10/10 service!! It was so easy to make an appointment, I was helped as soon as I walked in, and absolutely loved what I got. My new go-to salon and spa. So clean, calm and relaxing.

Tao Day Spa has a beautiful atmosphere and staff. Bing and her employees are all so kind, gentle and professional. Anytime I come in after being gone for a while and my nails are looking a little crazy, Bing fixes my nails to perfection. She has great customer service and I never leave feeling disappointed in my service or my time at the Spa. Great customer service, and experience at Tao.

Overall, I can’t wait to go back. JUNE IS AMAZING. She’s so knowledgeable about skin; i felt like I got so much useful information during my visit. She was also amazing with my first ever bikini wax. I left feeling like I could completely trust her!Only reason for the less than perfect score is my nails. Maybe it is my fault for not going with gel, but I felt like I could’ve gotten better polish coverage. Julie did my nails, I believe. Very gentle and kind.

Really cute spa in a quaint shopping area. The staff are all so sweet and made for a relaxing morning of being pampered. I got a full body massage (excellent), facial (skin has been really clear since & it’s been about a month!) and nails done (regular polish on toes & gel on hands — lasted me 3 weeks which is almost unheard of bc I work with my hands so much). Highly recommend & will def be back!

I loved my manicure here! The color selection and quality was better than any spa Ive seen recently. I loved my conversation with my manicurist and the owner, and really loved the result. They will be my new go-to place!

My daughter and I had manicures here and it was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also a cute place that is quiet and clean. We liked the decor. Lots of polish colors to choose from too! There is some parking right next to the building which is convenient.

A really great Spa, Bing is extremely welcoming and my non-Gel manicure lasted almost 2 weeks. I love this place because I received an acne facial from Zentavia and it was a great experience from start to finish. It was my first time with her and I easily felt comfortable because she is passionate about skin care and dermatology in general and absolutely an expert. So far, I am extremely happy with the results from my treatment and plan to continue with Zentavia.

My boyfriend surprised me with a spa day for my birthday and this was everything!! I recieved a massage, facial, and pedicure. Everything was so relaxing, personable, and informative. The owner, Bing was very welcoming and social. Highly recommend going, 10/10 experience!

I recently visited this spa and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff and made to feel right at home. The spa facilities were immaculate and the atmosphere was so relaxing and serene.I received a massage and facial during my visit and both were absolutely fantastic. The massage therapist was skilled and attentive, really taking the time to understand my needs and ensure that I was completely comfortable throughout the treatment. The facial was equally amazing, leaving my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.Overall, I cant recommend this spa highly enough. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the facilities were top-notch, and the treatments were truly first-rate. If youre looking for a spa experience that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated, this is definitely the place to go!

I just had the best deep tissue massage with Crystal!! Not only is she super professional and listens to what you want from the massage but we had a great conversation during the entire massage. I have had expensive massages from very high end places before and this is definitely on par or even better than my previous massages. Bing the owner is super friendly and loves to greet each client by name. The parking lot is kind of small but there is a shopping center with a Walgreens close by where you can park and walk to Tao Spa. I highly recommend getting a massage with Crystal if you can. I believe she works Thursday through Mondays.

Very pleased with my service! The facility is clean and beautiful. I had a microdermabrasion appointment with June and she did not disappoint! June was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. She asked me detailed questions about my skin and was very attentive. My face is glowing and I will definitely be back!

Fantastic service! We did the Classic spa package and I was so impressed. June and Crystal were incredible and knowledgeable for the entire process. I felt like a new woman after my spa day. I am a stay at home mom and this was my first time getting a full body massage and facial, it was beyond anything I could have expected. Fantastic. The woman who did my pedicure was so gentle and perfect, I didnt get her name sadly. This place is wonderful. June took the time to talk about skin care and was incredibly knowledgeable. Perfect service, I will be back!

I got the Tao signature facial with June earlier this week and it was amazing! Such a zen and relaxing environment. I booked a dip manicure to go back again. I will definitely be coming here for facials and massages from now on

This spa is fantastic. I have gotten a massage and most recently a facial. Both times Ive been so relaxed Ive dozed off! They are very professional, the place is clean and organized. It is SO easy to book an appointment (this I love!) and they have a parking lot attached which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for spa services.

First time probably last. One barely felt massage or reflexology. I even ask for more pressure. Plus started 7 minutes late and finished 5 minutes early. Was supposed to be 60 minutes. Did NOT get what I paid for at ALL!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTE!!! Im a single mom, dont treat myself often because I cant.

Services were good; massage was great- professional, clean, comfortable. The location/facility is not that great that’s all to bear in mind depending on what type of experience you’re aiming for - not like a luxurious spa experience or anything- but still good. This place is surprisingly small, not navigable if you have a wheelchair (or even a group of people with you). Benches in waiting area very small so not a comfortable area to wait. The massage rooms have barn doors with a curtain inside and right off the waiting area so it can be a little disruptive and not feel as private hearing the noise. The pedicures are not in massage style chairs with attached sink thing- it’s like a small separate bucket under a large cozy chair. Can be a little uncomfortable as you cant rest your feet on the pad without it rolling away. There are two seats for pedicures. This ok because the pedicures are fairly quick- not a full on leg massage type deal like other “spas”. Over all though. These things didn’t affect my experience, especially w the prices- still a good place, all staff friendly, massage was great.

Omg hands down I had the best experience. I felt so relaxed from head to toe. I had my first facial and massage . The ladies were to welcome and made you feel comfortable. I got a facial maternity massage and a pedicure. We chatted and laughing. I will definitely come back.

Great little hidden gem! Bright and clean with friendly staff. They also guaranteed my gel manicure for 2 weeks - any chips would be fixed free.

I love coming here! Bing the owner is amazing and so tentative to you as a client and your needs. My nail broke right before a business trip and she got me in asap. June gave me such amazing info regarding my skin, which has changed my overall skin routine. All in all I highly recommend coming to Tao and just having the whole spa experience.

This is THE BEST dip manicure that I have gotten in Raleigh. My nail tech was super attentive, paid attention to my cuticles (something other salons rarely do now), and took her time getting the dip to be as thin as possible. The color selection for the powder is also some of the best Ive seen in the area, and they made sure I was satisfied with the color multiple times before we decided on the best option for me. I cant wait to come back for more dip manicures!

Truly such a great experience! These ladies really know how to treat you and are all so kind and warm, they also made sure I had snacks and a drink which is so great! June is truly THE best when it comes to facials and giving advice on products! Bing (the owner) is such a kind soul who truly cares about your time at Tao spa and will do as much as she can to make it a pleasant experience for you. The 3 stars reflects the pedicure only. I had an amazing facial by June. I had an equally good massage by Crystal but my pedicure was the worse I have ever had. My nails (already short) were clipped so short they still hurt. Based on that part of the treatment, I asked for clear polish; however she polished over polish I already had on my nails.I am not certain of her name - i think it was Julie; she was an older person.I highly recommend this spa for treatments other than the pedicures by this technician.

Incredible deep tissue massage (seriously - incredible), facial, and pedicure here, for an even better price. I’m not one to treat myself to spa days, but I am so beyond glad that I did. All the staff were so wonderful, experienced, and friendly. Even the owner was here working and did my pedicure. She was so humble and hard working, I would have never known she was the owner. I will absolutely be back!

I had a great facial with June! I’ve never had one before so I can’t compare it to others, but I was definitely impressed. June is very educated about skincare and gave me a thorough facial that felt tailored to my needs. My skin feels so much softer and i found it to be a very relaxing 45 minutes spent at the spa. The decor inside is so cute too!

Bing, the owner is professional, the most gracious, goes above and beyond to make sure every guest has the very best service & experience as well as the service technicians. Nadia is amazing at nails too! I love how thorough she is and she has the most calming spirit, I see her regularly! Junie does an amazing lash lift & tint and I am a regular for that with her. I cant say enough positive things about my spa day here. Chrystal gave the best deep tissue massage and listened to everything I mentioned I would like worked on. She was very knowledgeable and explained what techniques would help ease tension. June was so kind and helped me find skin products to use going to forward that didnt break the bank. Julie gave a wonderful foot massage with my pedicure, which came out great. Bonuses: mask friendly, very clean, and they offer wine, water, soda while there! I will be back again and again!

I’m so in love with this spa. It’s so Beautiful and clean inside. I do every service that they have to offer. My nails have never looked better, my skin has never looked better, I’m so in love with Image products that they use for your facials. And the best massage I’ve ever had in Raleigh with the owner Bing. I love everybody that works here. They are all so friendly and very professional and very inviting. Their price point is very reasonable for five points. I highly recommend that you go try out this amazing spa downtown Raleigh.

I had a great experience getting a signature pedicure at Tao Day Spa. I was greeted warmly and treated attentively. The owner was very nice and took her time. My pedicure came out great! Overall, it was relaxing and just what I needed. Also, the salon was very clean and had good atmosphere. Id love to try some of the other services when I return.

Opted to go here for an early Valentine’s Day couple’s pedicure for my pregnant wife and me - my first time, and one of many for her. She has done the deluxe package (massage, facial, and pedicure) once before, and loved the facial, so I assumed it would be similar quality. We did the signature pedicure today, and were both very underwhelmed. Our pedicures barely lasted 30 minutes from start to payment, she didn’t massage my wife’s feet/legs at all (especially unfortunate since she’s pregnant), and mine was like a mild caress. I’d give it a two-star review, but them being able to accommodate two pedicures at a time allowed for us to still have some couple relax time.

I had my first massage ever here today and it was incredible. Julie worked out the tension in my THUMB. Absolutely coming back and would 100% recommend booking a massage with Julie. The spa itself is also very pretty, clean, and relaxing.

HIDDEN GEM!My mom came to visit for my birthday and we wanted to get pedicures not much was open/had availability to service us at the same time. I found this hidden gem on Google - read the reviews, looks at the websites pictures, and decided to go ahead and book. And I am SO GLAD I did.The day spa is gorgeous. It is so peaceful. The prices are very fair especially for the quality of service they are providing and the employees including the owner are so kind and welcoming. We were enjoying ourselves so much we added on a couple other services while we were there - very accommodating!I HIGHLY recommend Tao Day Spa. This will be my new go to.Enjoy

I can’t believe how underrated this place is. This is a GEM in Raleigh. I’m absolutely impressed with how well they do everything there. I had a pedicure, a pregnancy massage and facial, the place is super clean and does not smell of fumes which is very important to me. Everyone is so kind and professional and most importantly they listen to what you want. Prices are great And I will definitely be getting more massages! Wish the best for the ladies working there.

I had an excellent experience here. My mom and I both got the spa package with a facial, massage, and pedicure. Each technician was amazing and we would both highly recommend. I loved that June explained what she was doing during the facial and gave me recommendations on products to add to my routine! Very clean and relaxing atmosphere as well as all necessary COVID precautions!

Let me start by saying, June - amazing! I got a Brazilian. June was very thorough and always made sure I was comfortable. I told her I had sensitive skin and she took extra steps to ensure I wouldn’t get ingrowns, and to lessen the irritation. The atmosphere of the spa is unmatched. It is so inviting and cozy. Checking in and out was smooth and they even knew who I was when I walked in ! Definitely won’t be going anywhere else!

June is amazing! I had a wonderful facial with her that was informative and relaxing. She explains everything thoroughly before and during the session - catering to your specific needs. I came out of the session feeling refreshed and my face was glowing! The spa itself is very clean and June wears her mask the entire time. I felt safe and supported throughout!

I was able to get a next day appoint for a massage and manicure after a stressful week, let me tell you how grateful I am for this amazing business. I had the best service and great treatments. I had a massage today and it was wonderful! Bing, who is also the owner, was perfect. She applied the right amount of pressure and really worked out kinks in my lower back and pelvic region. She occasionally checks in with you about the pressure to make sure it is not too little or too much. If you have not taken advantage of the introductory deal, I encourage you to do so! The facility is cute, comfortable, and very clean!!! I will definitely go back...

I was able to book an appointment soon and my husband loved it!I have since gone myself for a 90 and 60 minute massage and Crystal is the best kept secret in Raleigh! And Ive been getting massages at various places in Raleigh for the 20 years weve lived here.Shes an expert and talented at her craft!

Could not recommend this place enough! Was lucky to have June help me with my lashes. She was gentle, knowledgeable, and super efficient. On top of that, she’s just an all around good human who is easy to converse with and cares deeply about your satisfaction with the service. I’ll continue to come here for all my skincare/lash/brow/nail needs, and hope you check it out as well.

For my birthday my husband surprised me with a full spa day. Mani, pedi, prenatal massage and facial to be exact.I am 8 months pregnant and this is my second pregnancy.I was able to complete my pedicure by Kristian and she was so nice. She began working on my manicure after the fact however I started to feel very ill and had to use the restroom during the process.While I was in the restroom I damn near passed out and felt like I was going to throw up. I had no idea what was happening and panicked. So I went to Kristian and explained to her that I had to leave and was very apologetic.When I went to the counter an older Asian lady explained to me that I could simply reschedule the remaining services my husband had paid for.When I called after I began to feel better an hour and a half later, the owner answered the phone (who had no idea what was going on) and was delivering the poorest customer service.I did not appreciate how she only focused on her business and was not initially willing to reschedule my remaining services because of her policy. And that I would have to repay to rebook. I was livid after that.I understand employees need to get paid for their time, but under the unforeseen circumstances of motherhood you should have treated your customers better who are the reason you have a running business in the first place.I had every intention of coming back to complete my remaining services, but after the conversation I had with the owner of Tao Day I will never come back. You lost what could have been a loyal customer to help boost your business and you messed that up unfortunately.Kristian was sweet and I appreciate her time so much. But to the owner who also acted like she didn’t want to reschedule and make me pay more money you can take some customer service classes. I highly recommend it sweety.One person can really ruin it for everyone else who works so hard.I understand you have a business to run and employees to pay for their time. But I am not paying for services that we’re not completed due to unforeseen circumstances. And if I was the owner, I would have ensured that good customer service is being delivered at all times and not only thinking about the money.I wish I could have stayed and completed my spa day, but life happens and the owner should have been more caring and careful with her approach in how she handled me as a customer supporting her business today.Never again.

This place exceeded all my expectations. Bing, the owner is amazing. You can tell she is genuine and cares about her patrons. She exudes warmth. Crystal, the masseuse I had is some sort of wizard. I felt like I was walking on clouds after. June, our esthetician was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She asked questions about your face care and provided recommendations and really helpful information. I love this spa. I would recommend it to everyone.

I just had the best experience here. I started off with an hour deep tissue massage, a facial, and mani/pedi. I am so relaxed and what a treat for me. Bing and June took such great care of me and we had such great conversation. The spa is so well decorated and super clean. Never did I feel uncomfortable being in this spa, getting these services done, thinking they weren’t doing all they could to uphold the cleanliness standards we all need to abide by at these times. I’m not from around here but I will absolutely be back next time in Raleigh. Oh! And everything was well priced also. I can’t wait to go back!

DONT BOOK FOR LARGE PARTIES - DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCEVery frustrated with my experience here. Booked the spa package for a bachelorette party. The time reserved for the 5 of us to get a facial, massage, and pedicure was 12-5pm. I notified the girl upon arrival that I needed my services first because I drove from Charlotte and needed to get back by a certain time. She told me the way it was scheduled we each had to do a 45 minute facial first & there was only one person doing facials. We wouldn’t be able to begin our massages or pedicures until 3:15, and there was only 2 girls for massages and 1 for pedicures. So realistically we wouldn’t get done till closer till 6pm. I asked her if there was anyway I could have my services sooner as I couldn’t wait that long and she told me no. She did nothing to try and change the schedule around or help me out. I explained if I knew about the scheduling I would have never booked the services and she did nothing to try to help me. They over booked I watched as many other parties walking in during our blocked off time and received services. I was forced to pay the entire $160 for the package and was only able to get a facial. Should that have communicated better or scheduled more efficiently this could have easily been avoided. Instead we as a group sat in the waiting area for 80% of our visit. There is no reason why I shouldn’t have been able to receive AT THE VERY LEAST a 40 minute facial and pedicure in the 4 hours I sat around. Very frustrated, disappointed, and will never be returning. Horrible customer service and a waste of money.

Every time I’ve been to Tao Day Spa it has been the highlight of my week. They’re considerate, professional, and amazing at their jobs. Bing has done both mine and my Mom’s nails and toes, and I recently had a Swedish massage with Julie that was absolutely amazing. I would (and have) recommend this spot to anyone!!

I booked June for the signature facial, and she did not disappoint. June is professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I particularly like that provides a skin assessment and helps you find the appropriate treatment for your skin. She is gentle yet decisive on your skin needs. Her communication is encouraging and fun. My skin is glowing (which is what I asked for) and I cannot wait to return!

My favorite place in Raleigh!!! Bing is incredible! I get so many compliments on my nails when she does them. And June gives the BEST facial ever accompanied by skincare advice to keep you glowing!

I usually don’t post reviews, but after my experience with June for my first ever facial, and my first Brazilian at Tao, I had to talk about my stellar experience.First and foremost, I absolutely LOVED that June talked through every step of the facial with me, Including the ingredients. I have sensitive skin, so that was really a green check in my book. Not to mention, she also gave me tips on how to create a simple yet effective skincare routine tailored to me, and when I tell ya’ll my skin has never been better! (Ask her about the Skinscript toner pads if you have issues with pigmentation! - They’re MAGIC)As far as the Brazilian, it was not my first time getting one, but it was the first time with someone who didn’t rush through the process. She took her time and not a single hair was left 🤣 It was nice to have someone who wanted it to look as great as I did, lol.June really is just a gem. You can tell she cares for all types of people, and really enjoys what she does. She makes you feel comfortable, and creates a safe space for any body.Overall, 10/10 experience and if you go.. ASK FOR JUNE! You will not regret it.

Im so sorry to be the bearer of bad reviews but Julie is not the pedicure person, she doesnt handle the feet like a professional, she doesnt polish good and I had to ask her to file the toenails that were uneven to the ones on my opposite foot. My feet does not feel clean or conditioned like they do when I go to Diva Nails at Crabtree, and there is no massage chair. If you take pride in a good pedicure please go to elsewhere. On a good note the owner is very sweet.

June is the absolute best! I have gotten a hydrojelly facial and a lash lift and tint from her recently and the results have been excellent each time! She is so personable and is talks through what she is doing so you can understand! I will definitely continue to go to her for all my skin care and eyelash needs!

I have chosen Tao Day Spa because of the charming and instant relaxation upon walking in. The warm greeting from any of the staff to get started with the appointments. The chill music that plays in the background while getting a pedicure that feels like a warm hug to your feet. June is the best! Every facial has been not only relaxing but informative. She recommended I get two spots on my face checked out by a dermatologist and while everything was fine, the doctor noted how attentive she was. The spa is very relaxing and comfortable!

Tao Day Spa is my go-to spa for nails, skin, and massage. They are very professional and provide excellent customer service. Every employee is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They offer great specials throughout the year and I always look forward to my visits at Tao. The interior is also decorated very nice and I love the central location in 5 Points. I highly recommend them for all your self-care needs.

My boyfriend and I came in for massages and it was just perfect. Bing and Julie were very sweet. I couldn’t have asked for better service. The massages were incredible. Both ladies had great pressure and really knew what they were doing. This will definitely be our go-to spot!

So glad this place opened, Five Points needed this! The interior is so cute and fun. But more importantly, my nails have never chipped a single time after having them done here. It is an immaculately clean studio, and everyone is so warm and welcoming. They really take their time! 100% recommend

Bing and Van & their whole team were great! They’re only accepting reservations right now and have a max capacity of 5 clients at a time which I LOVE because, COVID-19. We indulged in the couples spa day package which did not disappoint! Everything was sanitized and opened fresh. And the staff paid special attention to make sure we were comfortable during our entire visit. Would definitely recommend!

I had such an amazing experience! My nails looked amazing and as soon as you walk in they ask you what you want to drink and it makes you feel like your at home and really comfortable. Their flower wall is the cutest thing also!

Had such a great experience here today and the other week! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I had a “me day” and was able to get a mani, pedi, facial, massage AND a full set of lashes in one day! Absolutely amazing, staff, location, quality service and pricing!

I had one of the best massages Ive ever had from Tao Day Spa. The atmosphere, free wine, and most importantly the treatment given solved a few weeks of soreness. I would highly recommend if you need relief for muscle pain. If youre in the Raleigh area, make it a point to stop here for a Spa day, you will not regret.

I found this spot in Five Points when I was searching for nail salons that were open once the lockdown measures were starting to be lifted. I was able to book an appointment right away. The owners are incredibly sweet and professional, young entrepreneurs that opened their spa right before Covid hit, therefore such small businesses need our support, especially when the quality of the service, the ambiance and decor are so thoughtfully and beautifully done. I will certainly be back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a variety of services. I had shellac mani & pedi, which was very well executed and a great value for their pricing. They are operating at a lower capacity (50%), already have screens set up on manicure tables, everyone is wearing masks. I felt very comfortable being there. Theres also parking right nextdoor for clients.

I went to this location with my sister and one of my friends.  Prior to our appointment, I called the spa and asked if they needed us to inform them the type of massages we needed, to which they said it was okay to inform them on arrival. Upon our arrival, we filled out paperwork informing them of the type of service we desired. All of us elected to get the deep tissue massage. Three ladies came and they took each one of us into the massage rooms. As soon as I arrived in the room, the lady suggested I get the classic massage instead of the deep tissue as I would save $10. I insisted on sticking with my original choice. That should have been the first red flag. Usually, someone might try to get me to upgrade, but this lady wanted me to downgrade. I am not sure what her reason was, other than her own comfort level perhaps?  Soon after the lady asked me to remove my bra and shirt, to which I did. She then came in and as soon as she saw my back, she laughed aloud and said that I looked a lot skinnier than I actually am. She said I had a lot of muscle and fat on my back. I was in such shock that I didnt know what to do, and certainly could not relax after that.  To add insult to injury, she ended up giving me a massage that I didnt ask for. I couldnt even feel her hands on my skin. It was as if she was massaging a fragile tomato or an egg. A while later when it was time to massage my legs, she took off the sheet and realized I hadnt removed my tights. She stated, How come you didnt remove your tights? I reminded her that she only had asked me to remove my shirt and bra. I then said I would take them off.  She refused, and started yanking off my tights and almost ripped them. I was literally horrified!!  A massage is supposed to make you feel relaxed and I was laying there stressing and just in shock of what was happening to me!I do have to mention that both my friend and sister had a good experience but they did say they will never go back there as the place looked and felt sketchy. I was not sure what to do after my experience but my sister insisted I post a review to help others who are considering this place.I am not sure how these people have good reviews on google. Please be careful going to this disaster called a massage spa! On top of my horrible experience, this place looked sketchy. They had fluffy rugs that looked disgusting!! I felt dirty sitting in their waiting room. There is nothing good about this horrible place. Stay away from these people!

Tao is a fabulous salon. The service is impeccable. The manicurists are wonderful and can do any type manicure. They always greet their customers with a smile and are all very nice. The salon is super clean and there is ample parking next door. Highly recommend Tao!

Tao Day Spa offers everything you need at one place. I have been seeing June for my skin and finally made time for a pedicure. Bing did an astonishing job getting out ingrown toenails I never even realized could be removed without pain. Next I plan to get a massage.

I absolutely loved my massage and facial from Jon! Hes a real gem-- and his hands are magical! He is incredibly professional with lots of experience. I felt welcomed and relaxed from the moment I walked in. He talked with me beforehand about any concerns and areas to focus on. He knows exactly what pressure to apply and where-- excellent technique. I enjoyed how he provided light conversation with me but also was respectful when I zoned out. The way he politely provided tips and suggestions afterwards made me feel like he truly cared about my wellbeing and for that I will definitely be back to visit him :)

The place is very nice and clean. I made a reservation for manicure and pedicure.feel comfortable during the whole time and affordable price for good quality services. Would definitely recommend to my friends in this area.

This is my second time visiting this spa and I got a underarm wax both times. June does a great job of making me feel comfortable and is very knowledgeable about what she is doing. Easy to find and has street parking . Definitely will make this my go to spot for underarm waxes

Had a great pedicure. Super cute spa and very friendly staff. Would 100% return for additional services. Very clean establishment and made me feel safe in the covid days. Even had a nice glass of wine to enjoy with the pedicure.

I got a pedicure done by Nadia and she was lovely! The aesthetics of the salon was beautiful. The chair for pedis is super comfortable and relaxing with pillows! I almost fell asleep haha. This is my new spot!

I won’t ever go anywhere else for my massages. Such a great location, friendly, good energy, and now I feel completely stress free. I was a basket case and beyond stressed and Bing gave me the most wonderful experience! I’m so glad I found them!

While the atmosphere is lovely and the ladies were very nice, my nail service left a lot to be desired. I paid extra for manicure service...the polish was not applied all the way to my cuticle and already chipped off after 3 days.

Jon is a great massage therapist. Highly recommended him. Tao is a lovely full service day spa. They not only offer massage, but also do facials, nails, and waxing.

Tao is beautiful, clean and inviting. June is personable and will make you feel like you’ve been friends for years! She walks you through the process of what she is doing and will make sure you are comfortable. She gave my lashes and soul new life that day.

I’ve been twice so far and have great things to say about Bing! Best mani I’ve had since moving to Raleigh 2+ years ago. I found the pedicure chairs to be uncomfortable so I’ll just stick with manicures here.
