesome, friendly and expedient.Hanna gave good advice. I was a little skeptical not being familiar with the brand but she was spot on and after a few puffs I capped it. The receptionist was also very pleasant and Im sorry I cant recall her name.
