Probably among the best customer service I’ve gotten anywhere, for any sort of business. Kayden and Phil were, and still are, very helpful with recommendations for new flavors, mod set-ups, troubleshooting, and are extremely friendly. They take the time to explain and find what’s best for you, not jumping right to the most expensive choice. Feels more personalized. When disposables haven’t worked properly, I was able to replace them within the first day.10/10 service/vibes.

Marvelous customer service! Soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted. The employees were incredibly nice and knowledgeable. They took their time to explain the products and they laughed and joked around. Over all my experience was a 100,000/10. I would definitely recommend and I will be visiting again soon !

I adore the employees here. Theyre always so kind and helpful. I had a not-great experience the first time I went into a Kure location. It unsettled me to the point that I decided not to shop at those stores. Finally tried this one last year and they completely changed my view on the company. Staff here is incredible. Best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Jacob (pretty sure that’s his name).. was a gem. I bought a defective vape, that tasted horrible and didn’t work right.. he fixed it immediately when I called and gave me a new one and better brand. Thanks for the great experience

I dont really have a choice with vape places since I dont drive. But I find it horrible service that I had a warranty on my V8 priv purchased from avail. Both tanks broke(bad quality product clearly) I asked if they sold replacements the guy basically laughed and said I have to buy a whole new mode. I mentioned twice it was under warranty and he just ignored me and said look online. The juice- now the juice is a bit over priced for the little amount you get at this place if you have to go here (like you have bo other choice) paca mama strawberry is your best bet. It is extremely disappointing with the amount of money I have thrown into this store that they cant even honor the warrant on their products!!! Oh I forgot if you are still reading the trigger on the V8 priv literally held together by a tiny piece of glue. Mine broke the first 3 weeks of owning it but I used a rubber band to hold it together. Bad bad quality please do not buy from Avail. Expensive vapes with very little quilaty I will be saving to buy a good vape from Carolina Vapor Lounge. Sorry Avail you lost a customer today. Please fix you customer service. Over 200 dollars spent here in 2018 and they cant even honor their warranty.

We stopped by today and thankfully and this is just my opinion they are new owners from the previous shop and the people were Awesome so my wife and I will be moving our vape business here. They helped my wife find the type vape she wanted pointed out the safer options and satisfied any questions she had. From what I could see they had a great selection as well of both vapes and liquids.

I went into the vape shop today for dollar day and Danielle was very patient and kind and very helpful with helping me to get my juices and devices. She did a great job. Avail has great deals on juices on certain days during the month they have dollar days and it is well worth the money its only $1. If you do not have the text message set up through avail for discounts and deals I suggest you sign up to get them. I get the messages and go to dollar day every time!!!!

I dont want to exaggerate, but rarely are you able to interact with people who truly understand their field of work. This is one of those rare occurrences, and Im compelled to share. Initially I wasnt planning on purchasing a vaping device as Im only a casual user. When I walked in I simply did not have enough exposure to make an informed decision. Thankfully the staff (Justin & Damon) were able to steer me in the right direction with no bias at all. So, after a few detailed conversations and explanations I left With a device that was best suited for my needs. They both took the time to make sure I understood the maintenance, usage, and quirks of the selection I had made. Im confident Ill have absolutely no buyers remorse as I understand how my product works inside and out. The store is clean, modern and logically arranged.It was a genuinely pleasant and rewarding experience. I cant thank these guys enough, they have earned my continued business.

I’ve been going to this Avail location for about two years. Their customer service and professionalism is always top notch. I’ve had many good experiences with the employees and management at this location which keeps me coming back vs ordering juice online from other companies.The juice is great with high VG blends, the shop is clean and professional and the staff is exceptional and always happy to help. Especially Clarke and Damon- great service every time I visit.

I am very satisfied with the service I receive at Avail Vapor on Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh. Clark, the manager, is extremely helpful, friendly and goes above and beyond to assist his customers. Its always good to see when an employee takes pride in their work and their company. Prices of liquid are high however this is out of their control.

Avail just opened near my home in North Raleigh on Fall Of Neuse. I have been vaping for 4 years never had experience like I did today, absolutely love love the store Ben was so knowledgeable on this systems I was very impressed. The juice is so clean tasting the juice with my old system did zero justice for those awesome organic juices. Bought a new system and Ben explained everything to me. Nice staff, but he sold me the wrong parts and the next day I asked if he could trade it out. They dont accept returns, so I had to buy more coils. Wasnt his fault about their return policy, however they need to train their staff better to sell the right parts if they want to maintain their reputation.

Good juice but the man working was extremely condescending to me for asking what flavor he recommends for my tastes. After I asked the price for a 30ml bottle of Pandoras box, he said To be honest you dont look like you could afford it. I will never be returning to this store after horrible service like this.

THIS brand does not allow you to write bad reviews online.As they do not let you do this, this makes the brand poor. DO Not buy from them and do not trust.This is a review on the Caliburn GOriginally I absolutely loved this device, it worked great, easy to use, easy to pocket, etc...however it has massive spitback and even after changing coils, the device only works reliably for about 2-3 weeks and then cops out. I bought this at Avail(physical store that used to be in Durham) and they have great service, but this device is a HUGE let down and no matter what i do, change coils, clean, dry etc this problem still exists. Poor product execution and bad coil life.

This is the best vape store in Raleigh by far. It feels like an Apple Store with the setup. I was instantly put at ease when I walked into the store. The manager was awesome and I loved his personality and banter. The flavors were awesome. The fact that they are high quality with no artificial flavors, sugars or GMOs was very appealing. The claim that they will extend my coil life,because of the lack of coil burning sugars could make up for the slight increase in juice price. Though I am happy to pay more to know that the juice is actually safe to consume. I would definitely recommend for those just starting out and looking for hardware or those expert vapers!

I love Avail Vapor. I usually go to the Avail in Garner, but I was in Raleigh and stopped by the one on Glenwood. I went in for some juice and coils. Damon was very helpful, he was able to recommend a good NEW flavor to try based on my go to flavor. He was also very knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer my questions about the different mods and tanks. I will be visiting the Avail in Raleigh again.

Really friendly people. Didnt try to up-sell me or make me buy a specialty item. seemed very interested in making sure I find what I came for.only reason I gave them a 4 is because when I walked in, the girl that was there seemed to be having a deep discussion with her boyfriend. She was very helpful but also seemed semi-distracted by his presence.

They were the best!!! They replaced my broken glass and traded my coils because the Avail in Greensboro gave me the wrong ones. I am pleased with my experience with them and will definitely be hitting them up again the next time Im back in Raleigh. Thank you guys so much.

I wouldn’t normally post a review like this, but I went into the store with my vape and the current coil and expected the staff to be the trusted advisor in my quest for coils. However, for the second time at this location, I’ve wasted money on coils that do not at all fit my vape. That’s unacceptable. Especially since the first time I walked in immediately after, before leaving the parking lot, and didn’t have a refund or swap option. That’s absurd. This time, I only just realize after a few days. Fat chance for any reconciliation on my wasted money. Thank god I didn’t fall for the salesman’s sneaky offer to sell me extra “in case they run out” bc if I had, I would be sitting with more useless merch and would be out more of my hard earned money. Hey Avail - DO BETTER.

Unprofessional—Faulty, dangerous products sold here . SM cleaned out the mod when the carts were leaking—second time it happened ASM said “well that’s supposed to happen” —after being refused a refund or exchange (the policy said they exchange —but I was denied) I went to a different store all together and was told that they were just trying to keep a sale because in fact—they are NOT supposed to leak into the mod and half of the cart was in the actual mod piece—so not only was it a waste of money, it was a faulty product and bad customer service. Buyer beware !

I use to love Avail but they have just gone down hill. Their options are minimal and it feels like corporate has taken over. Its weird to me that their employees cant vape while working but thats whatever. Today I went in to try and find another flavor and their was only one person working at the time, who was busy and seemed like he would be a while with another customer. They might need more help. I walked into that place for the last time tonight. Employees are very nice but thats the only plus I got for this place.

This was the first vape shop I ever visited when I moved down to NC and I quickly became hooked! The flavors are delicious and all natural - even made in a certified clean room. Everybody who has helped me out has been very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I wont go anywhere else!

Sold me atomizer that they highly recommended, I came back 3 weeks later needing new Coil for it and they were shocked that I purchased it at their store and was told they don’t have any replacement coils for it.Also they couldn’t find me in their system 😳 👎🏾

Being new to the vape scene to kick the cigs, it was time for a system upgrade. As a complete novice, these guys were EXTREMELY attentive to what my desired qualities in a vape were. They were able to answer EVERY question I had IN FULL DETAIL including all hows/whats/ and whys. **Damon provided customer service beyond anything youll find in any other vape shop and the environment makes you feel like youre in a very high quality/up-scale store - which it 100% IS!! Im from SC, but I will be forever an Avail customer since there are locations in my state. And may I mention they are VERY military friendly with the best military discount around. These guys rock - plain and simple!

If I could rate zero I definitely would. Not only did they sell me the wrong nicotine strength. When I came back to get the correct one they did not even have it. In their defense they did give me a zero for free so that I could mix it and make my own. However when I mixed two 15 ml bottles together in a extra 30 ml bottle that I had laying around, it only filled the bottle a little pass half way. Clearly AVAILs 15ml bottles are really closer to 10 ml. Stay away!!!! I would not recommend this vape shop to anyone that I know.

Worst Customer Service I have ever come across would not recommend to anyone. Besides the prices being insane I had to deal with the most disrespectful employee I have ever met in my life,pretty sure I witnessed underage selling .Very disappointed will never purchase from this brand ever again.Its a shame because I have spent hundreds of dollars this year in this store and I had always had a good experience and it took one employee that I had never met before to ruin that relationship between a loyal customer and the brand.

I am COMPLETELY appalled. Tonight I walked in with my friend to get vape juice and the worker asked for IDs and I presented my drivers license and my friend presented his but its was paper because he was waiting for his new one after getting it renewed. Nonetheless, this is a lawful ID. The man did not accept it, and then my friend was still understanding and presented his federal identification photo ID. The worker was very blunt and rude and said he would not accept either of them for no reason. I stood there waiting and listening to him tell a white couple that he was not supposed to but was giving them multiple discounts, then I go and present my ID and my hispanic friend presents his ID, and he just does not even fully look either of his ID cards. This to me is discriminatory and this short, white, red-head employee was disrespectful and discriminating against my friend who had multiple valid and legal IDs.

Went to pick up some juice and one of the guys was to busy talking to some girl didnt bother to try to help and the guy helping me had no knowledge of any of the juices. Never will i go back to this place. Only thing nice was the setup.

Don’t waste your time. The guy helping me said bro ever other word. I should have left and gone somewhere else. I was lied to about needing something I didn’t need and then it broke with only a few uses. When I went to get it replaced they wouldn’t do it under warranty.

I was very offended for walking in the door when I was asked to show my I.D. , if I ever have an experience like that again I will not be returning !! Went in for the first time guys were cool but sold me the wrong coil called back a few days later and they’re out so I’m stuck not able to use the vape. They’re going exchange my coils but I will NOT be returning.
