Its been a long time since Ive come to this place, and im glad I did. They had everything I was looking for , for a new RDA set up. Great prices on batteries. Mel was the man! offering great customer service and guidance to help me find what suited me best. Thank you and I will for sure be coming back soon.They have good flavor selections too, been a while since Ive seen Yogi.

Live in Greenville but stopped by here out of town to ask some detailed questions regarding a specific mod. Parker assisted me and went above and beyond to see what price we could get it down to and also checked all of the stores inventory to see if they could get me one. Offered a discount and the customer service was 10 out of 10. If this guy is not in a management position/role he needs to be. Give him a reason promote him! 10 out of 10!

Great customer service. The associates such as Emma are always very friendly with the customers and are great to converse with and will always leave the customer leave the store with a smile. 10/10 would recommend to others to come and visit and take advantage of the great prices and the awards program for customers with accounts.

Awesome shop, good selection of hardware and accessories. Plenty of different juice options too, and tester tanks for most. This was my first trip to this location, but the staff was just as helpful as my regular store, and very knowledgeable about their products. Oh, cant forget about their awesome rewards program, which shows me that they really care about their customers instead of alot of other shops around that just want to sell you something then and there, and move on to the next.

Was immediately greeted when I walked in the door even though the 2 ladies behind the counter were helping customers. Not 2 seconds later Omar appears from around the corner ready to help. Juices taste fantastic and the shops prices cant be beat in the area. Morgan helped me pick out a new box after my Kapoor of 2 years bit the dust. Morgan did what a trust worthy sales rep will do and recommended what would fit my needs better as opposed to what would make more money. Ill be shopping there again.

Amazing selection of e-cigarette products from beginner kits to enthusiast mods and tanks. They also offer an amazing reward system that you get points for every dollar spent, and cash them in for free products and discounts. I have gone to many Good Guy locations and never been disappointed.

I had a fantastic experience at Good Guy Vapes! The manager Otabek helped me pick the right vape, he was extremely knowledgeable on the products and how they worked, down to explaining how the body processes the chemicals you vape. It was so helpful and informative, it made me feel confident in choosing the right thing. I couldn’t be more satisfied, and will definitely be back!

Theyre always really helpful. Their line of stores are much cleaner and cozier than the competition. Always have full shelves, and full inventory of items you may need, versus others. Prices are lower, and thats always nice. Its a shame their Capital Blvd store closed down.

Very clean, friendly environment. Its best to park around the corner behind the business, and you can easily walk into the store from there. It has a great variety of supplies for almost any kind of device your using. The juice selection is fairly big, and they almost guarantee have what your looking for in stock. The prices are definitely reasonable.. I wish I got the two peoples names that helped me, as they were awesome and super friendly and knew their stuff. I would highly recommend anyone in the area looking for replacement supplies, new mods or trying to come off of smoking cigs to give this place a shot. You wont be disappointed.

I just got into vaping to quit smoking, and I just decided to get my first mod at Good Guy Vapes because they were the closest shop to me. Im SO happy that I did: the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and really take the time to help you find what you need (editing this review to include Mel - he just went super above and beyond to help me out today)They also dont try to upsell you: they listen to what you need and recommend exactly the right ejuice/mod/peripheral for your needs. Its been such a great experience that Im a little scared to go to another vape shop, because theres no way it can compare. Just top flight all around.

Fairly quick trip, but not as quick as it could have been. They were out of the first 3 flavors I requested. Associate was not very consultative.edit - I truly appreciate the direct response from Omar. That is the kind of customer service that keeps customers coming back.

So today I went to Good Guy Vapes in search of the Smok Mag kit. Once I entered the store , I was greeted by the friendly staff. I was helped by Morgan . Her energy and knowledge of the product helped make my decision easy on getting the mod and she answered all of my questions. I love the whole vibe of the store and I will be coming back . The store deserves more than 5 stars.

Wow, Ive stopped around Raleigh. Pricing is perfect and thats half the battle. Morgan was my rep; she excelled. Most stores it seems like everyones just an employee. They know enough to sell me some BS, but Morgan was professional. I talked to other staff, the staff is just way more knowledgeable. So what you get here is a professional staff with your best interest, the best prices, and a hell of a selection. Ill take all of the above any day of the week.

Went into this store yesterday to get a new vape. Morgan was more than helpful. Excellent customer service. She got me the perfect setup within my price range and juice that tastes absolutely delicious. 10/10 will give this store my business as long as she’s an employee here.

I used to be adamant about only shopping online due to brick and mortar stores price gouging patrons on their liquid purchases. Not any more! The staff here is fantastic, Jon is the resident build master and if you have any question from beginner to expert he is there for you with an answer in terms that fit your level of vaping. Omar is great with the flavor bar and is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you leave, having had a fantastic shopping experience. The shops aim is to ensure that every person that comes through their door is treated like a friend and to deliver premium e-liquid and hardware at a fair price. I will not shop anywhere else.

Been here a few times now, friendly and helpful staff. Almost every smoke shop/vape shops policy is no exchange or returns on any electronic device, which is resonalble and definitely understandable being that none of those devices are being made by those shops themselves rather in China. So I was highly surprised when I showed up not a week after purchasing a apparently defective device, just looking for a discount on another and the manager replaced the defective one free of charge. I’ve been in the Human resource department my whole life and when I tell you they have excellent customer service, I really truly mean it. Good guy vapes does value their customer highly and is willing to go above and beyond for the best experience.👌🏽

This has always been my wife and Is go-to spot for vape stuff, but they really blew me away today when the gentleman behind the counter offered to stock some pods for a new vape I had bought elsewhere online when I couldnt find them in-store.A go-to for certain.

First time I came in had a great experience, so I really wanted to continue to like this place. My fiancé and I have collectively spent around $600 in that last 6 months there. The last 4 times I have gone they had “stopped carrying” the juice I had bought the month before. I find this strange as all of them were recommended to me and two were “best sellers”. The last three times I have come in something else has been out of stock or missing with the excuse “UPS lost them” or “UPS was supposed to deliver them yesterday”. At this point I find all these circumstances a little hard to swallow. I’m assuming the business is just poorly run and the employees are told to blame UPS.

Love these people, and their prices. The owner Omarion is super friendly, and always goes out of his way to help when can. The other wonderful employees, Breeyellah, Nornia, and Morgasbord also always provide the best service.Highly doubt you find another Vape company with the company culture and products that this place has at the prices they have.Definately do your vaping self a favor and check these guys out before making your next purchase. You will not be let down.

This place is the best Vape shop Ive been to since I moved from Illinois. Been to a lot in Cary/Apex/Raleigh area in which none compare to this place. Half the stores carry in house juices only and not even half the amount of tanks as these Good Guys do. Save your time/money and just come here.

Im giving this place a bad review. I came here one time and bought 2 Cartisan Spinner batteries. I have a strong suspicion that the sales guy sold me a used battery. I say this because he went in the back to get one of the batteries. This battery did not hold much charge especially compared to the other one, and it died very soon after purchasing.

Excellent service. Ran out of the color vape pod and sterilized the display one to sell.

UPDATE: The owner has since reached out to me and made things right. He strikes me as a stand up guy who cares about his customers and his business. He handled things with professionalism and courtesy. I will continue to be a loyal customer here.Overall a solid place. Decent selection of mods, tanks, coils, juices, etc. Employees are always very friendly and welcoming.However, I have learned to not take their suggestions when it comes to buying coils for my device. I have come in and shown them my current setup (mod, tank, wattage, etc) and explained specifically what I want from my coils and how I prefer to use my device. The coils I originally wanted were out of stock so the employee suggested some other ones. I asked again to be certain that these coils would do what I wanted and was reassured that they were very similar to the ones I was originally after. Well lo and behold, the new coils at their highest usable wattage was still 30 watts lower than what I told them I wanted. Even after meddling with my settings and trying a few different things the hits were pitiful and the coil was basically a paperweight.I felt like a jerk but I went back in and asked to swap out the crappy coil for the coil I originally wanted. The employee was extremely friendly and gave me a new coil with no questions asked. Could not have asked for better customer service from this exchange.Fast forward another week or two, and I use my GGV points to claim a pack of coils for $5. I went in yesterday to pick them up, and the shop was out of the coils I wanted (again). So this time a different employee suggests a brand of coils I had never seen before. At this point I EVEN EXPLAINED WHAT HAD JUST RECENTLY HAPPENED with them selling me coils that werent what I wanted, and did not work well in my device. I wanted to make sure that this time I was actually getting the things I wanted. I was (again) reassured that they would work just like the coils I wanted to buy.Well, what do you know? I tried one of the coils in my vape this morning and its awful. Does not work anything like I was told it does. Now I have a bum coil in my tank and 4 more still in the blisterpack. I redeemed and wasted my reward points on a product that doesnt work for me, based on suggestions and reassurances from employees after I went into specific detail on what I wanted. Im sure I could bring back these coils and get them swapped out again, but to what end? I love shopping local and supporting local businesses, but I dont want to have to jump through hoops just to buy a product that I could find cheaper online anyway.

Just moved back to Raleigh and needed a good vape shop. This one was close to my house and was the first place I tried. Jon was working and introduced himself and helped me buy my whole set-up. I didnt really know what I wanted, but I left there happy. It was good prices, he let me try out about 15 different flavors and wanted to make sure I knew how to work the piece. I got an eVape Primo and its sweeeet.

I had only been to this vape shop a couple times previous to this experience and had no issue, which is why I give it two stars. I went in this last time in need of a new tank for my VooPoo mod. Upon entering, I was immediately treated with hostility for not wearing a mask. I tried to explain and was quickly silenced and asked to leave. It’s embarrassing enough having a medical condition that I have to explain during these times— it’s even worse not getting the chance to explain.

I brought it home it worked for a couple hours then it quit working and wouldn’t accept a charge. Today I brought it back to the store with my original receipt just to exchange it for a working unit. The girl told me “that’s too bad, you should try contacting Smok or something”There are too many other vape shops out there to choose from... so I definitely won’t waste another transaction with this company.

Best vape shop in town... By far!PRICES... It used to be that the only place to get reasonable prices on juice and gear was online. Not only does Good Guy beat the prices of every store in town they beat or compete with the best prices youll find online too.EQUIPMENT... A lot of stores in the area have a large selection of outdated, overpriced and low quality mods and atomizers. Good guy must be run by people who vape themselves. I have probably taken my enthusiasm for vaping to an unhealthy level as I read a lot of reviews online. Each time a new mod or atty gets released I can count on good guy having it in stock. But only if its well made and highly rated by reviewers. You wont find any poorly made equipment that has been sitting on their shelf since 2014 waiting for someone who doesnt know better to come buy it. They only carry the latest and greatest here and if you want something they dont sell theyll get it for you or help you find it (EXCEPT for the tfv12 rba).JUICES... For the price youll pay for a 30ml bottle at some stores in the area you can get 60-120ml at Good Guy. Staff is great at recommending new flavors based on what youve liked in the past and they never give a sense of hurry up and buy when sampling. They often have discount juices on sale and every Tuesday from 5-8pm all juice is 20% off.In addition to having the best prices equipment and juice they also have an amazing staff. John, Isabella, Spencer and Omar will all work with you to make sure you have the best possible experience as you transition off cigarettes. The level of customer service at this store is better than at any store (not just for vaping but ANY store) Ive gone to in a long time.I strongly recommend that you dont go anywhere else if youre into vaping or trying to quit smoking. I havent smoked since January 1st and good guy has helped with that...... I almost forgot to mention the rewards program. For each dollar you spend here you get points toward free stuff and every time you refer someone you get 50 points. Eventually you can even earn an entire setup for freeI just wish I could work here

This is the best vape shop that Ive been to ever. The employees here are very knowledgeable of their products and what they are selling. Huge selection of juices to choose from and some nice mods to customize your vape mod. If theres anything you are looking for in particular that they dont have in stock or that they dont sell you can even have them special order it and theyll have it delivered to their store for you for free. They have a tasting bar on site to taste all juices prior to buying so you can figure out what you like best instead of having to buy blindly. Superb and probably the best prices on just about everything here compared to just about any other vape shop around. Very clean well maintained establishment. Side note: I live 50 minutes from here and I dont mind the drive at all cause I know when I get here Ill get the best products from the best people. This place is the epitome of great customer service and if you dont believe me just go give this place a try and youll see for yourself. I definitely recommend this place to anybody looking to cut the cigs and move onto vaping or just a vape enthusiast looking for another place to get some fantastic juices and vape products.

Not a bad store at all, BUT I am SO tired of calling to ask if a specific product is there, AND THEY JUST SAY “COME IN”.Yo, I don’t wanna waste gas to drive out to a place that might not actually have what I need. PLUS, I don’t wanna be sitting around your store when we are supposed to be stuck at home. Please, If somebody is looking for something specific, look for it and confirm.
