I had an awesome experience. I did the Introductory Brighten-Up Oxygenating Face and Back Duo with Wellness Scan service.It was my first facial, but Kelly was really great at explaining what she would be doing during the process. She really put my mind at ease. It was a relaxing experience from start to finish. The facility was quiet, clean and smelled wonderful. I look forward to getting my wellness scan results to see which products are recommended for my skin type.

My facial was much more than your usual facial. I received a face, neck and shoulder massage and overall gentle body massage. The facial included extractions where necessary and thoroughly analyzed my skin to ascertain skin type and the condition of my skin. It was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE ! I strongly recommend Cristabel Spa & Wellness if youre looking for something more than your usual facial. This was my first time but I will be a regular customer!!

This place is a gem! I had a 105 minute organic hot stone massage with scalp massage, aromatherapy and foot scrub with Jessi. She is truly amazing - Jessi took her time to explain the whole process as well as showed me around the whole place in case I wanted to relax and/ or grab a snack after my massage was over. She never rushed me and delivered the best relaxing massage while using hot stones from time to time and confirmed if I was comfortable the whole time. She used essential oils for aromatherapy and made this whole experience exceptional! After I was done, she went over some stretches with me to help stretch certain muscles and provided a personalized overview and recommendations for my future massages. I highly recommend Jessi!

I wanted to find an aesthetician that was within my budget because the previous location I went to was getting too expensive. I am so glad i went with Cristabel!I had an intro facial with Kelly and I loved it! I would have to say this was one of the best facial experiences I’ve had. She did such an amazing job and I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. I also love the fact that they use organic, natural products.If you are looking for a spot to have facials done, I would highly recommend Cristabel. Everyone I have interacted with before and on the day of my appointment are so nice and friendly. I have another facial appointment coming up in preparation for a wedding, and I cannot wait for another treatment.

While visiting Raleigh for basketball camp for our son, we decided to find something relaxing to do. Let me just say we hit the jackpot with Cristabel! My husband had a full body massage and facial, I had a foot/ leg massage and facial. I have enjoyed spa services across the world and I would rate the treatments & staff here within the best top 3!!!! The only downside I would say were the mask requirements. Other than that this place is PERFECT!!!!

So glad I booked this facial at CristabelSpa! I went for the 105 minute facial with scalp massage, Kelly was my aesthetician, has an amazing touch, and the whole experience was very relaxing. Also, I am enjoying the post facial glow! The spa is clean, nicely decorated and has a very calming ambiance. Overall I enjoyed my visit and looking forward to going back!

Jesi was amazing! She put me right at ease and listened to what I wanted and needed from the massage. My husband being immunocompromised made us a bit hesitant to get a massage but Jesi was willing to wear a mask and face shield so we could enjoy the massage without worry. At the end of the massage she gave me stretches I can do at home to help work out the areas that she found had the most tension. I would highly recommend

I was gifted a 105 min organic massage with Jess and was so happy with my experience!The spa is clean, the music soft and calming, and Jess is wonderful! She worked out lots of stress knots, relieved my low back pain, and ended the massage with a great foot scrub.She provided me with a handful of mindful stretches I can do to alleviate hip discomfort and stretch out some tight muscles.I will definitely be back for another massage with Jess!

I had the pleasure of getting a hot stone massage and it was unlike any other Ive ever experienced before. I was in a great deal of pain in my neck and shoulders and the attention to detail and extreme care was far more than I expected. The ambiance is relaxing from the first step inside. Its very tranquil and peaceful. I felt taken care of. I felt an energetic release of energy that I was carrying around that no longer served me. It was most definitely a spiritual, mental and emotional release. I felt amazing after. Stop reading the reviews and just book, you wont regret it!

I had an 105 minute introductory massage yesterday and it was awesome!! I received a tour of the site, an explanation of services offered, clear information regarding pricing, and an amazing massage. Jessie worked with me and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. The location is convenient and there is plenty of parking; the suite is in a back corner of the building so it is quiet. Masks are required, but with the prolonged time of appointments it makes perfect sense to be cautious. In this post pandemic world, I expect that our mask usage here in the United States will start to be more common place as it is in Asia.

I like an extreme level of pressure for my massage and I struggle to find a therapist that can exert enough pressure for me to feel like the massage is actually beneficial and meets my needs. The therapist did her best and was able to provide strong pressure, but it was still not strong enough so my search continues.While the salon itself was nice and clean, I have deducted stars for the quality of the massage and that they did not accept the Spaweek gift vouchers that I had despite the spa being listed on the Spaweek website as a business that participates in their program.

Sereta is warm, friendly and welcoming as I enter her salon. I feel that my time with her is always personalized to fit my needs and she spends quality time making sure that I am comfortable while receiving optimum care. I always look forward to my experience with her although I have been receiving her service for a year. Every moment spent with her feels like a wonderful new experience. As far as how much my skin has improved, I am so pleased.G. Outen

I have been attending the Gentle Yoga class since last year. I was new to yoga and very nervous. Jackies gentle spirit and nature quickly put me at ease. She is an excellent instructor! If you are new to yoga, I encourage you to try the Gentle Yoga class. I still shake and wobble sometimes, so its good I can laugh at myself. I have a long way to go to mastering the positions, but I always leave feeling refreshed with a sense of accomplishment. I plan to try the other classes as well. I have definitely made yoga a part of my health and wellness plan.

Wow! This place, especially Kelly, is fantastic. I have never been so relaxed in my life. The introductory facial I had was nothing short of amazing. Kelly has incredibly soft hands that you can barely feel. I can go on and on about how great this experience was, but you should really check it out for yourself! I will absolutely be back and booking with Kelly.

The owner was so welcoming and kind. I had Jessi during my massage, and it was the best experience for my first time at a spa! I have a herniated disc and I do a lot of walking around. It helped relieve pain i had been experiencing.

I have just come out of my first appointment here, and I chose the 90 minute introductory massage and sauna for me and my partner. And I am blown away by the way Jesse took care of us. Shes really thoughtful and took time to take care of all of our ailments. Recommendations on stretches, oils, and pillows to better serve our bodies was also a great touch. Overall we have a relaxing experience and feel rejuvenated. We definitely have to come back. Shes so professional and sweet and amazing. Not gonna lie, I drooled a lot. No shame. Haha

I was just blessed to have my first Intro Facial by Reta Crews at her amazing Cristabel Spa & Wellness Center! It was WONDERFUL! She is so knowledgeable and helpful and my skin feels and looks great!! Highly recommend making time to book your appointment and go!!

Cristabel Yoga ReviewFresh Air Yoga at Cristabel Spa and Wellness is something everyone should experience, especially if you are inside most of the day. Coming to the beautiful shaded area, rolling out my mat, and putting my bare feet on the earth is refreshing and re-energizing. Having space to admire the scenery, breathe in the fresh air, and connect with others makes my yoga practice that much better! The teachers always provide modifications and make class for everybody. Truly a wonderful experience!

Was blown away with Sereta and my facial. I wasnt sure what to expect as I was a facial newbie, but it was amazing. So much so that Ive been going on a monthly basis for 2-3 years now. Sereta does a great job making sure you feel comfortable, documenting updates/changes in your skin, provides great advice on how to maintain a healthy glow and most of all, makes you feel relaxed. I also like that she mixes in a little massage. Its like a 2 for 1!

Ive never received a facial before. I googled several spa places and came across Cristabel Spa & Wellness. My first day, I felt welcome. The area was clean, warming, and very professional. She explained each product and how it would be utilized step by step. She completed skin assessment and recommended products for me to use, as I did not have a skin care routine, in additiin to, vitamins to take to cleanse inside of my body. Reta is beautiful, smart, professional, and really knows her art. My skin is glowing and more rejuvenated than it has ever been. The products are worth every dime. I highly reccomend Cristabel Spa & Wellness.

I got my first facial and it was lovely. I have super sensitive skin. I was worried that I may break out into hives, but she was so careful with my skin and she gave me a report of my skin. So far I have loved my facials and will definitely be going back. I recommend everyone to try Sereta as she is very knowledgeable about what she does, and she helps you from the inside to the outside. She doesn’t only look at what’s on the outside of your skin, but she starts from the source and then you start to see the changes reflect on the outside. I always pick up her products like the probiotics, they are my favorite.

I had a massage with Jesi yesterday, and it was wonderful.I work from home and often have tension in my neck and back, and Jesi used this knowledge to customize my massage. After my appointment I felt extremely relaxed and no longer had any of my usual neck and back pain.I will definitely be making another appointment!

Love this spa. The owner is superb at facials. Her hands are magical and the products she uses topnotch. I did not go because of Covid for over 2 years. I am back and feel totally safe and protected there, while so relaxed and soothed. I have rebooked already and plan to buy a multiple package of services.

Three years ago, I began my relationship with Sereta and Cristabel Spa. I am a senior woman who had never spent any time caring for my face or skin. I washed with a bar of mild soap and spread some hand lotion, when I wasn’t in a hurry. Done. That meager regimen caught up with me, and I followed a friend’s recommendation to see Sereta. Since then, my dry, dull skin has come alive and continues to flourish. Friends want to know about the new products I must be using that result in such a striking transformation. Sereta is the answer.My first facial was amazing! The organic products that she uses felt so soft on my skin….much lighter than my hand lotion. Each new fragrance was so soothing, and her incredible massage technique was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep. After this wonderful experience, I saw the stunning difference in the mirror. Definitely, I looked considerably younger, moisturized, and glowing. Really. I was ecstatic!That was at least three years ago. Now, I visit the Cristobel Spa on a regular basis for my rejuvenating treatments, my stress relieving massages, and to catch up with my loving friend, Sereta.

Had a lovely time! My boyfriend and I planned to each get a facial and have a whole day date just because and this was the perfect spot. The skin assessment was through and I felt like Sereta answered any questions I had throughout the whole process. The facial was OMG! I actually was so relaxed I fell asleep. She did my face, back and legs. We were both so happy with our service we already booked our next ones. Sereta is very professional and friendly. She takes the time to get to know you and your skin which isn’t something you get every time. Easy to relate to and overall a comfortable and easy experience. 100% recommend.

I LOVE getting facials at Cristabel Spa and Wellness. The owner Sereta is knowledgable and caring. She really focuses on using products that address my skins needs. I also love that she uses only high quality organic products from Eminence (my favorite). I can highly recommend :)

On a managerial aspect Sereta should not be a manager. She was very rude to me because of the color of my skin. I went for an interview and she was extremely rude. Definitely not a place of business that someone should work for. She is the only one in that office because she doesn’t know how to treat employees or people of color at all in that matter. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. She does not even need to be a manager treating people the way that she does. Please avoid working or visiting this business she is very unprofessional and rude.

I got the intro 105 min massage and it was incredible! The spa is a beautiful oasis inside a large building. Very clean and professional team, I would highly recommend this spa to anyone in the Raleigh area!
