I think Massage Envy in Rapid City is amazing. The office is clean and provides a relaxing atmosphere. Front office staff, Joe, greets me by name. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Karen is the best. She is professional and her massage skills are top notch.

I’ve been seeing Nicole B for a few years and I absolutely love her! She always makes sure to ask about problem areas or places to focus. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.

Love this place! Everyone is so kind and professional. Ive seen a few different providers. I mostly see Karen. She always has me leaving feeling relaxed and refreshed and she is just the sweetest human 💕 Nicole recently worked with me because I needed to reschedule and she is awesome too! So attentive and did a great job getting at my deep, difficult knots.

Mary Jo did an excellant job on my massage! She was very considerate of my injuries. The whole experience there was great! Even when you enter the building you can feel the positive vibes. I will be back! I highly recommend them!

I’ve been going to ME for several years and seen many different massage therapists. Yesterday I saw Karen who was absolutely amazing! Don’t let her quiet and sweet nature fool you. Her pressure and technique was exactly what I needed. I will be booking with her again!

Nicole S is fantastic! She cares about her clients/patients so much! Always is sure to check for anything new, consent for EVERYTHING down to asking me if Im comfortable w my draping at the moment, so sweet and down to earth! Asks our favorite part and parts that where so-so or eh, anything she could do different etc. If you wanna talk during your massage shell chat w you, but also if you wanna take a nap thats okay too! I always leave feeling so refreshed and new vs. When I came in all fatigued and in pain! 12/10 would recommend Nicole S to anyone look for a good pressure provider! But dont book all her slots I still need some!

I love Mary Jo’s massage! She works very hard to break down any tension you have. I had a firm massage that felt like a deep tissue. Ask her for a scapula pull and walk out feeling transformed!

I’ve been to multiple Massage Envy’s around the US and the customer service all around in Rapid City is top tier! If you’re looking for a facial, Jess is a great experience if you are starting out on your journey. She understands exactly what your needs are for your skin and she’s very personable, friendly, & caring Esthetician. Highly recommend Jess and the team here when you visit Rapid City Massage Envy.

DO NOT BUY A MEMBERSHIPThey make it impossible to cancel even though they have a “ cancel anytime” policy. They said they would “try” and waive the payment until I get hard proof that I will not be able to use their services anymore. It’s ridiculous.The only reason they got 2 stars outta me is because they did have nice service while I used them and were kind people. But the membership is super shady. Half the time I didn’t even get the full 60-90 minutes of massage anyway.

I do not get massages very frequently due to a shoulder injury. My son gave me a gift card for Massage Envy and I had never been there before. Mary was fantastic and when I get another massage it will definitely be with her.

Nicole was great. She was very attentive to my comfort and focused on my areas of concern. I would definitely request Nicole for my next massage in Rapid City.

Karen is my favorite! She is very good at what she does, she is kind , considerate and a professional. I always leave so rejuvenated, and refreshed after every visit. I would highly recommend her, she is amazing!

One of the worst overall massage experiences Ive had to date. What was booked as a 90 minute massage resulted in less than 60 minutes of actual massage time. If youre not a member, you pay a premium - that equated to nearly $200 ($191 to be exact) for a 90 minute massage. The nonmember rates were not presented until after the massage, only the member rates discussed upfront. The massage itself was professional and appreciated, but the business practices and thoroughness of the administrative staff leaves much to be desired, a young staff with no managerial support (at 3pm) and a complete lack of concern for the customer experience. There are certainly better and less expensive options in town.

Karen did an amazing job with my massage. She was very thoughtful of my time and didn’t chat, but let me relax and just enjoy. She had excellent technique.

I had the best massage of my life with Alex. I requested firm and deep pressure and for him to focus on certain areas. Alex followed my requests and delivered the right intensity pressure throughout the massage. I am a small person so usually I feel like massage therapists go too light on me, but not Alex - he verified the pressure felt okay and kept going. I feel so much better.

Nicole was very good at explaining her technique, offering tips for stretching, further modalities to increase effectiveness of massage therapy and was just genuinely a pleasant and professional person. Highly recommend

Alex is the best massage therapist in town who I have seen. I require deep tissue therapy for the issues I experience. Between massage therapy with Alex and my chiropractor, I am able to continue to function at my physically demanding job with minimal to no pain AND avoid surgery. I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease in my cervical spine and I am very young for this to be happening. I started going to Alex last year for massage therapy, and I honestly don’t know where I’d be today without his expertise. My neck is delicate and prone to injury, but he is so knowledgeable that I trust him to work with my neck even doing deep tissue therapy. I was actually reluctant to write this review out of selfishness, because I don’t want his schedule to be any more booked more than it already is! But if you are suffering from chronic pain and injuries, seriously consider getting into an appointment (or several) with him. You won’t regret it.

I really enjoyed Brandi at massage envy. She did an excellent job. If you’re looking for a professional facial without a lot of Pressure or unprofessionalism this is the place to come! Bookings are easy and their staff is very helpful and kind.

I recently had a facial with Brandi, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Brandi was highly skilled and attentive, taking the time to analyze my skin before customizing the treatment to address my concerns. I would definitely recommend Brandi.

Moved to South Dakota about six months ago. Alex has been an amazing Therapist. He has helped my lower back issues. I would highly recommend seeing him. The entire staff at Massage Envy is amazing

Norma knows the muscles and massages relieving all tightened muscles. She will give you exercises if you ask to prevent shoulders from falling forward. She is excellent. Keep up the great work!

I love coming here and seeing Brandi for my monthly facials! She started me on peels last year and Ive been hooked ever since! Shes very knowledgeable and I always feel taken care of each time I come in! Come and get the VIP treatment with her, you wont regret it!

Brandi does the absolute best facials. I usually get the microdermabrasion facial but this time I did the oxygen facial and it was so relaxing 10/10!

Recently moved to the area, and while the local Massage Envy where I moved from was pretty decent, this one is amazing. The manager is very proactive, and the front desk staff are very friendly and competent. My husband and I have tried several therapists, Norma, Kim, Alex, and Nicole S. There isnt a single one wed hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Alexander consistently does an amazing job listening to what problem areas I need help with and extremely respectful during the entire massage. Highly recommend!

I’m going to report this to American Express. These charges were not authorized. Buying someone a gift does not authorize endless charges.

Ive been going to Alex for almost a year. He is very professional and does a great job.

I have had neck and shoulder tightness that has been causing pain for the last year. In my first visit with Kimberley she focused on those areas and made a huge difference. I’m sleeping better and I don’t notice the pain and tightness throughout the day.

Norma is a great therapist. She pays attention to the body and focuses on needed areas.

The massage itself was ok. The pressure was very light. Asked for more but felt it wasnt much. She was very friendly and sweet. Never asked if I wanted head or scalp massage. Nothing was done in that area. At the end of my service I was fully charged because I was told massage had expired with my package. I was never told that they would expire. My experience this day could have been a lot better sad to say.

If I could give 100 gold stars I would cause Nicole B is absolutely AMAZING!! she is great at what she does, she always asks how Im feeling when I come in, asks what my bad areas are and focuses on them. She does the thermabliss hot stones, cupping, cbd and much more. She goes above and beyond what she is required to do, heck she even came in on her day off so that I for sure got my massage for the week!! She also has a great sense of humor, I look forward to the conversations we have each week!! Ive been here a few times. I have a ton of back issues. I had Kimberly has my provider this week. She was absolutely amazing! She listened to specific areas and gave me my first free back pain free day in 2 years.

I have always had great experiences at massage envy. My last massage was with Mary Jo and I had a very enjoyable experience. She insured I was comfortable. She made sure the pressure was right and we enjoyed a nice conversation during my session. I would definitely recommend Mary Joe and massage envy to anyone looking to get massages regularly. And the front desk staff are always very pleasant and very helpful.

Alex gave an amazing massage. We had excellent consultation with asking and answering of questions. He addressed some issues I was having from post surgery. My arm feels better than it has in a year and a half! 5 stars!

Most of the massages were great, but DO NOT BUY A MEMBERSHIP! They sell more memberships than they can fulfill. Its very difficult to cancel a membership as well. They give you the run around and continue to charge your card even after you send in the cancelation papers.

Alexander was great. I never get massages so this was a new experience. I enjoyed it very much and felt relaxed after.

Took my teen daughter for a facial. The appointment was with Brandi and instead of 60 min appointment we were out of the door within 40 min. The actual facial was no more than 20 min and my daughter left with the same amount of black heads. The areas Brandi touched became extremely irritated and required antibiotic. Both Brandi and the gentleman at the front desk were more concerned about us purchasing membership and products. We will not go back. The worse spent $180.

Anastasia was so great! She’s one of my favorites. I went in with lower back pain. I prefer medium to deep pressure. She was very professional and kind. She knows what she’s doing and knowledgeable about the body and how to give an effective yet relaxing massage. I’d recommend her!

Massage is amazing and professional. The massage was great very timed and not rushed. Tasha should muscle pulling in her massage its like squeezing the muscles and pulling them away from the bone. Idk what that called I know their is a name for it.

I really love this location and the friendliness of the staff. The massages and facials are very relaxing and the setting is set up so nice. They are always so understanding and do what they can to provide the best customer service. Kamber in particular has always just been the best and always does what she can to make sure she can go above and beyond!

I love this place so much that I signed up for the monthly subscription. Due to my crazy schedule I was unable to see the same person twice so at first I was a little nervous about the quality being the same with each new visit/new person. I am happy to say there was never an issue with quality! A special thank you to the office mgr Lisa Jackson, who has been wonderful helping me place my acct on hold while I’m traveling where there isn’t a Massage Envy nearby.

I love my time at Massage Envy. I go in for a massage every month. It is relaxing and helps take the stress from my body. Tasha is my masseuse and she is fantastic at her job.

The appointment I booked was less the 24 hours prior and had to pay a 50% cancelation fee. Not a great way to receive repeat business.

From the great ladies at the front desk to the professional massage therapist we have always left more than satisfied. We had been using Massage Envy all over the country with incredible results. However, first of all, this is the only location without a couples massage room. What a disappointment.After waiting two weeks, without any understanding, just had a call that the therapist was not able to do the massage, then without regard to our tight schedule....could not even replace the therapist, for the same time slot.Cancelled our membership, that we had since 2015. This location ruined it for us. Very unprofessional..... There are other amazing therapists in town, for the same money, availability and far more professionalism.We stayed with this location after meeting the owner, who was very nice. That doesn’t change the lack of quality in service though, so much for any therapy relief.

I offered to hurry and come into get a massage. They said I could reschedule. I rescheduled and even scheduled a massage for my wife on her day off. Just before the representative hung up she advised they had intentions of charging me a 50% no show fee?! I didn’t have time to speak before the call was disconnected. The terrible communication is out of control. If I am told 3:30 and your representative writes down 3:00. At least call and give a warning you had to change the time. Instead I had to pay for a mistake I did not have control of. Very bad way of doing business!

The massage itself was amazing, but I’m upset about the lack of coronavirus precautions. I called ahead and was assured the staff wears masks, cleaning has been increased, etc. low and behold I show up for my appointment and none of the front desk staff are wearing masks and none of the other clients are either. I wish the employee would have been more transparent over the phone about what procedures are *actually enforced* so I could have made the decision to not come in. I feel like Massage Envy is all talk, but doesn’t actually enforce any safety precautions to keep people like me safe.

Love Vanessa! Had someone new, Brandi, for a microdermabrasion that is suppose to be 60 min and was walking out the door 40 min after my appointment started. Not thorough at all! If Vanessa wasn’t there I wouldn’t be going back.Went back again for a microdermabrasion because unfortunately I kept my membership and had the same experience but with another employee. Microdermabrasion was terrible. Was walking out the door in 36 min. Spent more time washing my face than doing anything else. Glad to say I cancelled my membership. Lost a true gem when Venessa left!!!

I made an appointment yesterday for a massage today at 11am. The receptionist asked for my card to hold my appointment and told me as long as I don’t no call no show I won’t be charged. I called this morning at 8am to reschedule and the same receptionist I talked to yesterday told me my card would be charged 50 percent of the booking to cancel. Mind you I am rescheduling. I told the receptionist that she didn’t tell me that yesterday and we went back and forth about it. The $35 dollars wasn’t the problem it was the fact that she tried to lie and say she told me something when she didn’t. I won’t be spending any more money here.

I had a great first experience! The front desk staff was so friendly and my therapist was incredible. The massage experience was relaxing and therapeutic. Signing up for the wellness program was a no brainer!

This place is great and I love my regular massages, but its really hard to get an appointment. Im having to book over a month out, which stinks when Im hurting and am in need of a massage NOW. Otherwise, their therapists ate very knowledgeable, and their front desk staff is extremely friendly.

Alex is very professional & by far gave the best deep tissue massage Ive ever had. Highly recommend.
