It would help if you were actually open during peak hours. this is the third time i’ve been here and we will be back in five minutes is more like i checked out for the night and don’t bother shopping here.

Needed 100% Organic VG Juice. And wanted to buy a new Vaporizer to vape it. Store Associate named Panda, could have sold me nearly any device he wanted and suggested the VG Juice they had there. Because Panda wanted to be honest, he suggested I get VG Juice from another source for DIY, gave me their website, name and phone number. Saying he hopes I buy Vaporizer and or parts from them & anything else but for my specific need (am severely allergic to PG) that I should check into a place for it. If this isnt honesty, I dont know what is. I tip my hat to Mad Vapes. We spoke almost an hour. Panda answered all of my questions knowing I wasnt going to even buy anything. This place earned my respect today. Would definitely highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and explanatory about everything Vapor related from Equipment to PG/VG Juices to current Regulations. Definitely a must visit for the Novice & Experienced Enthusiast. Thanks 🐼 !!

Kure has been my go to vape shop for over a year. Very knowledgeable staff, awesome selection and just generally easy to deal with. They also stand behind their products which is absolutely amazing & appreciated.

Great place for all your vaping and CBD needs. Staff are super helpful, and dont just rush you off like other places. They have great advice and will sell you products on personal and honest opinions rather than just trying to get a sale. I had purchased a new kit that was having leaking issues. After some trial and error, a resolution was found. Brandon, Preston, and Noah have all been great in helping me out with the issues I was having. They were patient and answered all of my questions no matter how silly they may have sounded. I’ve been doing business there since 2019, and won’t do business anywhere else. Definitely recommend.

Love these guys!!! Helped me out even though they dont have to!! Hooked me up with some really good deals, always kind helpful and always do whats best for the customer. Loyal customer right here!! Never going to a different vape shop. However there is one employee there that has been very rude in the past,. There are two female employees there are two to my knowledge one of them is awesome and amazing the other one, Morgan i believe, is rude and does not take customer service seriously

The staff at this location is awesome. Its the type of atmosphere that you can relax in. Everyone is chill and knowledgeable. Price matching and the option for a returns is also a very unique quality. I love Madvapes.

If youre looking for devices ranging from pod systems to box mods, they probably have it. If youre looking for coils for various brands, they probably have it. If youre looking for your next fave all day e liquid, guess what, they probably have it. Give them a call to check inventory or stop on by and pick their brains. WOW....! Been a Vaper for a while and have been around the country to a lot of Shops. This shop was hands down one of the friendliest and helpful shops I’ve been in in a while. Helped resolved an issue I was having and very insightful. Excellent selection of ejuice and had everything I needed on hand plus more I can get later. Great shop excellent staff and setup in store. Glad I stopped in and look forward to getting back, soon.

They are very knowledgeable when it comes to vaping. I’m a beginner with vaping they told me things about vaping I had no clue about lol. But now I understand it all. The atmosphere is really chill everybody there is real chill. Shelby helped me out a lot, especially with the in house setup. Very helpful and I really thank her for it. First time in the store, the staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Definitely felt like walking in a stranger but not left out- it was as if I was respected like a regular from the start.Bought a couple of coils and a perfectly mixed bottle of MaxVGGot home, and I have a problem with the coils I had purchased, they were not working with my tank, so I gave them a call the next day, and spoke with Chris, panda, the manager.He was absolutely willing to replace or refund the item if it was faulty, his customer service in that regard was perfect.But he really went above and beyond, and took the time to try to troubleshoot the specifics of my problem over the phone. He spent at least 30 minutes going through option after option that might have affected whether the coils I bought worked or not.He helped me figure out the problem, I got a solution, which is what I wanted more than a refund, or a replacement, and even has improved the function and longevity of my device. And Ive definitely learned something along the way.The store, the staff, the management, the products are all the best I have found in the many years Ive traveled and been to different shops.Some shops might have a better vibe to sit around and Vape with coffee and fancy expensive liquids, somewhere only interested in the regulars, but almost all of them pale and comparison to the consistent knowledge I find at every Mad Vapes, and expertise in the staff, and you cant beat the options for liquid, from premium, to Max VG, an incredible flavor assortment, and the prices are actually the most reasonable I have found on the entire East Coast.Im sold on this store because of Chris, Ive been a fan of Mad Vapes for a long time, but Ive never been so impressed with every aspect of my experience with a brick-and-mortar Vape shop like I was today.Go in, and whatever your need is:from needing to learn and begin your transition from smoker to new first time convert- or even a four year veteran that just wants to experience a quality product and respectful experienced knowledgeable staff.I can guarantee you will find what you need at this store.Happy Vaping!

Im not even sure where to begin, but this store is great. The manager, Chris, is one of if not the best manager of a retail store that Ive ever met.I first met Chris while he was managing a competitors store (this is relevant, I promise) and he made an effort to remember what my favorite juices are and to learn my name. Chris and I clicked and slowly started talking about other things and he made sure that I had an enjoyable experience.I learned that Chris had began to manage the Madvapes in Garner, and since Chris had made such a positive impact on my shopping experience, I literally took my business to a place that I had never really shopped before.Long story short, Chris is such a personable, knowledgeable and helpful manager, that I stopped shopping where I was used to shopping and I changed my main store just so I could go see and talk with him.To add to how highly I think of Chris, I live in Charlotte. I travel to Raleigh frequently to visit in-laws and to work. Most times I will try and plan out my trips to buy juice, wire, coils etc just so I can go to the New Bern Madvapes to see Chris.Chris has always been more than helpful to me and answered any question I have no matter how silly, stupid, or funny seeming they sound. Ive seen Chris do the same things for countless other customers. Every customer that comes through his door he makes sure their questions are answered and they have everything they need.This also leads to his Co workers that work under him, they have all been very helpful and Ive seen them all do great and I assume that Chris has been a big influence on that.To sum this all up in a few words; come shop here. Simple as that. Chris and the rest of his team will take care of you. I could go on and on but I dont need to. Go in and see for yourself how well put together the store is and how well managed it is.

The store is nice, people are great and they will mix the juice for you so you can get whatever you like. The issue is with the devices... I wouldnt buy from there. You can ask them because they are knowledgeable, but definitely buy online

Wow!Im a MadVape Customer for life!My Smok G-Priv 2 510 thread broke and I went in and talked to them and left with a new mod.They are awesome.Smok has a great 6 month warranty.Ive bought quite a few of vapes here and from now on Ill be going to them more.Wonderful atmosphere

Came to Raleigh for a family emergency and my mod died. I went to this location as it was the only legitimate vape shop in the area to find a replacement. I was previously told by a reputable source that Smok as a whole has the same inherent problem that I was experiencing. Spoke to a guy there by the name of Chris (shop manager) and he informed me I had the v1 Mag and they fixed the problem.He is by far the most knowledgeable person Ive ever met in a shop in all my years of vaping. Chris didnt just educate me & find a replacement device he made me feel welcome, though weve never met, and even made me laugh which given the reason I was in Raleigh made a HUGE impact on me. Not only is he great at what he does he seems like the kinda guy youd wanna grab a beer with and hang out. PLEASE stop by and see these guys you wont be disappointed. Side note: You cant miss Chris; he looks like Gimli from LOTR but way happier

Nice enough people but no need to go in unless you know EXACTLY what you want require ABSOLUTELY no sales assistance. Also know what flavor of juice to want and dont expect to be able to taste anything as it burns... all you wil get is a drop of juice on your finger which taste nothing like it will when you vape it. Headed to misty mountain to actually test and try VAPED flavors

It was ok, guy very knowledgeable but filled with vapers if your not comfortable with this type or new to vaping it could be off-putting. No way to taste the flavors so pray you like what you buy. With all that said Id come back.

The ejuice that they made based on their recepies really taste like vaping VICS unless you have a cold i will not recomend this place for their band ejuices. Mine buble gum flavor taste like ethanol a good way to lose some money !

When I came in, the workers were gaming and building on drippers. Nobody carded me but I was also with a regular. No salesmanship whatsoever, convenient for those around it but quality over quantity always.
